    We arrived to find that our reservation had not been properly taken care of and were asked to take a different room. The room was on the second floor as far away from the door as you could be. The bed lampstands had no lamps.There was a lamp on the wall on the opposite side, It had a u s b jack that didn't work. The bathroom was supplied with one soap and a small little gel bottle of body soap. There was one set of towels a piece for a two night stay. There was no conditioner or shampoo supplied. Parking outside was almost impossible.And the second evening I was asked to park across the street after I was told that this hotel had parking. Needless to say , we will not stay here again.

    This property needs to be closed or a renovation. The pool area is in such disarray as well as the rest of the property. The pool was milky and smelled. The rooms had cobwebs, in need of a good cleaning. It eas disgusting. I cleaned the floors myself, and the towel was so dirty after. We tried to go to another hotel in the area, because of a big concert at red rocks we had difficulties finding a hotel. Everything was booked. Front desk was notified and she said she would have her come and clean.. well she did clean the floors and 1 cobweb but nothing else.

    No elevator! So this property is not great for people with disabilities or small children that need access to a lift. Stairs only. The room was clean. The staff was nice. We didn't get the bedding for the pull out for our son. It just wasn't in the room. It was so late when we got back we just made it work.

    Nice stay. Stuck on 1-70 traffic for hours, decided to stay in Golden last minute. Property is off the main drive, but very nice clean, quiet property you would not find along the freeway.

    Place is old and run down. You’re welcomed by a dirty rug right off the bat. The mattress and pillows were super uncomfortable and lumpy. The sheets were stained. The couch was also stained. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell and at some point during my stay, the room smelled the same. Walls are thin so you can hear foot steps, doors when they close and conversations. I was there just to sleep so it served its purpose. No bed bugs so that’s a plus.

    It was a dump. Homeless people were at the entrance. Room stunk. Didn’t clean our room after the first night. Could not get a refund. We even tried to find a new hotel. Didn’t happen. We cleansed our hotel room with what we bought. Two stories. Would not stay on the first level with homeless people outside. Why should I request to have new towels? Staff was friendly. Bit room and area was a dump

    Maintenance doesn’t seem to have a strong presence on this property. Room door wouldn’t close properly (cleaning staff jams clothes hangers in open doors to keep them open basically warping the doors), bathroom door handle was almost falling off. Poor management since amenities like shampoo and conditioner were empty (completely out of large shampoo replacement when I asked) coffee cups were missing from room and plastic knives were non existent at breakfast. Highlight of breakfast was microwaved bean burritos and egg ‘patties’, coffee was gone by 9am. Cleaning staff had bags of linens and trash taking up half the hallways. 10/10 would not recommend.

    There was no elevator. The bed was lumpy. It was an older hotel, but fairly kept up. But the shower was lukewarm and that was the dealbreaker. I was scheduled for two nights and only stayed one and went to a different hotel. And forfeited my fee. I will never stay there again.

    The room was dated. The safe was drilled out. The key card lock to the door was missing pieces. There were bums outside asking to get in the hotel or asking to help you for money. When we went to the breakfast at 945, everything was nearly gone. It was a place to sleep but im not sure everyone felt safe.

    Janell was at the front desk when we checked in. She was friendly, helpful, personable and answered all our questions with a smile. You should give her a raise. She is an asset to your company. 😊💞 The guy at the front desk when we left was a grump 😕 unfriendly. Barely said thank you. I said Have a nice day. No response. No personality. Not a good impression.

    5 stars for value, not a 5 star hotel. I read a lot of negative reviews after booking this hotel, and got very nervous- considered cancelling. However for the value of the room it was a great place. Staff was kind and location was a quick uber away from whatever we needed will stay again

    Staff and a safe place to stay were the only good things. The property looks like it has cover-ups. Our room was decent, but there were stains on the floor, and the bathroom was in poor condition. Our toilet lid was off the tank and ran all night, also a poop stain on the wall. counters, windows, and AC, lamps, and ceiling, bathroom counters were all dusty and dirt visible, like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, the little sofa we had in our room was torn and worn. The inside of the vending machine was the dirtiest thing on the property. Our window was cracked all around and did not lock. The pool was clean, and towels were available.

