It was a good price and the room was big. Its been update and in a good area. I didnt like that I got a king suite with a balcony and pull out bed and, it was suppose to have 2 queen beeds and queen pull out coach. The beds where both full sizes and the pull out was horrible. Bathroom wasnt 100% clean had hair all over and the exhaust fan was broken. Half the lights were burnt out and the fire place didnt work. Also the ac blew on the bed and had poor circulation. Whoever slept next to the ac would freeze while everyone else was hot. I also didnt like that the sink was located in the room and not the bathroom.

It was clean and comfortable, great rate for the night. Would stay again if ever in the area.

No positive experience. Black mold in the mini fridge, rust on hinges of the doors, hair on bathroom floor, shower tub doesn’t not drain, foul smell, loud highway noise all night.

Staff was great. Had a balcony room. The light shown into the room the ENTIRE night. When asking staff how to turn off the light, they said they couldn’t. Super nice man, offered us “clear tape” to try to secure the curtain to the wall to help dampen the light. The property isn’t really super clean and restored for the price. No sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. Which was needed, and I called ahead for, yet still didn’t have. The bathroom was so so. Older, with the sink outside the door. No fan. Room was clean though. AC worked good. Balcony was very dirty. Spider webs and pollen and dust and dirt alllllll over it. Couldn’t even utilize the space. Weird smells in the halls. But the room itself was doable. It’s just realistically with all the options nearby and the competition like it is demographically, choose a different spot.

The free breakfast is great. Your room doesn’t get cleaned during your stay and the walks are thin.

Water temperature for showering was just warm. Wish it was a little hotter. Property seemed aged.

The location is good, close to a main street but not too busy. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The property is dated and our room (130) had broken soap dispensers in both the shower and vanity areas. The towels were all simply piled onto a handicapped shower chair in a corner of the bathroom. The toilet paper roll dispenser was also broken, so the paper was just sitting on the back of the toilet. There was nowhere to hang a towel, except the closet. I paid extra to get a room with a balcony, but if I had known that the balcony was only about 3 feet deep and had no chairs on it, I definitely wouldn’t have spent the extra money for that room. There was an electric fireplace in the room, but no instructions on how to use it. I had to ask the front desk clerk how to use it. He gave good instructions, but I could tell that he has had to do this many times before. The hotel should simply put instructions for the fireplace on the mantel in the room to save frustration. The a/c unit was extremely loud every time it kicked on, so it would wake us every time, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Leaving the door to the balcony open wasn’t an option since it didn’t have a screen and we were on the ground floor. The desk lamp was unplugged when we arrived, but due to the lack of adequate lighting in the room, I plugged it in and turned it on. Then I realized why it had been unplugged. It kept flashing, as if there was a short or it had a bad bulb. I unplugged it for safety and dealt with the darkness. The breakfast that was offered in the morning is a joke. Spongey fried eggs, a strange half bagel with cheese and what looked like tater tots melted on the top, sausage patties, and plastic cups the size of shot glasses for the juice. The coffee, however, was decent. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The room was not good. There was carpet peeling up, the bathroom needs a total overhaul, the security latch on the front door didn't work because the whole door jam is cracked, the entire unit needs painting. On top of that, the room was not cleaned well.

Overall, we were satisfied and very satisfied with breakfast. It was lovely. The beds were clean, lobby clean etc. The only questionable thing was our bathroom wasn’t 100% very usable but only because we had wipes to clean it with…… we’re talking to hairs and dust along the edges of the bathroom and things that make you question the other part. I wouldn’t not stay here again because of it, but it was a bit disappointing.

We were not greeted with a friendly way. We were treated like a nuisance. Our room was worn down. The box spring covers had rips. There were scratches all over the walls. The bedside outlets did not work; neither did the phone or clock. There was garbage under the bed. There was no patio furniture on the balcony. The breakfast the next morning was very disappointing. The eggs were rubbery, the sausage was hard, and the potatoes were mediocre. We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites many times and we will not be staying at this chain any longer.

Very convenient place to stop off of I-40. The bathroom walls could use a good wipe down, at least in room 333. The floor in the bathroom could have also used a little scrubbing. The bed was also a little on the hard side for my tastes, but wasnt too bad. Breakfast was pretty good: typical powdered eggs, greasy sausage patties, plain potatoes, sausage and gravy. Overall, its a very nice hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I needed a place.

