Reviews
The hotel is generally clean and offers good value for the price, with easy access to the interstate and nearby restaurants. However, guests frequently complain about the comfort of the beds, noise from the highway and other guests, and lack of amenities such as a microwave, coffee maker, and hair dryer in the rooms.
- Cleanliness
- Good value for the price
- Uncomfortable beds
- Noise from highway and other guests
- 3/5
First person whom checked me in was awesome, then I dealt with Tracy. Incredibly rude, appeared she hates her job. I stood at counter for at least 90 seconds why she took in her “cops” video. When I told her my AC was not working, she responded as though I’m too stupid to operate the controls. Tracy definitely needs some CSR training! Beds are incredibly hard and frame squeaks anytime you move.
- 4/5
The room did not have any new charging outlets.
- 4/5
Decent, affordable rooms
- 4/5
Did not partake of the breakfast
- 3/5
They may have newly remodeled rooms but mine was not.
- 4/5
Friendly staff on arrival, pets stay free. Easy parking and location felt safe especially traveling with children. Breakfast is grab and go with option to make waffles. The biggest downside was the smell of our room had a dirty mop water smell probably an easy fix. Overall room was clean
- 5/5
Being a value hotel, we were expecting breakfast or anything fancy. They provided waffles! The room was really nice and the beds were comfortable.
- 4/5
The arrival staff was great. Room was clean, very comfy
- 4/5
Great hotel. We love bringing our dog because she is free and it's a clean place!
- 4.5/5
Excellent stay
- 5/5
It was very quiet room was clean very well. We even got in the pool and had it to ourselves the whole time
- 4/5
Good moderately priced motel. King sized bed was firm. One side table so I used my big cooler for the table on my side of the bed - worked out well . Room had a refrigerator, no microwave. Breakfast was a bit sparse - danishes and waffles. No charge for pets is a plus. If traffic noises bother you make sure the room is on the front side of the building - Interstate 40 is close enough to hear the trucks.
- 5/5
Elevator was broken but was a nice place.
- 5/5
A nice clean, comfortable, inexpensive place to stay for the night. Pet friendly, limited breakfast, easy off I 40.
- 4.5/5
That the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. They gave me a first floor room that made it easier for me as I have to use a battery operated scooter due to health issues. I have no issues with this hotel.
- 4/5
Location, close to the highway, they offered breakfast some hot some cold. They spaced customers rooms out. Free parking. They didn’t have any juice or waters or milk during breakfast hours, there wasn’t any coffee or tea in the room either. The toilet we think was defective not necessarily broken just as acted up the whole time. Beds made lots of noise from thr metal underneath. No where to sit no table or chairs to eat at breakfast. Had to take the hot food up to the room hard to open key with full hands.
- 5/5
Room was clean, the 2 staff members I inner acted with were very nice.
- 3/5
First off, the price is decent. I only stayed a night and was passing through so I don't want to be too critical. The hotel and area felt safe. It was within 15 minutes driving distance of everything I wanted to see in the area. The room was a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable and clean. The toilet in my room would run about every 10 minutes and the AC sounded like a freight train when it turned on. The curtains let in a lot of light. There was a security light outside my room and lit up the room all night long. It looked like it was daylight out. The light was great for an early morning pet break and feeling safe but not so much when trying to sleep. they need longer curtains that actually block light. The room had dirty walls. My phone was slow to work without being on their Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi worked great. The breakfast is bare minimum. There was a waffle maker with syrup (no butter), Hostess cake danishes and honeybuns, Quaker Oatmeal packets, granola bars, coffee, and tea. It was enough to get me on my way but wish there was some fruit. Check-in was great! The lady at the front desk was pleasant and got me a pet friendly room. She was nice and worked efficciently for a quick check-in. I loved that they are pet friendly and was a decent place for my pup and I to stay.
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly, and a great price!!
- 5/5
Other than that, I would gladly stay at this hotel again and again. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling — you’ll enjoy a wonderful stay at this awesome hotel!
- 5/5
This room was great since I was in town at a graduation ceremony. The access to the hotel was very convenient and the room and staff were great!
- 3/5
Very clean but bare bones ammenities.
- 5/5
Staff is always friendly. Rooms are very basic but clean. Just wish the pool had been open since it was so warm out.
- 5/5
Great place to stay with pets!
- 5/5
The room was renovated and clean. Self parking is available and convenient.
- 2/5