    It wasn’t a very good experience the bed was bad and lumpy the property was dirty the staff acted like they were bothered when I asked for anything the pool area was really rough the paint was peeling in the hot tub and everytime u want to go to the pool u have to go to the front desk so they can let u in we were in a accessible room and the toilet was wobbly oh and that’s the first time I have ever had been and cheese burritos for breakfast the kind u buy in the grocery store we stayed for 4 days and I promise u next vacation I will be looking for a new hotel

    Everything about the hotel itself was great. I wasn’t sure pulling up to it because it looked old and kind of worrisome. But it was clean and the rooms were nice. The ONLY negative was the referral from the hotel of a man named Joseph for a shuttle. It cost us $80 to the venue and back to the hotel for two. He got us to the venue fine. But upon pickup he was being detained for an altercation with a female and was unable to take us back to our hotels. We asked for half our money back and it was declined. We had to find another way back. The police said a shuttle was coming but we never saw it and opted for an Uber. It was 2am and yes it was our decision but the “shuttle” was taking entirely too long. I’m talking at least an hour when we left. In the future I’ll just take the rental Red Rock Amphitheater was perfection!

    This location is in need of a renovation. Staff was friendly, creepy people around location, not within walking distance to food. Pool water was cloudy and the pool area smelled "off". Carpets in public areas look as if they had not been vacuumed in awhile. The room linen was clean,the floors and desk area had things stuck on them (food maybe?) The counter in the bathroom was busted apart where the kleenex should go. Only part of the lights in the room worked. Upon arrival we found the window unlocked and easy to open far enough for someone to come through. The breakfast was substandard for this hotel brand. As we were leaving a homeless man went in and swept all the pastries into a bag and walked out. There was also one man that was giving creeper vibes loitering out front on a bench. We found out the next morning that he had tried to follow some female guests into their rokms the night before. Overall, if you decide to stay here, keep your head on a swivel and be aware of your surroundings. Ok location for guys that are ready to throw down or who are big enough to protect themselves. Not recommended for familes or single female travelers unless you have a means of protection with you.

    We literally walked in checked in, made it to the stairs and turned around. The place smelled like cigarette smoke and there were very questionable people all around the property. What we did see of the place was not clean with stains on cushions and carpet, making us question the state of the room we would have. I tried to get a refund through Expedia but was told it was past the reservation. We ended up finding a property in another city to stay at.

    I liked the breakfast. The room was fairly clean but I found a nasty sock under my friend's bed while looking for something. It wasn't hers! All the staff were pretty nice. There was a pool but we were not aware of it til we got there and hadn't brought bathing suits. There was a good parking spot near our room. Pretty quiet area.

    I booked a room from a picture of the hotel inside, and I thought it appeared to be a Jacuzzi jetted tub in Europe. Knowing that I needed one I booked them app when I got to the room, nothing chilled on a picture was smaller. There was no jetta was just a basic tub. How is told by the staff that in the morning there would be a continental breakfast.When I got up all it was is coffee and yogurt in a fridge. I paid $90 to sleep 5 hours.\nAnd the cocktail is okay.     Pictures did not look like the actual property at all. Completely different. First room had hole along the seam of the door that I could stick my fingers through into the hall. Second room the door would not lock. Third room the window had a broken lock not even on the window and it was a ground floor room. Completely unsafe. When trying to resolve problem, manager was rude and cussing at us and refused to give back our incidental payment of $100 that’s supposed to be given back at checkout and is only for damages if caused. But none were caused by me. Cancelled room within two hours of checking in. Disgusting.

    The pool was ok and the hot tub was great. The common areas are very dirty, the room was decently clean there was stains on the towels though. The couch in the king room was broke and looked dirty, I didn't want to sit on it. The bed was super uncomfortable and killed my back. They lock the pool to keep kids out and you have to ask the front desk to open it. It felt like they didn't want kids in there I was glad I didn't have mine this time. The PH balanced seemed way off in the pool it was pretty milky. Overall I would not stay again even for the cheap price.

