Lilly was amazing. Excellent customer service. My job depends on customer service, and she is someone I would want on my team.

There was mold on the shower curtain that I had to bleach myself. There was blood and and boogers on the bathroom wall near the toilet, that I once again had to wipe down. There was a huge whole in the back of the bathroom door and a whole in the floor of the shower. The outside of the ac was caked with dirt that I had to wipe down myself. Ironically the housekeeper Ana left her card in the room. I’m really trying to understand what part of the room did she keep.

And on your website it asks when you would like to check in I put 11:00 a.m. and nothing was ready until 1:00 p.m. so I was a little disappointed in that. Convenient spot, nearby food spots and quickly on/off the highway. Room was very clean. Older hotel with furniture but my room had well maintained amenities. 👍

The\nAir conditioner did not work and they don't have made service that come in offering you towels and stuff every day and staff member was really rude

The room was clean but sparse. Single towel, one pillow, no extra blankets. Online is appears pleasant and bright if sparse however it seems to favour a transient population. There are many cameras up and prison grade security lights shining all night long making it safer but the windows and walls are very thin. We could hear people coming and going throughout the night and despite it being a non smoking room it reeked of pot by morning. It was a very poor sleep. We were happy to leave early and will be avoiding this chain from now on. It looks nicer than it was, cheap sleep but a poor one.

Don’t do it. I’m shocked at the positive reviews I read for this property after actually being there. Yes, it's a cheap motel near a freeway, I wasn't expecting the Ritz. This place was horrifying. From the high security check in, to the tiny rooms which smelled like cat pee and cigarette smoke, and the seedy crowd milling around the parking lot, it definitely was not clean or pleasant! I received a list of property "rules" at check in that showed they've had issues with drug and alcohol use and illegal activities at this motel. We ultimately left after looking around both the rooms we were assigned, since we were traveling with children and teen girls, it felt very unsafe.

However--the room was exceptionally clean, The TV connected to Dish network worked well. The shower was really great with easy access, good safety bar, and fine water pressure. The clerk was nice and pointed out where we could get food. Coffee was available in the morning. All in all, more than adequate for the price for a short stay.

Floor filthy and had not been mopped in ages. You could tell from the dirt on underneath side of the shower matt when I picked it up. Shower pressure awful and the mattress was so old and broken down I was tempted to sleep on the floor. Hairs on bed and linen. Everything about the room was the worst I had ever experienced. I can't believe that they can call themselves a motel 6. I will never go back and I feel for anyone who has to go through the awful experience.

This is the 2nd time I was given room 102. I had all of the patience the first time when I was bitten by bedbugs. I thought they had rectified the situation. This time I was bitten worse this time. The hotel just says they will look into it with no resolution

The room was clean, but the beds were saggy and not made up very well. The walls were so thin that we could hear everything going on in the next room... There was an overpowering odor of marijuana in the room and it was quite unpleasant.

Lots of people with animals. One person in particular that smokes outside his room, even though he’s not supposed to and screams at his dog all day. The TV did not work correctly and felt unheard when I spoke with manager. In fact, I feel the manager Alana is quite condescending when speaking with people regarding problems.

I booked a non-smoking room for my family and I. As soon as I stepped in, the room smelled strongly of drugs. The Marijuana smell was overwhelming so I askes to change rooms and was given another room promptly. Staff dealt with the problem professionally.

Room was clean and was great for a quick stay in Portland area. Keep in mind there are two motel 6 across from eachother so you have to double check which one. For this hotel it was the one on the left if coming from I5.

The room was fine. The hotel Wi-Fi was very poor and wasn’t useable much of the time.

Room was small and clean enough. Staff was friendly and efficient. Parking is easy and close. Beds are comfortable, tv worked fine and had plenty of channels. We chose a ground floor room and that might have been a mistake as people were coming and going all night. Some of them were not quiet people. Upstairs may have been quieter. Didn’t hear any road noise to speak of. Restaurants were easy walking distance.

The room was dirty, the microwave didn’t work right, the whole room overall was dirty.

