It’s a little farther doe my destination but value was well worth it

Upon arrival, the staff member greeted me with a positive attitude and energetic demeanor, making me feel welcomed.

406 and had to come down to front desk and get my key cards reprogrammed. I understand things happened so I didn’t think it would be a problem but the next day I went for breakfast and upon returning to my room key cards did not work. Went back down to front desk and asked the manager to check lock because the night before I had the same problem. He refused to come and check with me and reprogrammed the key cards. I went back and the keys did not work so again I made a trip back to the front desk. This time the manager came up to the room with me only to see that there was a problem with the lock. It would not be such an inconvenience but I had my disabled mother with me and it was very inconvenient to bring her back and forth with me.

The staff was excellent and went above and beyond especially the night shift when I was checking in! Room was clean and extremely comfortable. I truly didn't want to leave. The cinnamon rolls were amazing! Breakfast staff was very attentive to the area kept everything clean, stocked and running smoothly. Wish I had thought to bring them tips because they deserved it! Alao the event space looks like a really cool spot and I would def recommend for wedding receptions. The layout is weird and there were some aspects like the jenky elevator and stained shower floor and big carpenter ant in my room that was a little off putting. The omelet tasted like fake cheese and powdered eggs gross! But other than that I would stay again!

The manager was really helpful when our keys were giving us trouble. They wouldn't work when the keys were recoded. We were quickly given a new room.

I stayed for 2 days and they had kids running around the hallways all day and all night. The staff did nothing about it as the kids continue to run around. The hot tub was broken. The phone in my room did not work. The staff at the front desk were not helpful. The parents of the children who are running around all night were very rude in the common area. I will never go to this hotel again.

We were unable to enjoy the pool due to the severe overcrowding and disrespectful children who had no supervision. There were several baseball teams there that were extremely loud and unruly all hours of the day and night. At 1230 at night they were still running up and down the halls yelling and banging on the walls. Absolutely nothing was done about it when brought not only to the parent’s attention but also the hotel staff. The entire stay was unpleasant and frustrating. The hallways smelled like marijuana day and night. The tile part of the floors were covered in water and dirt from the children getting in and out of the pool running up and down the hallways without drying off. Due to this experience this hotel is now on my list to never stay at again which is unfortunate because my previous stay was pleasant.

The front desk manager sounded annoyed at my repeated calls. I’ve stayed here before with no issue and this should’ve been dealt with but was not. I will not be booking here again on my many trips.

Check in staff tried charging me again for the room, and argued about it. Mold in the heat/AC unit vents. Excrement stains in the toilet and pills on the floor between the wall and bed. Oh, there were several clogged toilets on our floor.

Nice, clean hotel. Large bar and restaurant on site. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast was better than most. Didn’t check out the pool, but I did notice the hot tub was out of order. Not a big deal for me. Would definitely stay here again.

The room wasn’t very clean. We found a pink fingernail in the chair, the back of toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and someone’s smoothie was leftover in the fridge.

There were no airport shuttle available until 7am which is inconvenient for early travelers. The breakfast was fresh and great choices.

Well the jacuzzi wasn’t working which was the prime reason for getting this property, the pool was cold. They did have a very good free breakfast buffet! No real restaurant to really speak of and the bar opened late.

My man surprised me with the jacuzzi room because l never been in one and we had a great time in that jacuzzi if you know what I mean definitely was an experience room nice and clean and the bed was nice and comfortable would definitely go back had a great time.

Mario provided great customer service. I got an upgrade and the new room was beautiful. Loved the whirlpool tub. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts that I had. My flight was delayed and they allowed a later check out. Thanks for your hospitality.

Room was very clean, bathroom as well. I used the spa, which was a nice way to start getting ready to ck out. The only demerit was the blinds were broke. Pulled to far past the spring to catch and roll up. So i didnt have the window whicj was not a big deal really.

