The property was well maintained and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was well stocked with a variety of options. Room was clean. My ONLY complaint was to no fault of the hotel, the room above us was very noisy with kids jumping into very late hours of the night interrupting our sleep. The staff were helpful when we approached them giving us a couple options. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

The kitchen staff confirmed that the premade eggs had no meat inside. my wife is vegetarian and found ham chunks throughout the eggs. please inform the staff on what they are serving.

The room was large for a one bedroom suite with full kitchen. We had an issue with a toilet but the front desk responded within in a reasonable time. The included breakfast was sufficient with a variety of items. The hotel is centrally located with lots of restaurants and shopping.

Room was on freeway side - very disruptive, no sleep. Asked to be switched to street side for remainder of stay - much better! Location convenient to I-40. Real challenge to turn left onto N Campbell Road. Breakfast had good variety. Some maintenance needs,- squeaky bath door, bureau drawer wouldn't stay closed. Room was clean and functional

Couldn’t use the patio area as there were too many bees. No sauce pan to make eggs, pool not open. Very little activities to do, but over all it was acceptable.

The breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious. The beds were super comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. The hallways could have been a tad cleaner. I did notice dirt and dust on carpet. Nothing too terrible though.

The staff are nice, the rooms are clean, but I've stayed there twice in the last six months and both times my room faced the I40 traffic, which is loud day and night. For that reason alone, I would not stay there again. Breakfast is not very appealing. Rock hard bagels that looked old, huge tubs of congealed yogurt that looked unsanitary, better served in prepackaged containers, and prefrozen omelets.

The hotel was adequate. Rooms are spacious and have a small kitchen. The location is next to I-75/40 so the rooms on the back side get a lot of traffic noise. Rooms have a slight stale smell. The tub in our room was dangerously slick and the grab bar was on the outside of the enclosure. Staff generally looks sloppy but pretty friendly. I have stayed at other Staybridge Suites that were newer and nicer. Parking is adequate.

The hall way to the room was horrible to begin with. There were stains on EVERYTHING from the furniture, floors and bed. There were dog treats all on the floor. The sofa was broken . The mixing valve was loose and the transition piece was up and could have caused an accident! Cigarette buts all along the front and back doors. Worse place ever . We got there at 1030pm off the road and left the next morning to find another Hotel. We were charged $180. For that mess which leads to horrible customer service! The manager wouldn’t even come talk to us personally! Ridiculous! We have video backing up everything we experienced and will make sure everyone I’m able to reach NEVER stays there ever.

Room was noise due to freeway was close the building.

Beds and bathroom were neat and clean but the kitchen was not the coffee pot looked like it never been cleaned and the dishwasher was filled with most of the dishes and flatware that were all dirty

Customer service was terrible. Their credit card reader wasnt working. It was late and we were road weary. We were fully paid and asked if we could get a room and rest while they worked on their system. They wouldnt do that. After waiting hours and well past midnight in their lobby, we again asked for a room (that we had already paid for) and they stated now we couldnt stay there at all because we werent pleased with them so it would be a liability to give us a room there at all. They told us to take up our refund with our 3rd party. Hotels.com was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was after 2am but we were able to get a great room and great customer service at hampton inn next door. We use hotels.com often and have never had an experience like this. It was absurd.

Amazing front desk staff

Not the kind of service I expected from a hotel charging $300+ a night on a football weeks, aka their busiest time of year. Location was great, but won’t be staying here again with so many other options.

No hot water for showers for 4 days just lukewarm water breakfast quality is fair at best but did not get sick

Terrible location. Loud traffic. Room needed updating. Loud AC. Neighbors keep their doors open. Furniture needed cleaning. Ceiling vents dirty. Will never stay again and questionable on any Staybridge properties.

I’m also a veteran and we really appreciate the veterans parking spot.

We stayed here during a cross-country move. It was one of the few properties in area that acceped pets. Despite having pets on the grounds and in the hotel, both were clean.

This staybridge was very clean and in a nice area. The property was nice and well maintained. The pool and breakfast area were nice. The only downside was the bed was very hard and not comfortable.

Nice thoughtful room layout and facilities for medium length of stay. We were in party of 4 with 2 queen beds but janitors only left 3 bath towels. Staff had to wait till towels were washed and dried before bring up up one at 10pm at night. Unfortunately the towel still had a dirty spot. Too bad no space to upload a picture of the towel with spot here.

