The Location Was Average...No Bed Bugs or Bugs of Any Sort...

Laundry room has only 1 washer and 1 dryer, and Small microwave. Supposed to be open 8am-9pm. Was rarely open by 8. More like 9 or 10am

Awful .. I been to many hotels in my life from one star - to five, I have to say that was my worst experience. Upon check in they lied to me with a fake screenshot saying I booked another date. I showed my Expedia receipt, and lots of back and forth then they finally gave me a room.. The bed was hard as a rock so was the pillow, I felt like I spent the night at the Flintstones. The T.V. did not work for the two day stay, and there was one small roach I found crawling on my pants that I had laid on the chair.. so many other nice chooses will encourage you to keep lookin

Staff was horribly rude. My life was in danger and the staff did nothing about it. Instead of helping me they kicked me out and gave me half of my refund back for the room. After they gave my abuser my room key to get in my room without even asking me since he was not named as one of the guests staying in my room with me. They violated my privacy as well as my safety.

It gets worse. The room was clearly not properly cleaned. There were roaches in the room, visible dirt, and even a hair clip left on the floor from a previous guest. That alone tells you the room wasn’t properly inspected. This was not a minor inconvenience — it was a basic failure in cleanliness and preparation. Guests should not have to deal with pests, dirty floors, and non-functioning amenities. I would not recommend staying here unless management seriously improves cleanliness and quality control.

The rooms were really filthy. The sheets filthy, the towels, everything you name it. There was no soap for washing your hands and everything about it felt so horrible. Never stay here please 😭

Good room and attentive staff

My room was suppose to have a small kitchenette. There was NO burner to cook with. NO microwave! They did NOT check if I needed towels. I had to ask all the time. The mini fridge did not close all the way and was leaking. Do NOT RECOMMEND. Staff is NOT 24HRS AND WAS RUDE WHEN I HAD AN ISSUE AT MIDNIGHT! Also overcharged me $200!!

I had to cancel my stay and book elsewhere because the 'smoke-free' room reeked of smoke. I requested a refund since the room was not as advertised. Also, the cleanliness could use some improvement.

Tv needs replacing

First off, I was looking for a room with a kitchen which this one said it had. Nowhere on the website does it say I need special pots to use the kitchen as it has an induction area will only induction pans can be used and they have none here so I had to spend another $50 to get pans to be able to use their kitchen.

I woke up to hearing water and realized the heater/air conditioner had water coming out of it like a waterfall. There was water on the floor by my belongings as well. I called management around 4 a.m. and he said he would get the maintenance to take care of it, but they never came. Also the door was easy to open if you didn't slam it shut. I'm so Livid because I slept all night and that was a dangerous situation.

We had multiple issues with the tv and tv remote not working. The staff were always willing to try and help correct the issue, but it continued. It would have been nice to have our garbages dumped the day we received fresh towels

Friendly staff, clean rooms

Laundry was appropriate and clean. Parking is is convenient and safe during my stay. There were people going through the trash bins and collecting plastic and clothes. Very pet friendly. A

This is second time I've stayed and I'll be back. The rooms are clean and remodeled. I was even able to check in early. Thank you.

This stay is intended for an individual with simple and “practical” needs, addressed be a very accommodating staff.

Had bad experience at this Motel. Got there around 5:30 and police cars were blocking entrance. Guns out trying to apprehend someone in one of the rooms. After tgey left everything was calm. They also require you leave a deposit for the room key. I went at 6 in morning to return key and girl had attitude because i woke her up. In my opinion if they don't want to be woken up they shouldn't ask for deposit in cash. Towels were too small , definitely not for adults.

Great property for a great price!

I stayed here for several nights and had a good experience. Everything was as advertised and the room was clean and didn’t have any smoking smell which was awesome. House keeping kept everything clean and came at appropriate times. Service at the front desk was always available and very kind. Overall would definitely recommend.

They need to take the parental control off of the tvs!

My stay here compared to other places was truly night and day. It was worth every penny and I will stay there again in the future. My neighbors were a bit loud with the music but it was stuff that I liked so I didn’t complain. Lol. Hopefully the next time will be a perfect stay.

