Elevator not working

You guys charge me double I canceled the reservation through you and it's still on my credit card even though I got a confirmation that it was canceled and you called the hotel and told them it was canceled it's still on my credit card and worse than that that's ruining my debt to income ratio and the only problem I have with the hotel is the room should be bigger That there are no sofas or anything in the suite

For the nice area this property is located it was not kept well. It was dirty and doors that should have only been accessible by keycard were left wide open. It felt very unsafe and uncomfortable.

Good location if you’re attending NASA center. Good shopping and eating around. Good for what you pay. Decent all the way around. Building on the older side, not the cleanest, but it’s ok. Staff is ok.

Location only The elevator didn’t work. The door key to the room operated sparingly and when it did work i had to move the door knob upwards to get the door open. It addition it was reserved as one adult and child and still got only one bed in the room.

Only thing was the Elevator was down. And being disabled was not as fun going up stairs but Thank God it was only to second floor. Other then that it was Great.

This was literally opposite NASA Space Station - perfect for hotel stay when visiting. No food available onsite (although breakfast is grab and go coffee and muffin). But there are take out options surrounding the hotel. Parking if you have your own transport - uber needed if using public.

The room was not cleared right there was trash left behind in the drawers and refrigerator the room smells like something was burning the elevator sounds like if it wanted to break this was the worst stay ever

Tub faucet dripped continuously. Floor was dirty. Light fixtures were broken. Entire hotel felt dingy. Room was very noisy, both from outside road and adjacent guests.

The property was very welcoming to our pet, staff were friendly and very helpful. The cleanliness of the room was the problem, particulary the bathroom.

we needed somewhere to stay for just one night and they were super accommodating for our stay. Hotel room was clean and has plenty of space for our things.

I stayed one night. Staff members are very friendly. Hotel elevator, room-refrigerator, air conditioner, shower and lighting all function well. The room and bedding are clean. For a basic lodging need and convenience of 5-min walk to Houston Space Center, I recommend it and would like to stay next time.

Room smell like crabs and the shower wasn't working

I’m kind of surprised at the rating for this place it was 7.2 I believe. The outside looked nice. The lobby looked nice, but the elevator was cheeky going up to the room and the hallway smelled the door across from this look like it had paint all over it. the room was not terrible, but I would’ve probably preferred outside and at Motel 6 and not a hallway that smelled.

The room smells so bad we called people and they did not have any other available room and they just sprayed some stuff on the carpet and we finally got the window open a little bit, but the smell really never went away. My husband ended up getting really congested from it and I got a headache.

I tried to find a bright spot but this place was a bit of a nightmare. The desk staff was nice enough but as unprofessional as I have ever seen. The only elevator was scary at best and broken for part of the stay. One of our two rooms had dirty sheets which the staff's solution was to give us another set for US TO CHANGE! PULLED THE SHEETS BACK and there was pee stains on the mattress.

This room was fine for a bro on a business trip, but I would never book this if my wife were with me. Pros: The price was great, the room was clean, and no noisy neighbors. Cons: I had to specifically ask to get hangers in the closet and a cup in the bathroom. The provided breakfast is basically coffee and prepackaged muffins. The hallways are dirty.

At first it was hard to find someone at the front desk to check-in, but they were gracious and attentive. Liked the small efficient kitchen and size of room - location across from NASA was a big bonus which eliminated parking costs

Room had bedbugs. But the property was quiet, no loud sounds at all.

The room was satisfactory for a one night stay. The front door would not close properly unless we pulled or pushed the door shut. The AC was set at 68 but was still warm in the room. Positives: close to the venue we were going too. Good for a night or weekend stay.

Quiet and staff was excellent

Overall minimal service which is fine as I do not need any of those and get charged for them. Rooms all have a small kitchenette but you need to ask the front desk for kitchenware which I have not done since I have not stayed long enough. The place feels safe, has easy no-charge parking and is quite convenient to NASA. There are places to eat or shop within walking distance.

Lovely place

This location is very convenient if you are going to NASA or its surroundings. Room was clean and front desk staff was friendly. Only downside was that elevator was not in service and microwave in room didn’t work. This place offers some morning snacks such as fruit bars , muffins and coffee.

Floor was wet with mild dough from the AC unit running. There were roaches. Strangers knocked on my door at night felt very unsafe. Some of the guest desk attendant were very rude. Also, the elevator was death attendant for 2 1/2 weeks. I stayed there a month.

I love this hotel, it’s nice and clean, the staff is always great and it’s just a good place to chill out and relax!

- no room service ( every 6 days ) - room key needs to be activated again and again. You don’t need to verify your name and the room. Just give your room number and they take your words for it! - no camera security on hallways - dirty and smelly hallways - dirty towel needs to be brought by you and exchange with the clean one at the front desk - elevator didn’t work ( through out my staying for 5 days . - you pick up your trash and take it to “ trash room “

- keys constantly need to get activated again and again at the from desk. - front desk customer service are normally not there. You need to call them - cockroaches - hallways have no cameras! I guess they don’t need to prof anything if something is missing in your room - this time elevator was not working. - smelly hallways - when they activate your key card , they won’t ask you who you are. Just tell them what your room number is . They take your word a for it ! - no room service ( I think every $ days or when you your stay is expired ) - you take your dirty towel and get the new ones. - you take your trash out duiring your stay. Don’t believe ? Go ahead and experience it yourself!

