Friendly staff, clean bit dated room. Continental breakfast needs an up grade…. Eggs?? sausage?? Otherwise it did the job.

The staff at checkin was super friendly and helpful, as was the staff at check out. The room was tidy and smelled super clean. Plenty of parking and spots were available right by my door!!! Definitely my go to when staying in Knoxville!!!!

Good location. Rooms were outdated, very hot, and had trash left in it when we had arrived. The beds need to be replaced along with the pillows.

Okay breakfast, location was good. The pool was crowded by the same people, not sure if they even stayed there. No smoking signs but people were smoking anyway. Employees sounded like they were displeased that I wanted the room serviced.

Checking in was a bit off-putting as I had already gone through the process online. I understand showing my ID again when I checked in (but it was scanned into the system a second time) but I had to give my credit card again. Why bother checking in online?

Location and checkin staff One room was not clean but front desk reassigned another room as soon as they were made aware. This message was sent by text at first but that person did not respond. FRONT DESK RESPONDED WHEN I WENT TO HER AND KET HER KNOW

The lamp did not work. But the main problem that I had was Staff. I was in the shower by myself and someone knocked on the door at 9:40 I called out from the bathroom that I was there. And they still opened the door! Good thing I had the lock on! I called front desk after the shower they didn't even apologize just said that they would talk to the management of the housekeepers

Started okay Had issue with toilet overflowing at 130 in the morning. Called front desk and was told maintenance would come in the morning! I had a flooded bathroom now! Brought me a few towels and a plunger after I asked! Did not bring any clean towels or offer to change rooms! Disputed charges with cc company!!! Will never do business with them again!!!

The parking, breakfast, and the location were good but the room wasn't well cleaned at all and the bedding was old and had burn wholes and stains on the top cover, but the bed was comfy. I won't stay again, but the price was good.

The night clerk was amazing. She even met me out front when I got lost! Then she made sure I knew she was available should I need anything. She worked a double shift and greeted me in the morning with a big smile!!! She deserves a big raise and promotion! Difficult to find.

The room smelled clean upon arrival, and the sheets were clean. However, the shower was gross, and bugs came out of the drain. We stayed there for three nights and housekeeping never came in the room, not even to empty the trash. I understand that everyone wants to “conserve energy” but three towels for two people for three nights is not enough. When I went to the front desk to ask for new towels, they offered me pool towels that might as well have been sandpaper. Sadly, that wasn’t the worse part. The highway noise is awful. If you book here, either get the quiet side or book somewhere else.

Bunch of kids staying, hung out in breakfast area too long, wasn't much left and toaster didn't work.

I especially liked how wild let the outside of the hotel was. It made us feel very safe. The hotel did have a strange smell inside our room. It was too cold to go swimming in the outdoor pool so I don’t know how the condition was. Breakfast was good, but I wish it would’ve had some sort of protein, other than yogurt and milk. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Beds were very comfortable and everything was pretty clean. Overall, I would definitely stay there again because for the price it was a very nice hotel.

Room had a weird smell to it. Bedding had stains and cigarette holes. If they had new bedding and pillows it would be so much better. The pictures are a little deceiving.

It was good. The bathroom door didn't close properly. Huge frig. Bed very comfortable . Loved having tile floor instead of carpet. Shower good. 3 towels instead of 2 which is great for women washing their hair. Extra pillows too!.

The room stunk and the chair was all stained up. There was a wad of someone else’s hair stuck to the shower wall. Had to flush the toilet 2-3 times to get everything to go away.

Our room was accessed by walking up a flight of outside stairs, then walking around the building to the back. There were people standing around all hour of the day and night smoking on the balconies. There was a dog barking next door throughout our stay. Our curtains were ripped, blankets had cigarette burn holes, sink wouldn’t drain, remote wouldn’t control the volume, and we didn’t have enough sheets and pillows for the pull out bed. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here, and I will never be back.

This place has been cleaned up and improved since I last stayed here a couple of years ago. Things worked like they are supposed to. Shower’s hot, towels clean, HVAC works well. Comfortable bed, but bring your own pillow because the pillows are uncomfortable.

It was difficult to see the road to enter facility. The guy at check in was nice. Breakfast was fine-waffles, bagels, muffins, coffee and juice. Room was fine.Sofa bed could use a new mattress. Bathroom was nice and large with walk in shower. Room was clean and quiet. Ate at Fiorno grill up the street-excellent pizza.