Room wasnt fully prepared it seemed. No linens for the sofa bed. No shampoo in the shower. Dishes were clean but in the dishwasher. Sofa bed was only half size so that was weird. Minor things, but when you're really tired it was hard to ignore. Breakfast was excellent. Very clean. Friendly staff. Overall an excellent stay. We reserved just an hour and a half before we arrived so all could be forgiven.

At $450 a night for passing through the area. Up the entire night with loud passing vehicles from the freeway. Cops went by twice with sirens blasting. Overall staff and property was excellent. Very disappointed in the lack of sleep with ear plugs even!! Bed was hard.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. It was tough to find parking when we arrived. The only thing available was in the back of the building and it was not very well lit.

Always love the Staybridge, the room was very spacious the King size bed was very nice, the Kitchen is always what I want. I love to be able to cook and have a fridge available to store goodies in... The people/staff were so friendly!! It is located right off the freeway but I'll be honest my husband and I weren't bothered by it at all... Pool is nice, only downer is no hot tub lol. But the gym was nice as well as the laundry(free) too.. I don't eat breakfast so I'm sure it was great as well... Thank you staybridge!!!

This was a last minute stop over for us and the Staybridge Suites was the perfect choice. Front desk was friendly and helpful and check-in - even realizing we had a toddler with us so they gave us a first floor room. Room was clean, spacious and full of amenities. Definitely would choose to stay here again in the future. Breakfast was wonderful. Loved the soda fountain and food choices.

Very close to the highway with easy access to get back on, as well as a Publix 2 minutes away.

The entire hotel felt clean and comfortable with multiple common areas to sit and visit. Our room had a kitchen set up with a fridge, microwave, dishes and a dish washer. In the morning the breakfast area was great. There were many options including eggs, meat, waffles, yogurt, granola and fresh fruit. I would recommend this hotel, and stay here again. There was evident care and pride in the conditions, and atmosphere at the hotel.

This was a good experience overall. We needed a quick place to stay overnight on a road trip and this fit the bill. The staff was fantastic. Breakfast was convenient... a little cold and over cooked, but it did the job. The room needed a paint job. The bathroom door had the top half repainted and the bottom was not. They were two different colors. The bathroom itself was fine, but old and needed a little repair. The beds were not super comfortable. Everything was clean and roomy and fit our needs, but I would not stay more than one night.

The bed was perfect and very comfortable. The kitchen was clean. ALL the dishes were in the dishwasher. The tub did drain very slowly. But so quiet and everything was clean. I did enjoy my view of the pond and geese. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, waffle and yogurt with real berries and fruit.

The breakfast was sub par. Only skim milk, not any sugar by coffee. Half of the displays were empty and it was a Saturday morning. Room itself was comfortable but needs a redo, it grosses me out when I see stains on couches or carpet. The workers that I did see were very friendly though. This hotel wasn’t bad at all, but just not as great as I would usually expect.

My room was very clean. When I was wiping surfaces with my own Lysol wipes, I saw no dirt on the wipe. Only thing I was unhappy with was that housekeeping did not clean the room and so I had to call the front desk for clean towels. I only stayed 2 nights.

Property needs some major maintenance. Bathroom in the room and near lobby smells like mold . The room was really bad with odor . Property not properly staff to keep clean and have things in good working order . Many long term workers stay here and that is their main clients. Not a great family place to stay .

The man who checked us in was wonderful. The room had a worn look to it and tge capets were stained.

Great bang for the buck. Nice breakfast, monday-wednesday drinks and pizza in the evenings. Room was nice. For what it cost.. great value.

Pool was not open. House keeping only services your room every seven days. Room was a little dirty when we arrived so they had to come and clean again.

This is a nice property.

One thing I would have liked was bathroom access that didn't go through the bedroom so that our son didn't feel he was interrupting us when he needed it, but that was a very minor inconvenience for a one night stay.

Very old hotel room. The bathroom light had an electrical issue. It would turn off suddenly and wouldn’t go back on . My husband took a shower in the dark. Not the most friendly or helpful front desk staff . Breakfast was good .

I’m not quite sure how this property has received 10/10. Our room on the 4th floor smelled like smoke and faced the highway. I couldn’t sleep all night due to the traffic noise. Breakfast was terrible! At 6:50 am, nothing was filled…no bacon, limited bread and bagels, watered down orange juice and rotten fruit in the bowls. Not worth the money I paid…live and learn!

