This was by far the worst place I’ve stayed in in years.
- 3/5
The room was specious with a very comfortable bed. Ice machine in the second floor was broken. The walls are as thin as they come. My bathtub was flooded and clogged. I won’t be staying here again

Nothing but to say it was outstanding service. Don't have any additional comments.

Breakfast consisted of home made waffles, eggs, potatoes, 3 cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, juice, bagels, bread good sort of condiments. Breakfast hours: 6-9 M-F. 7-10 S-S. Landscape and parameter could use some TLC for cleaning. Nice small pool. Exercise equipment. Small food choices if you need a quick snack. I would stay here again. Quite area. Only real downside is the construction next door starts at 7am 😩. Give it a stay.
- 2/5
The breakfast buffet consisted of bagels and English muffins ran out of milk, yogurt no fruit

Extremely loud and people smoking pot all over. Management was incompetent and unable to control people playing basketball in the room above ours (9p-3a). Terrible experience.

Old and poorly maintained property. The first room we were given had dog hair on the carpet and an air freshener by the window, possibly to mask odors. We reported this to the staff and we received a new room. The new room was much better. However an old sandwich was found in the refrigerator and the A/C had trouble maintaining a cool temperature. The first floor had a moldy smell, possibly because there was a carpet in the hallway adjacent to the pool area. On a positive note, the location was great and the staff was friendly.
- 3/5
Also, it seems like they put body lotion instead of conditioner in the shower. But it might be just a bad conditioner. The rest was good.
- 5/5
Convenient and cost friendly
- 4/5
The fire detector started beeping at 2am and was still beeping when we checked out. In shower there was hair on the soap and shower dispensers so obviously wasn't cleaned.

Staff was friendly, check in was quick and easy, the bed was very comfortable, big clean room, safe and quiet. Nice hot shower.

The breakfast was amazing The room was a conjoined room and the door on my side was broken, I couldn't close and lock it. The bathroom door didn't latch and couldn't be locked . The pool was great but was to warm, the hot tub was not opened, there was never any towels to dry off with at the pool. The (1) front desk employee at times was unkind and judgemental. The stay was a bit over priced in my opinion. If the room was in better condition and the staff and pool/hot tub were better, it would of been worth it.

The staff were very nice . Breakfast was good.

Property could do with some love. It is a dog friendly property - out of staff control but dogs barking all day in rooms, late at night as well with owners yelling at dogs as they ran down corridor.
- 3/5
The staff at the front desk was great. However, Hotels.com booked me a room and they did not have it available. She did upgrade me for free which I appreciated until the room I got had windows that howled as the wind blew and kept me up all night. The cleanliness of the hotel has gone down drastically in the last few years. It’s a shame they took away the hot tub. The back staircase was filthy and the Management needs to do a better job making sure the place is clean. There were nasty stains on the toilet seat and stains on the wall.
- 1/5
I had a reservation for a room with two double beds. Upon arrival I was told there's none available. What's the point of a reservation? The room they put us in had a broken toilet that was leaking across the floor. Moved us to another room that was quote" and upgrade. It was absolutely filthy in the TV. Didn't work. Will never go back

Rooms not clean the windows were open and didn’t close all the way it’s winter, they had given my rooms away so I didn’t get the 2 double beds that I needed they gave me 2 rooms with a king bed which didn’t help seeing the rooms were for 4 people.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff, good location
- 2/5
We got into bed only to hear yelling, running and hitting the doors in the hallway. It was after midnight at this point. We then realized that the room that adjoins us was were some of these people were staying. It was constant yelling, hitting on the walls and having the door slam every time they went in or out. We attempted to call the front desk for assistance with the noise, but the phone just continued to ring. We tried multiple times, but nobody ever answered the phone. The yelling, etc continued until after 2:00 am.

Unruly guest had kids planning dingdong ditch a dude sleeping in the hallwayand way too many drunk people
- 2/5
Check in was ok, lobby was dirty, but i wasn't clean to 2 days later. once we got to the room. The Bathroom was dirty. The Shower had hair in the shower. We had a king bed with a fold out couch, there were no sheet for the couch. When we asked for sheets we were giving a comforter and a curtain! After we found out, we went to tell them about it, but they seem to didnt understand. so they gave us another comforter. The pool access was only with the key at the guest counter. Like there were cutting cost. The pool area was in bad shape. Breakfast which is a reason i pick Laquinta, was bad! No waffle mix, minimum food was present/ The fridge barely had anything. in the display was stale bread and stale muffins that had been out for a while and it was 8:00am. But to add to it, the storage for the food was open and all the food was in there! It felt like the hotel had a weekend crew and they didnt want to work or help. It was not a good stay. I have stay in Laquintas in all over American and this was was the worst!

