Lots of street noise. People racing up the street.

Room they tried to put in was trashed not clean. Got a different room.

Check-in was at 3. We arrive at 3:30 and waited an hour because our room wasn’t ready. The apology as a half hearted sorry the crews been busy I’m not sure why it’s taking them so long to clean the room. During our stay we identified the hotel as very transactional where they don’t tell you about their hotel, where the restaurant is, where the gym is what the pool hours are As a customer you have to seek all this out. When you check no one asks how your stay was. The breakfast Food was worse than airport food. I will not be back or recommend

Exceptional

Great location, easy parking, beautiful trees and views. Great bar and food, friendly helpful staff, great room and appointments, plus I happened to have an excellent balcony and east view, and nice bathroom. Everything was great, except I missed having a microwave. Would definitely stay again and told my local friends about it as well, for their other visiting guests.

This hotel was beautiful! I only had a few nitpicks. The room was very clean, the lobby area was very well kept. The lights & light switches were a bit hard to find, some would turn off one light but turn on another. The hotel seems to kind of expect you to know your way around, you are not given any kind of info about amenities or wifi. The front desk staff were great! Checkout and check in was super easy

We were given a room but it wasn't ready, it wasn't cleaned. We were changed to a different room, but the next day the heater in the room stopped working, it was cold and we were changed to a different room again. In two days we were changed to a different room twice😔

Breakfast was terrific

Safe for some mold in the grout of the shower and the limited amenities in the room, all was great! AC chain in Europe has way more amenities in the room for the guest. Also, the dining options close by are not great (unless you love restaurant chains). Every restaurant I considered eating at was 15 or more imutds away. I was there for work and I could walk to the meeting location for the first day. If you are coming to Portland for tourism (which I was on the second day), it is out of the way from the part of the city you likely are wanting to visit. Not a problem if you have a car.

Quick last minute stay here while some work was being done on my house, and was very pleasantly surprised by the room and property. Super clean, bathroom was nice, very polite staff. No complaints!

Breakfast was way over priced for what we got. We went to the hot tub and there wasn’t enough water it was below the drain line and was a tiny green.

Rooms were clean. Some ants came into the room after a storm. The staff addressed the issue very quickly by moving us to a new room and sending maintenance to check. Staff was always friendly and also very knowledgeable. The pool heater was out but we still enjoyed sitting in the cold pool in the rain and soaking in the hot tub. The pool area was quite nice with an abundance of towels, seats, lounge area, and a table available for relaxing or hanging out. The heaters was a plus for the cold nights. We did not partake in the breakfast/food/bar as we wanted to enjoy more local food and drinks.

I really enjoyed several aspects of my stay—the breakfast was great, the room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Both the hotel and the room were clean and well maintained. The fitness center is excellent, and the heated pool was a big plus, especially in colder weather Unfortunately, the soundproofing of the windows is not adequate. Traffic noise from the highway was clearly audible and disrupted the overall comfort of the stay.

This was a beautiful stay with quiet luxury and very friendly staff. One of the best things was the non-plastic breakfasts. Fresh cut cheeses and fresh made breads. Nespresso machine to make strong Americanos. They also offer made to order cooked eggs, etc. with a cook on staff.

Immaculately remodeled property. Beautifully styled inside as well as outside. Is within 5 minutes walk to restaurants and has a cheerful lounge with food available on site as well.

Restaurant staff was excellent, hotel staff friendly and efficient, Sat & Sunday breakfast staff was rude & they talked amongst themselves a lot. However, Friday and Monday breakfast staff was limited to Evelyn and she was great.

Staff! I felt needy to this trip, like never before when traveling, but EVERY SINGLE staff member was exceptional, above and beyond, friendly, kind and understanding all our requests! Made for a memorable trip with the grand kids!

Bathroom has brown orange mold on the molding outside of the shower, along shower rails and on the tiles in shower. Hair in the sink and the toilet seat was loose.

This hotel was very nice and we will definitely stay there again.

Our room was LOUD even though we specifically asked for a quiet room. In front of the hotel is the Hwy, in back are busy streets, bars & restaurants, parking lots & loud trucks at all hours. Even inside the room was noisy from the very loud heating unit going on & off. Even the smoke detector was annoying: it had an unusually bright white light that flashes right in your eyes all night. We won't stay there again, but I have to say that the bartender, Greg, was great.

The check-in line was so long and only one staff was working slowly. Nobody seems to care about the long wait (each customer waited for more than half a hour).,The room was not clean. Bed was sank. The connected room was so loud with a big dog barking and some adults talking at 3am. Worst hotel stay ever.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds. They could only accommodate a king for me, my husband and 11 year old. Disappointing! Would have stayed somewhere else that could have given us the room we booked.

It may be unfair, as we loved crown plaza prior to the change to AC Marriott. Crown was much more family friendly. This new look, although clean and sharp is not meant for family. It is intended for business people traveling in the area. Example: bar is the focal point of the dining area, the bathrooms in room are swinging doors with no locks or door handles for privacy.

In my experience, Marriott properties are always reliable—clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. I booked this stay just minutes before arriving after having to leave another hotel due to cleanliness concerns. Unfortunately, trying to save a few dollars turned into a lesson learned, especially arriving so late at night!

This property seems newly renovated and was perfect for our staycation during the 100° weather in Portland. The pool is great even if it was surprisingly cold. The only issue we had was the water pressure in the shower was not good at all.

Clean property with nice amenities and pool.

The bed was very comfortable not firm but not mushy. There is an extra futon couch that makes into an extra long twin. I would stay again and I do recommend the hotel if you need an overnight anytime.

I’ve stayed here a lot, don’t love that the pool is usually cold, too cold, and this time they had no towels out at the pool they were all dirty and took forever for them to do a load to get some. I also don’t love that they charge for parking, but the location is nice.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was a positive experience. The front desk receptionist was very kind and welcoming. However, the room cleanliness could have been better—there was noticeable dust on the floor, and essential items for a multi-day stay were not adequately stocked. The shower floor was quite slippery, which felt unsafe. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available until our last day. It would have been helpful if the hotel had communicated that in advance. Despite these issues, the stay was generally good.

We stayed here a couple of years ago. Did not like it then, but it was renovated since, and that resulted in much improvement. Room was nice clean and spacious. Walk in shower in the bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Has a bar for drinks and surprisingly good food selection. We had to pay extra for breakfast but it was very good, plentiful and affordable. It seemed there are still a few random glitches they have to fix and the AC/heat unit still as loud as last time, but overall it was a nice experience.

Room had a piece of the wall missing and no shower pressure. Hotel smells of dog pee. Concierge is horrible and they didn’t have their dog station filled with bags. Nasty 0/10
