I really wanted to give this hotel a 10 as we walked in the lobby looked nice and clean check in was a breeze the attending clerk was friendly. We used the elevator to get to our room it definitely needs a deep cleaning I thought ok maybe the clean at night when there’s less traffic coming and going, nope the next morning and for the rest of the 2 days we stayed it was very dirty. As far as the room it was ok but needed a good cleaning the carpet needed a good vacuum. I had read previous reviews complaining of the loud ac noise and yes even being off the unit makes a loud noise I had a hard time sleeping the bed was very comfy it was just the noisy unit. We also had an issue getting towels. We were a family of 4 there were only 2 towels in the room. In the morning I saw housekeeping I asked her for towels she said it would be an hour because they were in the dryer. We waited the hour no towels I called front desk he said he would have them take us towels never came we had to share towels ok firm as we were leaving for the day I stopped and told the clerk can we get housekeeping please we weren’t ready when they came by he said yes of course. We came back to our room about 6 PM housekeeping never showed we still didn’t have extra towels I called front desk he said they were done for the day and didn’t see any notes that we requested anything. Luckily we stopped to buy towels for the water park we went to. the breakfast was very nice. Very quiet and peaceful.

The exterior of the property was unkept. We had our dogs with us and immediately clean up after them, we were constantly having to look out for other dog’s waste that had been left around the property. The hot tub looks like it had been forgotten about and in a small corner. There were signs for a vending machine but couldn’t find one and the on property ‘market’ was very small and extremely limited in selection. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The whole place hasn’t been cleaned, and the rooms smell. The “gym” is a tiny closet and the “spa” is in the back of a building not clean. The ice machine doesn’t work and was filthy. If it wasn’t Memorial Weekend we would have left but everything was already booked. The beds were hard as a rock! Over priced. Thankfully there was an EOS right down the street.

The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom didn't have a makeup mirror, which I prefer. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was adequate and plenty.

We stayed at a ground floor room that is next to the breakfast area. We can hear conversation from people talking at the breakfast table or at the lobby. Being an ADA accessible room, the room is too small for wheelchair to turn around. The closet has no hangers. The staff managed to bring us two to get by for our stay.

Tried to check in 45 minutes early, but would have been charged $20 fee even though the place was deserted. Wasn't told about breakfast, and breakfast was terrible. Wasn't told about wifi. Teenager watching the desk on weekends took an angry fit when a guest asked for the coffee thermos to be refilled. Room wasn't cleaned at all even though we were there 3 nights. Definitely won't be back.

The room was clean however the stairwell had a partial slice of pizza on one of the landings that stayed there my entire stay. Breakfast staff worked well but her appearance was substandard. She had multiple rips in her jeans which looked horrible.

I was in room 415 and it was a decently clean room. when I entered the room, I realized that there were no towels or wash clothes.. No biggie. Housekeeping was just outside my room that they had what I needed.. Right outside my window was a house that started blasting music from about 5 to 630 on Sunday night. Again, no fault to the hotel, but kind of annoying.. the staff here were very pleasant and helpful. Price was right too.

Super noisy and the room was dirty. We found two large dead roaches in the bathroom and I woke up with bite marks in my legs. The wifi was terrible! We couldn't watch TV at all and the AC was super noisy. Never again will I stay at this facility. The night staff was also non existent and not helpful when they were actually around.

Property was ok. Hot tub was great but would like some. Towels to use other then the (2) in ones room. Also asked (3) times for toilet paper over the course of 6 hrs.. very slow at doing things. Seemed that the desk attendant like to park their (own) car in front of of the doors (driveway). Very unprofessional.

Parker at the front desk was dirty, couldn’t work the hotel program and was cursing. Not what you want at your front desk. It was 2am but, you should still be presentable. The rooms ac did not work and there was a man laying on the floor next to our room.

The parking lot was very tight! Hardly any parking and the desk staff was terrible! Only two please interactions I had was with the gentleman that checked me in and Vanessa. She was handling the breakfast area. All the other front desk guys were terrible! No customer service skills! One of them parked their Subaru in the driveway every morning! How are people supposed to pull in and unload their luggage?!? Not to mention the roaches in the room! Found a couple house roaches and one huge one in the sink! I asked for towels and floor mats. I was told they could only give one towel and one floor mat. Definitely WILL NOT be booking at this hotel again! My advice would be to book with time to avoid having to book this place!

It was okay, breakfast started at 7 but when i got there at 7.05 it was half gone so i think they don't even fill it up. It was a rough breakfast too. The area wasn't very safe, heard gunshots during the night. Elevator was dirty, room was outdated and not as pictures described, shower was luke warm. Not great tbh. And the hottub was not avaliable. For what we paid i expected better. Wish i could get a refund.

Room outdated, rotten wood, dirty stains on bedding and carpet. Smelled like days old garbage in lobby - I asked the front desk what was the smell from- had the garbage not been taken out?? He said he didn't smell it but would spray air freshener later.

This hotel is so spacious, and really clean. They offered a pretty good selection for the free breakfast. They have a small selection to be purchased for snacks if youre unwilling to leave, and offer room service (i didnt use it but it was nice to be offered) the staff was friendly Raj was here to help with what I consider is one of the EASIEST check ins ive had, and he was here on a holiday. He was kind and made the later check in easier. This was a great stay and would stay again. We had 2 kids and 2 adults it was definitely family friendly!

The parking was convenient and secure. The bathroom fan wasn’t working. Some leaks in the bathroom. It wasn’t a variety of breakfast options. There was not decaffeinate coffee. I live with a medical condition and I can’t drink regular coffee. They must consider people with medical conditions.