Smart tv was awesome, great surprise. Amazing staff, very friendly. Parking available. Fridge & microwave included.

Room was filthy. Bathroom door would not close. Broken mirror. Faucet on sink leaked. Refrigerator door would not close properly. Breakfast: waffle maker broken, sausage was cold and no forks. Pull out couch was discussing. Floor was not clean. You could see where something had spilled and you could see bare footprints on bathroom tile. Very noisy.

Lil attitude from front desk staff no real issues no complaints I would recommend

Todo El hotel incluyendo El aseo estaba Bien. mi esposa y yo quedamos Bien. estuvimos una Noche.
- 1/5
The room was gross. I was in room 143 wich not only had trash on the floor and dirty foot prints all over the tile, the bed was broken there was a broken drawer. The bathroom had not been wiped down. There was hair and scum on every surface. And with all that the fire alarm went off (not hotel staffs fault) but still very annoying. I went back to my room after that and what I would've never noticed if the fire alarm hadn't woken me up was that the big light in the hotel room was connected to the TV so I couldn't shut the light off without shutting power to the TV. And at this point im wasnt even that upset I called down and the man who answered was very polite and got me moved in the middle of the night and my only request was that I could have a free of charge late check out which he agreed and said it wouldn't be a problem and then im woken up at 11:25am by a rude lady telling me that theyre gonna charge me if I dont leave. I tried to explain over the phone what happened and she said she didnt know anything so I told her to talk to him and to be fair at that point I was up and finally irritated with everything that had gone on. This hotel is not a place to go if you want a peaceful night to yourself and they will never see me again.
- 4/5
Staff was pleasant. My room had no hand soap when I arrived. They gave me bar soap at my request. The room was prepared nicely
- 4/5
Clean and efficient
- 3/5
The original room was not clean but so they moved us to another that was sufficient for our needs.
- 4/5
But: room was super cold. If you love AC in November- you wil probably appreciate that they had turned it on before my arrival. I never go the room to warm up. And, this is completely not the hotel's fauly and more a PSA - but at 7am, some guy was screaming in his room and proceeded to scream in the hallways, with some woman begging him to calm down and come back. If you're a woman in such a relationship- watch "It Ends with Us" and look for help. If he's screaming like that in a hotel - I'm scared to think what happens at home. Anyway, def a great hotel at the price.

⸻ ⭐️ 1-Star Review — Very Disappointing Experience My experience at this hotel was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. After booking my reservation online, there was no clear information stating that guests must be 21 or older to check in. I only found out once I arrived, when the front desk worker told us we could not continue with our reservation because we were under 21. What made the situation worse was how unhelpful the staff were. They did not try to assist us in finding another hotel that allowed younger guests, nor did they offer any real guidance on what to do next. When we asked about a refund, we were told to “go online” and that we would be able to get it easily. That was not true. We had to go through the booking website, contact the manager, and our first refund request was denied. After calling again and pushing the issue, we were finally able to get our money back but only because we insisted. The hotel offered no support and showed no attempt to be accommodating or understanding. Overall, this was a very stressful situation that could have been avoided if the hotel had provided clear information and better customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

Room c’ean, staff smiling and breakfast good
- 2/5
If you just need a place to sleep for one night I’d say this spot was just fine. I wouldn’t stay here again. You get what you pay for which was cheap for the area. Staff was very friendly, quick and easy checkout. Breakfast isn’t worth wasting your time on, but if you’re in a rush and need something it’s an option. Hotel is pet friendly for an extra fee. There is a spot in the back of the hotel to walk your dog. I couldn’t take a shower because our water was brown after running it for a few minutes and there was no change. Beds need to be replaced. One had a mattress protector other bed did not. Beds were ripped on the bottom. There was a nice clean pool and decent sized gym downstairs.

No water in am to shower , brush teeth clean up...no coffee or juice as well due to no water...