Location Fridge in the room was broken. We told the front desk clerk he said the next day he would move us. He never mentioned it again.our last night there the front desk clerk, the woman was yelling in the hallway, we open the door its 11 PM. She’s screaming that somebody was smoking on the floor and they needed to stop loud and obnoxious.

Parking was plentiful and the amenities were great. We were a large group and everyone was able to find something to eat from the breakfast options.

The environment was clean but in disrepair. From holes in the walls to bare wires showing. Was given only 2 hand towels no bath towels, wash clothes or floor mat. Went to call the front desk and the phone was not attached to the jack and couldn’t be attached as there was no cord to attach to a jack. So then contacted the front desk in the front desk told us that we would need to walk down our soiled towels to get new ones. Made the front desk where we only had two hand towels and was still told we needed to walk down and get towels.

Clean spacious room,buffet breakfast and pool area for children up to par as well as late night hangout area sitting around firepit with friends and family. Not far from Interstate one direction and pigeon forge 15 min other way so not a bad choice with those things in mind.

The room was ok but there was food left in the fridge and spilled milk, so that means house keeping didn’t even check. There was pee stains on the wall and also some blood spots in the bathroom. Curtains are awful and let outside lights in. The balcony was dirty and has no chairs. Only one ice machine and it’s on the bottom floor. No items in the so called market. Will not stay here again.

Was ok. Carpet really needed replacing. Stained everywhere. The room was clean except the bathroom had hair in places and the hand held shower head fell apart as soon as I picked it up. Otherwise it was a good stay, bed was comfy good TV, fridge never really got cold.

The staff was very helpful. The room was nice, a little wear and tear but nothing too crazy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The breakfast was average and the indoor pool was good. The outside firepit/lounge area was great.

Evening staff was amazing. The lobby was really nice and smelt amazing. As you make your way through the hotel you start to see some issues. The carpet through the hallways was starting to come up. The flooring in the elevator looked horrible because it was ripped all over and they tried to cover it with a rug. There was mold around the shower in the room. The plug ins were coming out of the walls and half of them did not work. The safety lock on the doors were sketchy and did not seem too safe. Breakfast was mediocre but the coffee was decent. Not a horrible place to stay but will try to find something different next time.

The property seemed nice. It was clean. The rooms were decorated nicely but we ended up getting a stinker of a room. The bathroom fan didn’t work and the room smelled like dooty, so we opened the door to get fresh air and someone was smoking so the room filled with that smell. Then, we tried to take a shower and the faucet blew off the wall. Yikes! There wasn’t any soap or anything to clean up with but we did have toilet paper, so I’ll call that a win. The beds were comfy and the property was quiet so we did get a good nights rest, so I bumped up the stars for that, but overall a hot mess express.

This is a really nice location. We have stayed at this particular location two years in a row now on spring break. The rooms are always clean and plenty big for a family of four. The pool is very nice and warm and the outside area with the fire pits is a very nice touch when it is cool outside. The breakfast in the morning is always more than enough options. The young lady at check-in could not have been any nicer and the staff throughout our stay were very welcoming. It is close to everything and having a Dunkin Donuts and Weigels gas station next door is great. We have been impressed both times and when the need arises would definitely stay here again.

The property was close to the highway which was nice and close to other things like Buc-ee's, and restaurants. As far as the hotel our initial room they gave us had not been cleaned from the previous persons stay so they did give us another room but it was not that clean, the air conditioner didn't work well. doors to the refrigerator were loose, there was mold in the shower, the toilet was crooked, there was no hand soap for the sink. Not happy with this hotel and will never go there again.

I had stayed at this hotel previously with no issue. This time was unfortunately not the same experience. The room was gross, it needed a deep cleaning. Food on walls and bed skirt, unidentified goo on wall by bed. Trash under table. You can tell they did not clean this room well or maybe at all. Disappointed and couldn’t wait to check out.

We stay at this hotel as it is the halfway point for us when we travel to Tennessee. The staff has always been friendly and the rooms clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The lobby is spacious and has plenty of couches to relax on and talk to other travelers.

Room was clean, bed was amazing. Front desk team was amazing. Elevator was down when we checkout, rough with all our gear, but we managed. Breakfast needs a bit of help as items were uncooked and breads were stale, but hey it’s included, beggars can’t be chosey. Overall good stay.