Great service. Only needed more USB and bedside outlets for CPAP, phone and hearing aids to plug in. We made do, but it would be nice to have by bedside.

Upon first check in, the staff was friendly enough but we noticed the lock on our room door was broken. We were only staying for a night so decided that was alright I guess. Around 3 am, the fire alarm started beeping as if it had a low battery. We woke up and looked, and it seemed like the alarm system was built into the building (or we just couldn’t find it). No staff to be found around the hotel. Tried calling the front desk and no one answered. We packed up and left after an hour of hoping it would go away when it never did. Would NOT recommend.

Hotel was fine for an overnight stay. A fair amount of noise from the interstate. Room had a bit of a musty or smoky smell to it. Room was otherwise clean with nice amenities. Lobby was pleasant with a good breakfast setup.

They seem to also be cutting costs on the breakfast. It was sparse. For instance, they had a big, 3-shelf, glass case across which they arranged 5 - 7 muffins each day. They didn't often restock them. Also I was dismayed by the level of waste; they use disposable Styrofoam plates and plastic utensils each meal. Not unique to this hotel, but I don't know why American hotels can't use real plates, glasses, and tableware and wash them. Highway noise is audible on one side. Choose an odd numbered room. Would not choose Staybridge for my next trip.

Hotel is in great location. Breakfast is pretty standard hotel breakfast with hot food options. Great walking trails/paths around the property so worked great for traveling with our dog. Our room was a touch out-dated, but was very clean. I also experienced great service throughout our stay. I would go back.

Unaccomodating staff. Poorly stocked breakfast was missing several items. Advertised breakfast was available until 10:30am. Was bare and not replenished at 9:45am. No one bothered to clean tables or floors during breakfast. Out of oatmeal, pastries, juice and biscuits. Was able to get eggs brought out after requested. Had to request hand towels and bath towels as just a few were in room for a 2 night stay.Had to wait as none were available.Paid double the rate as there was supposedly an event in town and rooms were scarce. Got half the value of their normal rate.Will not be back.

There wasn't a coffee pot in the room but they did bring one right away. One of the legs on the bed collpased because it was missing a screw but we were about to check out so it didn't interrupt our sleep. We told the front desk. The employees were all very nice and helpful so we don't fault the hotel itself for the wrong bed size. I just paid for a queen room and that is not what we got.

Our room’s overall condition was barely suitable. The floors and furniture were dirty and soiled. We used a towel to clean the dirty, sticky tile. We were informed at check-in that the room would not be cleaned during our six day stay. Towel service was available, but it meant going down to the front desk to exchange. The one day we asked for new towels we were told the towels were “temporarily unavailable”. The staff was friendly and helpful, but sparse. I will never go back.

This is an excellent motel. Service was good, it was clean and attractive,and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding.

When booking a hotel for me and my family, I specifically look for queen beds, not double beds. This hotel listed their beds as queens, but they were not queens. They were just a bit bigger than a twin. We had two people to a bed and it was so uncomfortable. We did not sleep well at all, making our stay miserable and disappointing.

The hotel was a nice overnight stay on our way home.We arrived late and our staff was so nice and efficient and made us feel welcome. our room was so expansive and huge bathroom and full kitchen.We wished we could've stayed longer.The breakfast was very yummy and staff helpful.My favorite was the yogurt bar!

Enjoyable stay at the Staybridge with a great breakfast and spacious room for our whole family. Bonus was the restaurant adjacent to the hotel with nice outdoor seating.

The one thing about this hotel is that it is literally right next to the interstate. Very loud trucks scream by all night long and a loud fan does not cover it up all the way. If you are going to stay here, request an odd number room which is on the side away from the interstate.

Suite was very nice and clean. There were several great restaurants nearby and a walking trail as well.

The hospitality night attendant had excellent customer service.

They did not have enough towels in our room. And did not have needing for the sofa bed. We went to the desk and asked for towels and bedding and was told they didn’t have any clean bedding for the sofa bed. I booked a room for 5 people and only had a place for 4 to sleep.

Our stay has been amazing. The issue is some of the front desk staff is rude. Most of the front desk staff is friendly.

If you have a dog this is the place to stay. Sidewalks and lots of grassy areas and a 2 mile walking path running from hotel behind Turkey Creek shopping. We loved it so much we booked another room for our return trip home in 3 weeks
