The room was clean but the beds are a bit hard

Passable
- 3/5
Pet friendly but no real place to walk your dog. Room was very clean but didn’t have much in the way of seating. Also, while it is only 10 miles from Pigeon Forge, the drive with traffic can be well over 30 minutes. If you’re traveling through on the way to a different destination it’ll work, if you’re planning to stay in Pigeon Forge for a vacation, this is probably not the place you want to stay. Staff was very friendly.

Very clean and really nice staff

The room was very clean, there was a private balcony that was nice to sit on and watch the traffic roll by, the staff was quite friendly, a nice overnight stop.

The loudness of the hotel. People banging on my door in the middle of the night.

We have stayed here multiple times. The staff is always very friendly. We like it because it is a good value and right off of the highway that we travel. You would want to ask for a room that’s on the opposite side of the highway to avoid hearing the noise if you’re a light sleeper.
- 5/5
Room had no body wash they fixed right away. Loved the staff so friendly. Will stay again

Close to interstate for a quick layover Really bad road noise in balcony room.

Close to interstate for a quick layover Really bad road noise in balcony room.
- 4/5
Great room with one design issue, no complaints at all about the service or anything else. The only thing that was an issue is the road noise, it's next to the highway and people were revving their engines all night with the room not designed to block any of it.
- 4/5
Ok so this started out as a bad experience so read the whole review. We initially arrived and there was an issue with the reservation. Apparently they changed ownership or chains and there was a technical issue. Mind you we arrived on New Year’s Eve after driving over 4 hours. So that wasn’t even what upset me. What was very irritating was the girl at the front desk could have cared less. She had absolutely no customer service skills and offered no insight or help as how to solve the issue. She was just rude and lazy and gave me dirty looks, the whole arrival experience was awful. I waited nearly 30 minutes trying to resolve it through Expedia. I ended up just repaying because I wanted to get to our room and relax. I did get it resolved but did not receive the full amount back. Ok so overall the room was clean and comfortable. The next morning we continued our trip. But first we decided to get coffee in the lobby. Upon entering in the morning Chris was very welcoming and that made a big difference after the initial arrival. He was very helpful and upon checking out gave an explanation of what happened and refunded the additional amount that Expedia had not. Because of Chris’s friendliness it turned the whole experience around. I really hope he gets some sort of recognition. As for the other girl she really needs to be retrained or replaced. She is not good for the Hilton name. I did not catch her name or think she even had a name tag on or I sure would post it.
- 0.5/5
Nothing The guy at the front desk was extremely rude and was on the phone with his daughter while checking us in. He was extremely unprofessional and doesn’t need to be working there. That place is a fraud they up charge there rooms and services and Mr Patel the owner doesn’t help or accommodate his customers Lie about booking prices. Extremely dirty lobby and staff are rude and horrible. Did not stay
- 5/5
Clean room. Helpful staff.
- 3.5/5
The breakfast was the only part we didn’t like. We picked this place over others because they had breakfast. But we had to go out for breakfast. The hotel only had bagels cereal and hard boiled eggs still in the shell. Not a real breakfast. Breakfast see above
- 2/5
Overpriced. First of all, don't let the Hilton name deceive you, it's a motel not a hotel; the rooms all open out to the parking lot. Second, while the room was clean when we walked in, the heater spewed black gunk all over the floor over night. Third, the location was super noisy with very loud motorcycles and trucks going down the highway just outside at all hours of the night. Finally, the breakfast wasn't great: just some bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, coffee, and juice.
- 5/5
Great stay! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well-kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
I would note that if you’re a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs—you can hear a lot of the highway traffic from inside the room. Still a great hotel and would stay here again.
- 4/5
Every thing great
- 4/5
The rooms don't have a microwave and when you are staying 5 days, you really need a microwave
- 5/5
We were very impressed with your property.
- 4/5
Room was clean- freshly renovated. Perfect for stopping to sleep on a long drive. Free breakfast was smaller than most other hotels. Bathroom was small. Since it matters to some people doors were outside. You can hear traffic but not a deal breaker. Very close to buccees.
- 4/5
Clean rooms!!
- 5/5
Very affordable and the location can’t be beat. 2 minutes from the Smoky Mountain Flea Market and Buccees. Ii have concerns it has been bought by Hilton, so I’m sure the price will increase.
- 4/5
Courteous. Newly renovated
- 4/5
Clean
- 3/5
I liked the atmosphere and the employees were great. What I didn't care for was, no microwave in my room and the half size frig wouldn't hold large size anything but small items and drinks in a can.
- 5/5
This is one of the nicest cleanest hotels. It's either breand new or fully gutted and renovated. Do yourself a favor and stay here instead of the heavily populated tourist areas. I travel here frequently for business. Those other hotels are gross and have bed bugs and roaches.
