Breakfast choices.

I like the way they remodeled the facility. Very modern and clean. Our room was noisy . There was a restaurant right outside our window and there was a lot going on until the wee hours of the mourning. Also could hear people walking and talking in some of the other rooms.

The pool shower was broken, there was a bandaid in the pool, the bathroom was really small the door nearly hits the toilet.

The property was excellent! Very clean, the staff was wonderful , plenty of parking. We did not have breakfast at the property (not for any specific reason) but the front desk did inform me of the hours and was very nice about it. We have a trip comming up in August and are planning to stay here again.

The property is almost excellent location wise. The only downside to it is that the room above us the occupant walks all the time around 1:00-2:00am, you can hear the squeaking of the floor, it’s so loud for 4 consecutive nights. Keeps waking me up. The very friendly staff offer me to give me a different room, but I told them no hoping that the noise or the guest checks out.

The room design was modern, comfortable, and well thought out. I especially appreciated how spacious and very clean the room was. Everything felt organized and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay here again

Breakfast was awesome. So many options. It is good for family friends and business trips.

Overall, it was a pleasant day. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. The only issue I had was one of the bedside lights were not working nor were the charging stations attached to it.

The front desk staff was very uninterested, rude, not accommodating The coffee maker in the breakfast area wasn’t working and had a sign that the grounds needed to be dumped, alerted the staff in the area and they said to go to the front desk and he rudely said “no it’s not” when said it wasn’t working and that it wasn’t his problem It room several ppl to go up and ask about the issue to get him to begrudgingly help We were very kind when speaking with any staff We have to come back yearly and 10/10 will not stay here again

The room was clean and staff friendly--would have appreciated coffee cups in rooms--I always carry my own favorite tea bags.

The people staying above us were extremely loud, I’m sure they had more than the allowed number of people in their room. The staff were nice, I don’t know what else they could have done about the situation, but we didn’t get much sleep. Ideally that is something you get when staying at a hotel

Everything was clean and professional as usual! The only thing I would recommend is that the refrigerator is so good that it freezes everything solid. No complaints really. I stay there often.

Just fellow neighbors above stomped around 11pm till midnight with creaky floorboards. Ruined an otherwise pleasant stay.

The king accessible room was very spacious. However the sofa sat way too low and didn’t have a stool or table near it. The bed was a little too firm for us.

Hotel has very weird layout to get to room i had. But very clean. Good bed. Room smelled good. Breakfast was good. *Big issue upon check in. Paid thru expedia but got a notice on my phone i was charged over $530 at the front desk. Went back and found out I had been checked in under another guests reservation, yet the employee blamed me for it! She (Jackie, I believe) argued with me that i had booked 3 nights when i only booked one. Then argued with me saying i did not prepay through expedia so i had to find my receipt through the app and prove it. Turns out i was right and she had checked me in under a similar last name BUT definitely not the same first name. So instead of apologizing, she said "I told you to read the form before you signed" (no she didn't. She said to fill out my car information and sign). But here is the biggest issue- she took my ID to verify me upon check in. So why would you book me under "Mike" when my ID says "Sherri"? Shifting the blame to the customer for an employees poor performance is not a good look. The amount of time i had to spend to make sure my card was refunded, coupled with the heartburn over the crappy treatment was not worth the great bed, clean room and breakfast.

Place was convenient on our drive through Oregon. Room was clean and quiet.

Checked us into a dirty room, went back to the front desk, got a new room, and that one was also dirty! We needed 2 queens, after 2 failed attempts I was told they were sold out and they had one King room.... That wasn't going to work for us. The gal at the front desk was very nice, helpful and apologetic, she ended up finding us another hotel down the road.

Jessica who checked us in was very helpful, friendly & professional. Our room was huge as was our TV. The breakfast was more than ample. The beds were very comfy & the sheets were delightfully soft! My only disappointment was not having a bathtub but the shower was fine. I wouldn’t hesitate staying there again! 👍

Waited 10 minutes upon arrival to check in. Next morning housekeeping was slamming doors at 830am while cleaning rooms. Knocked on my door at 905, check out is not 9am, why was ANYONE knocking on my door??!! Not acceptable!

The room was nicely furnished and the breakfast was good. The only thing was that it was pretty noisy. My husband had trouble going to sleep because we could hear the others in the building and especially upstairs. It started again at 6:00 in the morning.

Only complaint is parking. Doesn’t seem like there are enough spaces for as many rooms as there are

Easy on/off access to the highway. Always clean, safe and friendly staff. We stay here often, only thing i noticed this time is that the parking area should be cleaned up more frequently. I parked where maybe a work trailer was and was quite a bit of dirt and several screws and nails that could have cause some potential damage to someone's tires. I did pick them up and throw away. Other than that was a great stay as always!

Not a nice hotel for the area

We recently booked a stay at this hotel but were unable to make it due to being stuck in a snowstorm. Despite explaining the situation and requesting a refund, the staff showed absolutely no understanding or compassion. Instead of offering any assistance, they rudely refused our request outright, as if the circumstances were our fault. This lack of basic empathy and customer care is shocking, especially when dealing with an emergency situation like a snowstorm. We expected at least a polite discussion, if not a compromise, but were met with cold indifference. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values decent treatment or flexibility from the staff. Save your money and stay somewhere that treats its guests with respect and understanding.

The stay was very good. Rooms were above average and perfect for the price. Breakfast was standard. This was a good hotel for our team to stay in. The service was phenomenal and the best part.

For the most part our visit was wonderful. But I have an issue with the checkout procedure. We did not have a statement of our bill slipped under our door on our last night and when I asked at the desk when I checked out if I could get a copy I was told their new system doesn't allow them to do that. Then, when I called the next morning to get a copy the man at the desk was so hard to understand that I was unable to get the "long" email address he gave me to request the bill. It's a nice facility and easy access on and off the interstate and is in a gorgeous setting.

Odd driveway, you have to drive through a gas station and restaurant parking lot to get to the hotel. It’s close to the highway and Bridgeport Village for food and shopping.

Be aware that this facility is just beside the I-5. I asked for a quiet room but was given a room facing I-5, it's noisy, especially in the early morning. Also, the AC in the room is old and loud too.

Requested the manager to allow us for a late check out at 1230 pm. I begged them not requested. The answer was you should’ve booked via our company portal and via Expedia group and we could’ve accommodated the request but sorry!! Btw this was not one by two different agents who said it including in charge manager. I had to checkout my 630 am having checked in at 7 pm the previous night and figure a way to keep our luggage inside the stadium. Anyway you wanted a review, you got an honest review