Bathroom still had used soap from the previous guest. Made me questioned if the rest of the room was clean
- 5/5
Room was very clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. Slept great. Will stay at La Quinta again
- 3/5
Clean room, parking good near handicap side door, simple breakfast was adequate. I was not happy with being billed twice for the same stay; this was corrected four days after check-out but I shouldn’t have had to call two times to get this resolved.

The room was very clean and the decor and furnishings were nicer than expected. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend!

At the last minute, LaQuinta was a normal rate while everyone else was 2-3x more. We travel quite a bit & stay in convention centers most of the time since they are associated with the event we are there for. The Laquinta room was better & cleaner than the ginormous convention centers & other than a hair on the towel my 14 yo found, the stay was perfect! The 14 yo even liked the continental breakfast! TV also seemed to be ALL SPORTS which was OK with me. I recommend highly if a nice place to sleep & a reasonable free bfast is what you are looking for.

Place was great.Lo norward to another stay.
- 4/5
Gym was ok but too warm, missing weights, and the TV remote didn’t work and there were no wipes. Overall the place was fine and convenient to the town.
- 2/5
Breakfast was not good. Even the hot water for the oatmeal wasn't hot (2 days). Gym was not good. It was missing many weights. There was nothing to wipe down the machines. On the positive side the beds were comfortable. Also, the housekeeper on the 3rd floor was very attentive and friendly. I would go again in a pinch but will explore other options.
- 4/5
Hotel was good but the area around it a junkyard. Hard to get into from the road. Breakfast was very good. Overall all a good hotel.
- 3/5
Great that they allowed pets. Not great that inconsiderate pet owners next door left their dog inattended for hours at a time. And the staff is limited in recourse. But even aside from that, rooms were ok- our bed had an exploded pen in the sheets we didnt notice until sliding in.
- 4/5
The AC was very loud and intermittent. Room was very stuffy at night we had a hard time sleeping. Could not adjust controls. First night smell of marijuana was horrible but that is not the hotels fault. Otherwise room was clean and very comfortable. Did not use facilities but they looked great.
- 2/5
Our room could not be temperature regulated easily. Thermostat on the wall was broken. Hallways reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The only staff person on breakfast duty couldn’t keep up with demand - not her fault, poorly staffed. Was relieved to leave.

Clean room. Nice mattress

It was so horrible I had to call the police , at 2:30 am 2 individuals where at the parking lot , walking around talking trying to look inside the room windows dragging down something that was really loud , like they were looking to open a car or a window of the hotel to get in , very frightening situation

Beautifull place, clean, near to all areas, perfect for family who has students in RPI, quiet, kind and friendly staff, good breakfast. I love this place. My experience fell far below Wyndham’s standards, and I left feeling disappointed, unsafe, and unwelcome. From the moment I arrived, there were multiple issues: Check-in delay: Check-in was extremely slow due to front desk staff being preoccupied with payroll issues instead of guests. Amenities unavailable: Both the pool and fitness center — advertised amenities — were out of order. Ice and vending machines on the second floor were also broken. Room condition: The room appeared hastily cleaned. The bathroom was seedy in appearance, the blackout curtains were broken, and there was a strong dog odor throughout. Security concerns: After returning from my event, I found my room keys had been deactivated. I was forced to wait in the hallway while my son corrected the matter, during which time I was startled by a loose dog that ran from another guest’s room. Food and beverage quality: The concession food was inedible, the microwave did not work, and the “lemon water” in the lobby appeared to be leftover from the previous day. Luggage storage misrepresentation: I was initially told I could store my luggage for a few hours, only to learn later that storage was off-limits. Treatment at checkout: Most concerning, I felt profiled at checkout when the front desk clerk dismissed my complaints, to apologize to a couple who were just entering. Profile much!!

Dirty bathrooms, cracked shower and sink. Pool was filled with hair balls and cloudy. Was told there was breakfast until 10 am, and they were out of food both mornings by 9 am. Would never go

The hotel hallway arpet stayed a s dirty. The bathroom sink was cracked, boxspring cover badly rippped and looked dirty. The fridgeratore wasnt cleaned, and the curtai. Hooks were broken. When we arrived a group of young men were smoking Marijuana outside a truck and had back hotel door propted open with.large cigarette/trash receptacle. When we complained to front desk tbey said a party was going on so door left open. What type of security (saftey) is that and also said we are on the 3rd floor,so why doss it matter. Wouldnt call manager, so we left and had to pay for a dirty room, that we paid $300 and never used.. a 1 star gotel at best and more like a $89 room.
- 3/5
Vending machine and ice machine were also broken. Things being broken really bring the score down. Not a bad little pool, and the room was atleast clean and comfortable. I can only give this a 3/5 because of the pretty poor breakfast. Also, their driveway is a deathtrap coming in off the road. They need better a better sign by the road.
- 4/5
The hotel is worn and sad looking. The room was great, bed was very comfortable.