The Hotel was neglected

We’ve stayed many times and this is the worst I’ve seen the hotel. It was practically an empty lot when we got there with a few utility work trucks parked. The elevator needs some tlc. The beds were not comfortable The air never got to a comfortable level and seems that the controls are very limited on how you can change it. The room was very warm and stuffy and smelly when we arrived so I wanted the ac on to help cool it down and help move the air, it took a while. But eventually it was not hot, the smell was still not great, which I was surprised when it said hypoallergenic in the hotel listing. I would not consider anything about the fragrance used as hypoallergenic. For the most part things were clean. The tile by the entry to the room was sticky and the tray under the freezer compartment in the fridge was filled with water. The fridge itself would not stay cold, which when I checked in and he asked my preference on room, I said a must was a great working fridge because we were traveling far and had food we needed to keep cold. We have previously enjoyed our stay, idk if it was this particular room or not but the most disappointing part of this stay was all the food product that had been delivered for the continental breakfast sat in the hallway for hours in the boxes stacked the way the delivery truck delivered it with no care or ,

From pulling in to the parking lot, to walking in to the lobby, to then entering my room, the most notable thing about this Country Inn and Suites was the cleanliness. It was very comfortable and inviting. The front desk service was extremely friendly and professional. Had to leave before breakfast was served, so cannot comment on that, however the rest of the experience will have me staying at this location again, situation permitting.

I would have given five stars except for the breakfast. The first day, the potatoes were cold and hard. They had different things every day, but that meant that the one good thing they had was only available once. They had a waffle maker for the little one but it was almost always way too crowded in there to be able to make one for him.

From the outside it looked fantastic. After further reading of reviews, I found it had recently been renovated and you could tell. You could tell the rooms were from an older hotel and had just been renovated. My wife did discover one of the pillows was stained under the pillow case. Bathroom was clean. Overall the rooms were decently clean. One big issue we had was noice. We were on the first floor; two rooms down the hall, so close to the lobby/lounge. The amount of noise; shouting, yelling and what sounded like fighting and duration of the noise, close to a hour, was completely unacceptable at 1230-1 in the morning. I called front desk and ask if they would take care of the course and the attendant had no bit of concern or remorse. It did stop. The young man checking us in was exceptional and was going above and beyond to check people in and take care of guest. The attendant that was working when we checked out was captioned as well. The price was great so overall we would stay again.

The breakfasts weregood sometimes not enough food but was handled quickly. Room was ok. The women staff at front desk need some training in customer service they were horrible.

When we first arrived we had a dirty hand towel and no other towels. The rest of our room was dirty balled up toilet paper next to the toilet on the floor, something spilled on table next to the bed. Very disappointing. We will not be back.

Is my favorite place to stay in TN but this time the kids couldn’t get in pool or if they did it was like 20 minutes , the the lady down step called the room an told me we had to be out at 11 I ask why we paid for 7 days my kids got Upset, had to take care of this.

The staff was extremely nice, but the property smelled like air freshener as soon as you walked into the facility. It was so strong, and there was a different air freshener.smell in the actual room, and I want to leave the property immediately because of this. Plus the air filters in the room I had to clean because they were so disgusting and we found hair underneath the sink that was not ours. It was a different color altogether. I personally will probably never stay here again, even though the staff was very nice. There were too many other factors that will make me not come back.

It's a small hotel, but very clean, with good service at the front desk. The hotel is well-located, away from the traffic chaos. The breakfast is average; it should be more varied. The best things were the cleanliness and the pleasant smell. What I didn't like: the rooms were very small. I stayed there with my family, my wife and son, on the nights of December 25th and 26th, 2025. I think I would look for a different option next time.

Walls too thin, you can hear everybody’s conversation. Slamming doors throughout the night, loud talking in hallway, air conditioning and toilet was loud, when flushing and turn on. Some type bugs flying around and lady bugs was visible. The good take away from these unexpected things that room was clean.

Good place for the price, but the room I was in was showing it's age. Stain on the shower ceiling and the toilet sounded like a turbine engine when flushed. Wasn't a big fan of the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom. Other than that, the room was clean, service was wonderful, and the bed comfortable. Will stay here again.

The room and bathroom were very clean. No mildew in bathroom (my pet peeve). The breakfast looks better than tastes. Undercooked plain potatoes, odd egg rounds, muffins and cinnamon buns were hard and stale, tables were dirty (also annoying no sanitization of tables since so many coughing kids in the room). Hotel is 20 - 30 min up the road from main Dollywood area, but nice since quiet and much less crowded. Kayla at front desk was super friendly. If not for breakfast let down, would stay there again.

