Needed a bed for 8 hours on a road trip. Room had a strong musty smell. Breakfast was coffee out of an enclosed machine with a push button and a muffin. Room was dated, mattress sucked.

Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This property is NOTHING like the photos or reviews shown online. The entire hotel felt dirty, neglected, unsafe, and poorly maintained from the moment we arrived. We booked two rooms while traveling with a young child, and we genuinely did not feel safe staying here. The “continental breakfast” advertised online was laughable — a pile of cheap packaged honey buns and mini muffins sitting beside an old juice machine. The pool looked abandoned and appeared as though it had not been functional in years. The rooms themselves were disgusting: Mold growing down the bathroom doorframe Sticky substances on furniture and surfaces Cigarette odor in a NON-smoking room Cigarette burns in the blankets Cobwebs and bugs in corners Water underneath the bed Chipped paint and damaged walls Broken duct-taped drawers Exposed electrical wiring hanging from the wall Stained lamps and damaged tubs My friend’s bathroom door looked partially shattered from being previously kicked in The biggest safety concern was the room doors. Neither our door nor our friends’ door would properly latch or lock unless you slammed your entire body weight into them. Traveling with a toddler, this was terrifying. There also appeared to be almost no visible security monitoring around the property. To make matters worse, I requested a crib through Booking.com and received confirmation that the request was approved. At check-in we were told a crib would be brought to our room. It never came. When we called later, another employee rudely informed us they “don’t have cribs and never have.” Then came the billing nightmare. We were charged far more than the original quoted reservation amount, and it took FIVE DAYS of fighting to finally get our deposits returned. This property was severely misrepresented online and should not have the rating it currently has.

The location worked well, as I was just passing through Bed bugs, burn holes in the bedding, hair in the sink, bodily fluids on the bed and chair. The vent on the ac unit was caked with dust and we couldn’t get it to turn off. This was easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. This room, and if there are more like them should not be available to book. The hotel should have an inspection done. They should not be allowed to charge people for a room that’s not fit for a human being. Doors wouldn’t close right, the chair had stains, the furniture looked like something you’d pick up out by someone’s curb. No exaggeration here, it was that bad

Hotel is pet friendly but it is in run down condition. Checked in desk clerk didn’t say a single word to us. Went to room, bedspread looked like it was from the 80’s with a big cigarette burn on it. The entertainment center was literally falling apart was of bumping it and it falling to pieces breaking the television, microwave, and dorm refrigerator. The refrigerator had 1 shelf covered in rust. The night stands were in a little better shape but still needed to be replaced. The shower was leaking when we arrived bathroom floor was soaked. Figured out someone hadn’t turned the shower off all the way. Used a towel to mop up mess on ceramic tile floor. When I was done the towel was so black that I was scared to pick it up off of floor. I just kicked it aside. It was covered in hair of all kinds. Turned on the television and only had 1 channel a local info channel. Went to front desk and told night clerk. He nodded but didn’t say a word. So I went back to room, he showed up a couple of minutes later. He knocked I open the door and greeted him, again not a word. He picked up both remotes and tried to work the television he said “you have a bad box” and walked out. Only words he spoke our entire stay. Our first night there was the best, the next night the people in the room directly above had children that ran and jumped into the early morning hours 3:30, 4:00 in the morning. Next night the banging started after 3 hours went to office to complain. Night clerk nodded. Nothing chang

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in my life and I didn’t feel welcome trying to check into our room at the front desk because they close the lobby apparently after 8:00?! So instead we had to speak through almost like a bank teller to check in now given it was 11:00 o’clock at night but we were driving from out of town to visit some of my family that being said I’ve stayed at hotels for business just recently in August also checked in around 10 or 11 at night not a problem at all and the lobby was unlocked and open so guests like myself felt welcomed to check in! After we made it to our room I was even more disappointed because I paid for a non smoker room only to be rewarded with a comforter with cigarette burns on it felt like to me somebody smoked in it before even though it was a non smoker room. Then the second day of us staying there we needed more towels so a cleaning staff member asked us we had any towels that were dirty and we said yes so we gave it to her and then she told us she would bring us back some towels NEVER came back and checked on us so then when we got back from dinner and still didn’t have towels I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels unbelievable I am a patient person and understanding person that being said if you are going to take towels from a customer and you tell them yourself you will bring us some fresh clean towels we would thanked that person and appreciated of not being forgotten and given this hotel a better review.

On a positive, the bedding seemed clean. This is the second Wyndham property I stayed at on this trip. Both had empty body wash containers in the shower. Not a huge deal because I had my own soap. This room looks rough and certainly not worth the money for it. I know it is an economical motel, but it looks bad. The piece of furniture that the tv, fridge, and microwave sit on looks like it should be put in the dumpster. A large section of the finish veneer is missing and the corners have be hit hard with a vacuum. Also, there is the worst patch I have ever seen on the bathroom ceiling, There is also a large dent in the wall of the bathroom. Overall, someone just needs to go room to room and refresh them. A lot of little things add up to the room looking like junk. Pretty sure I will not be staying here again.

