The room was clean, and staff was friendly. Had everything I needed for a one night stay. Bed was comfortable.

This hotel is new remodeled and close to everything you may need. Has gas station in same parking lot too!
- 3.5/5

Staff was very helpful, rooms very clean, breakfast was great and breakfast area just as nice as a restaurant!
- 5/5
Obviously newly updated facilities. Very clean and enjoyable stay
- 3/5
Seemed to be per friendly.
- 5/5
We were pleased with the cleanliness, ease of parking, comfort of the bed and bedroom space. We will come back next time we travel this way!
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and in good condition. Staff was courteous and friendly. Allowed to stay with us as she always travels with us. Had dinner at Cracker barrel which was easy to get to. Overall a good place to stay on our journey.
- 4/5
This hotel is in a transition period and it is coming along very nicely. When walking into the lobby, you feel welcomed and it looks great. I love the breakfast nook where the food is in a separate room. I do wish that they would add grits, bacon and biscuits to their breakfast. Our room was clean and we really enjoyed the comfort of the bed. The refrigerator was so cold that it froze what we put in it. There was the smell of food on our floor which only made us hungry. Our overall stay was great. There was a gas station in close proximity as well. We highly recommend this hotel.
- 3/5
Room maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. Shower surround has a crack across the faucet & controls. Faucet and handles are very loose. Bottom of toilet had a huge yellowish/brown spot. There is no breakfast available. My impression is that the property may have recently changed ownership and maybe they are trying to improve it; if so, they have a long way to go.
- 5/5
Great staff great place to stay
- 5/5
Rooms and lobby look brand new. Everything has been redone. Modern looking bathroom, very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast Nothing

Being gretted with care, watchfulness and friendly staff. Not a thing.

- 5/5
Very nice location close to interstate and food locations. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly in the check in process and with questions I had.
- 0.5/5
no setup provided
- 2/5
AC was the only thing working, beds were broken spring, sink did not work no breakfast served and major construction going on not disclosed before reserving the room. Bed was also dirty with dead bugs.
- 4/5
They are doing renovations but it wasn’t anything that really bothered us. The rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant.
- 1/5
The pool listed in pictures is permanently closed, the included breakfast was unavailable, the building reeked of paint. Building supplies was stored in multiple places. The beds were okay. The bathroom needed a lot of work from faulty fixtures to noticeable patches in the wall.
- 5/5
It was clean, really nice place. We loved it
- 1/5
No hot tub, no pool, not even breakfast. Hotel is in renovation and does not plan to have a pool. Rooms have bugs and smell funny. Multiple left that checked in and we all got told leaving we wouldnt get money back so.
- 1/5
No continental breakfast. Under construction. Glue fumes were prominent from new carpet. Doors were numbered with masking tape. Poor tv service.
- 1/5
Hotel under construction
- 5/5
Room clean staff amazing and friendly
- 0.5/5
it was literally under construction and that was NOT noted. There was dust everywhere
- 3.5/5
No breakfast and nails through our parking lot as well as broken glass. Dryers didn't dry vents were clogged
- 1/5
Urine stains on the sheets. All the amenities were unavailable. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. The entire place smelled like smoke. Stay somewhere else.
- 5/5
The room was very nice and comfortable and well clean and kept it’s been updated. Looks very nice. There’s nothing wrong with the room
- 4/5
Extensive remodel going on Fall 2025. Stayed one night after a Vols game. Not fancy but good enough.
- 1.5/5
The toilet in our room had dried urine on the seat. We asked for someone to address it but no one ever did.
- 5/5
The property is under renovations, but still clean and nice
- 3/5
Nothing within waking distance except a gas station
- 5/5
They didnt inform us they were doing some construction on the hotel, but we never heard any of it! Plus the price was unbeatable.
- 1/5
This property is under construction and could easily be the worse hotel I have ever stayed in my 35 years of business travel. From noone in the lobby, non working lights, no sheets on the bed and a leaking toilet that ran down 3 floors. Horrible.
- 5/5
The construction is almost done so it's quiet and mostly interior design stuff. convenient and close to stores, food, interstate access one block away. would stay again when visiting.