Cleanliness, staff especially when we arrived a little earlier than the sign in time and we waited til the room was ready and it was just a 10 minute wait so we got our room 30 minutes earlier than the check in time.

Unfortunately I have to say the inside does not reflect the outside. Beautiful exterior but inside needs some work. Hallway carpet did not look as if was laid correctly, Holes and dirty. Shower was falling apart. Room was cleanish. Breakfast was average. Bread was left uncovered and was hard from being exposed. Cereal was also stale.

Wow, there’s so many things to improve! The room felt like a prison-gray walls and no pictures anywhere! The lighting was minimal and harsh. I couldn’t see my face in the bathroom mirror and the tub was so slippery that I had to put a towel down to avoid falling. Breakfast was disappointing. Fairfield Inn is so much better.

Room was okay but I reserved a room with a fireplace and we got another room with no fireplace and key for first room was not working we waited outside of the room since my husband went back to the host to find out what was going on he came back with a new activated key but didn’t work. I would stay here again but maybe not in a handicapped room which they had placed us in. The shower leaks out into the bathroom so that needs to be corrected. Breakfast was depressing, not one fresh item to be found. There were complimentary apples, but they were covered in a white dust so they could not actually be eaten at breakfast. There was no housekeeping to make the beds and to replace the towels. I expected this to be basic but ok like Tru by Hilton (which is a bit more expensive but much better located in Pigeon Forge itself) and it was far from it. I have no idea why this has such a good rating at Hotels.com. AVOID!

We stayed in an accessible room and were disappointed with the wobbly toilet, lose toilet seat, loose safety bar. Floor and wall behind the bathroom door needs repair. No place for towels. They were stacked on the tub chair. If you use the chair for a shower, there's no hook etc for the dry towel, only a hook on the back of the door which isnt close to the shower. No extra pillows available for support, so we drove to buy pillows. No attention given to gold members either. When I asked about the goody bag I typically receive at BWs, I was given a bottle of water. This was the smallest "thank you" I ever received for being a gold member. Has potential, but needs attention to detail.

The room was great and comfortable. Had a balcony but there was no outside seating on balcony. The attendant at the check in desk was very friendly when we arrived. The breakfast was good. Convenient to Knoxville or Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, etc.

I could not ask for a more perfect stay. The staff was incredible the hotel common areas were impeccable and the room was spotless. It was also nice to NOT GET A KNOCK ON THE DOOR 2 HOURS BEFORE CHECKOUT BY CLEANING STAFF!!! Which seems to be all to common these days.

Facility was clean. Check in was efficient. Room was clean. Breakfast was adequate. Great overnight stay. Only recommendation I would suggest is having a couple of chairs and a small table to enjoy the balcony more.

The ownership here is wonderful, and the property is a picturesque and well maintained retro fifties inn. We unexpectedly arrived early after a long drive, and were allowed to check in at no additional cost. Getting the sleep we needed was a godsend. This is, and will always be, our "go to" hotel for our annual visits to New England! Five Stars all around.

Everything was good

The front desk lady working Sunday was extremely rude. At 12:30 she was “still checking people out and couldn’t look into early check-in”. So check out is 11 just to be clear. It takes two seconds to look at your screen. Breakfast was typical but coffee and juice were empty while I was there. Drapes did not block outside lights and room was too bright to sleep. Overall felt the whole place was tired and grumpy. Will not return.

I was so frustrated that the cook lady abused me in the morning of October 25. I think maybe she think I am an asian? It's definately discrimination. This is the worst experence since I stay in the US.

The breakfast was very nice with lots of options, not just bread items and cereal like most. The gentleman who was the breakfast host was friendly and always making sure things were well stocked. Impressive!

Very nice stay. I would’ve preferred a little lower bed & bars in the shower but I also know I didn’t request an accessible room. Those were my only negatives & it was my fault except for the bed maybe. They were probably all that high. All in all a very nice stay & I would recommend & stay here again.

The hotel was ok. The room we were in had mold in the shower. The " heated" pool was not warm enough. They didnt have a hot tub. All in all it was an ok stay, nothing special.

The location is before you get into the "busy part" of Sevierville, so it's nice to not have to deal with the traffic at all times.

Stayed with Family for two days. The room was clean and the beds comfy.