Bed was comfortable Check in staff was rude. Unsure of what I was signing. Wanted copy. She did not know how to print or what it even was.
- 5/5
Clean room. Super affordable and parking is great.
- 4/5
The hotel was pretty clean for being an older hotel. My only 2 complaints are the bed was one of those awful thin spring mattresses that was SUPER uncomfortable. The other is we were on an end room on the 3rd floor and there was a parking lot light that was right next to the window making it look daylight 24/7 definitely need better windows coverings on at least that room.
- 5/5
This is my "go to" facility when traveling to Knoxville for business! Staff is always friendly and professional. Overall the facility and the room are always clean though a few could benefit from renovation/updating.
- 5/5
Great affordable place to stay while in Tenn.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
Parking was safe and easy. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a great night's sleep. Cracker Barrel is right across the parking lot. The staff is friendly. We've stayed there before several times over the years and we'll most likely stay there again.
- 2.5/5
Desk clerk was smoking at the entrance so I had to walk though smoke to get into the building plus the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke.
- 5/5
Cleaner and more comfortable than most places at the same price point
- 5/5
It was the most greatest experience. With the prior hotels I stayed at before in Knoxville, TN, the America's Best Value Inn is number 1. The bed was very comfortable with having the best sleep I have ever had. The room was so very nice and it was quite place to stay at. I will be using this place again for my future stays. I recommend it to anyone, take advantage of it. You will not regret it.v
- 3.5/5
Was clean and the staff was nice snd helpful
- 4/5
The property is dated but clean, I would stay again.
- 5/5
One of the best places we stay.
- 5/5
For an older hotel with the price it was a nice hotel. It was better then expected.
- 3/5
Room was pretty rough. Rusty everything. Shower was weird.
- 5/5
The bed was extremely comfortable! Really great nights sleep after a day of driving.
- 4/5
Nice basic room. Bed was very comfortable. Ever time I left the room I had to go back down to the desk because our keys did not work. Someone on our floor was smoking wacky tobacco.
- 4/5
The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable and there was a fridge in the room. The check-in process was easy and there was convenient parking.
- 5/5
Property was conveniently located for the purpose of my trip
- 4/5
If traveling and need an economic place to rest your head, its perfect and right beside Crackle Barrel. No complaints for the price and dogs stay Free, bonus.
- 5/5
Great experience! Never stayed here before.
- 3.5/5
There’s not much of a breakfast, but I knew that from the reviews. Grabbed a couple granola bars on our way out the door the first morning.
- 3/5
Don’t expect much. There’s no smoking signs in hallways but that was not enforced. There’s a grab and go breakfast but we didn’t risk it. Hotel staff needs training in hospitality.
- 5/5
Was in town for a concert, so hotel options were very limited. Ended up trying this place out and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, and the staff was great with an easy check-in and check-out process, even with a late-night check-in. Would highly recommend if you need a "budget" option to stay a night. Only downside would be that the walls are a bit thin, so it can be loud in the mornings with guests leaving
- 3/5
I personally will not be back to this property. It is a nonsmoking property and yet the entire place reeked of cigarettes. From the moment you walk into the lobby it smells like cigarettes, the elevator, and hallways too. The staff were friendly and that was the only redeeming quality of the place. We found old food that wasn’t ours in the fridge. The property is run down and needs some serious updates. The AC hardly works and the tv stopped working our first night there. The shower pressure was the same as a water hose. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were rock hard.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff my second time staying there over the past 3 years
- 3/5
Room was a little dirty. Top shelf had weird residue. Look like mice droppings, not sure what it was (disgusting)
- 4/5
Good for a low budget hotel.
- 4/5
Pillows were perfect. Very rare in hotels. Breakfast is pitiful.
- 5/5
All was good no problems
- 4/5
Everything was excellent except for the road noise. This hotel is close to the interstate so it was noisy at night. Would not have been a problem had I brought my earplugs.
- 5/5
The room was class, I liked the fact that the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & hand soap were in a container and all you had to do was push in the dispenser to dispense the soaps out.
- 5/5
Clean room friendly staff
- 3/5
.
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay. Very clean, staff was very friendly, very safe. Definitely would stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was clean
- 2/5