Inqas very surpeised to see blood on the back of the room door and was traveling with a dog, so needed to clean it myself before it was discovered by her. Not ideal. I suggest double checking the backs of the doors. The room furniture is in need of replacing. It was quiet and I did feel secure walking my dogs at night.

The downside was when the leak started happening we weren't even offered another room, a discount or anything else to cover the aggrevation or the time we went without a shower, or being able to use the restroom, as well as all the water in the floor. I would also like to say that the manager of the place needs to call pest control to come fumigate the whole entire place. We found all kinds of bugs, bug skeletons, etc... The hotel itself wouldn't have been so bad, if the place was taken better care of..I understand the staff can only do so much, and they did a wonderful job, but it's the owner/managers place to make sure the place is up to par.

The furniture was beat up with dents and dings everywhere. The walls weren't much better. The room wasn't filthy but could have been cleaner. There was a used Qtip on the air conditioner. Also the air conditioner had no markings on the dials so you had to guess to get it to do what you want. Also there was a musty smell. The sheets were thin, worn and slightly stained in a spot. The towels were thin and unraveling. The bed runner had cigarette holes. On the bright side, the fridge worked well, the bed was okay and breakfast was fine. Breakfast consisted of yogurt, honey buns, muffins, coffee, tea, cocoa and juices.

The main office was closed when we got there late at 2:00am. They had a small window to receive. We opened the door to the room and put the lights on and the many German cockroaches scattered. It was disgusting. We put our cooler box and items back in the car for fear of taking cockroaches home. Since we had 9 more hours out of 15 to drive that morning, we decided to keep our clothes on and lie on top of the bedspread to get some rest. I tried several times to set the heater on, but it always failed. Because of the filth, we decided to check out at 5am....3 hours later. I told the manager and he said, "sorry".

Not welcoming from the start. We arrived at around 10pm everything was locked down. Get into our room, free roach in the shower- and nothing else, no towels kleenex, soaps. My comforter had a lovely burn hole and black stains. My son's pillow case came with its own little blood stain- and yay we only saw that the next morning. Unbelievable! I didn't expect too much for the price and really just needed a simple place as a stop over. So little care for the place, just take the money (thankfully it was cheap) and move on. Clearly don't put anything back into taking care of the visitors. The attendant didn't even care when I handed them the pillow case upon checkout. Didn't want to have it stay in the room for another.

Should have turned around and left, from the order when I opened the door, the noise of the guest, to the socks turning black from just one trip across the floor - this was a bad place to stay. Bathroom walls had a grease film if you dared touch anywhere, just about every type and color of hair was present of bathroom floor. Scary place...reminded me of a motel room forced to stay in in a third world nation.

i have been in the hotel industry in the past, so i know what goes on behind the scenes more than the average person. i was not impressed. no closet, no place to hang clothes other than shower rod and bathrobe hook on the bathroom door. just enough towels and washcloths for two people for one night. the king sized bed had just three small pillows for average sized bed, spread across did not even stretch across the bed. no iron, ironing board, hair dryer. bedspread had cuts and holes. i pulled nightstand away the last day to see if i had dropped anything, was trash on the floor (not from me). swept my hand under the bed to make sure nothing had dropped, hand came away sticky. i rented a smoking room by accident, hoped it would not be bad, had to buy air freshener to make it tolerable. furniture was worn, looked like someone had taken sandpaper to edges of drawers and cabinets. i checked in sat late afternoon, not even a hint of a smile from the desk clerk. (clerks sun and mon were nice). check in and out was fast enough. killed three roaches in room. i have painted in the past, whoever painted this room was sloppy. free breakfast was a very limited selection of danishes and yogurt, chairs stacked on the tables, no place to sit for what was supposed to be breakfast. knob broke in shower last morning. i rented based on online reviews & pics in ads. i plan on returning to the area in the future, but not to this hotel. i advise others to avoid this place also.

The motel was conveniently located to the interstate and to several restaurants and gas stations. That's the only positive. The bathroom had mold stains around the tub/shower and ceiling. The wall HVAC unit was a little bit loud when I first turned it on. However, at about 2am, the unit began making a very loud grinding and roaring noise that woke me. It continued to cool but was so loud I was not able to go back to sleep. When I checked out at 7am I told the desk clerk about the issue with the HVAC unit. All he said was, "Oh. Sorry." He barely looked at me. I suggested the unit needed to be serviced/repaired. He said, "OK." I seriously doubt that he reported the issue. I feel sorry for whoever is so unlucky to be assigned that room.