The thing we didn't like was the burn marks on the cover blanket on the bed. The shower had a patch on the wall that was drilled in and the noise from the highway was horrible 😐 making it hard to sleep. The employees were wonderful though. Then were the best part 😊

dirty hotel and just overall very low quality. really feels like a cheap cheap hotel. Both sink and tub where clogged up. TV not working. they tried to fix it, but couldn't and didn't offer us anything. Barely any blankets for sleep, towels, low quality. just overall gross and very low quality.

A service charge was charged without being noticed unlike other hotels I have stayed at and up to 21 days for a refund.

The breakfast…. Just go get something from McDonald’s… The bed was comfortable, the room clean and was probably the only good thing about this place. I will stay again, as the room was nice for the price, I’ll just keep the interactions of staff to my husband.

Literally couldn’t get service to save my life and then forget connecting to the WiFi. Glad I didn’t have work or school stuff I had to do. But if that’s the biggest problem of my trip, I think it’s fine.

I requested air refresher but the owner didn’t get back to me. Overall less than average.

The room was nice size and clean for the two of us. It was close to where we needed to be. Had no problems so not much interaction with the staff, but with what little bit we did have they were very nice and helpful. Will most likley stay there again.

The room itself was ok it was clean and the houseclean made her rounds everyday. However there were little cigarette burn marks in the sheets and the sheets themselves felt a little sticky I don’t if it’s be wise it was very humid or what. And I wish they would have set a ending time for breakfast of stead of putting black tape over it writing 10 am but telling me 9 am like I was just suppose to suppose to know.

After checking in to our room we noticed some stains and holes in the bedspread and sheets. We brought this to the attention of the front desk and they got us checked into another room that was much better.

Property seems to cater to local workers for construction sites and/or industry. No parking when we arrived but after unloading we found a spot on the back side of the building. Sink was cracked, drain was very slow in the shower, but overall an acceptable stay. Expect to smell smoke from men smoking outside but not a problem for us - just those sensitive might want to be aware.

The beds were way too hard you might as well had been sleeping the floor. The floors were dirty like they haven’t been swept in weeks. When we got there was watermelon in the fridge. The 2 things that was a plus was the front desk staff was great and the pool was clean.

Staff was friendly and check in was easy. Room had an odor and air conditioning unit made a knocking sound. Shower looked recently redone, but had missing pieces that had broken off (tile/flooring) and edges looked dirty. Basic hotel for a low price. Served the purpose for a strictly overnight stay.

The front desk person was very nice, room was quiet. But the condition of the room was something you would expect from a 1-Star hotel. The room was dirty, smelled odd, the cover on the bed had cigarette holes and bleach spots. Toilet was wobbly, shower head was not tightened correctly and sprayed water over the curtains, I ended up putting a wash cloth over so not to flood the bathroom. The refrigerator was also dirty. Had ice build up so freezer part not usable. Also, ice was stained with something yellow. Maybe something was hiding under all the ice? Im not sure. I was only there for one night, and luckily my wife didn't join me as she would not have stayed. Im actually surprised by the positive reviews this hotel has received.

Was scheduled to stay two nights but ended up only staying the first night because we checked in late. Terrible hotel, cig burns in the comforter, and bed did not look made. Dirty shower did not even look like it was cleaned. They say free breakfast but when we went to get breakfast all they had was cereal to offer. Ended up checking out early because of how bad it was, never again.

If you need some where to stay for a night this is an okay option. Front clerk seemed like I bothered him checking in, while he kicked back with shoes off on the lobby sofa watching a cricket game. Didn’t seem like he wanted to answer any questions. Besides that the room had a wonderful aroma of straight bleach but at least you know it’s clean. Top sheets had small stains on it, rest of the sheets were clean as well as clean towels. Front clerk in the morning was very friendly, welcoming and professional.

The worst things was the room was open air building, the noise from the I75 traffic was very loud all night. The curtain didn’t block out the breezeway lights, the bathroom had no exhaust fan.

Disgusting. Filth everywhere and stained sheets. A no smoking room that reeked of cigarettes and had an ashtray. A no smoking sign on the door. Filth on the walls and used soap in the shower.

The clean services was not good we paid too much for what we expected only things is the front desk guys were very nice.