    The maid was honest as we forgot an expensive iPhone charger in the room. She turned it in and the front desk had it tagged and waiting for us. Would have been nice if front desk called us to notify us when they knew about it though. The furniture and beds are old and completely outdated. Refrigerator was tilted so everything slid to one side. Carpet didn't seem to be vacuumed. Hair on it and the towels! Disgusting ?

    The rooms have not been maintained well. Lots of cracks in the tile in the bathroom and pool area. The outlets were broken in the room including the USB ports so charging your devices was a no go. Breakfast was disappointing, hot wise there was only small over microwaved bean burritos and round egg patties. White toast and plain bagels...however, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

    Completely upset with our stay. Usually not bad but was charged the $100 deposit 2 times, reported it to the front desk, watched her reverse one payment only to wake up today and see a 3rd $100 pending out of my account. That’s $300 plus the $98 to stay for one night! Also what is the point of a jacuzzi in a bathroom with no means to plug it nor was it clean. The couch with pull-out bed was covered in stains and disgusting. Continental breakfast was processed egg patties and frozen bean and chili burritos. Never staying there again and will be fighting for my $300 back.

    My first day, my air conditioner was not working. I had two different maintenance come in to try to fix it. I asked if I could have a different room but I as told they would fix the air conditioner. It was making a loud noise and it was hot. Second an older lady housekeeper, used her key twice to just open my door to come in without knocking. She had the audacity to walk all the way into the room. Mind you I was changing!! I let the manager/district manager know she did this the first time. He ignored it and the second time she did that I told her respectfully to knock. She got upset with me. The hotel was dirty, the pool area was too. I had to repeatedly ask for towels for the pool. The person at the front told me to return the towels to the front office when I am done with them. The drainers in the restroom were clogged. My stay was horrible.

    This hotel was not one I’d recommend ever again. The ice machine was down, the pool was down and we were told we could use the one next door when we went it smelled really bad. Quickly leaving. Both owned by the same person. Our room was clean but there was several preexisting damages we had to report. We had the jacuzzi but it was missing one of the knobs so it was really loud and the plug for the tub was broken. Requested a fix twice it was the only reason we were staying there. No-one could fix it. And then today at checkout the front desk (older man) called us arguing that noone told us late check out was at 12pm and we had to rush to leave. He was very rude. The two ladies that work there were very nice and respectful. But, other then that it wasnt a experience i care to have again.

    It was a good stay. However, when I arrived there was a press on nail on the bathroom floor, the toilet was not flushing properly, the blanket had some kind of burns (maybe from cigarettes) and my room had an odd smell. Other than that, It was a good stay. The staff was super nice, the hotel surroundings seem clean, parking felt safe and the breakfast was delicious.

    Hot rib and pool didn't really work. Also, I was charge $54.16 on top of the $100 deposit and was never told this would be a thing. Not sure why a hotel with so few amenities would need such a large deposit anyways but whatever, won't be staying again.

    Staff was unhelpful, housekeeping made it seem like it was the biggest chore to clean our room. Didn’t get fresh sheets on a 4 night stay. The room key continued to fail and our door handle was broken. When I kept going back for a new key, the front staff talked back and told me to keep trying the same key. The water in the jacuzzi always came out cold even though we paid extra for the room. At booking, they show pictures of the jacuzzi but when you get to the front desk, they tell you it’s just a regular tub and the jacuzzi is even more money. Location is terrible, homeless all around and even inside. The couch in our room had the worst smell of sweat and cheese that it stank up our entire room. They also don’t have an elevator so there’s no point in them having trollies if you’re staying in the second floor. You’ll have to carry each thing up the stairs.

    The room reeked of cigarettes and the person manning the front desk dropped my full name and room number out loud TWICE in front of two other guests. I fear she just didn't know better and it was not malicious but that is an extremely unsafe practice especially for a solo female traveler.