- 3/5
Pros: Nice room, quiet area, nice bed, friendly check-in/check-out. Cons: Property being taken over by Hilton. Microwaves, Hair Dryers, Iron, and sitting chair removed by management. Breakfast was out of syrup for the waffles this morning, and no one went out to get more syrup. Craig put up sign about no syrup for waffles. No stopper in bathtub, stopper in sink would not hold water, single ply toilet paper, missing soap/shampoo shelf in shower (bracket was there). Maintenance came in and removed the Heat/AC unit to clean, while we were in the room. Should have waited until we were gone. Motel short of staff, Craig having to work double shifts. In the middle on renovation, I would give it another chance.
- 4/5
Under construction messy all over
- 1/5
This hotel is very Shady . Will add extra charges and when ask reasoning ... Hung up several times with several different answers .
- 4/5
Property is being renovated so kinda dusty all around. Area is noisey due to Buc-cees next door. Otherwise good value.
- 2/5
Bugs. Remodeling, they painted the door shut. Very sloppy work. Nothing positive in the remodel. Sad because we stay here every year on our trip south. Next year we will be looking for a new place.
- 5/5
The room was clean but a lot of reconstruction going on
- 3/5
Overall the room was completely fine for the price we paid.
- 3/5
Clean room. Ant problem though
- 4/5
Our room was nicely updated, but property is being updated and we chose it for the pool but it was closed.
- 1/5
They were working to make the Plane better and more up to date that is a plus, that explained all the mess laying around, but when I went to check out the lady at the desk was texting didn't even acknowledge me so I just laid the keys on the counter and left. One of the beds had someone's hairs on it so that makes me think they didn't change the bed.
- 5/5
Super nice!
- 4/5
They didn't advertise that their pool was closed
- 4/5
Close to interstate.
- 5/5
This property is being renovated. There is a lot of construction items around but not in the way. I did not have any noise issues. They put me in a recently renovated room. I was happy with my experience
- 4/5
Good options lacking. Bed comfort good. Internet access good. Transportation access N/A.
- 1/5
Room is terrible broken lanp on the corner ac dirt and you see dirty and looks like mold inside the vents all broken.
- 1/5
There was nothing to like. Dirty ants in room hairballs in floors hair in the bed sheets. Front desk you couldn't understand what they where saying suring check in. And when we had a problem with the toom and asked to check out and not atay the second night. The hotel said i had to get approval from the booking agency then Expedia.com told me it was ok to check out noe there charging me for both nights not a happy camper
- 2/5
With all work being done cou have been alot cleaner. The breakfast was poor.
- 5/5
It's right beside the buc-ee's so I felt pretty safe it's lit up nice parking is easy with the light right there to gas was super convenient even just for snacks /souvenirs atmosphere was quiet rooms where cleaned daily check in was a breeze as well as check out breakfast was a plus and convenient offering waffles muffins bagels that sort of stuff for a simple stay it was worth it.
- 4/5
Hotel was being remodeled which was fine. I learned that when booking through Hotels.com, still go look at the hotels website. The pool was closed all of 2025 and I did not know that until arrival. I would've stayed somewhere else had I known. Days Inn did have it on their site that it was closed but I did not look until they told me at check in. Breakfast was decent, waffles, bagels, muffins, etc. I would stay again once the pool is open.
- 2/5
The room was remodeled and was nice. A very comfortable mattress. Outside looked old and needs an upgrade. You are dodging wasps all the way to your room. Nests everywhere!
- 5/5
The only issue i had was no ice bucket. The bed, room, & bathroom were great.
- 5/5
It was a great stay
- 4/5
The rooms are a good size but need updating. Breakfast has no eggs, no Bacon only waffles, some plain bagels that weren't fresh. The juices are good. I think Breakfast should be served away from the front desk so we don't see people coming or going this early 🤔
- 4/5
Overall cheap but still nice. Didn’t have any issues with this place.
- 4/5
Property is under renovation. Pool closed until 2026......can walk up the hill from lot to Buc-ees....room was on front of property so we had some traffic noise but is was reasonable.
- 3/5
Staff was very nice. The property looks to be under restoration, room was incredibly clean has fridge and microwave. Unfortunately, the road next to it was incredibly loud 24/7.
- 2/5
Don't stay here. Wyndham sent me an email asking for all my information before I go there "to help my check-in go more quickly." Wyndham computers are not connected to the Days Inn owned my Mr Patel. I had to give the same information once I got there. The room was clean, but loud. There was a lot of traffic noice and sirens throughout the night. It looked old and a lot of things needed painting. My room number was held in place by blue painter's tape.
- 3/5
They are in process of renovating, mattresses were new but the ret of the room needed work. There was water in the bathroom floor when we arrived. We were late arriving so we didn’t complain just used a towel and dried it up. With those things said I’ll probably give them another chance staff was courteous and the rates were good.
- 2/5
