Courtyard by Marriott Houston NASA/Clear Lake

Our stay was good while visiting NASA and the surrounding area. Property is right next to police station which made the area feel secure and there were a good amount of restaurants within walking distance. The drive into downtown was easy and not too far. Only gripe was water pressure was a tad low, but we got over it. I would definately stay here again when in the area or even if I had things to do in downtown.

Smart hotel, clean room. Great location for a stopover visit to NASA. There are also a few places to eat in walking distance too.

Room was clean, however was disappointed ,if your stay is 5 nights room is cleaned every other day so no clean towels or coffee supply refills supplies. No breakfast or coffee provided in lobby, Starbucks is available and you can purchase limited microwaved food which is not edible, definitely eat Off Property!

Hotel was clean and well kept, location good Mattress was worst I have experienced in a hotel in years. Blanket wasn't warm enough, not enough pillows...need to up the comfort of bedding

Outside not having a complementary breakfast everything was great

A pipe burst about 5 AM so there was no water. Our carpet was soaked. When I called down to see about the situation, I was told the plumber would be there at 8 AM which was many hours after the break. When I asked why don't you have an emergency service repair, I was told that they had to use certain plumbers. After 8 AM, I called again and was told they had to get another plumber. Finally, hours later we had water. We had this same experience in your Ft. Collins location a couple of months ago. You need to check your plumbing in your hotels as twice is ridiculous. See above. It's ridiculous when you pay for a room and don't have water.

If you want a hotel near NASA it's a good option.

1. It seems lack of staff. Room didnt ready when we arrived after 4pm. 2. directed us to a wrong pre occupied room. 3. keep waiting for room ready for another half hour. 4. not friendly evironment and heard noise day and night.

We stayed here for two nights. Very convenient to Space Center Houston which was the reason for our stay, just being a short walk away. Room was very quiet and clean. Plenty of parking. Quite a few food options around the area if you didn’t want to use hotel restaurant.

Room was great. TV was awkward. No working channels. Had to use streaming app. Wanted to check weather and news and wasn’t able to.

The room was very clean and the evening staff were excellent. Joshua was very helpful, courteous and attentive. I saw him with a curious child of a parent checking in and he was showing him everything that he was doing to get them checked in on the computer. It was nice to see someone taking the time to be nice! ( I hope this makes it to the people that need to see it.)

The place was clean and quiet. Wish Marriott Courtyards had the free breakfast like their sub hotels. Nice area. Would stay again.

It was far away enough from the busy street and noisy roadways, but close enough to our destination for a quiet and comfortable stay.

Amazing from the beginning to the end the staff is so hospitable and sweet. The manager should be proud to have such wonderful people there. Will be back again!

Very good but old property. However the bed was extremely hard and difficult to sleep in. The TV was old and hard to watch.

Pillows were flatter than crêpes not pancakes, crêpes. Bathroom was filthy. There was throw up on the back of the toilet we got conjoining rooms. Bathroom floor was dirty. Hair is hanging on the walls in the shower and again we asked for some more pillows because of the crêpes that were in the room told the man two times at the front desk. He assured us they would be sent up never were. We had the worst nights sleep ever at any hotel will never recommend and will never stay at another one of your hotels, horrible service and filthy room and horrible bedding.

They do not provide complimentary breakfast, which would be a good thing to include.

Booked the room because it was right next to NASA. As soon as we get there I wash my hands and the sink was pouring out water from the bottom of the faucet when it was turned on. Curtains had gross looking stains. AC didn’t get that much cooler than 73. When I was getting ready for bed I found a German roach crawling on the bathroom door. Will never stay here again. Wasn’t even worth it to talk to front desk because the roach made it final we will not stay here again.

Nicest and most helpful staff I’ve seen in a while. Only issue I had was no towels in the swim area but told the front desk and they delivered to us personally. Will be back.

Great location. Close to NASA Space Center, Restaurants and shopping. Kemah Boardwalk is only a short drive.