We phoned at 4 pm, on our day of arrival, to ensure that the hot tub was operational. We splurged on the property and cashed out our OneKey cash because we were assured that the hot tub was functional. We could have saved our rewards, spent half the money, and still gotten the same lack of a hot tub. We were shocked that a member of the maintenance staff is not on call 24 hours a day and that a "Manager on Duty" does not work during check-out time. The staff with whom we interacted: Maddy at check-in, Ivonne at check-out, and the breakfast staff with the hijab (my apologies for not noticing your name tag) were friendly and professional. The breakfast staff were efficient and quick to replenish the buffet. The breakfast options and the buffet staff prevented me from leaving just one star.

I was booked for a king room and put in with 2 double beds, no explanations. The check in person was unable to give me membership points bc she didn't know how to do that and said I had to ask the next day's person. - She didn't know how either. Too tired to ask further as I checked in after 10pm and was leaving before 6 am.

Parking was easy and convenient. The hotel was very clean and modern-looking. Breakfast had variety of delicious options. Pancake edges seemed a bit stale, which was noteworthy when everything else was so excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable.

I was put in a massive "accessible room", which I did not need. I'm OK with the accommodations, it just changes the feel. Bathroom was sub par and difficult to navigate. Shower was lukewarm and drain was clogged...

My only issue was the noise from the slamming door to the parking lot at the end of the hall my room was in. Everything else was very good.

I checked in close to midnight and was greeted by a lovely front desk worker and a welcome gift. Clean and modern rooms, they recently renovated and it shows that they put in some effort with the finishes. Beds and sheets were extremely comfy and soft. Great selection for breakfast, hot and ready, and ample seating. Would stay again!

Elevators and halls smell like garbage

The hotel just seemed outdated and not super sparkly clean. The floors of the elevators were super dirty. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, gross stuff on the wall near the toilet. The restaurant in the hotel was dark, and the music was way too loud, food was average. The morning buffet was average at best, the French toast was super flat and dry, not light and fluffy. I will not stay here again. On the plus side your staff was super nice!

Claimed that room you book on Expedia is not guaranteed at the hotel. Booked a double queen suite and was given a king suite. Front desk claimed Expedia booked rooms are not guaranteed at the hotel.

The air conditioning unit was louder than a power drill. After 2 hours, i finally.had to shut the A/C unit off and I had to sleep in an uncomfortable temperature. I aksed for a partial refund from Holiday Inn. They refused.

I wouldn’t stay here again. When checking in with Mario I asked him for an additional key because we had booked this room for five people. An additional key would give us a total of three. He acted as if I was asking for a gold key or something. Then we get to the room and there’s only towels enough for three people so we go downstairs and ask for more towels and washcloths because like I said we booked and paid for a room for five people. We were told no more towels and washcloths available. We were given one towel. On the sink in the bathroom, the box of Kleenex looks like it’s just been there forever and they just re-stuff it with a few pieces of Kleenex tissues and never replaced the entire box. It was ripped , dirty And we ran out of course because there was only three tissues in the box. The blow dryer looks like it should’ve been hanging on the wall however, the plastic piece that should’ve been hanging on the wall was still attached to the blow dryer and underneath the sink on a shelf so after plugging in the blow dryer this weighted piece of plastic kept pulling the plug out of the electrical outlet was absolutely ridiculous. The entire hallway and room and property had a very strong odor/sent of some kind of deodorizer that’s covering up something it was an overwhelming smell and not in a good way. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I booked 2 rooms. I expected them to be close to each other. My handicapped father &wife were placed completely opposite my room on floor 1 while I was on floor6. They were moved to a room closer to mine but still only on floor 2.

The pool was so nasty…there was bodily fluid that was floating in the pool and notices around the pool stating it was adult swim only from 8:30pm-10pm. Seriously!? For the first time I couldn’t access the room 40 minutes early, even though it was ready. This has never happened at other hotels. I was tired of driving and sat in the lobby until the official check in time.

The woman who was doing the breakfast was also AMAZING!! She kept the buffet trays full & even made us some more food for all the kids. (We had 3 adults and 6 children in our party) despite English being a secondary language-she was quick to use a translator app that I now have on my phone-so that we could converse and understand one another with ease! She is a gem & should be treated as a valuable asset to your hotel! She is warm, welcoming & friendly! My grandson with autism absolutely loved her. She was so very kind and spoke with him despite his being non verbal. I would highly recommend your hotel to everyone!! Your staff is exceptional! Your hospitality is top notch and the sitting areas, indoor & out are very clean and very comfortable! We also enjoyed using your fitness center! We will be back, my daughter decided to have my grand daughter’s birthday sleepover at your hotel! Thank u for making my Mother’s Day stay great.