Additionally, the pillows were very uncomfortable… overly thick and firm. The AC wasn’t great at keeping a comfortable temp, I was cold and then hot. On a positive note, the water was hot and had good pressure. I appreciated the blackout curtain. The place looked pretty clean. And I had no problem with the staff. I didn’t stay for breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. If all you need is a clean place to lay your head, you can sleep through commotion, and you don’t care for any luxury, this place would probably be fine. For myself, I wish I’d spent a bit more for extra comfort.
- 4/5
Only negative was we could hear the talking in the lobby late into the night.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean and safe property. Great value.
- 2/5
Refrigerator in the room was broken. Bed pillows were harder than boulders. The building elevator was on its last leg.
- 4.5/5
Good location and price Waffles were the only hot breakfast
- 4/5
Clean. Simple. Coffee in the morning...a good cup.
- 4/5
Great value! Great stay
- 5/5
Just a quick one night stay. The staff was friendly, quick and helpful with questions about near by restaurant and shops.
- 3.5/5
Very poor breakfast, lack of breakfast area
- 4/5
Good location just out of downtown
- 1/5
The staff was great until the day of check out. I took my bags down to the car and returned to my room to check it out before I actually checked out. When I arrived at my room the door was wide open and the beds had already been stripped. Mind you it was 9am and check out wasn't until 11. I looked for the person who had stripped the room and she came out of the laundry room and she informed me she was told that we left since we removed our bags. So I went to the desk to discuss this with the front desk person and she proceeded to start yelling at me like it was my fault that they went into my room prior to me checking out. Also, they couldn't get a manager on the phone or to the property for me to speak with. She did give me a card to call the number on and I proceeded to call and it went straight to her. I am glad that I hadn't left anything because it would have probably been stolen and I am also glad my daughter had gotten all her diabetes stuff to include needles cleaned up before taking my stuff to the car. I will never stay at this location in fear my stuff might come up missiif I leave my room. Also nothing has been offered to compensate for the frustration and the violation of privacy!!!!!!
- 5/5
convenient to interstate and food
- 5/5
Everything was very nice. Clean room, kind staff. Easy access to and from highway. Only issue was too close to the highway, so kind of noisy... no fault of the hotel.
- 4/5
The staff was great! Room was okay.
- 5/5
Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. I will stay again on my next visit to Knoxville.
- 3.5/5
Tub was an awkward shape.
- 5/5
It isn’t fancy, but it is clean. Beds decent, and there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. Absolutely adequate for an overnight pit stop with pets.
- 4/5
Air conditioner worked well, easy parking and clean room when I arrived
- 4/5
An excellent location, right off of Route 40.
- 2/5
Sheets were nasty. No microwave in room pr coffeepot the hotel is very rsm down and out dated
- 5/5
Clean room. Breakfast has no protein only starches
- 3/5
Hard to see the sign from the highway. Hard to find at night. Clean, Nice bathroom. No facial tissue, less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper.
- 4/5
It was a good stay for the weekend. I probably would not stay longer than 2 nights at the max. The beds were comfortable. The room & floors were clean, but the shower had hair in the tub & stuck the wash rags. Overall it was a decent stay. Would stay again, you get you what you pay for. The staff were also friendly. Breakfast was barely nothing though.
- 3/5
Room was mediocre and breakfast was packaged bakery with no seating.
- 4/5
Clean but damage in the room. No hairdryer
- 4/5
Breakfast was disappointing. Walls are thin, could hear people in the next room and in the halls. Staff was very nice, it was in a great area, and pet friendly (couldn't even tell, it was clean)
- 4/5
The only negative was that there was no yogurt, fruit, toast or bagel offered in the breakfast area.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable
- 3/5
The staff was nice. The room was clean but the bathroom was so-so. The sink leaked all over the floor. The TV is super small and the remote wasn't working very well. Had to point it all over to change a channel.
- 5/5
It was a nice stay
- 5/5
Nice rooms and staff! It was further from UT than listed.
- 4/5
Rooms were simple but clean. Breakfast could use hard boiled eggs and or yogurt for a healthy option. Option we’re all processed sugary pastries.
- 5/5
Clean Rooms
- 4/5
This was a great place to rest our heads on our way to vacation. It was clean and comfortable. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff was friendly. There were grab and go breakfast options. We grabbed a few granola bars, but ultimately got breakfast elsewhere.
- 4/5