- 5/5
The property is under renovation. All things considered, it was a great place to stay while driving to destination.
- 1/5
It is totally under a major renovation. No front door or a pull through to check in. Construction materials blocked the entire entrance and parking lot. Plastic covered the entire front entrance. Parking was terrible and A/C was terrible. No hotel signage
- 0.5/5
booked online offered a pool, hot breakfast, shared lounge. whole motel under construction, no doors in the front. Never saw another person there.. not even staff. I walk with cane- no ramp access. Said no refunds online - I got scammed! I am Pissed!
- 4/5
it isn't anyone's fault exactly, but the hotel was in a state of construction so most services were not available
- 4/5
The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The contruction outside made it difficult to park
- 5/5
They were very helpful and kind in our stay at this hotel. I appreciate that!
- 4/5
Good stay
- 3/5
The staff was very nice, got told it was a continental breakfast " free" it wasn't . Besides the goose droppings everywhere and then you step in it and don't know it, you bring it into your room with ya...
- 2/5
The room smelled very bad! And the hotel was under construction and the door from the outside to rooms inside were unsecured. I felt unsafe!!!! The street noise and other occupants were noisy.
- 2/5
- 1/5
There was no ADA accommodations for wheelchairs. The inside of the hotel was extremely hard to breathe due to all of the dust and debris from the construction. It was very hard to navigate inside with a wheelchair. The inside of the room was not clean and it smelled really bad. There was what appeared to be blood on the floor and the toilet was not clean. The bed was not clean. And it smelled really bad inside of the room. I am not satisfied since there was no wheelchair accessibility to the hotel. I would like a refund.
- 2/5
The room had few towels, mold in the shower, toilet leaked all over the floor and it stayed wet, construction stuff everywhere . It is convenient to restaurants and shopping. We were told they had upgraded this room. Shower curtain was ripped and it dripped. If this was an upgrade I would be surprised.
- 1/5
Please help me get this resolved. Victor and Amanda
- 1/5
Whole building was under construction, they had a $200 hold on your card for the locals had to go in laundry door to check in
- 3/5
Room close to parking
- 3/5
Despite hotel lobby and entire first floor under major renovation/construction, we had a pleasant stay. Room was comfortable and housekeeping staff was efficient. No breakfast service, but coffee station available in the hallway. Side entry doors not secure, and the walk to the lobby through the construction zone felt a little iffy. We were there on a weekend, so it was quiet-no construction underway.
- 1/5
There are no amenities or places to be except in the room. Bathroom paint peeling, but there was hot water. Toilet is one of those short, kid ones. Expedia should not vin list this property until the construction is over! Also, nighttime traffic was noisy. Miserable stay.
- 3/5
It was clean It wasn’t worth the money, breakfast starts to late.
- 2.5/5
Easy access to interstate and bed was comfortable. Wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. I was assigned a room someone was already in and had to go back to the desk and get another room. It was a little pricey, but I guess cheaper than other hotels. I know it was a game weekend which seems to always Jack up the prices of all the hotels, but just a lot to spend for one night.
- 0.5/5
leaving under construction. watching spiders criss crossing ceiling
- 5/5
I love the peace nobody bothers you
- 2/5
This property needs to be reassessed and at the very least it be mentioned that it’s under renovation.
- 3/5
Shower dropped all night lights kept flickering.
- 3/5
Would have liked to know renovations were going on.
- 1/5
When I walked in the gentleman at the desk was extremely rude and didn’t greet us, his first words to us was yelling DRIVERS LICENSE AND CREDIT CARD. He comes back and hands them back and says looks like you came straight from work your room is on the second floor. Horrible customer service. The hotel is under construction and everywhere you walk is a trip hazard part of the floor is torn up and there is a sharp lip on the rest. Beside the front entrance is a huge hole where they have dug something up and you can’t see it well after dark nothing is marking it to let you know it’s there and my son walked off in it up to his waist. Then, they have a prostitute going from vehicle to vehicle in the parking lot. Radisson Has lots their touch! The room didn’t have blankets for the pull out bed. Only one towel for a family suite. This experience has ruined the chain of hotels for us.