Went as a group of families for sporting event weekend. Paid a lot to stay. Terrible front desk attendant. Broken handicap lift at the pool with exposed Wires lying on the side. Limited towels Tried to use the laundry rm and was told adamantly we couldn’t. Even though there was a sign that specified for guest laundry. Our group requested to use the conference rm for dinner, not to disturb the lobby and other guests at about 10pm was told we had to pay to use it. Will not stay again!

This hotel is so nice the staff is very nice as well I will be booking again

Overall it was a good stay. The only downside was the breakfast which was brought out cold
- 2/5
The beds were comfortable enough, but would have preferred double queen rooms to be available. The room was okay, but the bathroom was not super clean. The worst part of the stay though was the staff member we had to deal with almost 100% of the time we were there. She was incredibly difficult to work with. We travelled with our softball team and asked if we could be grouped together - the first gentleman said it was no problem, but the woman that checked most of us in (Friday night) told us there were no more rooms near our team. Then, an hour later, someone else showed up and she checked them in next to our team. The facility said there were conference rooms available so we asked to use it so the team could eat a meal together without bothering other guests - she refused. She stated they were in use - even though they had a vacant sign on it and it was empty and dark. We tried to use the guest laundry, and she told us we weren’t allowed. Every time we asked anything, she was incredibly resistant, kept saying she had to make calls and was just all around horrible at serving people. Unfortunately, this made for a horrible team experience and we will not be back.

- 4/5
The coffee was horrific and attendant did not care. Grounds in it and like mud. Front entrance landscaping is all weeds. Lampshade in room were damaged. Beds and pillows were fine. Air conditioning was great. Room was clean and very spacious. Ice machine on every floor was awesome- Hilton I stayed at last week didn’t have that! BIGGEST problem- entrance is literally on an on-ramp and we almost missed it. The way out the back parking lot was much more convenient, so rethink the directions if possible. Very conveniently located and reasonably priced! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing was clean. The bed was dirty. Sheets were dirty. Old trash from previous people. Disheveled appearance. No dresser in the room for clothes. Dirt trash and so many spider webs behind the night stand that it must not have been cleaned since they put it there. Sink didn’t drain and even when housekeeping came they didn’t drain it or fix it. No sheets for the pull out bed. Stains on everything.
- 5/5
Good value.
- 2/5
Floors were very dirty, had to wear shoes at all times in our room. Room smelled of stale cigarettes, could really hear the planes landing at the nearby airport. The bathroom sink was cracked and there was mold above the shower. Would avoid this hotel at all cost. We contemplated sleeping in our truck….
- 3/5
First, the good : The Staff were amazing- So friendly, kind and accommodating. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful. Next, the bad: Our A/C didn't function correctly. We didn't have a trash can. Our light in the bathroom flickered the whole time and there was also a light out in the main room. There was stains of spilled liquid all over the A/C and the screen in the window was cut. The bedding itself was painfully thin- basically 2 sheets. The breakfast was not good- The scrambled eggs were a strange texture. The hard boiled eggs appeared to be grey. The juice machines are broken so you have to "pump" them to get barely any juice. The bagels were ok- however the toaster did not toast any of the breads even after 7 min so my family ate mildly toasted bread. The coffee machines and creamer machines were not clean and all the pumps seemed to broken or not function properly.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The keys always worked. We were close to the elevator. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom light was not working correctly and made the room dark. No stopped for the tub to hold water for a bath. No racks to hang towels.
- 3/5
Average $125 a night hotel but cost $160, breakfast wasn't very good and I understand it was by the airport and they can't do anything about the planes but it was like staying next to railroad tracks for how loud they were
- 1/5
Hotels.com ZERO help on resolving this ...they say call the hotel, the hotel says call hotels.com Good luck with any customer service with hotels.com Closing any accounts the family has and never using again.

