Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its cleanliness, newly remodeled rooms, and friendly staff. It's also noted for its convenient location, particularly for business travelers. However, several guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the $10 per night parking fee, and some have mentioned issues with noise and comfort of the beds.

We were charged $10 if we parked on their property!! Who does that??? At a MOtel! That stupid charge should be disclosed at the time of booking.

It's odd that they have you pay $10 a night for parking here, however, everything else was fantastic and it's such a convenient location right off I-5. We very much enjoyed the stay.

We did not utilize the breakfast option at this hotel. The room that we received was on the ground floor and fairly near the entry - so not much of a walk to get there (which we liked!). The start/stop of the HVAC system was noisy and made it difficult to get to sleep the first night. I discovered that it could be switched to run the fan continuously and that solved the problem.....

Most comfortable beds I have slept in at a hotel in a long while. I definitely recommend paying the extra $6 for the breakfast for two. It is worth 5 times that EASILY. Room also came with a private balcony, which was a surprise.
- 5/5
Excellent facilities, friendly and efficient staff, comfortable rooms.
- 4.5/5
Please do not give out room 215 until the very last room. View of a roof and next to an elevator. The absolute worst room in the entire building.
- 5/5
Everything in this hotel was amazing!!! I didn’t wake up early enough for the breakfast unfortunately but overall the stay was amazing and the cleanliness of the room was so good

The hotel advertised having a pool. It was removed in a renovation 2 years ago. My kids were very disappointed. Also the extra money for breakfast was not worth it.

Staff was very nice and welcoming while checking in and the room was very clean.

Great customer service! I would love to commend Tracy at the Bistro/Bar! In spite of being short staffed her hospitality was on point! Short staffed

Everything was fantastic
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and well-appointed. $10 per day to park when location didn't seem to warrant it. But overall, a very good place to stay. I'd recommend and stay again.

Good Location
- 4/5
I did not like the fact of paying for parking although it was waived, s/b included as not a downtown hotel. Price for bottled water, etc was way too high. A complimentary breakfast is important benefit.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet. Private and quite accessible.
- 5/5
Clean, new, friendly staff.
- 4/5
We didnt use any services except the gym and the treadmill in it was not operating properly. Room was clean when we arrived and check in was short.
- 5/5
Best hotel in Tigard!
- 4/5
Great property. Best first night sleep at a hotel in a long time. Room is too dark, not enough light is my only gripe. Lobby was nice, staff was great like we knew each other. Bistro looked nice although we didn't partake in the food.
- 5/5

Excellent accommodations and service. I like the option to eat on site at the restaurant/bar. I travel towing a boat or trailer and parking was excellent. Many spaces and easy to navigate which was a big factor in staying at this location. Everything I needed.
- 5/5
This hotel staff was so friendly and helpful because we had to vacate our previous hotel worth terrible service (Hampton inn and suites by Hilton, Tigard OR) they even upgraded our room.
- 5/5
Only one night as we were just passing through Portland, but would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Quite, right off freeway, Starbucks inside. Highly recommend
- 3/5
At that price you need a free breakfast
- 5/5
Comfortable hotel with easy access to the highway and a nearby brewery!
- 5/5
We’ve stayed at another hotel nearby and this one was less expensive but so much better. The check in was super easy and the lobby area always smelled amazing. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We took advantage of the gym in the mornings which had nice equipment and water bottle fillers. The location was great as it was close to everything. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to town.

They helped my husband organize a flower delivery for valentines day! Very sweet!
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 5/5
We were there for our daughter‘s wedding and had several friends staying there as well and the staff was very very helpful and very kind. The room was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. They even left her a note with a little bottle of champagne Congratulating her for her upcoming wedding day.
- 4/5
Trying to sleep next to the staff laundry room is challenging at best.
- 5/5
Overall, I give 4.5/5 stars. Very clean, comfortable, and well cared for property. We had a room on the backside and heard a bit of noise from trash trucks collecting garage after dark and before sunrise. I would stay here again, but request a room on the front of the building.
- 4/5