When I got there I admit I was tired and still needed to get my dogs and luggage from the car. I was a bit shocked that the office door was locked at 7pm and I could only talk to the staff through the security window. The friendliness I’m usually greeted with was lacking and felt l felt like being checked in was more akin to being spoken to in Helvetica. Got my key card and was told my room was on the second floor. Not usually and issue though I do have asthma. The stairs were very steep and trying to get up them with luggage and two dogs was a challenge. I teetered a couple times and was concerned I might fall. Got to the top with everything and then… the key didn’t work. I called the front desk and was greeted with the same level of warmth and disinterest I was checked in with. I was a bit elevated at this point since again, tired, check in had felt very weird, there were some sketchy people loitering, and again the stairs issues. I was told I had to come back to the front desk and no one could come help me (very dissimilar to my other stays with this chain where everyone has always been glad to help). Lana went above and beyond to help us retrieve our stolen property from another guests. She and the other attendants were also flexible around my work schedule and their check out time policy. Several instances I ended up extending my stay but could not meet the deadline to bring my ID in person until several hours later. Thank you Lana and Motel 6 staff for being patient \.

They wouldn't even let us stay there because my guest had a recently expired ID. It wasn't his room, it was mine. It was in my name and I paid for it. My ID was just fine. Then I was told I wouldn't get my money back for 3 to 5 days. Never again will I use this hotel.

Was given my key, went to room it didn’t work. Went back to office she “fixed” it, still work went back to office. She then went to room with master key and got it open. I didn’t rate this lower because even though it was a pain she was very kind and handled it as quickly as she could.

They are so helpful, I asked for a new room bc the other one wasn’t as clean as I’d like and they were on it. They said of course and immediately gave me a clean and cozy room.

I’ve never stayed at a motel 6, but I was pleasantly surprised! The dog and parking were both free. Exceptional value for lake Oswego and convenient access to I-5. The horribly scary pierced “front desk” person talks rudely to you behind a glass window like you were using a phone in jail. Terrible welcoming first impression. But the room was crispy clean and so was the bathroom. There’s a great lawn area for the dog and safe well lit parking.

Basic motel vibe. A bed, a shower, clean towels, a Tv. I did book a basic room so more expensive rooms may have more amenities. Finding outlets to charge my phone and watch were an adventure but finally found one in the bathroom. Price was good since all I really needed was a bed and shower. You get what you pay for.

On or about October 18 2025 as I have stayed here for the past five days. I’ve noticed that the housekeepers have been misunderstanding me like they don’t know what I’m saying when I know they do and also when I told them to clean my room they didn’t and then when I called down a couple hours later, they said that I told them not to clean my room and then after cleaning my room, October 21, 2025 I noticed a bolt loosened on table that wasn’t loosened before and hot water wasn’t working so I checked out.

Stayed for 12 hours, 50 bucks, why is everything so dang expensive, feels like places don't want you to go out

So everything went well the 6 days I was there , the only things is when I got to my room the whole room smelled like weed and piss but I called down and they apologized and said they would come and have someone clean it snd the next day it didn’t smell .

Check in was easy but it seemed like they were going to charge for anything that was going to be beyond the norm. They did give me bed sheets for my dog in case she dirtied the sheets. Which I think was bit much to charge for when I’m sure all they would’ve had to do if the bedding was soiled was to heavily bleach them to get any possible stains that might happen. I did kennel my dog during the day so there wasn’t any incedents.

No heat in any of the rooms…only a/c for summer!!! But it was September 30th, cold and rainy!!!

The staircase to our room was broken so we had to walk hallway down the motel to access stairs to our room. The motel 6 across the road looks much nicer.

There is only 1 reason why I gave 4 stars. There is 1 person who works in the office, they are shorter with curly brown hair and almost always wears a hat. They are always extremely rude and dismissive and i found it to be extremely disrespectful.

Staff treats you with dignity. They are super friendly and will give you the extra blankets or towels you need. I felt safe walking my dogs. Building is very well lit at night. Lots channels on Smart TV. Clean and comfortable.

Wish there were amenities like shampoo, etc. Requested extra towels in the room but that wasn’t an option. Had to collect at front desk. Not bad tho.

Drove by. Was full of junkies. Left without checking in. Didn’t feel safe. Wrote management- have not heard back. But I’d rather most $100 bucks than my life, belongings, etc. unsafe

My only discomfort was that cigarette smells invaded the room on some days through the bathroom exhaust (not cigarette smoke, just the smell) when occupants in other rooms use their own bathroom to smoke in rather than go outside to smoke.

The gal that checked me in was awesome! The room itself was good. What I couldn't get over is that it's basically central heating and air conditioning. You have no control over the temperature in your room, and it was way too warm in my room to make sleeping comfortable. My room faced south, so I couldn't imagine being in that room if it was sunny and hot outside. Despite the fact that the room itself was good, I could not stay here again because of the lack of your own ability to control your room temperature.

Had 5+ customers waiting to check in. At 3pm when check in became available they chose to do shift switch and make everyone wait another 15-20 minutes. It was 90+ degrees outside and front desk didn’t even offer pool for people to stay cool while awaiting check in.