    My wife and I stayed for 3 nights, and everything went swimmingly for the most part. We enjoyed the older style hotel feel, the breakfast was good, the rooms were clean, location was perfect, and staff was extremely professional and friendly, up until the last day when some gentleman (or lack there of)...whom apparently works there started yelling at us, denying us breakfast, towels/wash cloths and gave us one wash rag that was dirty and smelled like a pool for the both of us to shower with. Absolutely unacceptable.He then said that I was not allowed there because I wasn't on the reservation. I pulled up the receipt and iteneranry to show him that it was my Wyndham account that it was booked under and that my wife was the one who booked it all the while he was continuing to yell not wanting to listen to a word I had to say....Everything was great up until that point. Anyway would stay here again maybe minus that guy. Great hotel... Bummer of an employee.

    The room was clean and looked good the pool was a bit warm the hot tub was so cold the normal pool was warmer. The gym didn't have the weights like it showed online. And they had to pretty much break into the door just to get in to the workout room. And there was no elevator. So you had to drag all your stuff up the stairs. The people were nice though. So overall it was ok but it gave me motel vibes. Not hotel vibes. So if I recommend staying as a last option.

    The hotel is very economical. It includes good breakfast. The room is clean. But there is some strange sound at night near the room. It's probably from the piping. Also some equipment in the room needs maintenance. For example, the security door guard is broken.

    What can I say but ghetto outdated and I am sure some shady doings go on in some rooms. Can hear doors slamming all day and night. Some do it because you maybe take to long of shower or TV is up so you can here it. I booked 2 days but only stayed one. Was horrible to say the least. Felt scared at one point.

    Pool was fine, room was clean, breakfast was no good. Froot loops make a waffle one mandarin left 2 slices of bread or grab a round slice of egg. No real rhyme to breakfast/choices. Should condense to a to go breakfast and call it good rather than give a hot choice.

    The room i was put in was not even the room that i reserved and paid for there was no hot tub in the room! When i wentt to the Front desk & informed them of the issue i was told they dont even have a room with a hottub!! Would nit refund my money told me i was stuck with the room!     The room was clean. We slept well in the beds- The staff was positive, kind, and helpful. We stayed for 3 days during a scheduled power outage. The fridge,while small, allowed us to save some of our food. It was the best part of a bad situation. My only complaint was one morning there was no hot water for showers.

    The Jacuzzi was broken, the water was not even lukewarm. Pool area was very old and cracked tiles and stuff. We only had three towels in the bedroom, although we went and got more at the desk. They were very friendly. It was a good place to stay, but it’s definitely not top-notch or high class. It was clean and comfortable. It’s just very aged, and not updated much.

    Beware our second night we awoke to find our car top carrier had been cut off and stolen. The 8 years we have used this it has never been bothered. The manager is not an example of well trained hospitality staff, he couldn’t be bothered that we lost things that can’t be replaced. I noticed 2 of the 3 outside locks the keycard is not needed. Anyone can enter. There were several bags of trash by one of the exits. The room doors are not a security doors and could easily be kicked in. The microwave was old a rusty. I feel this business doesn’t live up to Wyndam standards. Very very sad😞

    dirty room, brown stain/spot on carpet, booger on the wall next to mirror, stained comforter, half of the mattress was just springs you practically hit the floor when you laid down. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, didn’t feel safe to brush my teeth there. Looked outside in the morning to someone digging through the trash. Horrible smell in the hall on the way to room. No elevator and felt very unsafe in the hotel and location it was at. Stayed there only one night out of our four day stay and only because we got in so late from the airport. Booked a different hotel that night and left the next day. Do not recommend staying here if you can avoid it do it at all costs.

    We waited far too long to be checked in, several staff members walked past us and did not help. It seems like a lot of staff members family members just hang out all day out front of the hotel and in the lobby area. They were out of breakfast items when I came Before 9:30 when it closes at 10 because it seemed like most of their family was there to eat. The room had several damages cracks and wasn’t super clean. We got what we paid for I guess.