- 1/5
Aweful experience with while ordeal. Would never recommend booking through Expedia every as well.
- 3/5
This location is currently under major renovations. So major we were wondering if they were even still opened when we walked in. Overall, once we got to our room it wasn't bad. It was actually pretty nice. the only complaint about the rooms is there was no comforter on the bed, just a few sheets and a light blanket. So I was freezing all night. Overall, for the price it wasn't bad.
- 1/5
Receipt said 3 rooms booked. Charged for 3
- 2/5
It would have been helpful to know the hotel was under renovations. Once they get it finished it will be really nice but not so much right now. If I had known I would have made a different choice.
- 3/5
Our interaction checking in was great. There were some hairs in the bathroom and you could tell by looking around corners and such the place wasn’t being cleaned very well. We found rubber bands around the bed in the floor. The elevator wouldn’t work in the morning so we used the stairs. Overall it served its purpose for a place to sleep but definitely nothing special.
- 1/5
After day one our shower didn’t work. Found out at midnight when we rolled in. The entire place is under serious construction. Literal pools of wet concrete in the lobby, carpet/flooring is non existent, entire place smells of lord knows what. Rooms smell like smoker rooms. Everything is extremely dated. Seems like the owner spread himself to thin by starting 17 projects at once.
- 5/5
The guy at check in and check out was extremely nice. When we left for lunch he asked if everything was satisfactory.
- 5/5
of inability to get to Knoxville because of closed roads. Hurricane Helena. Thanks to Brian and Earl for helping us with our cancellation process. Oscar Fowler
- 1/5
This hotel is currently not fit for clients to stay overnight. It is dirty and under construction. The comforter was blood-stained. Most importantly, the room smells of mildew and smoke. My family left and drive overnight, so as not to sleep in the unfit room. We made service desk aware of concern and I did not hear back from management.
- 2/5
Property was under construction but there was no signs or caution tape up.
- 1/5
Property was under renovation and no indication when I booked online. It did not even look like the photos. The staff was friendly but they didn’t change the rate or give me an upgrade. This is really a travesty and I will have to take it up with the brand name.
- 3/5
This property was under major construction in the lobby and this was not mentioned to us at time of booking
- 2/5
I would not recommend this hotel. There was construction/remodeling going on. The Lobby looked nothing like the picture. The stairs were torn out and it was under construction. The room and property were more of a "motel" instead of a hotel. Furnishings in rooms were very low quality. The hallway on the 3rd floor had a bad smell. We found dog food on the floor in our room. We didn't get to the hotel until after 11:30 pm. It was so bad we ended up grabbing our bags and leaving at 1:30 am.
- 1/5
This property looks condemned when you see it from the road. We were afraid to walk in the door. I forced myself to stay there due to the situation and the non-refundable rate. I have never written a review but I would like to warn others before they book this hotel. There is no hair dryer and when we asked for one, we received a dryer that smoked and did not work at all. There were no apologies for the condition of the hotel. There was a tarp on the roof that came down over our window. I have pictures to back up my claims.
- 2/5
They are doing major construction, main stairway is ripped out, yellow tape and plastic all over 1st floor. Our beds were comfortable, but floor in bathroom was filthy. Wiped it with a washcloth and it was black! Bedding was only a thin too small blanket and a sheet. Desk personnel Earl was very pleasant and helpful.
- 5/5
Pets are allowed
- 4/5
Economical when needing to book multiple rooms for groups.
- 3/5
No wifi
- 4/5
The only thing i didnt like were the pillows, they didnt support my head at all, causing additional (I already suffer from chronic neck pain) pain, barely got a decent nights sleep.
- 3/5
The bathroom floor was sticky. The elevator had things on the floor that were there when I arrived early afternoon and left the next morning. So cleaning isn't a strength of this property. The breakfast was awful. Instead of orange juice as advertised. it was an orangish drink. The biscuit was not warm and the eggs weren't real.
- 4/5
Older property. But clean.
- 2/5
Hotel was under major renovation, it was very noisy, smelled extremely musty, and service at check in seem like it inconvenienced the guy more than anything. The room was not very clean. Stains on the roof, and the bathroom looked moldy in the corners. Over all it was not a pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Comfortable rooms.