The bed was very comfortable. Since the hotel was recently renovated, the room and bathroom were fresh and quite clean. The manager arranged a shuttle to the airport for us on a Sunday. I would stay there again.

We found the property to be conveniently located. The staff was kind and courteous. The room was clean. The breakfast was descent - typical for this type of hotel. The amenity center was small, but functional. Overall, great place to stay.

he manager via email and several phone calls to ms sheila She finally answered me back, she stated that she was busy with homeland securiry and the police and she had no time for me. She called me ignorant foe wanting a discount that this is uostate ny and you get lady bugs, do you know what kind of damage they can do to a home?.?!! Ms sheila was a real piece of work!! Never in my life jave I been spoken to like that!! Piss poor attitude!

Onlything is that i don't know if there was a weed festival that weekend but alot of POT smokers...we arrived and 2 cars were smoking POT in the parking, and the hallway to our room there was a lenght of around 50 foot that had a POT smell all evening...but the smell did not come in the room only when we went in the hallway

We did not stay because they lied about the shuttle it did not run when our plane landed and we would have to pay transportation when asked to refund our money. The man we spoke to was extremely rude even when we explained that there was not a time on the web site that said the shuttle did not run late. I will never recommend this hotel

Overall, the experience was very good, courteous staff, very neat room but the shower tap handle was broken, so it was a challenge to get hot water to bathe

But the restaurant--- On arrival, they desk recommended we dine as a group in the hotel restaurant Connie's On Tap. We had made plans for the first night but I opted to take the 25 people to the hotel restaurant option on 03/14/25. We called first. We were told they could accommodate us. That was the first error. There was one server / bartender and one cook on. They should never have agreed to take us and I would have happily gone elsewhere. Most of us waited nearly two hours after sitting to even get a drink delivered (not even a plastic cup of water). And the food was HORRIBLE. Nachos made with doritos and maybe cheeze wiz? French fries had zero flavor. We got our food and drinks after 2 hours. I would have walked but part of my group was served so we felt stuck. In the end, the server complained about how he wasn't prepared for a group. It soured the entire day for my group which was traveling to do service projects during an alternative spring break. The hotel should either intervene into the restaurant or not recommend it.

The restaurant/bar was not the best. Very slow the evening we were there. The breakfastcwas great as well as our room.

Front desk staff was bery friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy. Shower is nice. Pool was very dirty, we lost a pair of goggles to the bottom and could not find them. While we were searching we saw so much hair and little pieces of paper. Hot tub was hot but foamy indicating not often cleaned. Fan in the bedroom was so loud we could barely hear the TV.

I had the option to stay in Albany or Schenectady as well. I choose this location to be away from all family& friends due to the reason of our travels. I needed a quiet place, relaxing, and comfortable place. This place was what I needed. It's close to Wolf Road & Central Ave: Colonie Center & all eateries and business . 10 minutes from Crossgates Mall, Walmart Supercenter and highway.

Hotel was half renovated. New decor same old appliances. Phone was from the 1900’s very dirty. Toilet had stains. Sink was backed up. Staff was unkind, unfriendly and dishonest!

we did not end up staying at this resort. This resort tried to downgrade our reservation from a double queen to a single with a pull out cot. they told us that was all they could give us because they were overbooked and we booked through a third-party to make it worse. They didn’t contact our third-party to reach out to us. Hotels.com was our third-party. They waited until we got there that night and left us scrambling to find a place to stay. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever again instead pay the extra money and stay at a Hilton.

Very nice place, delicious breakfast of cheese omelets pancakes meats and coffee, friendly staff. The only issue was in my room, #100, I was right next to the outside door that slammed shut every time someone walked in or out. Luckily nobody used the door during my slumber or it would’ve scared the beegeesus outa me. Suggesting not to get room 100 if at all possible (it is a king bed if wondering). I would definitely stay here again, just in a queen room.