Excellent check in experience. Clean room. The hotel only provides room tidying and towels every 3rd day. The trash cans around the property were over flowing by the 2nd night. The property is ran down and needs repairs. For example-the light switch in our bathroom had a gap around it leaving the inside exposed. (Wires and wet bathroom isn’t safe.) We would stay again though. It is clean and safe.

The room was not as advertised at all. It said it would have a balcony, but we were on the ground floor. It had a patio with no view. Not only were we on the ground floor with no balcony view, but also the room was directly beside the dining area. It was ridiculously loud every morning starting at 6:30 when a large group went in and ate all the hot breakfast. The beds were clean & comfortable, but that’s all that was. The carpet was disgusting in the room & hallways. The walls were dirty. The sink had hair in it & there was no shampoo in the dispenser. Every picture showed a desk & chair in the room, but we did not have one. We asked to be moved to another room, but were told it was fully booked. This is my 2nd very disappointing stay in a Comfort Inn & Suites. We will never stay in one again & would not recommend anyone else stay there.

There were stains on all the carpets around the hotel and the walls have massive cracks. Ice machines didn't work on my floor. Stinkbugs on curtains. Sheets had visible stains. This hotel has been trashed by rowdy guests over the years and needs massive refurbishment.

First floor with patio. No furniture on patio. Spider in a webb behind the bathroom door. More spiders in the corner, above the exit door, out to patio. I reserved a PREMIUM double queen room, and I guess we got is what Clarion’s version of what they think that is. We were a late check-in, due to activities in Pigeon Forge. When we arrived, we heard the concierge telling some people they were booked to capacity. (We later verified this as well, because we wanted to leave, but we could find nowhere else nearby to stay.) Apparently, we got the overflow room that may also serve possibly as a storage room. There was no desk or chair in the room, just the dresser cabinet. I will say that the lobby was clean, and the breakfast was good as well. Also, the concierge was very friendly. We were so tired. We just got in and out, but that room is definitely not what we were expecting. Very disappointed, and we will never return.

The property was dated and repairs were needed. The room was comfortable (including a faux fireplace) but the drapery, carpet and shades were in need of replacing. Our door was not square with the frame and needed to be replaced. For one night on a roadtrip ok but will not return unless major renovations take place.

Overall, the hotel was old and needed updating, it was also very humid in the room and hotel. Bathroom was old and I did see a cockroach in there. The walls are pretty thin…I could hear everything the neighbors were doing/saying. The bedding/beds were clean and the breakfast was good though.

Overall the building was in very good condition. You can see some of the age of the building in the hallways and doors with the carpet in the hallways and the paint on the doors.

I was not thrilled about a weird stain on the side of the bed. Also the pool area the door entry from kids pool to indoor pool is very slippery my son slipped and fell. He is ok but if an elderly steps here it will not be good. Its on the plastic white strips right at the door area. Very dangerous. In the fridge something gross was in the freezer area so definitely not been cleaned.

We requested a room with view however this hotel's location does not really have any views other than traffic, parking lots, roads, etc. Female at checkout was also very friendly. Continental breakfast was amazing! Lots of choices to choose from, something for everyone. Rooms were simple, basic but extremely clean.

The hotel itself was ok. Older hotel but clean and comfortable for the most part. One of our rooms did not have a working air conditioner which was “ok” since the weather is mild but is a testament to the age of the hotel. Front desk checkout staff could have been a bit friendlier. Aside from those things it was a good overnight experience.

The hotel was very nice; however we were given a handicap room which lacked drawers or desk space. Also, the bathroom shower was leaking and moldy from past leaks and the commode wasn't seated so when you sat down it moved.

We stayed here for jeep invasion two years in a row and this place is always clean and friendly. The breakfast is good but def steer clear of the eggs they are not easy on the stomach. We tested it having them one morning and not the next lol. BUT other than that great place. But also the elevator is still sketchy but I mean it works.

It was an overall decent stay. For the price we were relatively pleased. This was our second stay, and the first time was 5 years ago and the fire alarms went off and we had to sit outside until around 2am before we were cleared to go back in. When we got back to our room, the ceiling had a huge bubble of water hanging down. We didnt fault the hotel for this because it wasnt in their control. This time the hotel looked to have had some water damage at some point, so im not sure what happened. My only complaints were that it had black mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom above the door and caused some allergy issues, as well as a few little cleaning issues. The mattress wasnt moved all the way up to the headboard, and there was an old piece of food laying on the box spring. There was also spots on the wall next to the couch that had a sticky substance that looked like a pop that had exploded and dried and hadnt been cleaned off. But overall it was a good stay. We liked that it wasn't in the super busy part of town and was more laid back.The staff were very nice and helpful. The pools were great. Would probably stay again.