Great customer service

The only thing I didn't like is there is no morcowave, no coffee makers, no clue what set to hang the clothes. The manager was nice, the grounds were clean, people can at night, at times people above me was making too much noise, but other then that the floors are all wood, there is working heat and sir.

I checked in very late at night and they were very nice and fast check in. In the morning checking out was fast and simple and they were very nice.. The room was clean and affordable.

Well the first night I was there I got woken up to a couple having SEx at 2am word of advice get a room upstairs and the ice machine didn’t work and you had to pay for ice but I was there for a week so it’s was ok the WiFi suck

Never stayed, the reviews and friends telling us its full of drugs and hookers we were afraid to stay. Lost our money but we were home safe

I was able to get a ground floor room. I have a bad right knee and cannot climb stairs. The cost is very reasonable and its basic and clean. Very well lit parking lot and cameras for safety. I will stay here again.

Nextdoor to a liquor store. Free Parking. Washer and dryer, microwave near front. Management was friendly and accommodating if anything is needed. Can be very quiet. But, walls are thin. You might hear heavy walking or runningi the bottom floor. All things considered, it is a good deal.

Also, the bed is very hard. King size bed with metal frame & xtra large body pillows but xtra hard firm. For those who like xtra firm, maybe it would suit them. Not me. I slept without a pillow just laid my head on the bed. Grateful to have a bed to sleep in as it was freezing cold this week at night. 🛌 Positive things to note: Room had a mini fridge and heater. Also good lighting in case you want to read a book or need to do your work. Many outlets for charging devices and tables to eat. Storage space was provided for your belongings. The two clerks at the desk were very nice if you have questions. 🙏✝️

Also it is not as advertised on Hotels.com. I selected it because it says Pet Friendly and when I showed up with my dog they have a sign stating Service Animals Only at the outdoor teller window you have to interact with them through. Does this mean you can get a refund from Hotels.com due to the false listing details? Nope!

Unfortunately the bathroom was not clean and there was a hole in the bathroom wall with toilet paper stuck in it. The light next to the bed and outlets were not functional.

If you don’t mind bugs and roaches. Long term monthly renters in some of the rooms. People in and out of there, at all times. A room that is poorly maintained and dirty. This is your place.

Staff was accommodating it’s quiet there’s a big shopping center right across the street I have wats walking access to simply daily fast food restaurants and shopping stores definitely will make this a go to motel worth it

No just love it

It’s a no frills motel, bare bones. The staff are nice, the shower head has nice settings. Basic soap was given, so recommend you stopping at the target for your essentials. Tesla charger 2 min away, target and major shopping 5 min. Pay for what you get, it’s cheap and has the essentials. It has a fridge with a kitchenette stove top. I saw some people living long term it seems like. No weird noises or anything. They were doing some renovations like new tar for the parking. I really like how this property has cameras all over the property and somebody can always be reached at front desk.

I a great are, shopping center are walking distance. The room was very clean and the front desk gentleman was very kind and friendly. Would definitely be coming here more often !

It has a bus stop nearby and it was easy to get to my stop. I stayed here for almost a week.

Everything was great! Spacious room for one, bed was comfy. I really, really liked the decor. Kudos to their interior decorator. I mean it’s not the Taj Mahal, but attention was paid to detail, i.e. the blue curtains matched the door and the blue specs in the tile floor perfectly. The blue theme carried throughout the room and I appreciate the time it took to coordinate all that. Oh! Let’s not forget the friendly staff, very kind young gentlemen.

The property seemed dated and old. There was alot of people loitering in parking lot and loud in hallways.

Other guests were very noisy. Was charged rate for room reserved which they didn’t have downgraded still charged other rate. Not goid for families. Will never stay again

I booked for a room at with kitchenette but I was given a room without kitchenette and no microwave oven at the room and at the property. When I asked the manager about it, he asked me to call Expedia, where will I go call Expedia at around 10pm with two girl kids. Light switches were terrible and restroom conditin was terrible and worst experience

Nice place to stay. Rooms were clean, has hot water, and staff is friendly. Close to a nice shopping center. Did the job for a short stay!