- 3/5
Disappointed
- 4/5
Rooms show signs of wear and tear. Breakfast was so so (for example defrosted frozen omelets). Coffee tasted like warm water.
- 5/5
Friendly reception, clean and comfortable room, good WiFi.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
Hotel was just ok. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Saw some updates in the room but carpet needs replacing. Huge red stain on the floor. Breakfast was seriously lacking and same options every day.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, quick check-in, comfortable room.
- 2/5
Worst county inn I’ve ever stayed in. Terrible decor and extremely uncomfortable. Room was disgusting and the bathroom was dirty.
- 2/5
My family and I have stayed at this property many times and my wife and I noticed that immediate difference and cleanliness. Our bathroom was not cleaned properly. The ceiling tiles had black mold. When I informed the front desk clerk, he just apologized and did not offer anyone to go clean or look at the situation
- 5/5
What a beautiful hotel!
- 2/5
ceiling tiles had black mold(room 308), the floor had hair and it was sticky. Informed the front desk clerk and he just apologized. Did not offer to send someone to clean or check it out.
- 5/5
Been travelling alot lately and was nice to finally come across a nice, clean and quiet facility. Check in was quick and easy, especially after a 14 hour travel day.
- 5/5
Helpful front desk staff
- 4/5
Over all,it’s nice and clean,and fairly new,for the price,you can’t beat it
- 2/5
The hotel was in rather poor condition. Normal wear and tear is expected, but this hotel was beyond this point.
- 3/5
Bathtub had long head hair as well as short curled pubic hair in the tub. Water staining on tub fixtures. Ice bucket has debris in it.
- 4/5
The pool is pretty run down. It is also currently getting a new roof on the hotel. (Middle of June 2024) There is a bit of a stench in the hallway, but the room is clean and doesn't smell.
- 2/5
Pool not open
- 3/5
Construction occurring and no parking. Unacceptable to have people parking in the grass and non parking areas.
- 5/5
Great service. Great breakfast. Comfy bed.
- 5/5
They was wonderful in every area
- 5/5
Noce place to stay
- 2/5
The floors, carpets in both hallways and room were filthy.
- 1/5
One of my guests after we check in went to her room and just laying onthe bed for 2 minutes a bedbug bites her, we went down and complain to the person at the front desk about the issues ... short story we desire no to staying at that property , we gave our keys to front desk. All ours rooms qas on the second floor.
- 5/5
Great stay as always!
- 5/5
Everything was fine
- 4/5
This is an older hotel. It has a hot tub in the pool area, but it is not in use which I don't understand. Located directly off the interstate, choices for affordable meals makes it convenient.
- 4/5
Outside of the facility was very clean. Inside was fairly clean. Was quiet. Parking was limited and tight.
- 2/5
The front desk clerk was friendly and personable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. TV remote was missing from the room, clerk found us one and stayed to make sure it worked. Now for the issues: upon stepping off the elevator we were immediately hit with a very pungent food smell and it remained on the 3rd floor over night into the morning. The hotel is very dated and has a lot of wear and tear. The grout in the bathroom is very old and dirty, I actually feel bad for housekeeping for having to try to clean that. The noise from the highway is very loud and I barely slept. We would not stay here again for the noise alone. Again hotel staff are great! A refresh of this property is desperately needed.
- 2/5
Dirty rooms, smelled like cigarette smoke, lobby was a disaster
- 3/5
Not much going on around the property. Hotel was old and dated and in pretty sad condition.
- 4/5
I usually stay here every time I'm in Knoxville because the rooms are reasonable, nice, and staff know me. There were a few stains on my comforter but other than that everything was fine. I'm sure if I would've asked for another one I would've gotten it, but I was ready to go to sleep.
- 5/5
Safe place if traveling alone! Very friendly staff!
- 4/5
The room was clean and updated. It appears they are renovating in some areas.
- 3/5
I would stay here again, it was very average. Everything worked ok, it was mostly clean, there was a musty smell but not overwhelming.
- 2/5
Musty smelling room and very limited sheets
- 5/5
The staff here are always nice and they know me. They provide good service and accommodations. I love staying here!