Easy to access off I-40. Park outside around building. Rooms very basic but clean. Appears to have new flooring in rooms which is nice. Comfortable beds. Ice, vending machines, washer/dryer available for guests. Breakfast is self serve coffee, danish/muffins, coffee n waffle making apparatus. Good price n location for one or 2 nights’ stay in area. Would return.
- 2/5
Room smelled weird
- 5/5
Great stay! Highway was a little noisy but tolerable.
- 5/5
Our room was clean and provided the stay that we needed.
- 3/5
It was fine for the price. Rooms not soundproofed. The breakfast was several granola bars and a banana. Upon check-out, the front desk refused to give me a receipt. Said, "You booked third-party, call them for your receipt". I didn't bother arguing and just left. Besides that, it was what I expected for the price point.
- 4/5
Nice place
- 5/5
A good value.
- 5/5
Pets were Welcome very clean room food within walking distance (Cracker Barrel & Krystals) staff was friendly
- 4/5
room was clean , check in was fast and efficient, person behind the desk was not that friendly, breakfast was very limited, surprising they could put that little out. I'm overweight anyway so it was kind of funny.
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay on my way to Florida going down 75!! Walmart is close and so is Cracker Barrel. It's really ideal. The continental breakfast is good except it would be nice to have a place to sit. Overall highly recommended!
- 5/5
Facility appeared to be in good repair. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was polite, friendly, and professional. Would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Pros: easy interstate access; staff was friendly and helpful; room seemed to be clean and bed gave us a good night; room had good lighting (most don't). Cons: as with most dated hotels, there are very few plugs--they did have a box add on with extra plugs and USB ports, which did not work; bkfst was far from stellar--it was a grab and go with very limited options. They did, however, have a waffle maker but no tables or chairs, so you had to eat standing up which was difficult b/c there was no counter space, so you to hold everything, or you could make a few trips backk to your room,,,
- 5/5
It’s definitely an older property but it was clean and a nice place to stay overall. The staff was nice and accommodating the whole trip if we needed anything.
- 5/5
Near freeway, free WiFi, plenty parking and breakfast, quiet, safe environment, staffs are friendly and clean up everyday!
- 5/5
Love staying here. It is clean, friendly and nice rooms. It has a pool but it is outside so don’t matter in winter.
- 3/5
Room was not fancy but everything worked. AC worked great and was quiet. Got a good nights sleep.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 4/5
Clean and tidy rooms. Beds were adequate. Water pressure was lacking. The elevator sounded like it needed inspection. Minimal breakfast but right next door to Cracker Barrel so very convenient. I love that the windows actually opened. The staff was friendly. Good room if you are on a budget.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Hotel was ok. Not too bad for the price
- 3/5
Perfectly fine for one night.
- 5/5
Breakfast was a nice surprise as listing didn’t mention they had one, however it was quite minimal with oatmeal packets, danish, and granola bars. I will say the waffles were a nice surprise. Morning staff was very sweet as well. Safe parking, right off highway, very convenient.
- 5/5
Bed was very comfortable. Could have a few more options for breakfast.
- 1/5
There were dead lady bugs by the window. The door had to be pushed to close properly. The room smelled of old bacon grease and disinfectant. Bare minimum of bare minimum. I booked it baed on the reviews I read and honestly don't know where those people stayed but either they got better rooms or they were on something.
- 4/5
Good for stop over night. Safe, clean, convenient
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Room was very clean...and quite place to rest up.
- 3/5
Room was decent, housekeeping staff was inconsiderate when I was working nights they would knock on my door during the day
- 4/5
Check in was super easy, lady at front desk was super nice. We only stayed one night because we were there for a concert. Only complaint I have was the weed smell and a dog barking but other than that it was good for the price.
- 4/5
Showers kinda awkward but would stay again!!
- 5/5
The room was neat and clean. The staff were all polite and helpful. Never traveled with a pet before so didn't know what to expect but the pets stay free was exactlu what it said and was a good environment
- 5/5
Worked for quick travel. Basic but clean & affordable
- 4.5/5
Na
- 4/5
Nice staff, rooms were clean. AC wasn’t working in first room, but they gave me a new room at no hesitation.
- 1/5
Also nothing worked in the room. AC/outlets/TV. I will never stay there again
- 4/5
The room was basic, but clean. Front desk staff were very friendly. Amenities were limited, but for the price, it was a bargain. The location was good, with easy access from the interstate and food right next door.
- 5/5
Great stay for the price!
- 3/5
bathroom moldy and rusty
- 5/5
Clean & staff was amazing & nice and the room was perfect

- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, fair price
- 4/5
Check in staff was very friendly.
- 2/5
Location was good The first room reeked of either skunk smell or reefer smoke. The staff did, however, allow us to change rooms. The second room was better.
- 3/5
Clean room, but hair on bathroom floor and in shower and a used bar of soap
- 5/5
love it here. we try to get a room atleast once a week, the rooms are great, the stuff is so friendly. i dont much like the way the tubs are made. i cant sit back and relax
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff!
- 4.5/5
Price and location Freezer in fridge Bed not real comfortable
- 4/5
I would have liked more towels in the room
- 4/5
Clean room safe area
- 3/5
Fair.. Bed very old. But ok for the price. No bedbugs 👍
- 4/5
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing is we were on the highway side of the hotel and you could hear the traffic all night. Next time we will get a room on other side of the hotel.
- 5/5
Nice staff

- 5/5
Perfect spot for the one or two night stay over!! Super clean! The lady that checked us in was nice & the lady leaving was super sweet too!! The breakfast is minimal, didn't see hot items. But nice to have if you want a little something. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
This hotel is really perfect, thanks
- 5/5
Everything meet our needs. Highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Good affordable place to stay. We stay here one night at a time for RC car races on the Zoo property, it is close and clean.
- 4/5
Very clean room and comfortable beds. Staff was also friendly. This hotel is next to a major highway so if you are a light sleeper ask for a room that faces parking lot.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable
- 5/5
It was an excellent stay with good service amazing rooms.
- 1/5
Second morning we can back to a half housekept room. What I mean by that is, they use my personal grocery bags as can liners. No beds touched. 3 people in a room, they took 5 towels and left 2. And don’t get me started on the ptac or whatever you would like to call that wall unit that screamed louder than the neighbors banged all night. Every outside door was propped open every night, includes the stair door right next to the hall door. Just wild all around. Needless to say I will never return, I won’t even get off at that exit for gas in order to avoid this place.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the check in person was very friendly. We only stayed there because we went to the game so wasn’t a lot of time spent there but everything was comfortable
- 4/5
Clean, quiet, convenient.
- 5/5
Clean,
- 5/5
The room was wonderful! Very clean and neat. Pleasant smell too
- 4/5
Nothing special, but was a decent room. I’ve been to worse. If you want just a night to sleep and maybe lay around this will work. I liked the windows opened to the outside. There are places to eat around the area and there is a truck stop close. I would stay again.
- 4/5
Breakfast did not include any hot foods. It was very basic, but considering the Address of the hotel it's not hard to find a place to have breakfast!
- 4/5
Clean room. Staff was very polite and courteous.
- 5/5
Clean room. Firm beds. No frills.
- 5/5
Safe area. Front desk staff nice. Bed comfortable and room clean. Upstairs room but elevator available. Restaurants nearby with a variety. Would stay again.
- 5/5
A nice, clean economical place to stay
- 4/5
Not really a continental breakfast, granola bars and coffee, but staff were pleasant
- 4/5
Room was clean. A bit small though. Area around the hotel has good amount of options for food.
- 4/5
Spacious, clean room. Quiet even though near the interstate.
- 3/5
Clean room but too close to interstate.
- 4/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Clean with excellent staff. Not fancy, but very pleasant. We will stay there again.
- 4/5
It was good
- 3/5
Very basic no frills rooms and amenities. Clean. Grab n go breakfast of coffee and packaged muffins and sweet rolls. Priced reasonably.
- 3/5
Bed was clean, but air vents were nasty. Dogs in the room next door barked until almost midnight and started again at 6am, not a restful night at all. Breakfast offered a small assortment of pastries and coffee, nothing to drink for non-coffee drinkers. Expected more for a room over $100.
- 5/5
Had a great 1 night stay. Room stayed cool which is super important. Bed was firm but thats my preference. Felt safe, and no complaints.
- 5/5
Grateful for our stay here. Room was clean and staff were more than friendly. It is difficult to find places that accepts larger dogs, but they were welcoming.
- 5/5
Just didn’t feel safe
- 4/5
Not fancy but clean and good value. Breakfast was poor.
- 4/5
Was good enough.
- 5/5
Did not have Landry service
- 5/5
Everything was great will use this motel again
- 5/5
Nice clean hotel for a couple nights of traveling/spending at Smoky Mtns
- 2/5
Yes dog was happy
- 4/5
The front desk lady was really good though.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay overall !
- 4/5
Air conditioning worked perfectly, hot showers, & friendly staff!
- 5/5
Desk clerk was AMAZING!
- 4/5
Stayed a week with a buddy, cheap, relatively clean, friendly and helpful staff,
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly. No problems checking in, were helpful with my dog and gave me a room close to exit for outdoor access. Room was clean, and no additional fees for pet.
- 5/5
The Washer and dryer was great. Beds were comfortable
- 5/5
Staff was friendly Very clean
- 4/5
It was a nice place to rest during a long drive. Not fancy, but adequate.
- 5/5
Was a great hotel witj very courteous staff. I would suggest a courtesy area with a coffee bar and microwave for customer use if not in rooms. Unable to grab a coffee or heat up food I brought with me.
- 2/5
For the money, you what you pay for. For a good nights sleep - stay elsewhere. The bed was hard and the pillows tiny. Left after only 1 night and went to another place to get some sleep.