    Awful guest service from the second my family and I walked in. Front desk gal had her feet up on the counter (she’s the one with the huge hockey and approximately 13 year old boy standing there with access to my information). The place is in desperate need of renovations and repairs and completely unsanitary. You do not want to stay here! Dark, old, used and abused and dingy! Hairs found on both the bed and on wall. Evident extreme water damage seen in paint, trim and flooring coming up. Toilet would overflow when flushed. All that was done was someone eventually brought us a plunger, which was not the problem and of no use. No sheets or blankets for pullout sofa, had to get them from front desk and make bed ourselves late in the evening and after driving all day with 2 toddlers to get to this destination. Provided flat sheet had a huge stain. Pool area was in disrepair and scary. Breakfast options were what would be expected. Location is conveniently near the highway but would never stay here again, or refer anyone to stay here.

    The maintenance on room "126 needed to be addressed. The door did not fit in the jamb properly, which did not allow you to dead lock the door and allowed hallway light to come through. The bath tub had no way to stopper it so you could take a hot bath and the bathroom heater did not work.

    Dirty towels in my room upon check in. Hallway carpet looks like it hasnt been vacuumed in years. Thick dust on moldings in bathroom. Toliet stuck running making a constant hiss. Told staff about toliet/gave them opportunity to look at it during my four night stay, but nothing was done about it. Other patrons were very loud. I arrived sleep deprived and wanting rest and was told there was a little girl's birthday party going on down the hall and that "they would ask them to quiet down if I needed them to." I would prefer a hotel just enforce quiet hours. Someone has discarded a couch in the nearby parking lot (classy!). Bed was comfortable at the very least.

Die Tapete blättert ab, die Fliesen im Bad sind gesprungen und haben teilweise die Fugenmasse verloren . Die Silikonkanten zeigen Anzeichen von Schimmel. Das Personal ist bemüht. Das Frühstück mehr als übersichtlich, für Veganer gar nichts vorhanden. Beim Kaffee muss man raten da die Beschriftungen der Kannen unzutreffend oder gar nicht vorhanden ist. Es ist das übliche abgepackte Zeug, mit Toast und Bagel, wobei der Toaster kaum nich toastet. Der Whirlpool funktionierte nicht.

    I chose this hotel because it's close to Red Rocks. The room was clean, despite the rather worn condition. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff friendly. We didn't try the breakfast or pool, so I can't comment on those. There was no elevator, so because I'm temporarily "handicapped", we had to stay on the first floor, and it was pretty noisy.

    Pool was way under the temperature it should be. My daughter and i got in for maybe 10 minutes, oir lips were blue and couldnt get past our hips. The bathroom tub drain had mold in it. And a very powerful bleach smell was in the room. Also very damp stail smell. But the front office ppl were nice and housekeeping were nice too.

    I reserved two king suite rooms. Both couches had stains on them. Room 113 had very poor water pressure in shower and the bathroom fan was abnormally loud. There was also a recurring noise coming through the wall the became very annoying during the night. The mattress was also very old and sloped.

    This hotel was very run down, the pictures are very deceptive. The pool area was gross. Hot tub was completely torn out and a pile of dirt and debris was between the hot tub and the pool. The breakfast was not very good and there was only one person who was extremely helpful. The rest were apathetic. They started the checkout cleaning two hours before the actual check out time and came into our room just as we were waking up!! It felt as if they were extremely eager for us to leave.

    While this property was inexpensive I was very surprised to find that the toilet was leaking around the base and that the sink did not drain. The flooring was also damaged and it visibly was water damaged and buckled in many places. The corners were dusty and dead bugs/spider webs were visible. The window to the outside was cracked. The beds were not comfortable, but not terrible. The one bright spot is that the staff was really nice.

    The rooms were nice when you first stepped in. But as we settle there were blood stains on the couch and also the wall, lamp shade and bed skirt. When we let the front desk know, they switched us rooms but that room was just as dirty with why looked like dried puke on the bed and also on the bed skirt.

