We attended a concert at Red Rocks, and the location was very easy to get to. Our room was clean, the staff were very kind, breakfast is ok for a hotel, and parking is easy. There are convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Got there after driving 22 hours for the front desk person to tell me that they cancelled my reservation, without even contacting me. They told me that they notified Expedia, but I had and have not heard from either about a cancellation. Unprofessional.

Wifi was down and doors couldn’t be open with keycards . Staff had to come and open the doors for us which made it awkward and unsafe . Linens were dirty and dusty . Also , they never ever return the incidentals fee so watch out for this !

Power and internet were both down when I arrived. I had no choice but to immediately get a room at a nearby hotel. I am quite frustrated at getting nowhere in my pursuit of a refund. It’s been 20 hours since I arrived at the hotel front desk where the computers didn’t work.

The bed sheet was thin, I turned the heat on and this helped. The breakfast was the best part, lots of options and kept well. Swimming pool was fun and kept clean. The parking was convenient, plenty of spaces and safe.

Rooms offer small kitchen with everything you need! Very spacious like a studio apartment. Definitely will use this location for future visits.

Staff was great, breakfast was convenient, seating areas were clean...no television in the rooms. Was told upfront about it on day one and was told it would be fixed next day. It was not. No television for the entire stay. Could not log into the wifi to log into apps either. Television in the lobby worked great though for the staff.

Love blackout shades. Bathroom was not very clean and felt like bare feet were sticking to carpet. Otherwise- huge rooms and appliances were great. Breakfast was ok. A bit noisy with motor sounds and before 8 reverse sounds from a truck outside window.

And there are a few places just a walk away.

Good breakfast and nice bed/ room TV. Also a solid gym. The pool and hot tube left something to be desired. The pro of the location is that it's surrounded by restaurants. Con is that it's in like a business district surrounded for blocks by streets, parking lots, and other office buildings.

Hotel was very clean, staff was great. Breakfast was a major disappointment. I specifically chose this hotel over others in the area because of the rave reviews about the breakfast, but it completely missed the mark. The selection was minimal, with hardly any variety, and it ended up being the smallest and most underwhelming spread I’ve seen at a hotel. If the breakfast had lived up to expectations, the overall value of the stay would have been much higher.

Would have loved a hot tub outside

I paid for 3 rooms through Booking.com $530.57 at the time of checkin the property said one room for booking.com was not working and made me pay another $160 that i can not get credited back.

I love the location. Bathroom ceiling looked like mold or something. Bathroom door was heavy and hard to close.

Hotel staff were polite and happy to help. Room was clean and had more than everything we needed. Complimentary breakfast bar was great too - wide selection and fresh food. You could even talk to the chef as he brought out fresh food for the various stations. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

I happened to be by a room with a barking dog.. screaming kids and yelling father.. it was awful.. they should put like people in the same area..otherwise the room was nice, breakfast was varied, location great!!!

It was a ok room, the bed was not comfortable and I don’t think the heater worked it blew cold air so it was freezing in our room and the blankets were to thin for being winter time

Our flight arrived early and we were super tired due to time change and staff quickly cleaned our rooms and allowed us to check in super early and get some much needed rest. The location is perfect and all the amenities are very nice. The pool and hot tub were a big hit! Every need we could have was catered to, and we had an amazing stay. Everything was great!

The tub took forever to fill and hot water was not hot barley as my hot water hateful that part .

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place cost alot. It felt like staying in an RV. The bed was super uncomfortable and the pull out couch was slumped in one side. The rooms are in need of updating. The water in the shower wasnt hot even though it was turned all the way up. Half the tv remote buttons didnt work. The sign parking lot says park at your own risk which doesn't really send you to bed feeling safe. Lets just say we were ready to got out of there, not somewhere you want to hang around and relax. We were there for one night after a concert so it got the job done but I would not recommend it for long stays. I would say its priced too high.

I e machine wax not working on the 2nd floor; not even a note about it. No ice bucket in the room. Typical Hilton property where they cut off the AC at night left us uncomfortable at 2 AM. Front desk staff and others oblivious to clients staying there. Not worth the cost of admission.

We had such a nice stay. We slept well in the comfortable bed. The breakfast was great compared to your usual hotel breakfast. The gentleman prepping and caring for the breakfast was very cordial and accommodating. The swimming pool was wonderful as well as the hot tub.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The ice machine on the 4th floor did not work but was available on the third floor. My only complaint was I booked a queen suite and was given a studio. I specifically booked the suite for a bedroom door. When asking, the staff stated that since I booked through Expedia I was not guaranteed the room I requested. I also was told that I paid less then what they charged and they were sold out of suites. I do not feel that should be my issue since they allow Expedia to buy rooms. I also booked this room a couple of months ago and paid when I booked the room for the suite. I was disappointed but the studio was nice too but without a door separating the bedroom. I have not had this issue before with a hotel or Expedia.

