We were all very happy with the room we stayed in. The beds were comfy and most of all we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and hotel. This is especially true when you consider the Minimal cost of the stay!

The renovation and rooms are wonderful. Very clean. Sonny and the rest of the staff are excellent. It is far enough off I40 to be quiet, but close enough to jump on in a minute. Close to restaurants, shopping. Internet was great and has massage showerhead. Large rooms w microwave, frig and desk. Travelling for work and breakfast wasnt til 7 when already gone

Staff was good. Breakfast could have been better. Ran out of sweetener for coffee and no fruit. Other than that, breakfast was sufficient.

Staff were ok. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very minimal. No fruit. Kids yogurt only and only a few. Coffee and juice were like water. The waffle maker was horrible. Waffles stuck so badly even with the spray they wouldn’t come off. This happened to me and the next person while the attendant stood there watching offering no help! The lady after me spent time trying to clean off my waffle and then spending several minutes trying to get hers off. She couldn’t. Not sure why the attendant didn’t care to help clean up the mess. Neither of us walked away with a waffle. There was definitely a sparse variety of anything offered. My husband had the eggs and sausage and didn’t finish that. We stayed two different trips and the breakfast did not improve. We were not expecting anything fancy. A new waffle maker is definitely needed.

A clean room is most important to me. I was very pleased with that. Had business meetings in both Knoxville and Maryville. This location allowed me to stay in one place for 5 nights and easily reach all my appointments. I was on the third floor and like to use the stairwells rather than waiting on an elevator and the stairwell closest to me could have used a good cleaning (not that big of a deal, the rest of the building was kept very nice).

When I arrived into my room, I quickly called the front desk because there was a smoke smell all throughout the room and a strong mold smell in the bathroom. The guy working at the front didn’t apologize for it or the inconvenience or didn’t offer to switch me to another room. He just came up with a bottle of air freshener, sprayed and left. Also, breakfast should be replenished for the hours it is served- they ran out of a lot of basics.

This was a very nice hotel. The room was nice & quiet. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. My only complaint is a mildew smell in the room. It does not have anything to do with cleanliness, because the room was very clean.

Incredibly rude check in. Young kid in glasses with the absolute polar opposite of hospitality in the hospitality industry. The last time I was here, my 2nd floor room’s window was right above a smoking area. Cigarette smoke was coming directly into my wall ac unit (you could see it). It was disgusting. I went down to ask the same kid to move rooms (this was literally an hour after I had just checked in). He said “Maybe we can just ask them not to smoke there.”. Genius lol. Let’s tell the other guests not to smoke in the smoking area. And also, when we tell those guests, it’ll solve the problem - because certainly all other guests would also get that memo. This hotel is old, gross, and ran by moronic rude family. Stay away.

Room was clean ish. Lots of updates needed. Walls dingy, bathroom could use bleach and fresh paint. Carpet needs steam cleaned.

This is a lower mid-tier hotel chain so you naturally don't get the amenities or fancyness of some of the higher level chains. But no complaints. Price was cheap for a one-night unexpected trip/stop. Room was well cleaned. Bed was fine. Breakfast was better than expected with scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, toast, cereal, oatmeal. Location is in a good area with lots of shopping/restaurants. Commons areas were just okay with some obvious wear/tear and work needed. For the lower price this is a quality place to stay as long as you don't expect it to be something it's not (higher end chains). I would say here again on a pass through Knoxville if needed.

Waffle at breakfast was excellent

Stayed in room 129 and smelled musty and like mildew. Safety latch on door was broken and literally coming out of the wall. Front office staff were very helpful and nice at check-in. Stayed for two nights and asked for cleaning services and they never came so our trash was overflowing and we had to take it to the lobby to dispose of it. Ice maker on first floor had broken and exploded all over the floor our entire stay.

I was charged double once I checked in. The hotel said it should fall off and laughed it off and now I'm having to dispute my bank for the charges.

Hotel bed was extremely uncomfortable and room temp was hard to regulate so it was not comfortable. Booked room for 2 nights but front desk only activated the hotel key card for 1 so was locked out the second night and had to get new key cards, no apology.

Breakfast was so so. You had choices, but they weren't the best. There are lot of restaurant options close by.

Pet Friendly, nice dog walking area. Clean comfortable beds.

The manager and staff of this property are excellent. Several employees greeted us and recognized us from a prior visit. Traveling with a dog can be a challenge, they make it seamless. Comfortable beds, good breakfast bar, pool, etc. We will be back.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The overall condition of the building was below average. The breakfast was poor. LIttle selection. The powdered eggs were old and dry. However, if you're just looking for a clean, quiet place to sleep at a low price, this will work.

Ms. Kimmy was a complete JOY at check-in. She was kind, attentive, and answered all of my questions about where to park and the property. Thank you! The pool was clean (my children said it was very warm and fun), the room appeared clean at check-in, there was a slight smell of moisture in the room, but it was overall nice. I appreciate the food options, gas station options, and proximity to the highway.

The breakfast wasn’t “all that” but it was bare bones price, so a waffle will do.