- 2/5
This hotel was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The fire sprinkler was rusted, the floors weren’t mopped, the toilet looked like it had urine around the ring on the floor, there were spots on the counters, there were chip crumbs on the floor, just down right disgusting conditions. The lobby was dirty, wallpaper peeling, carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. When you walk on the stairs in the lobby it feels like they’re going to collapse on you. NEVER AGAIN!!
- 4/5
The gas station right in front makes it unappealing
- 5/5
Place is always clean, people are always friendly and efficient
- 5/5
I highly recommend this place. Easy to access the interstate and shopping center.
- 4/5
Dog friendly
- 3/5
Looks like they are trying to renovate the property but it is a bit in disarray.
- 2/5
Check in was good, but after that it all went down hill. The bed was small and very uncomfortable. Had a guest next to us that had dogs barking all the time. They also kept slamming the door all night. Then they go outside right infront of our window to let the dog do their business all the while talking loud and being disrespectful. Talk to the guy at the front desk about it but he didnt seem to care. The breakfast is awful. Better off going to cracker barrel or mcdonalds. We wont be back to this hotel.
- 3/5
very basic lodging
- 4/5
Looks like they’re doing renovations and they definitely need them. The room and bathroom were clean and it was quiet. Pool heater is broken and my teenage daughter was upset about that. It wasn’t the nicest place we’ve stayed but it wasn’t the worst either. Nothing that made it stand out either way.
- 4/5
Staff was nice and room was very clean. Great stay!
- 5/5
Quick stop got good sleep. Price was right
- 5/5
I had to get a hotel room at the last minute and I was by myself in a strange city and it was dark outside. I was pleasantly surprised by the first look. The reception was pleasant. Even though the hotel looked pretty full, it was quiet. Rooms were nice and very clean. I needed to leave early in morning and breakfast began at 6am. I will definitely stay here on my next visit!
- 1/5
The lobby was in ill repair and renovations have been halted. The stairs were disgustingly dirty. The room was ok. The pillows were small and lumpy. In the long run, I decided not to stay.
- 3/5
It appeared that some renovations were underway? Most areas certainly needed updating. Constant noise due to proximity to the highway. Not up to the standards of other Country Inn and Suites that we have stayed in over the years.
- 4/5
Just an overnight visit, good breakfast but really raining hard so limited what I did, watch out there are two of these puppies, verify the full address on gps
- 5/5
Pool heater did not work. Could not sqim with grandkids.
- 3/5
Is under renovation so noise was aggravating but after completion should be fine place to stay
- 5/5
The property was well kept up and not far from the shopping mall and various restaurants. However, I was not given the WiFi information on my key card, like other hotel and when housekeeping came to clean my room, my key card stopped working and I had to get it reprogrammed at the front desk. Other than that, a pretty good stay!
- 4/5
Nice and comfortable place to stay. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
- 2/5
I stayed in a country Inn and suites the night before in Asheville, NC. It was extremely clean and kept in good condition. The property in Knoxville however, was very disappointing. In fact, I was actually surprised that Radisson has its name on it. The breakfast that was served in, Asheville had plenty of nice items on it. The breakfast that was served in Knoxville had as limited a selection as you could possibly imagine. For example, when I was in Asheville, they had muffins and danishes and different toast available. In Knoxville they had three different toasts. It was just disappointing overall to expect to have something similar to what I had experienced the night before to be so poor a version of the initial Expectation I had
- 4/5
Nice
- 5/5
There we rooms available late at night.
- 4/5
In a king size bed get some pillows that are larger than throw pillows. Change out the sickly yellow lighting in the rooms.
- 5/5
Nice thanks
- 5/5
very nice room, newly renovated, feel home and relaxed
- 5/5
I’ve stayed here twice now and always pleased
- 2/5
All was ok until we entered the assigned room only to find someone already occupying the room. Big mistake. We were assigned another room by the front desk and room fine. Some unnecessary hassle and time for sure. FURTHER looks like you charged me twice for that night accommodation so assume they charged for second room. NOW must go through agro of refund!!!!! Bad.
- 1/5
I will never stay or go to this hotel EVER AGAIN and I would not recommend any friends or family