One of the best experience I’ve had in a long time in Oregon. The room was amazing and the staff was accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great safe place to stay. Check in was smooth. Speakeasy bar across the road was awesome!
- 5/5
Loved my stay here would stay again if I find myself in the area again. Clean quiet and helpful friendly staff
- 5/5
location was great, room perfect setup and comfortable bed and couch. Nice TV and desk area
- 5/5
Pleasant staff…. Impeccably clean…. Love… love… loved it!
- 4/5
The staff is awesome here. Very clean, very quiet even though the freeway was right there, comfortable room with nice bed and shower! The only thing we didn’t like was our room was next to the elevator which was very noisy - especially in the early morning.
- 5/5
The person that handled our check-in was very cordial and made us feel welcome. The room was very comfortable, and we slept very well.
- 5/5
Great room, super comfortable and excellent service!
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very clean. Nice bistro for dining. Friendly staff
- 5/5
Great overnight spot close to I-5. Quiet, clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
Unique that they charge for parking. They are the only users of the lot attached to their property. It’s just a cash grab as you must have a vehicle because there isn’t anything near by.
- 5/5
Super comfortable and quiet room. Would recommend. Only issue was WiFi access - annoying multi step process.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 3/5
Fine, except no wi-fi
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable rooms. Great staff. Convenient and good amenities. Quiet even with lots of guests. AC was loud and inefficient and there are some minor areas of wear and tear in common areas. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and the comfort and cleanliness.
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff very friendly .AC didn’t stay on room got a little stuffy at times.
- 1/5
We stayed in this hotel for three nights, but only received housekeeping service once: the room was not cleaned on the first day, so we had to ask the front desk for four new towels; the housekeeper only changed the towels and took out the trash on the second day, and did nothing else: the bed sheets were not made, the tissues in the room were not replenished after they were used up, the capsule coffee was not replenished after they were finished, someone drank the $6 bottle of mineral water in the room, and the Pretzel’s that I brought were also opened and eaten. It was really unbelievable!! I’m so mad about that!!
- 5/5
Always enjoy my stays here. I have chosen this hotel among other options many times. Great property!
- 5/5
Location is but it seemed brand new. Very clean and modern. Great stay
- 4/5
Unlike other Marriotts, we were charged $10 to park overnight in a parking lot. They wanted an incredible $6 per bottle of water in our room. And there was no free coffee in the lobby. While the stay was comfortable and clean, this price gouging seems needless.
- 2/5
T3 guests could not connect to wifi on any devices. Had to call help desk for 1 hour without solving it. Limited and poor breakfast. Our local company has decided not to use this hotel any more. Local staff was however good but the hotel is in general poorly managed.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
I always choose this bowl when I'm in town visiting family. It's clean, and very quiet. The staff is especially friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
- 1/5
They wouldn’t refund my money even though it was a week out from being there
- 4/5
Overall, a nice hotel. Newly remodeled and clean. I am not sure about the $10 per night parking fee. Seems like an unnecessary add on
- 5/5
Clean, newly remodeled rooms, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Excellent. Friendly, professional staff. Clean rooms recently remodeled. Good business location but also good views of beautiful Pacific Northwest trees and hills.
- 5/5
Best, Myra Love
- 5/5
Excellent staff - newly renovated room looks excellent
- 5/5
Great hotel for the money. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Even though they we are renovating, I didn’t see any trash, or hear any noise regarding their renovations. It was a great stay!
- 5/5
It was really nice Even though they were renovating it was quiet and clean.
- 5/5
Our stay here was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The area felt safe and was close to area attractions.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff and nice spacious room. The bed was way more firm than what I was used to so I didn’t sleep too good. But it wasn’t horrible for the one night.
- 3/5
Unlike most Mariott properties we have stayed at, there is no complimentary coffee in the lobby, so I was forced to wait in a short line at the in hotel Starbucks that took painfully long for drip coffee, and as typical with Starbucks, tasted burnt. The maids knocked on our door at 8:30 which was annoying since we only stayed one night and got in at midnight the night before, plus they were very loud outside the room as they chatted amongst one another. Rooms are clean but it is one of the more dated hotels in this chain
- 4/5
Everything is ok. The coffee machine needs cleaning. Missing coffee cups and only one glass in the bathroom.
- 5/5
The lobby area was also spotless, comfortable, and with a Starbucks downstairs it’s a perfect place to start your day. HIGHLY recommend this place!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. The staff was exceptional.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Overally i satisfied with my stay.
- 3/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
Really nice in a nice quiet area 10 miles to downtown Portland.
- 4/5
Convenient location close to highway and Portland and Beaverton
- 5/5
Also, would be nice to have a Tesla charging station (NACS) not just a CCS charger. WeeZER from Carolina
- 5/5
Good stay
- 5/5

- 4/5
We stayed here for the Tigard balloon festival and the location was convenient for that. But the afternoon person at the front desk knew nothing about the festival (even though it was only 2 miles away and 20,000 people were expected to attend), and didn't seem particularly helpful on any level. The hotel also charged $10/nt for parking, even though there was no security guard nor any true justification for the fee. The night customer service person was quick to respond to our request for an extra blanket, and the maid was very friendly and quick to bring it up. This was especially appreciated because it was late, we were tired and ready to get to sleep. The room was nicely decorated and clean (like all Marriott locations).
- 3/5
It was okay, not great. There was an extra charge for parking, which was not stated when I booked, and I try carefully to avoid it. So it ended up being pretty expensive for a mediocre property, and I would have chosen another place had Expedia been more explicit about the extra charge.
- 4/5
Liked the overall experience. When we got to our room, there was a plastic bag over our smoke alarm. Also found a vape pen in our garbage in the room. No coffee creamer in the room, they’d run out. When we checked out one of the two female staff at the front desk was short and somewhat rude. All other staff we interacted with were extremely kind and helpful.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and courteous.
- 5/5
Close to freeway and a Starbucks right next door. Very clean and spacious rooms.
- 5/5
Great hotel in a great are! Very courteous staff.
- 5/5
clean and welcoming. Felt very safe as well with parking as we had a uhaul and car trailer we were driving
- 5/5
Quiet friendly and clean.
- 5/5
Just only it has not Pool.
- 5/5
I believe it is ridiculous to charge for parking. It would be the reason I do not stay there again.
- 5/5
Property is clean. Rooms in back have balconies. Low noise. Comfy beds. Didn’t like the parking fee-$10 to park in an open parking lot :( otherwise I would stay again. Area is wooded with nice natural area:pond
- 5/5
There are acres of parking in the suburbs and that area, so...seems unnecessary.
- 5/5
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff that went above and beyond.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff, great location