Booking thru hotels.com the room was different than their 'regular' rooms - zero amenities: no coffee, microwave, no breakfast, sub-par towels, not even a phone in the room. Booked an additional room thru the hotel and received all the amenities...totally different room, look and feel...different building even. Almost like there were two hotels in one name. The additional we were moved to "the other side" and we really saw a huge difference. So, if you don't care about amenities it would be fine, but we originally booked here because it included breakfast. . . but nope....and not even a phone in the room to call the front desk if there was a problem.

No tissues in room, shower curtain didn’t reach floor, so bathroom became flooded with every shower. Worst hotel experience in ages. Will NEVER stay again or recommend to anyone. You can’t put perfume on a pig and expect it to still not be a pig…

Shower head was dirty and didnt run good. Not all the lights worked. Blankets were super thin. They use there night window all day not just via night, while there office remains closed and locked. When ringing bell at night window for service to check out had to wait 20 minutes to be helped, when the man arrived at the window he was unprofessional and very rude.

The stuff are nice and friendly. I was restless I could hear every vehicle on the street… too loud! And my sheet covers has a lot of stains and scratches I don’t know what they are. The toilet seat was dirty i have to cleaned it myself.

Overall, our stay was okay. Online pictures need to be updated. Bed was comfortable. Floors needed swept and mopped. Shower needed a good cleaning too. Also, even though they allow pets, you have to take them off property to use the bathroom.

Pillow covers were not clean. Loud boisterous guests.

The bed was stiff and uncomfortable. The pillows had a nice density but they were HUGE so I layed my head on a blanket I brought instead. No comforter just sheets and a top cover. No blackout curtains.

Booked a non-smoking, the room stank like it’s always been booked for smokers. Had to leave windows open hoping that would help. The toilet was dirty with actual poop stains on the seat, not even the toilet itself BUT on the seat!! And all types of stains on the toilet, it was gross, made me wonder when the last time the sheets were actually changed was?!! Skip this place

This motel was horrible! The facility was dirty, staff was not friendly and other guess were loud and smoked marijuana. This was the worst stay ever in my life!

The room did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The floor was dirty and dusty; the bottoms of our socks turned gray/brown from walking around in the room for only an hour. All of the towels (they only provided 1 large one and 2 smaller hand towels) had black hair all over them. The towel/bath mat appeared to be completely unwashed. There was black hair all over it and fresh dirt stains. When we showered, the the drain appeared to be clogged and the tub filled up with water covering us all the way up to our ankles. The shower curtain was covered in old soap and gunk and looked as though it had not been cleaned as well. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke- not sure if we were given a non-smoking room or if they even have non-smoking rooms on the property. There were no signs to indicate that smoking was not allowed. If you have asthma or allergies and cannot tolerate cigarette smoke, DO NOT STAY HERE. Both my allergies and asthma were greatly affected and I had a very hard time sleeping. The smoke alarm in the room did not have any batteries in it- which made it very unsafe and I'm pretty sure not up to code. While it appears nice in the pictures online... It was not a nice stay. We camp all the time and travel around in our RV... so we do not need much at all as far as amenities and accommodations. We were very disappointed in our stay and cannot believe a place like this costs over $100 a night, on a TUESDAY, to stay.

When I booked this place I looked at reviews (as one does) I’m not sure how all recent reviews were decent but this place was disgusting! As soon as you walk in the smell of bleach just hits you. We didn’t mind it at first thinking the room was just cleaned recently even though we checked in at 11pm. I had to use the restroom and to my surprise there was dried up human feces on the toilet seat. And to make matters worse when we go to lay down on the bed we find balls of hair (not my hair color) and bed bugs. We ran out of there and went straight to the front office. The guy wasn’t rude but he denied what I was telling him. He literally followed me back into the room where I had to show him the dead bugs on the floor and on the table. He picked up the hair from the bed and offered us a different room.

It was good for it’s worth.

Room was tiny and the first issue was the smell as you walk in. A stale cigarette smell. Carpet was sticky, blanket stained and shower had low water pressure. Just wasn’t worth the money paid.

Everything was perfect

While posted as a non smoking facility, the room smelled like it was just smoked in before check in. 2 pillows for two persons and old towels. No coffee maker, a fridge in nice but would rather get a coffee maker. One small shampoo bottle. Bad stay altogether. definitely never again.