Had an amazing stay. The staff was great- front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen/breakfast staff. Room was clean, comfortable, and had the perfect amount of amenities. Huge plus there was a microwave, sink and fridge/freezer. Stayed here for a show at the red rocks and the drive was super easy there and back. Please don’t change the breakfast- you don’t get that many other hotels anymore. We will definitely recommend and consider staying here when we come back.

My family was vacationing while I was there for school. It met all pretend the breakfast was excellent.

Our stay here has been welcoming, clean and safe location. We’ve been caring for my mom to transition her to a LTC home which took longer than expected therefore we’ve had to extend our stay twice but we’re content to do that. I would highly recommend this Hotel anytime.

With the only exception being the bed, our experience was fantastic and was exactly what we wanted for our stay. The service great, breakfast plentiful and diverse, comfortable room and great pool/hot tub. The location is convenient to head into the mountains and the area offered plenty of food, grocery and other shopping options.

We have only had positive experiences at Home 2 Suites facilities. Excellent above and beyond free breakfast. Great stay

"I recently stayed in one of the suites, and while the room itself was fine, there was an awful smell every time we entered the building. The smell at the front desk was particularly strong and very unpleasant. Please look into this issue, as it made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, I am allergic to dogs, and there was a woman standing in the front with a dog, which caused me some discomfort. It would be helpful if you could address these concerns for future guests."

Stay was good BUT Bathroom had no exhaust fan and toilet leaked around flush handle everytime you flushed toilet. Shower head dripped water. Told staff and nothing happened during our stay to fix or tell us anything.

Room was dirty. Stains on pillow cases and sheets. Blood on bathroom wall. Also, I wonder how often, if ever they actually wash the bedspread, which was very thin by the way. No fan in the bathroom. Why would the bathroom not have a fan? Anybody in the room can hear everything in the bathroom, without a fan. I have photos I'm trying to upload but it won't let me. Imagine that.

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. My son enjoyed the breakfast. We were going to a Rockies game and a concert at Red Rocks, so the location was good for us.

The refrigerator turned on and off all night and it was REALLY, REALLY LOUD!!!

Beautiful hotel room. It was so clean and I loved having a full kitchen to have good fridge storage and enjoy regular dishes for breakfast. Such a nice place to have an included breakfast. Love that it had a gym and pool. Future go-to hotel for when I bring my family with me on the next visit.

Great staff; so friendly. The amenities were very convenient and had a great gym, GREAT bacon in the morning and comfy bed. I might be somewhat bias because I’m fortunate to live in a very rural area of the country but the traffic and surrounding area was so noisy but that has nothing to do with how great the hotel is! Will stay again if in the area!!

This is the perfect hotel for a home away from home. The kitchenette is stocked and convenient. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We will use this type of hotel again.

It is ok if you are looking for a cheap place to stay! Staff is nice but bed, pillows are from a century ago and very ugly! Breakfast is not good!

Josh on reception was friendly & helpful. The bed was reasonably comfortable & there was a large shower. Also a decent buffet breakfast option.

Everything was fine. Found the bedspread awkward and pillows too soft.

Appreciate the pet-friendly feature. Space-saving bathroom door is extremely weird. Sofa bed was adequate. Kitchen is nice. “Queen” size bed in bedroom was absurdly small. Breakfast was good - pretty wide choices and good coffee. Unleashed dog in the dining area was not appreciated. Overall: We would stay again.

The location was great, we walked to a restaurant/bar that was lovely, all of the staff were friendly and helpful, everything was very clean, the hot tub and pool were refreshing and the breakfast was made with a great variety of options. Highly recommended!

The staff was wonderful; front desk, housekeeping and breakfast crew were super kind & helpful! Breakfast had plenty of options for our family. Our room was a little noisy during the night & early morning being right off the main lobby hall, if that’s an issue for you ask for a different location, but it didn’t bother us much. Great location for food & close to Empire field for the football game! We will stay again!

The room had a kitchenette and a nice, comfortable layout. The hotel had everything I looked for like a breakfast Included and a workout center. Plus it had a park and great trails right across the street! I’d stay there again!

Lights don’t work properly in bathroom, none of the TVs in the hotel are working, exercise room closed, pool closed🙁🙁🙁🙁. Check in staff great as were other Staff members❤️

Stayed for a month. Breakfast had a variety of offerings. Enjoyed the fitness facility. The room was clean and well-kept. The staff, especially at the front desk, were friendly and always had a kind greeting. Loved our stay.

The BEST feature was the Front Desk Manager, "Heather"! She was SO professional, but even more unusual was how genuinely friendly she was! I've traveled a lot.... and met hundreds of hotel "staff", and I would rank her #1 on my list of truly unexpected pleasant experiences! You've got a definite keeper there!

I called ahead and was guaranteed. We could check in at 1 o’clock. We were not able to check in until two which greatly delayed our plans. The girl at the front said there was nothing she could do about it and kind of shrugged her shoulders. The room is decent. You could tell they definitely rush to clean it. in the morning we had put out the do not disturb sign and the cleaning lady came in while we were still sleeping and one of my kids was in the shower.