Two things keep this from being a one star: 1. Proximity to JSC - it's a short walk away. 2. The overnight front desk lady - I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly helpful. The takeaway? If you are going to JSC and you don't mind stank and dank, it's fine but, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Extended Stay America NASA provides an experience of welcome consistency. The staff are always pleasant and they don’t hesitate to do their best to attend to my needs without delay.

I stayed three total nights my first night I stayed. I thought I had a working kitchen had a guest over to cook for and couldn’t find out the microwave didn’t work so I had to call the front desk. He said he was going to come check it out and never did 20 minutes later. I called back to the front desk to get them to come check out the microwave and finally did 10 minutes later so after 30 minutes, I waited after the other food was already cooked. He offered to let me go into another room to borrow their microwave. It was very inconvenient. I paid for the room, which should have come with all the amenities and if not, then I should be reimbursed. The second day I went to work and I called the front desk around noon to let them know that the microwave did not work and if they could send somebody in there to fix it, I told them that I would be home around 3 o’clock and to see if they could have it fixed by then I get back at 3 o’clock and nothing has been done with the microwave. It hasn’t even been touched supposedly a work order was put in so I went to the front desk this morning and said something to her about it again and finally on the last day they put in a new microwave. So I just want a refund for my first two nights.

To be honest, it was terrible. I got this room because it had a kitchenette and I had a microwave that didn’t work the entire time I was there. I let the front desk know, and I also called the executive people‘s number. I just feel like I deserve a refund

This is a no frills hotel catering to long-term stays. It has a decent room with kitchenette. No daily room cleaning, no daily trash removal, etc. They will provide you kitchen items when requested. This is a good stay for those willing to keep their place clean and not have sheets/towels changed out every day or two.

Did not have coffee, hair dryer and everything was very old.

We were visting a relative in ICU at Methodist and Extended Stay was so convenient.

Extended Stay America NASA is a great place to call home when you need a soft temporary landing. I always feel safe and warmly welcomed. I never have a problem or complaint.

It was awful. I didn’t have a working restroom for 2 days and they comped one day.

When we got there it smelled strongly of drugs. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else

The Hotel Mgt is not focusing on cleanness and room was not ready, I just book other hotel and did early check out..

Very convenient hotel near NASA. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service was good.

This was an ideal place for our 21st anniversary getaway. Close to everything, price was great. Nice to have a kitchen even though we didnt need it. Huge refrigerator was amazing. Would definitely stay again! A huge plus being right across the street from Johnson Space center which was one of our destinations on this trip.

This is an economical yet comfortable place to stay. Services are limited thus resulting in savings. Still, the room is spacious enough for me, the A/C works and the kitchen suffices for a lone man like me. So I consider it a good value for trips to work in the area.

This is a low service place to stay. This results in low cost as well. Daily service costs extra. They have a mini-kitchen and you can get kitchen items from front desk. The facility is fine and in a nice location across from Space Center Houston.

This is my go-to when I stay in the NASA area. People are always friendly, prices are great and the rooms are just fine. I've never had any issues and definitely recommend staying here.

I love this place

Room had roaches behind the TV and the restroom. Called front desk no answer. When we checked out next morning I told the front desk clerk and the only response was I will relay the message to management and that’s it. No phone yet or anything

Blood stains all over our bed all they did was gas us the covers and made us clean it ourselves. Disgusting not once did they apologize.

very nice hotel

Great location for an overnight prior our Cruise at Galveston and due to proximity to NASA Space Center and other establishments e.g. Mcdonalds, CVS, etc. The parking lot is well lit although there were some people with pushcarts hanging around late at night there. Friendly staff. The standard room is big and has blackout curtains, a fridge w freezer, washroom w shower/tub, and stove. No critters noted although the floor did need a little bit more vacuuming for the dust. The place feels eery but it’s ok as there is security/staff present in the building. They provided a grab and go type of breakfast which we were thankful for. You will need a car to go around the area.

Stayed 1 Night. If you are going to visit the Johnson Space Center, this is a great choice for travelers on a Budget. It is literally right across the street from it. Nothing fancy. It is in need of some renovations. Starbucks right next door! Good parking. Would stay again.

Spent 2 nights here. Stayed here for price and location. Price is excellent for the location! Facility was just fine and I am happy to stay here again. Starbucks and CVS are a parking lot away and near Space Center Houston.

The only issue i have had is having tonbring my towels down to the office to get clean ones. Sometimes they are still washing and they refuse to give them to me later. Other than that we like it here. Its quiet, and very comfortable, staff will provide any kitchen accessories u may need to make your stay feel more like home.

The staff is going above and beyond to assure the guests comfort and peace of mind. Outgoing and personable on all accounts not forgetting to include the professional yet, laid back and At Home vibe\energy they emit upon walking through the doors. Wonderful stay, great rates, and the perfect location for your ease of access through any itenerary. I liked how the staff were very helpful and friendly, they would explain everything, but sometimes the hotel just felt unsafe in the area, the people would stare outside, but maybe that’s just a coincidence. Everything else was good, would say it’s decent.

The older lady during the night shift has a bit of a BRIEF and borderline rude approach of handling questions and concerns but overall the place is nice, quiet, quaint, and cozy. Thanks guys.