The front of the hotel looks pretty good ezcept for the mountain of mattresses pilles up on the side of the building. Check in was easy and staff was nice. Bucees is literally 2 minutes from this location. The back of the hotel was horrendous and the room was gross. I couldnt even sleep there, i ended up sleeping in my car at Bucees.
- 3/5
Newer building. Noisy near the elevators. Handicapp room had loose and leaky plumbing. Broken shower chair....Dangerous!. No in room Microwave?? Morning staff was dismissive.
- 4/5
The guy when I checked in didn’t seem to care if I was there or not.
- 5/5
Room was great. They are renovating but didn’t bother us.
- 3/5
In the morning everyone at breakfast was treated to manager complaining to a guest about he booked the room. Also complaining about property owners loudly with multiple guests around.
- 4/5
Didn't like: the person at the receiving desk when we arrived to do check in didn't have the attitude expected from a hotel front desk person. He wanted to use the phone while talking to us which is annoying and disrespectful. His tone was a full sleepy tone, yawning in front to of us, etc. Recommend re-training that staff on proper front desk attitude and procedure. After all, he is the first face we see when arriving to the hotel.
- 4/5
Didn't like: there was no hot water to our room. I informed front desk next day during checkout and discount was provided.
- 5/5
Nice clean .. very nice guy checking us in
- 5/5
They are working on the building so the outside looked a little rough, but the room was very nice, updated and clean. A little hard to get into and out of because of a divider in the road so we had to do several u-turns, but overall a really nice stay and would stay here again!
- 4/5
little noisy with traffic, but not terrible
- 3/5
The manager has a bad attitude. The first one the fridge didn't work. Then moved us to another then outlet by the ac doesn't stay plug in. One of the dresser was broken. The rug dirty and nasty
- 5/5
It was great
- 1/5
The TV was terrible. No list of channels and out dated. The bath tub was slippery. The hot water was not very hot . Not enough dresser space. A desk chair (really).
- 2/5
We only spent four nights there, but our sheets were never changed, nor the bed ever made. The only thing I could see that they did was to replace the towels and empty the one waste can. The security latch inside the door was broken, the bathroom door didn’t latch, and the bedside stand didn’t have a bottom in the drawer. Not what I expected from Days Inn. I can’t imagine staying at a Days Inn again.
- 4/5
We arrived during a shift change and it was a bit odd. The hotel is undergoing renovations, and the parking is congested due to materials and debris from the reno. It is a nice motel and will be great once the reno is complete.
- 3/5
Under renovations and dirty on outside. Rooms were ok for one night passing through. Would not recommend for longer.
- 4/5
Relatively quiet.
- 5/5
Good location, friendly staff
- 1/5
Total dump. The sofa was absolutely filthy, the spigot did not work in the sink, the dresser drawers had no bottoms in them, the lock on the door was ripped off, the refrigerator did not close, huge sections of paint on the door and corresponding wall were missing and it gets worse from there.
- 2/5
I had two rooms and they were dirty. Looked like the beds were made and nothing else was cleaned the greatest. Especially the bathrooms
- 3/5
The room was OK had a really weird chemical smell to it did not smell clean is more like chlorine or something like that. We went to buy some Lysol air spray cleaner .
- 3/5
The room was clean, rough looking and smelled musty. I think it will be awesome after all the rooms are renovated!! Well worth the price for an overnight!
- 2/5
Service and room were great. Breakfast was awful. Only thing edible was a bagel. Milk expired. Don’t know how long the waffle mix has been sitting out.
- 2/5
Check in guy wasn’t terrible pleasant.
- 4/5
There was a large amount of road noise that made it difficult to sleep.
- 5/5
It was close and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We parked the car there, and walked to where we wanted to eat.
- 4/5
It's an old building, they are doing construction and it seems like they are doing some well needed upgrades. It wasn't perfect but it was safe, clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
It was okay somewhat updated room was acceptable for me. The breakfast wasnt a lot the only warm items were make your own waffles and toast . Had some cereal but milk was out of a comunity 1 gai container would have prefered single use containers. The cost was on the lower end so for what I paid it was okay. Staff was fine with me and even worked through a change of plans for me
- 1/5
Checked in to a room for 4 nights and had no heat. The next morning I was moved to another room, the remote for the tv was broken and didn't work, the floors had a sticky substance and paper stuck to the floor, the curtains were brocken, the refrigerator stunk and needed defrosted, the maid service didn't change the bed linen and threw our towels on the bed. The breakfast didn't have fruit or even Milk for the cereal, and no yogurt etcetera. Terrible place to stay and I will not return or refer this place to anyone!
- 5/5
Great customer service. Shopping is close as well as Bucees. Very affordable stay
- 5/5
We stay here very very often. New guy at front desk was a little rude.
- 5/5
Nice front desk clerk
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 5/5
The only complaint and it's NOT the Motels fault is trying to get out to the Interstate it's a pain. The stuff and owner are AWESOME
- 5/5

- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Gave me a room that was occupied amd had to go back downstairs to get another room
- 5/5
Overall stay was very nice, clean room, clean linens, quiet after 11:00 pm which was important and did not have to worry about being imposed upon with constant housekeeping or otherwise.
- 4/5
Guy working the desk was super nice. I don’t have any major complaints. Facility is dated, but my room was clean. It was pretty quiet in the area and convenient for the interstate. Overall I would recommend if you were needing a place for a night and passing through.
- 5/5
It was clean quiet and the beds were comfy
- 5/5
The staff was great and so friendly. We had no issues whatsoever.
- 5/5
Very clean front desks was pleasant. Near to Buccees and many other restaurants.
- 5/5
Management was very accommodating with room choice due to my husband being disabled!
- 5/5
The General Manager was very nice and helpful!! We definitely coming back! Thank you.
- 4/5
The staff was so friendly and helpful. Kinda made a person feel at home even when away from home
- 5/5
Here on business. Room clean and in very good condition. No complaints.
- 2/5
Nasty nasty hair on the toilet when we got there stains on the bed. Best way to describe it is its a cheap Indian owned hotel not impressed at all
- 5/5
Great as always
- 5/5
Very good stay. Recently remodeled.enjoyed the stay
- 1/5
The man at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all. The room had broken furniture and the microwave was missing the plate.
- 1/5
the hotel room no light no hot water service desk i tell her to give me a another room she said dont have it i m stuck because midnight no choice pls give me all my money back
- 2/5
This hotel is in great need of updating and cleaning. The couch in our room was extremely dirty and the mattress was uncomfortable and old. Very disappointed ☹️
- 3/5
Rooms need to be better maintained. Mold around tub, bar in shower rusting, tub will not drain, blow dryer kicks off, and bed linens seem old and need to be replaced.
- 5/5
Just an over night trip. Room had a remodel look. Clean comfortable,
- 5/5
Staff was great, clean and tidy rooms.
- 4/5
Accessible and convenient
- 2/5
The first room we were given took our breath away with mildew odors. The room looked dirty. They told us they were full and couldn’t do anything. About 10minutes later they knocked on the door and moved us. Room was ok. Didn’t smell of mildew. However, You could smell pee in bathroom. Very noisy. You could hear every car on the road, pulling into parking lot, hear people outside talking, and could hear people in rooms beside us.
- 5/5
Nice clean premisses
- 1/5
It’s horrible should be close
- 4/5
Convenient location. Friendly staff. Clean room, could recognize remodeling efforts. Could still use touch up paint on doors. TV outdated. Bugs on bathroom counter morning if our departure. Overall very good but could use a little more care.
- 5/5
Loved the little gazebo
- 2/5
Phone in room didn’t work, calling the front desk was pointless…”yeah, we have soap here. Click”
- 4/5
The daily charge for our dog was $25 a day, not $20 a day as was stated on Hotels.com.
- 5/5
very nice clean handy location
- 2/5
Smelled bad, rooms not very clean, stink bugs all over the place outside and frequently found in rooms. Had to switch rooms many times due to smells in rooms.
- 2/5
Very basic wifi is useless room doors not secure tv broken
- 3/5
Hotel is dated and next to the interstate. There were long black hairs in our shower. Staff was nice.
- 5/5
Would stay again.
- 3/5
The hotel itself is ok. However, it’s in need of hangers and pillows in all rooms. Our king bedroom had zero hangers and 3 small square pillows. Had to go to the desk to request hangers and pillows. They had to take them from other rooms. The coffee is very weak and so are the breakfast selections. We went to Buc-ee’s for coffee and breakfast on a couple days.
- 3/5
The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. However for breakfast there was NO DECAF COFFEE. They said they don't have any and it sounded like they haven't in a long time. I also would have liked to see something other than carbs on the breakfast. Even if it is just some boiled eggs, not everybody eats carbs. Paying for a room with breakfast included and can't eat it.
- 5/5
I stayed this weekend for my Birthday and everything was great ...