The next morning housekeeping came as we were showering and getting ready to go to a funeral and I asked them to return later which they did not and we had to ask for them to attend the next day. Over all I will never stay at that hotel again.

The entire staff at Americas Best Value Inn are outstanding! Thank you for making my stay feel like home.
- 4/5
It was definitely a good stay for the price-Convenient, nice people working there and Good accommodations. I chose to be up on the top floor which might have made the highway noise a little louder, but I didn't want to folks around me making noise either. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here a few years ago and has went downhill. Didn’t feel clean. Only needed to stay for the night, but absolutely not worth the nightly rate.

There was little or no breakfast. Staff was good and interactive. Price was good but changed by a few dollars on the same booking the following day. No one could explain why that was.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at for the price.
- 4/5
This hotel is good, especially if you have pets traveling with you.

The property is overall safe. It is pretty clean and in good condition. The staff is friendly and willing to help us with more towels and dining recommendations in the area. There is plenty of parking spaces as well. There is a Cracker Barrel restaurant within walking distance (less than 2 min), which was very convenient. The hotel provides complimentary coffee with creamer, honey buns, granola bars, and other snacks starting at 6 am. The only thing I did not like is that the walls are pretty thin and you can hear the people next door. This was annoying because late at night I would wake up to people talking in the room next door. They were talking at a normal volume but, again, since the walls are thin I could still hear it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and for the affordable price I would stay here again if I am in the area again.

Won't stay again. Pics were deceiving. Old and needs renewed.
- 5/5
Clean quiet friendly staff. No hair dryer and no microwave in room but available in breakfast area.
- 2/5
The hotel was descent for the price but the sheets felt damp. The beds sucked people were nice. Had a dog food bowl outside for cigarette butts

Pet friendly
- 3/5
The walls are VERY THIN, YOU HEAR EVERYTHING. price is right and place is clean. Fridge has no freezer for your ice packs and no microwave in room. Breakfast is oatmeal or packaged snacks. Internet was worthless! We won't return even for that price.
- 5/5
Lot's of hotels say they are pet friendly but want to charge $30-50 for a pet to stay. This hotel really was PET FRIENDLY with no charge. Staff was pleasant. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot. Quiet even though it was close to I-40. Best value we've had in years. A++

Great value. Nice staff

As an experienced budget traveler I found the property an excellent value for the price. It was clean and very serviceable. The mattress and pillows were firm and supportive. The sheets were clean soft and comfortable. The only warning I have is if you’re a light sleeper request a room on the front side. The din of the highway in the back side may be an issue. They changed my room without problems.