The room was nice & clean. Bed was comfortable. Would’ve received 5 stars if it wasn’t because the walls are super thin. I could hear every guest in the hallways, the cleaners in the mornings & even the toilet flushing in the room over. Slept with the tv on at night to mask some of the noise but there’s no way to adjust the TVs brightness so had to put towels over so the room wouldn’t be so bright.

We really enjoyed the stay, the breakfast was delicious, enjoyed the pool was a little cold but nice. The people was friendly.

First room we were given was not vacuumed well. The pull out sleeper had what looked like black mold on the bottom of the mattress. We were given a different room on the 2nd floor. To be a newer facility, the property was more run down than expected. I feel that it could be in much better shape. The fro t desk was polite and accommodating when we requested a room change. The second room was cleaner, but the hallways and elevator that had seen better days. We stayed two nights, however the price was good, I would have paid a little more to stay at a nicer hotel.

Makayla is the best!

Our stay was just ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and beds were clean. The beds were not very comfortable. We had a balcony which I was excited about but there were no chairs and it faced and old abandoned building. The sink and counters were separate from the rest of the bathroom which left no where to sit things when you took a shower and only one small hook. The toilet flush was so loud that it scared my son. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom which made it very hot after a shower. The breakfast ended at 9:30 and when we got there at 8, most everything was gone. The waffle batter was pink and runny and didn’t make a good waffle. Instead of individual milks to drink or put on cereal, there were two jugs of milk in the cooler for everyone to handle. The pool areas were nice and my son had fun there but they were on the smaller side and there were so many people at the hotel that we were stuck in one little area. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff were great but because of the other things that I noted, we wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Wonderful

The room faced very bright lights out in the parking lot and a gas station near the hotel. When we checked in, we found the blackout curtains lying on the floor and told the staff and they came up and they couldn’t figure out what to do about it and said they didn’t have any other rooms - so we left.

Trash and dirty diapers in the hallways. We check in at 11pm and out at 7am and it hadn’t moved. Air didn’t work and toilet ran all night.

Our family enjoyed staying here, we loved everything about it! Room was clean and super comfortable the lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner were amazing quality cleaned well and had a great scent to it, I wish there had been hand soap from the same form bottles instead there was a mini square bar soap which luckily I packed a dial antibacterial bar soap so that helped, that wasn’t a big issue just a recommendation. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great many options available and cooked really well not greasy, great hot breakfast choices and waffle maker to make your own fresh waffles which is always a winner for kids, The area was safe and quiet, close in proximity to everything, coffee and tea bar available throughout the day downstairs, tv with many channels was able to catch up, the balcony was amazing it’s private which was great -not shared and not being able to see the other guests very nice!! The hotel is very modern, elevator was so quick every time. The pool was very spacious and amazing that it’s indoors so a plus especially for unpredictable weather, the outdoor splash area is so comfortable as well and relaxing loved it! Great place to get some sun and relax there’s also areas for shade if preferred there’s lounge chairs and tables and chairs outdoors. The hotel is very clean they are mopping and cleaning regularly always smells good. The breakfast never ran out they are quick to refill and replace any dishes that look as if it’s running low.

This place had a fantastic swimming pool for small children and a good indoor pool for all ages, the breakfast was amazing, super clean and pretty, very friendly staff; I will definitely stay again.

It was a nice hotel. It smelled great upon entering. The staff was pretty friendly. The rooms were okay. The air condition stopped working and we had an unexpected guest, a big black spider. The balcony doesnt have any chairs also. The location wasnt too far from attractions if you dont like being in the heart of the strip.

This is a great hotel! The breakfast is always delicious and the hotel smells clean from the minute you walk in. The room and nice and spacious with comfortable beds. The only downside is if you get a room with a balcony be prepared to dodge alot of spiders and spider webs all over.

Clean room, friendly staff, average breakfast.... only complaint was unsecured room. Advise not to leave valuable items while you leave your room.

I found this motel to overall be one of the best motels including Marriott and Hilton that I have stayed in.