Breakfast was fairly decent. Would I recommend this hotel? No, I would not and my husband does not get to choose the hotel next time we travel. :-(

Check in was great, the desk clerk was super friendly. The building is older, but clean. The pool was drained & not in use, which is weird because its June. I would've liked to have used it. Didn't see any breakfast options. Check out took forever because the clerk wasn't at the desk; another family was also waiting & it took about 20 minutes to find someone, which is unacceptable. Overall, a decent, cheap option in a pinch, but I'd probably pay a bit more next time & just stay at the Hampton Inn next door.

Second time staying at this property with the last three years. Both one night stays. Not much changed. Breakfast could be slightly better. Iron in room appeared new, but didn’t work.

This looked like a new hotel. Nice amenities, including exercise room.

The room was clean and the bed soooo comfortable! The continental breakfast offered waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage along with pastries, cereal, yogurt and juice. Easy check in and out.

Room was tidy but not the best cleaning job. It wasn’t filthy but things were missed. Noise level was tolerable and water was hot. If you don’t have high expectations this place is ok. Towels are on the small side. Fridge is cold cold. Worked well for items we had. All in all an average stay.

Arrived to check in and found note at counter saying attendant had to step away and would return momentarily. We, and another guest who had arrived, waited 20 minutes. Finally I called the front desk phone number and someone picked up the phone and then came to the counter. Also, waffle mix at breakfast was sour indicating that it had turned bad. Will never return.

Booked last minute at a great price! The room wasn’t the cleanest (smelled of smoke and some dead bugs in the mini fridge) but overall wasn’t bad.

The staff was excellently friendly and accommodating. The property was a little old, but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a little lacking.

Overall the stay was perfectly fine for what I was looking for. The hotel was right off the highway which was ideal for me and many food options within walking distance. Check-in was smooth and easy. Hotel is showing wear and tear and there was a weird smell throughout the common areas and hallways. Smell was not in the room, which was clean and had everything needed, though the bathroom was in a little disrepair. Taken all together, I would stay again if passing by.

Staff was great, and the hotel was wonderful.

These was one of the least expensive hotels in the area. It was updated, clean and very comfortable. I was very nice. The free breakfast was a bonus and was acceptable, ok. It is right next to the Cracker Barrel, so if you would like to spend a little money, you can go there. Dunkin is across the street. It is right off of the highway, easy on and off. 15 min drive to downtown Knoxville or 30 min to Smokey Mountains.

We checked in realt late after a football game room smelled like smoke we notified the desk and he same and seen for himself claimed the manager would be there in the morning and he could refund half the price as finding another hotel after 1 am wasnt an option. Manager was not there in the morning then i was charged 150 for smoking in the room when we dont even smoke and they are refusing to do anything. This hotel is running a scam.

The stay was just "ok".... good place to lay your head for the night. Property was slighty renovated recently but a polished turd is still a turd. The bathroom was terrible, toilet wasnt fastened to floor, the toilet seat was barely hanging on. Cleanliness of bathroom was not really up to par. In my opinion it needs a better renovation done..

This is a nice hotel and the staff are wonderful. We had a terrible experience with another hotel the night before after traveling for 7 hours and they allowed us to check in early!! The rooms are nice and bed is comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

For a 2-night stay, it was decent place to stay, and the bed was comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was questionable. This was the first time we felt we needed to wipe down our room. The hallway outside of our room had an odor. With us barely being in the hotel, just enough time to sleep, it’s wasn’t a terrible experience.

Staff was pleasant, bed was comfy, but that is the only positive things I can say about the place. I always check the bed/room for cleanliness upon arrival and this was the first time I’ve ever found something that caused enough panic for me to complain and ask for a new room. I found mouse droppings behind the bed and on the floor between the bathroom and bedroom space. I called the front desk and was assured this has never happened and he seemed as if he didn’t believe me, so I took photos. He did offer a refund as there was not any other available rooms, but when I went to the front desk, they offered a room with a king size bed (booked 2 double beds). We took that because we could not find anywhere else with availability. Upon moving our things to the new room, the smell of cat urine was really strong in the hall and the smell in the room wasn’t much better. I guess the cats kept the mice away here as we found no droppings. I am thankful they had a room for us, but would never stay here again.

This is a good hotel at a convenient location in Farragut. The reason I gave a 3 for cleanliness is due to mold in the tub.

Breakfast was good they had a nice assortment offiid to eat. The coffee was good too. We just stayed overnight and I'd book here again for overnight.

We've rebooked this hotel when traveling through due to the convenience of getting on I75. Room was clean, bed comfortable and hot breakfast included. We didn't care about the tv but it was hard to find a channel that came in. AC worked well.

The staff was wonderful. Alex checked us in, he was very polite and informative of everything. The lady in the breakfast area was super friendly! She asked if we needed anything checked to make sure there was enough food (we ate right before the breakfast service was over). I didn't get the means namee that checked us out, he was very funny, super polite as well. Only issue we had the sprinkler alarm went off in the middle of the nigh. The front desk was very apologetic about it. Which we understood, stuff happens. I'd highly recommend this place. t

The stairwells were very dirty and soiled. As someone who likes to take the stairs, The fact that this area of your property is not well kept is kind of a turn off.

Arrived at the property 30 min after check. Room was not ready. Waited about 15 min until clerk told me that an alternative room was available. Got the keys, walked in the room and immediately noticed a loud stench of urine. Returned to the desk and requested a full refund.