We at at the bistro downstairs for breakfast one morning and for 4 people, we paid $90 for a very basic meal. Also, we stayed 2 days. We expected our room to be cleaned / serviced while we were out the second day and were disappointed to find that our room was not serviced. No clean towels, our garbage was still there, and our beds were not prepared. Not the end of the world. But if you charge like a higher priced hotel, we should get the amenities of a higher priced hotel.

Please consider this review as priority. I have had a bad experience using the property. My bag was full of bed bugs. I threw my bag and also the clothes in them.

Windows and mirrors were dirty. Our bathroom towels were placed neatly as to appear that they have been changed, but they looked like someone wiped cheetos all over them. Room has an awkward layout, which makes it hard to watch tv from the bed.

We are so happy with this hotel. This is our third stay here. The rooms are large and comfortable and the front desk staff has always been great. The restaurant has great food and the pantry is stocked and reasonably priced. This hotel is located conveniently to NASA as well as practically anything else you could want.

Evening staff was unpleasant. Door lock was broken. Staff made us go up and down 3 times before sending someone to help. Front desk unfriendly. Stated that we don’t know how to use the lock on the door. Showers dirty. Windows and drapes dirty. No coffee or tea offered for guests. Very unfriendly place. Don’t recommend this place.

The room was small. The property did not have free breakfast buffet. Cost $41 for two people for breakfast. It was close to work related activity. The toilet needed to be fixed. The management arranged this immediately.

Not very promising in terms of newness and luxury of the building, but comfortable because of the low price and no problems with accommodations.

We were only there for one night. Great location and the staff were nice. Lobby, room and hallways were clean, but the bathroom baseboards were a little dirty. However, it was a nice experience.

Our stay was very pleasant. Room was clean, up to date, and the staff was helpful. They held our bags after checkout so we could visit NASA.

The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly, great lobby with seating area for the coffee, food and drink bar and an open lounge area. Walkable to Space Center but we chose to drive. Room was nice with all the necessities, I would love to give 5stars all around but the mattress and pillows were dreadful.

The location was excellent. We were right by our destination, NASA Johnson Space Center. There are numerous restaurants in the immediate area. It was very convenient.

A short half mile walk to some great restaurants including all you can eat Korean BBQ and a Ramen place. Fantastic location. Felt very safe walking back to hotel at 1am.

Stayed overnight for a visit to the Space Centre the following day. There was plenty of parking on arrival and a smooth and speedy check in. The room was spotless and the bed was comfy. Not a huge selection on the menu for dinner, but what we had was tasty. Likewise, the breakfast was good too. Overall a really great stay and a perfect location for the Space Centre. Would highly recommend.

Clean, nice, and quiet. Comfy beds. Decent shower. The real gem was this guy who went WAY ABOVE and beyond, we checked in around 11pm and the parking lot was looked full. I said something to the guy and he immediately offered to give up his spot so I could park there. And then later I got ice cream in the lobby for the kids and he ran around trying to find real spoons for them. It’s the little things that make a regular hotel stay better.

All and all good but it did have low water pressure in the shower.

This hotel falls into the exceptional category. The entire facility was impeccably clean. The location is perfect if you are going to visit or work in the NASA Bay Area. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Friendly people and checkout is at 12pm.

My favorite hideaway when I come to Houston. It’s so clean, romantic, food is cooked to order and delicious. The rooms are perfect, beds are comfy and the showers are fit for two!!! Love it!!

It was within two blocks of Methodist Hospital.

Didn’t have bedding for the pullout, there were ants all in my room, the room above me must have been hosting the circus because there was running and so much noise, then I had to put up with the elevators next door and everyone that was loud in the hallway. I was added to the cleaning list for the next day and they never came or refreshed my towels. The only positive was that there weren’t any bedbugs. I won’t stay here again, unfortunately.

The pool had mirky dirty water. Wasnt able to get in because of that.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Great area and extremely close to the Space Center. It was way too hot to walk, but if it had been cooler out we could have walked from the hotel to the Space Center. My only complaint would be that the pillows were too flat.