Our shower had mold and the soap shampoo and conditioners were ALL Empty . Breakfast bar had no milk for kids cereal and food was not all the way set up and it was 7am already also coffee was water with a lil bit of coffee flavor . Not at all Hapy with La Quinta

The staff charged me 10x as much as he should have and 3 business days and a weekend later this has still not been fixed.

The hotel and room was very clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a little too firm. The lighting in the room and bathroom weren't very good. The breakfast was ok. Typically most hotel will have yogurt this one did not. The rooms are only cleaned every other day but ours wasn't cleaned until day 4. It's good for 1-2 day stay.

It was nice and basic. About what you would expect. Only real problem i had was i got moved out of my room because of an inspection. On Saturday they told me there was a scheduled maintenance for the room i was staying in. Very strange to have booked a room when you had maintenance scheduled . and on a weekend no less

We needed to stay nearby and this isn’t regarding the service of the staff there this is plainly for the property, I was really disappointed in the upkeep. A little power wash or maintenance to the entrance would help. The tv in our room was difficult to manage and the overall property needs an update. I wanted to show these pics to show that the room I stayed in definitely needs an update.

The first thing I do when I get into the room is check the bed. The bed sheets had blood stains on them. I called down to the front desk to let them know. I got a new room, only to be woken up by someone banging on my door at 11:32 pm. Then hearing people outside my door having a loud conversation. I called down to the front desk again only to be placed on hold. Go somewhere else.

Room was clean and spacious. A bit worn, but clean! Parking lot seemed quite safe. Somebody dumped their trash outside their car, but it was cleaned up next time I came by. Staff was kind and helpful. I used online check-in, so getting my keys was a breeze. I had requested a room near the lobby or elevator due to my disability, but was top floor, at the far end of the hallway. (No way I could've done 4 flights of stairs in an emergency.) BUT, that was my own fault for not double checking the location when I arrived. (Note: apparently nobody reads the special request part when booking online.)

After my checkout I received a text saying that my sheets and comforter had cigarette burns. I don't smoke so how was that possible. They charged me for it. The manager never call me after several requests to talk to him. It was very upsetting to get charged for something you didn't do.

Trying to be nice here, but the place was really dirty inside. The floors were dirty. The elevator had the same fries/food/sticky syrup on the floor. The entire two nights I was there, the stairwell, the room was dirty, and shower had dirt marks on it, the floor in the room was quite dirty. The bed, my daughter had to sleep in add yellowish stains on the sheets, dried liquid on the walls next to the bed, just one of the dirtiest places I have stayed before. I’m not a high-end guy, but they weren’t very many clean areas that I noticed. I will say both staff members that work there at night were very nice, and great communicators.

We only had 1 day of housekeeping mind you we were there for 5 days. Also, the key cards would continue to cancel their program and lock ourselves out of the room every single day and we had to go to lobby all the time when arriving to our room. Also, the breakfast was super quick and no time at all for the little ones. It’s a little overpriced for the area but the only good thing about the hotel was that you don’t pay for the parking. Wouldn’t book here again. ( they charged us the deposit fee before we arrived when online it said no deposit was not needed.

Upon arrival, I noticed the carpets were extremely dirty, the sheets were old and stained, and the towels provided were worn out and clearly not fresh. The dresser was broken, and both the WiFi did not work at all during my stay. To make matters worse, when I requested clean towels, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. In particular, a staff member named Carmen was extremely rude and unprofessional, which added to the frustration of an already unpleasant experience.

Place was pretty clean in the lobby and the rooms where pretty clean. Breakfast was not good only had eggs, potatoes,sausage & waffles. No yogurt or muffins or fresh fruit. They person was not on top of keeping things stocked. Food area wasn’t big enough.

Location is in a good area 🙏 Lots of nearby fast food. While it is a safe quiet night the hotel is comfortable and cozy. Service was great and parking was easy to use along with so many parking spots. I highly recommend if you are in the area. Thank You Staff For Having Me !!

We needed a room for the night. It was nice to have the complementary breakfast, saved us a lot of time and money from going out to breakfast at a restaurant. The room was decent. The beds were hard. We asked the man working the front desk for extra pillows and blankets since our girls were sleeping on the pull out couch and he gave us one pillow and a fitted sheet. We thought that was hilarious.

The room had minor wear and tear. I took pictures upon arrival in the room. The check-in process was extremely fast. I completed everything online. The front desk staff were nice, and they always greeted us. They treated us better than the Hilton front desk staff. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and felt safe.

I should have paid attention better that this was a pet friendly hotel. Was woken up every night by multiple dogs barking.

We have stayed at this location numerous times. Not once have we stayed there when there was a proper amount of towels, wash cloths, and/or hand towels in the room upon arrival. This is my only complaint.

Our appliances did not work inside the room this included the phone ( static could not hear anyone) and the microwave, i contacted the front desk multiple times via phone, informed the cleaning staff , and i went in person to the front desk and no one came to change it out or fix it . 3. They will clean your room every other day, and when they did they did not replace my shampoo, conditioner, or body wash so i had to contact them again to get us some. 4. We continuously told them there was 4 in the room and they would never give us that amount of towels. 5. They programmed our key cards incorrectly from day 1 so every time we used our room the next day we had to go reprogram it, on day 3 my child almost didn't make it to bathroom because key would not open door so i had to run downstairs to re program again. Even after seeing that we have been doing this with them since day 2. 6. There is only one washer and one dryer the other washer is broken, the light in the laundry room does not work after bringing it up the lady came and told me to put the trash can there to hold it open. 7. Breakfast stops serving at 10 well by 9:15 you wont find any more food , good luck i was only able to give my kids cereal.They never restocked SO UPSETTING

The front desk staff, Jaden, was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Overall, this hotel is great and serves a delicious hot breakfast.

Room floor was not good to walk barefoot. Breakfast should be closed since there was no one to listen, juice machine was throwing water instead of juice.