I paid through Expedia and when I got to the hotel, they didn’t have my reservation. I spent more than an hour while they were trying to figure out what was going on. Expedia ended up putting me in another hotel. I never stayed in the motel six

There are people "living" in their cars in the parking lot at this location and no one seems to care. The rooms have no microwaves and no mini-fridges. The communal microwave was tiny and unclean. One positive note was that the bathroom was newly installed. However, the water pressure was terrible. In general I am really tired, as a consumer, of paying ever increasing prices for properties that do the bare minimum, such as this one. You should avoid this establishment if you can.

In the early morning there was some loud dude swearing and banging on a door. That’s was the only issue but not really the properties issue.

There was a weird cigarette/alcohol smell masked with cleaner. A/C is pumped into the ceiling with no control, so if you're cold, you could open the window, but I didn't feel safe doing so at night. Bare bones here - no shampoo, no facial tissue, nasty bar soap. It was fine, it was quiet - I slept - but probably won't choose to stay there again.

To start with they put me in the wrong room. The pool was closed. They claim that they have AC, but it is actually a swamp cooler which was broken when I got there. They act like they don’t understand why I want a room with working AC. I would never stay at this hotel again, even if it was free

My expectations were beyond exceeded. This is probably the nicest Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly, check in was quick and easy, the room was very clean, air conditioning worked fantastic, and the pool was nice and clean. The location was very convenient and felt very safe. I could hardly hear any of my neighbors. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back.

The motel is trying to crack down on smoking on property and has two designated smoking areas. However, most people were just sitting in their cars in front of their rooms or on the sidewalk smoking, which I know is hard to constantly police. We were given an upstairs room and when walking up we noticed the guests below us were sitting in their vehicle smoking weed. For the 10 minutes we were there, they went out twice to smoke. Our room wreaked! We asked to move and Naomi very kindly moved us to the other side of the property. Sadly, that room was hot, but we were having issues with our rental car and already moved once so we just dealt with it. We could not get the a/c to work at all. My husband moved it all the way hot then all the way cold and nothing. We had to sleep with the windows open which would normally be fine except for the car dance party people were having until close to midnight. That and people walking back and forth in front of the window all night fighting made for a long night. The next morning at checkout I mentioned the a/c and she said "yeah, they are weird, you have to turn it to 90 and then 50 and then...." it was confusing. Pros-staff are wonderful Cons-other guests (lol), short shower heads, confusing a/c, mattresses feel like air mattresses that make it hard for two people to sleep on

No real functioning air conditioning in the unit itself. The tiny little wall mounted thermostat and small ceiling vent were not enough to cool the room on an 80+ degree afternoon. I left after 15 mins of sweating in the room and found another hotel nearby for the same price and had a functioning air conditioner in the room. I want a refund even though they say there are none. I didn’t use the room at all except standing there sweating thinking this has to be a joke.

Room was nice had to wait for the clerk to come back and was told pool closes at 8pm, it was 7:50. but the next morning was told it was supposed to close at 10pm. Very disappointed. My granddaughter was very disappointed and sad.

The stay itself was nice, only complaints was that upon entering the room it already smelled faintly of cigarettes, the sink seemed to be leaking water from the pipe below it, and the shower would get water everywhere defeating the purpose of the extra towels in the room. Also the pool closed early on Saturday at 8pm, the day after our long excursion in which we wanted to take a load off and relax in the pool. When on Friday it was 9, hut they at least offered us to stay in it until 8:30.. so that was nice. The stay was at least a decent price, about $200 for 4 people for 2 nights.

Housekeeping was a little noisy while I was trying to sleep, but I’m a night shift worker and backwards and don’t expect people to cater to my needs… however it did sound like furniture was going to come through the wall and floor above. I would stay again and recommend as it was better than my expectations as a Motel 6. :)

The A/C was running continuously with no way to adjust the fan speeds. No extra blankets or items available in the room. The internet did not work at all even when trying to connect the rooms TV to the internet. Room TV was the size of my computer screen. Not enough towels and no room service unless we went to the front desk. No toiletries available other than a bar of soap.

If you need a place to stay on the cheap, thus is it. Shower was hot the 1st day (not 2nd because boiler needed to be lit), bed was soft. Bring your own shampoo. Liked that it had a refrigerator and microwave. A lot of places around the hotel to have a meal. Staff were very nice.

When they told us it was ready they provided keys, but when we got to room door was open and there was a broken t.v. lying on the bed. I could provide a few other issues but why bother...