Room was very clean and a great value. I had a late check in scheduled. I was sent a link to check in ahead of time to speedup the process. Sent a a pic of my ID. The link said all i had to do was show my ID and pic up my key. When I arrived I informed the clerk that i had checked in ahead of time. I showed him my ID, He said that he needed my ID and form of payment. Clerk was very abrupt with the request. He took both and went to do what he needed to do. Came back with room card.Pushed it thru the window, I had to ask him for directions. My question would why offer a way to speedup check in that is not used?? Again very clean and a good value.

Found bedbugs on the mattress in room 101 that they expected us to stay in and refused a refund since we booked through expedia.

We reserved 2 non smoking rooms, the rooms smelt like an ashtray and one room the air conditioner did not work. Got moved to another room at 2am and the air conditioner did not work in that room either. Planned on staying another night so before leaving for the day we asked to have air conditioning looked at and the rude woman pretty much said I was lying there was no way the air didn’t work in the 2 room. I did get a call from them letting me know they were replacing the ac unit and was in planning on staying the second night. We stayed the 2nd night since we had already paid for it and they had replaced the unit and it worked great. The beds are god awful, pillows aren’t worth even laying on. Non smoking rooms smell like ashtrays and the woman at the counter is rude! Wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me too!

I would say that it was a "place to sleep" while traveling through but it's pretty hard to sleep when you dont even want to lay on the bed let alone use the blanket and trying to keep an ear alert to make sure that your vehicle isn't getting broken into. Staff was not helpful, charged my credit card even though i had already paid in advance, said room was non smoking but smelled of cigarettes. Terrible, terrible place. I will never stay at another super 8. I thought it would be ok because its a national chain and my local super 8 is nice. So bad. Dirty... ugh. The light switches looked as if they have never been cleaned. So bad.

Rooms are clean. Staff is ok. Should not advertise free breakfast. Funny how both non smoking rooms we stayed in had burn holes in comforter. Convenient to on/off freeway.

This place is completely unsanitary, and the continental breakfast is a granola bar and coffee. The beds are uncomfortable, sheets have cigarette burns, and I doubt that they’ve mopped the floors. It’s a shame that this is listed on Expedia.

The room was not clean. I could see the big yellow spots on the toilet cover. Good I got wipes to sanitize the room. 4 people stayed but 2 bath towels. No cups in the room. The only good thing is the hotel had king size beds.

We could not stay. Currently waiting to get a refund. We killed 2 roaches and the bathroom was pretty bad. The chairs in the room had cigarette burns. The gentleman at the front desk was really nice. We were so disappointed. I've never had this experience before with Hotels.com. We had to go elsewhere.

When we checked in there was a female tweaker fighting with her boyfriend above us. It was a physical and verbal altercation. So we asked to move rooms and were accommodated. The new room had holes in the comforter, cigarette burns on the furniture, paint peeling off the walls, a leaky shower, and the flooring was so bad it felt like we were going to fall through the floor in multiple areas. Not a fan.

Friendly, safe and good price. Only issue, which I consider one of the most important aspects of a Hotel room is the TV. After a long travel day/work day, I like to at least be able to watch 1/2 hr or so of tv. .news, etc.. this tv was staticky at best and then would go to "double-vision" and become unwatchable. Didn't feel like changing rooms as I was exhausted. . I gave up and watched on my laptop.

This motel is not worth it. Room was dirty, smelled like smoke (even though it’s a smoke-free room), bed was very old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was beat up. They also offer breakfast, which they didn’t have available for our stay. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

We pulled into the parking lot for our stay, we couldn’t even get out of the car before being approached by people telling us that they had bedbugs in their two rooms.. checked out room and it seemed fine from bedbugs but had “other” bugs..

Our room was dusty/ dirty. There were roaches crawling in our sink. The television did not work. We had no hot water in the morning for a shower. We were suppose to stay to another night, but I refused. Booked this hotel through Expedia, and management made me go through them for a refund. I did just that!

Not only my room while I was their trying to get my money back 3 other families had worse problems and left but they got lucky and got their money back. I have two disabled children. The first room we got the air conditioning was not cooling down the room. My son with epilepsy has to stay cool. The second room the toilet did not work so I had to take my autistic son to the hotel lobby at 100 in the morning not counting having to move all our stuff from one side of the building to the other. While moving everything my son cut his leg. The next morning we had to move everything to a third room so we had a bathroom.

Friday: took panties to desk clerk and complained about the previously mentioned stuff. He said he was sorry. I came back to front desk a few hrs later asking for towels as our room had 3towels and1 washcloth @checkin and the desk clerk said he was going to send someone to clean our room but we had the DND sign on our door so they couldn't. I told him id already cleans the room myself last night.ame in around 930p to the VERY STRONG smell of Marijuana in our room (I have a 7 & 12 yearold & asthma) it was like walking into brick wall it was so strong. (We discovered it was coming thru the adjoining room under the door.)