Good stay. Desk person was great!

Very clean, nice welcome, coffee & snacks downstairs in morning. It is right next to highway so noise comes into room from the room I was given. Very good price for cleanliness.

That is always appreciated and convenient for night arrivals Thank you

They do allow pets, didn't need that but nice for travelers who do.

Please don’t close down or change anything….this was fairly priced and very clean …..I need somewhere to stay while I’m caregiver for my Mom…,she has dementia, it is very stressful

Tv didnt work, but they moved me to another room.
- 5/5
Solid nights stay. Convenient to Knoxville. Comfortable beds No complaints. Would stay again.
- 5/5
The staff was great
- 2/5
The room was a minimal basic room. The room itself was clean, just very worn. The bathroom was where I had the issue. It wasn't very clean and there was rust and mold. The mirror was cracked, and the toilet paper holder had something growing in it. I'm not super picky, but it just grossed me out. On a positive note, the staff at check-in was extremely friendly and kind.
- 5/5
Easy to get to from the highway and the lady at the front desk was super helpful!

I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel and won’t stay there again.I fully understand that a “value” hotel isn’t going to be 5 star but I do expect a basic level of service.Upon arrival, there was a duffle bag laying in front of a car in the parking lot.We assumed that it could have been dropped or someone had full hands but it laid out there for about 3 hours. There was a pair of muddy work boots at the entrance that were still there when we checked out.The rooms are basic, almost dormitory like.We took phone cords but no adaptors assuming lamps or outlets would be usb friendly and they were not-don’t forget your chargers! We stayed on floor level and the parking spaces go all the way up to the building. Our window did lock but the screen had been partially cut out.We used the metal hangers in the track of the window for extra security. The door had a specific sticker that said to be sure to use all locks on the door-never seen that before-so we also used a chair underneath the door handle. My husband is a 6’7 heat packing guy and he did not feel safe. The room was filthy.Thankfully I always go prepared but I had to scrub blue toothpaste off the sink, handles and faucet, which would have been impossible to overlook had it been cleaned.I had to clean someone else’s pee off the toilet before we could use it.I think the linens were clean but very stained and had letters written on them in sharpie. We joked D was for dirty!Bathroom floor was full of hair and tub didn’t drain, we wore sh

Cleanliness
- 5/5
The one unfortunate issue is guests not showing courtesy to other guests at night…in the halls hollering. No fault of the hotel though.
- 1/5
I was disappointed in the room. Our sheets were ripped up, no comforter or quilt on the bed and we were cold, not enough pillows, only 2 towels for a room with 4 people in it, no hot water in the shower, no blow dryer, no USB ports and stains on the bedding.
- 4/5
Great location and professional staff. The room was fine, but bathroom tub drain was slowly draining and seemed clogged.
- 5/5
Location off interstate was easy on/off.
- 4/5
Clean functional no frills property at a very good price and no charge for pets. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay the night and don’t want to overspend this is a good choice. Appears to be recently updated.
- 5/5
Great clean place for a night of rest for a good price.
- 4/5
It was a good hotel and the price was great. I thought the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
- 5/5
The staff were very amenable and helpful. Property was clean and we had everything we needed provided
- 5/5
I loved it
- 3/5
Good service in the reception. Room clean and comfortable. The 'breakfast to go' could be improved. The internet was slow during the entire duration of our stay.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful night. Just what we needed. A nice hot shower and a clean bed. We travel with two cats and felt bad for the mess we made. They were disappointed in not having any bugs to chase. Thank you for the nice experience
- 4/5
Okay for a quick nights stay

Basic, clean; exactly what you'd expect for the money. The room was large, but the bed could use replacing.