The room was a mess , chip walls, scratches on doors , etc. do not stay there
- 2/5
Pool temperature was freezing and water was dirty. No towels for pool or fitness center. No drinking water in the fitness center. My husband went to the buffet at 7:30 and all the hot food was gone. The bed was broken so the bed moved. The tub faucet dripped.
- 4/5
Quick over night for a family function nearby. The front desk staff was awesome. The breakfast wasn't monitored as well as it could have been. Hot water ran out for tea and forks ran out.

Staff were polite and helpful, room was clean. Nice options for breakfast.
- 3/5
Housekeeping is always great. There are variable grades of rooms regards the fridges, tvs and channels. shower heads that work or don't. Some have luggage caddies. Some don't. There were no operable ice machines for months. I think there is one working now though.
- 2/5
Not what I was expecting. I went out and bought my own blankets & pillows to cover the top of the bed because it just looked suspect. I don’t see how people are giving this place high reviews. It was dirty and gave me a bad vibe. I would never stay here again.
- 4/5
Convenient parking and exit at the back.
- 3/5
None of the ice machines worked. My first room the air conditioner did not work. And all you spelt in the halls was was pot. It showed a hot tub, that is no longer, and the pool was so cloudy i would not swim in it.

I loved everything !

The staff was very friendly, kind and ready to help with anything . However the condition of the property was very sad. Really worn down rooms with very old TVs. Chipping paint and although fairly clean I still had body hair on my pillow and in the bathtub from previous resident.

Rooms were dirty and the breakfast was also poor.

I always look at reviews when booking hotels but rarely leave one. The reviews on the hotel weren’t great compared to others in the area, but our stay was only for one night and the price difference made it worth the risk. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel actually was. The lobby was very clean and our room was in fantastic condition. There were a few cracks on the wall in the bathroom, but nothing meaningful. We slept well and felt safe in a clean room, and that’s all that matters. I’d definitely stay here again.

the sitting area had rust on the bottom of the chairs onto the floor, the walls and windows was dirty real Bad. I was suppose to get inside the pool but looking at it made my skin cringe I couldn’t get comfortable. But the rooms was decent , very comfortable and clean but the pool area is a NO!!

everything was as expected

Refused early check in without a fee. Refused to honor checkout time on confirmation. Hotel smelled of marijuana. Loud parties all night. Breakfast was not edible.

The room stunk like cigarettes but i was too tired to switch. Then halfway through the night the it got super cold and the thermostat could t be moved to heat and....there was no comforter. Just a sheet and think blanket. Brutal stay and I've stayed at bad places. Never going there again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking lot was not plowed which made parking difficult. The pool was not available as well.

Pool was closed

Property was clean, staff was nice at check in. Slight disturbance by guest at the hotel that was inconvenient. I believe hotel management should’ve reached out to check on the people that were affected but no one reached out.

Very clean and comfortable, more than I expected.

It was a decent place to stay yet the picture dont match the property in person. The lady at the frint desk was rude and short termed when i had to get my keys fixed. She made me go theu this entire process as if i didnt belong there. Giving my ID is on thing yet to have to run theu my entire reservation and question what my trip is for is a little to much as i was there for a few nights. Blood on one of my pillow cases when given another it had 2 other spots of blood. I went got my own. Not a place i would stay again

Went for a 4 night family vacation and ended up in bootcamp. We get in and are surprised with a $50 fee to hold the room. Okay get that but at least say it beforehand. Then we get to our room and our tv doesnt work and some of our lights dont work. Luckily we hadn’t fully unpacked. Go back and get new room down the hall. Get into our new room and everything is okay just some rust in the bathtub that is to say the least not aesthetically pleasing. I booked the room for $436(plus the $50 hidden holding fee upon arrival) but I started getting charges for random amounts $283 and $64. I report them to my bank and go to the front desk where im told to come back at 9 am. I do and they cant seem to tell me what they “corrected” but it was said to be done. Very weird in general considered i was charged $400 extra. We were informed by the front desk that breakfast was 0700-1000, so we planned for 0900 arrival so we get to sleep for the night with the baby and toddler. Wife and kid go down at 0915 and are told that breakfast stopped at 0900. Ok bummer guess its our fault for not citing our sources. Next day we go about our day and get in bed for a nights sleep at around 10-11 after seeing family and we manage to get to sleep but at about 5am the fire alarm blares off. We go downstairs and are told “its just a mistake”. Tired and xranky we go back upstairs and what do you know oversleep breakfast. Next day FIRE ALARM AGAIN no reasoning. NEVER AGAIN LA QUINTA FOR ME