    The pool area wasnt all that great either. The hottube was under construction, but worse of all, there was trash where the dig site was. The pool eventually started to smell, and you arent allowed to take the pool towels to your room, causing you to run around the hotel cold and wet before you get to your room. Our hotel room wasnt in the greatest of conditions either. I found hair everywhere, including on our beds, and in the bathroom. They provided us with a safe that clearly could not be used as there was a dime stuck where the key would go in order to open it. Overall, i do not recommend staying here with your entire family. By yourself and only for one night? Ideal. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

    My husband and I stayed here for a 3 night trip. We came out to see a concert at Red Rocks and do some golfing. Our room appeared to be recently remodeled which was nice. Our bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. Our room refrigerator had the most horrendous smell inside - enough to make a person gag. The hallways had random trash scattered. The continental breakfast was lousy, scrambled egg, waffle maker, packaged breakfast pastries- no meat choice offered. The hotel pool was so disgusting. The floor was filthy, pool was cold, and the hot tub was under repair - it appeared they had to dig a hole to fix something with the hot tub so there was a pile of dirt and soda cans in the corner and a table sitting upside down over the hole to cover it. That was very disappointing.

    1) our room was dirty, chipped and peeling paint in multiple areas 2) every corner of the room had dirt build up from improper cleaning and everything being mopped to the corners 3) the hot tub was broken, no heads up given at check in or booking 4) the breakfast was sad, multiple guests complaining, didn’t even have salt and pepper available. 5) if any guest sat at the table by the hot food, no one could get behind them to get the hot food, it was so crammed tight. 6) not enough food available for a family to eat at the same time, 2-3 people at a time could eat and then had to wait for more food to come out. We ended up using DoorDash. 7) the whole “non-smoking” hotel wreaked like weed 8) and the icing on the cake - there was a FREAKING CATHETER in one of our beds!!! Yes it was new and wrapped, but gross!! And if an entire long catheter could be missed that means nothing was really cleaned, was it?!? 9) young lady we complained about this to apologized and offered us extra blankets and said she’d inform the manager in the morning and see what could be done. 10) never heard from manager, and person working at check out on Monday said the manager doesn’t even work weekends so we wouldn’t hear back. 11) key cards deactivated after day one 12) door doesn’t shut all the way, you can see gaps in the door and unless you’re really careful it acts like it locked but it actually pushes open

    The hotel is run down and aged. The staff was great but the hotel management should remodel the rooms especially the bathroom the mirror had cellophane holding the wood frame together. The furniture in the room looks terrible is dented. Scratched and run down. I read reviews tbat talked about bed bugs, I didn't see any the bedding was clean. The only reason I would stay again is the price is fair $100 or so a night and the staff was friendly and fast at booing me in.

    Overall a pretty good hotel experience. Note, they do not have a spa. The pool is quite cold, but the kids got used to it fairly quickly. They seemed to have an issue keeping the pool towels stocked. The room was clean, and no issues there at all. The breakfast is not really much at all. No eggs, no meats, mostly waffles and prepackaged foods. Don't plan on breakfast there if you like traditional continental breakfasts. Very easy to get to, and food is pretty close.

    If you want to stay in a sex dungeon stay there. Absolutely disgusting and the staff do not clean the rooms properly there was a p*ssy pocket under our mattress. Do not stay here under no means. They probably don’t even clean the rooms right and who knows how long that’s been there!!!!! I NEED A REFUND!!!! Horrible experience!!!!

    Property was unmaintained, cleanliness was not the best the stairwell looked like it hasn't been cleaned in about a year, Also the building has a no smoking policy but smells like damp cigarettes in the rooms and halls. Homeless people in the parking lot. Overall our stay wasn't the best.

    The rooms are about what you'd expect for the price. Bath tubs look nothing like the picture on the website. The hot tub was broken and there is no elevator to get to the 2nd floor!! The sage in the room had no key so we couldn't use it and no fire exit map in the room either!!

    A+ check in desk person. Good size fridge. Location was great for us as it was easy too get places. Stayed there several days and hot tub never worked. Are repairmen on strike? Hot tubs not working seems to be a common issue in my experience. One reason I chose this hotel and couldn't use it. Didn't like wood floor in room and shower had narrow stream making it hard to rinse off. Missed turn into street for hotel a couple times, very tricky. Ignore sign that says Highway 6 and if coming from Denver don't take turn from right lane. Also no left turns out of street from hotel. Overall a good hotel but I'll look for hotel with working hot tub.
