We went to Red Rocks for a concert. 10 minutes away from venue. Hotel sits next to tons of shopping and food.

Spacious room with a desk. I was able to work on my project at the desk. The water coming out of the faucets had a strong algae smell to it. Noticed that this was a problem for the entire area as we had the same problem at two different restaurants near the hotel.

The staff was very helpful. The location is excellent if you plan to visit spots on the west side of Denver. Breakfast was a welcome addition to get our busy days started!

It is right by the beds with only a sliding panel door, which does not offer much privacy.

Staff at the front desk when we checked in were helpful and friendly. However, on the day we checked out, the staff working the breakfast area were uninterested in fixing any of the machines or speaking directly to the guests. Our room was clean. Breakfast was disappointing compared to at previous times. Parking was easy. The hallway floors needed to be cleaned.

Really loved the location of this hotel in proximity to Red Rocks. The room layout was great as well, loved the separation of spaces. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety. Wished there was a hot tub but not a deal breaker.

The room was nice, and the gentleman that checked us in was wonderful. Breakfast was typical nothing special. But stay away from the water! This is a good and convenient location though. If the water wasn’t so strangely gross I would have rated it maybe a 3 or 4 out of 5.

We spent five nights here and ventured out to places we wanted to go easily. Great location, perfectly sized room for our family of four, variety of breakfast options each day, and overall wonderful time. We definitely would stay here again if traveling to Denver area.

Room is clean and all of the furniture is exceptionally comfortable for hotel furniture. Breakfast was great. It was very easy to get around and the staff did great keeping up with amount of guests there. The button for the elevator for our floor was out of order, so you had to call the front desk for them to send it up.

The rooms were very nice! We appreciated all of the space in the room. The bathrooms were also very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative was that when we went down for breakfast most of the food was gone even though it was within their window for serving breakfast. Other than that, it was a great hotel in a great location.

This hotel has a perfect location, facility looks new rooms are comfortable. Staff is great, special mention to all the ladies from housekeeping, Maria was great! At the front desk I met Cadi, Amber, Steven and Nick, they made my stay even better. There is not a negative thing I can say about this hotel, everything was above any expectations.

We checked in late at night, and the receptionist said there was a system issue and she couldn’t give us our room key. She said she would slide it under our door in the morning, but it never appeared. We went back to the front desk at breakfast and finally got the key. I’m not lowering my rating for this, but I would appreciate better attention to details.

Easy to get to, park, etc. arrived late evening assigned a room that looked clean, but realized the floor was actually shaking and vibrating, obviously from some large equipment or HVAC system or something below went to the desk got a new room same thing in the other room, but slightly less. There is no doubt that’s a given issue in the construction of that building, and yet they still put guests in those rooms paying the same price as if it was an acceptable standard for a Marriott hotel.

I have stayed here numerous times over the years and have never had a bad experience. The beds are comfortable. The staff have always been friendly. It is in a great location (parking lot is pretty beat up) 10 minutes to red rocks. If you need anything- you have a mall next door. Great fast casual options to eat and dining. Favorite breakfast spot across the road - blue sky. Clean. Well equipped small gym. Spacious rooms.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Housekeeping services were lacking. Room was serviced only once during our 5 night stay. Had to dispose of garbage ourselves. Pool is small but was not crowded during our stay. Breakfast consists of powdered scrambled eggs, okay sausage, and various breads, waffles, yogurt and fruit. Overall acceptable, but nothing to get excited about. Breakfast served only until 9 a.m. on weekdays and 9:30 on weekends. Coffee was not very good, when it was available. Convenient location in the Lakewood area.

It was close to Red Rocks which is the reasoning for the stay. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We didn't make it to breakfast but it smelled great. The only down side was there was some vacuuming going on at 8am which was a bit disruptive from coming in late the night before. Overall would stay here again.

Property was so close to dining and shopping. We we there there for a concert at Red Rock and driving distance was perfect. The hotel is beautiful and the staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy.

We had a great experience staying here. Upon arrival, the young man at the desk went out of his way to give us some great recommendations for local restaurants, as well as some tips for going to Red Rocks. Our room was great. It was clean and updated. The location has a lot nearby and easy access to the highway. Golden is just a few minutes away. Lots of parking. Overall, a really nice stay.

This Springhill Suites by Marriott is great! Would definitely stay here again. Beautifully appointed, modern hotel rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and new with great lighting. We used the trundle bed for our daughter and she was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations with great options above and beyond normal hotel breakfasts. The only reason I gave this hotel a 4 for comfort rating was that I wasn’t a fan of my pillow. My husband liked his pillow, though. Overall a wonderful stay. And great location!

On the day of maid service I noticed a red spot on bottom of one of the bed pillows. I don’t really know what it was. I purposely set that pillow on the bottom of bed with stain obvious to whomever would make up bed. When we got back that evening I looked and the same pillow and case was used. Toilet paper had not been replaced. Took a shower that evening and ran out of body wash because it had not been filled up Siri g service of the room. I did contact hotel after we left and they apologized and offered bonus points. But this shouldn’t ever happen.

Staff was super friendly, went above and beyond. Went to a concert the night before and accidentally slept through breakfast, they offered to get something for me. Friends came in early from Hawaii and were able to check in early to get some rest. Great hotel!

It was a short stay. But it was lovely.

The location is perfect for a mountain stay at an affordable price. Great for families because of the free breakfast, extra large rooms, and hotel pool. Target is just steps away if you need anything. We went twice for pints of ice cream and pints of beers 😉 Golden is just minutes away as is Red Rocks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Pros- front desk staff was pleasant and attentive. They actually called me about 6 pm to make sure we were ok and we could.find thr place ok. Cons - worn out and ripped bed sheets - dirty and stained walls in the bedroom and bathroom. -worn out damaged furniture in the bedroom. - the smoke detector in the bedroom was covered with a plastic bag- turns out this is what smokers do so they can smoke in the room without setting off the smoke detector- apparently cleaning staff has been told about this by management and had been chastised a few weeks earlier but they are still leaving the smoke detectors covered when they "clean" and turn over a room. So incredibly dangerous. - shower curtain dirty and ripped. - breakfast was understaffed- as in one poor guy running around doing everything- choices wwre mediocre at best.

Great place to stay! Looks like it’s brand new. Room was tiny but had everything we needed including a pullout couch for our son. Wish it was nice enough weather to try out the pool!

I like this hotel. You can walk to the mall, Target, theaters and restaurants. The bed was comfy and the staff was helpful.

The stay was great. I slept well and I loved the bed and pillows. I definitely will stay here again.

Room wasn’t terribly clean, actually the coffee bar was filthy with a 12’ hair on the counter. Sheets were yellowed and continually slipped off the bed. Offered no compensation for no power.

We were in Golden for a parent’s weekend at our son’s college. We had a very nice stay at the property and the front desk staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.

Hotel is in an excellent condition, modern and overall clean. That area is fantastic there’s a shopping center right behind the hotel excellent to shop or grab dinner, nice restaurants great food.

Came in for a Red Rocks concert and was really happy with our selection. Great location with plenty of nearby shopping. Room was spacious and up to date. Quiet with comfy beds. We will be back.