Wait for a quick overnight stay very fair pet policy as we have our small shorky with us.. honestly we havetayed at several hotels over the years and we ate pretty picky..even though this was a much older hotel. Everything was remodeled very clean and smelled good… Would definitely stay again for a quick overnight in and out while traveling to see family

been here in Knoxville on a job and I have been in the same room for over 2 weeks and I have enjoyed the stay from day 1

We did not even stay. It was so dirty and disgusting. We left as soon as we got to our room and saw how dirty everything was. The smell was horrible too.

This was a quick layover stay. It was sufficient for what we needed. An old hotel upgraded next to the 40 so you do hear the freeway. Bring earplugs if you can’t do the noise. Breakfast was fair. Had waffles, bagels, toast, muffins and cereal. Room was clean with mini fridge and microwave. Other guests were quiet.

It was a decent place for a tired traveler without having to pay a destination price. With the cheap prices come the cheap patrons. Smoking in non smoking areas, inconsiderate yapping in the parking lot. It was also a bit noisy from the nearby highway. the staff was friendly, fair, and attentive.

Our stay was rather pleasant and peaceful.. very quite for being so close to the interstate.. The room was really clean all except for the bottle of shampoo and body wash provided by the hotel in the shower... the tops of them could have used a good wipe down otherwise everything was clean.. the room was very spacious for just a standard 2 queen room...only problem we encounter with ohr stay was with the deposit amount. When we checked In i signed a 25$ refundabke depoait as long as nkthing was damaged but they actually charged me a total of $70.02 for the deposit. I was also told it wpuld only be a hold not a charge on my card but i was chafged fulky the wrong amount. Like i saud i was told 25$ hokd for damage deposit but was charged $70.02 and then was told at check out it qould be refunded to me within 10-14 business days...i have no problem having hold put on my card for damages but if im told its just a hold and i wont be charged unless there any damage thats what i expect.. But like i said it wasnt a hokd i was charged $70.02 which was not the agreement that i signed at check inn. So just be very aware of what ur gonna be charged and how long to be refunded it back to ur account.. other than these little issues everything else with our stay was great...

We appreciated the pet accommodation. They have a sign that states their pet policy. Big fines if you dont let them know you have pets. Very easy check in. It served its purpose especially when traveling with pets.

The staff is rude and in pleasant and heaven forbid you forget something and have to go back and get it because they will act like they haven’t seen it or know what your talking about HOW DO YOU NIT KNOW WHAT A 150 dollar fan is or where it went!

Overall had no issues with my Stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham Knoxville West/Farragut, it filled the need I had for accommodations while visiting Family, and Visiting my other Company Office for I.T. Face to Face.

It was exactly what I expected, in a good way.

I dropped my standards one time because of the location, i made a mistake. Wont happen again.

It was convenient to the interstate

Nothing fancy. We were in town for ball game so we only needed to shower sleep and change for a couple of days. I would stay here again.

We stayed before our flight out of town, it was very convenient to get to the airport for our flight.

Check in was good. Room-floor funiture bathroom clean, fresh paint, as expected for 2*. Sheets on bed were very noticably dirty. Like someone dripped oil on them. Towels were half clean and half new unwashed with lables removed.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. Other than the guy next to me slamming his door and yelling after outside at 7 am it was very quiet.

Probably what you should expect from an older facility. Doors open to common exterior walkways so plenty of noise from the adjacent road and other patrons

We could not make it to the hotel on the day of our reservation, due to the hurricane/flooding in Asheville NC, where we were stranded without any phone or internet, so we were unable to cancel our reservation. If there is any way for us to have our money refunded, it would certainly be great PR for Hotels.com and the Super 8.

We stayed in a suite with a family of 6, the pool was a heated pool and felt great during the day and at night. It was always quiet at night and seemed to be a safe place. Staff was exceptionally helpful and breakfast was always good. Will stay again

I love coming here. I have stayed there multiple times in the past 2 months. By far my favorite location to stay at. It's my home away from home.

Everything was great except the wifi was just horrible it kept going in & out & in & out all day long & having to make me resign bak in. Annoying. One sec idhave perfect 5 bar signal 2 sec later gone. Made no sense. Oh & the pool was just disgusting & salty tasting idk weird but normally its crystal clear

Good price but would recommend not staying there there is better options I was taking a shower and I felt something night my foot I looked down and there was 2 lizards in the tub. I understand bugs or something like that but lizards ?! Plz do yourself a favor and avoid this place I’m getting a shot for the bite as we speak.
