Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its convenient location and friendly staff. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and condition of the rooms, as well as the quality of the breakfast. Some guests also report issues with the WiFi and the noise level.
- Convenient location
- Friendly staff
- Poor cleanliness and condition of rooms
- Low quality breakfast
- 5/5
Outdated property but fits the town vibes. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, fully stocked with essentials, parking is a bit tight. We were able to use pool and breakfast offerings. Within walking distance to center of town. We will definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Leavenworth is such a fun town and this hotel is within walking distance from all the shops. Nice clean property that includes breakfast. Friendly employees. We stayed two nights and would stay here again. The price was good.
- 4/5
The beds and linens were comfortable and clean. The room overall was clean but the bathroom was a little dingy and worn. The location was nice, just down the street from the main downtown area.
- 5/5
Breakfast was okay
- 4/5
Clean rooms and quiet. The grounds are well kept and it's an easy walk into the shopping district and an easy drive to amazing hikes.
- 2/5
Hotel does have an excellent location and we enjoyed both breakfast and the nice pool area. However there was no hot water to shower and we were told “the building is old maybe just wait to shower”, we had been out all day and wanted to clean up and go to bed not wait and hope there would be hot water later. The room had other small issues like a big rip in the screen door and a very loud mini fridge that I could probably overlook but not having enough hot water for your guests is unacceptable to me, the hotel was also not full so I imagine it would be worse peek season.
- 5/5
Even though the Motel is older, I liked the charm of it. Big rooms, with large windows and such a nice balcony with a town view. Very nice. The tall ceilings with beams in our room was really unique. We'll be back.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Very nice place. Location, price, room - nice stay
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay, good deal for the price and very close to downtown.
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff, large rooms with a view ❤️
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Towels were white not dingy. Breakfast was a nice array of food. Parking was good, was able to park right in front of door. Bed was comfortable but pillows were lumpy. They need new ones. Carpet was clean but in need of upgrade as it was beginning to buckle. Staff person at desk was helpful on arrive. Another staff person however did not bring us some washcloths when we asked. Still would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very cute, comfy place in the heart of Leavenworth!
- 4/5
It's very noisy you can hear the people next door and down stairs and my friends that came up said they could hear use up stairs and the people around them but if you can get by that it is in the right part of town easy walking
- 2/5
The rooms need a serious update. Carpet was old and stained. Fixtures from the 60's or 70's. Smells old. Aluminium windows and very noisy. Had to ask for ear plugs. Which they had allot. Also no decaf coffee 😔
- 5/5
Super accommodating and nice to deal with, breakfast was yummy and great parking
- 4/5
1) both times i have stayed here they only had ONE key card for a room with two beds. They are perpetually short of room key cards. This seriously needs to be addressed. GET MORE KEYCARDS! 2) The sink in the main room did not drain properly. Obviously there's a clog in there. Get it fixed. That should be a part of your regular preventive maintenance program.
- 4/5
Good location with a close walk to downtown Leavenworth. Hotel is older but rooms are clean and decent. Free breakfast in the morning was good, loved the fresh made waffles. Our room was close to the road and you do hear car noise but it didn't bother us.
- 2/5
Will say the breakfast was amazing the Belgian waffle station 10 out of 10. What’s the highlight of my day?
- 5/5
Clean room, comfy bed, walking to dozens of restaurants, and no more than 30 mins away from all the great hiking and climbing trailheads.
- 1/5
Room dirty, shower didn’t work, maintenance was nice, but water pressure and entire room was dirty. Front staff not accommodating to the issue and would not switch rooms.
- 3/5
Parking was good and outside of room
- 3/5
Good location
- 5/5
Rooms are clean, nice location accessible to major streets
- 5/5
Clean room! Great staff
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and efficient. Clean rooms.
- 4/5
Nice location,
- 5/5
The bed wasn’t “fancy” by any means but it felt AMAZING on my back. Honestly, the best sleep I’ve had in awhile.
- 5/5
A cozy place close to the Leavenworth village.
- 4/5
It’s an older building, but well maintained. Love that this hotel was dog friendly, and served breakfast. Convenient location to walk to downtown or icicle park.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff, so kind and helpful.
- 3/5
Old and outdated
- 4/5
Room was clean, but had a musty smell when first walking in. Unfortunately our room had a shared balcony (most have a divider) so we couldn’t leave the door open while we were out. Location is nice. Easy to walk around.
- 4/5
Pero Excelente la noche que pase ahi.
- 4/5
Room 123 water pressure is really good. Clean. Odorless.
- 4/5
We did not have internet and since my husband had several work meetings it was an inconvenience. Other than that we liked the place
- 3.5/5
Quiet, couldn't believe it was so quiet for a pet friendly hotel. I saw seven large dogs, besides mine. It was close to everything. The bed was amazing, every bit as nice as a high end hotel. Kudos for that! Nice little balcony, not at all fancy, but you are outside. Gave the dog a great place to sit, and sniff. The very low toilet. It would be really hard for anyone with a knee, or hip issue. Even without issues, I thought it was too low! I didn't care if some of the tables were worn, but they are. The carpet was clean but really worn. Have to ask for a microwave. Not a up town place, but some might care.
- 5/5
Excellent accommodation
- 4/5
Lukewarm shower
- 3/5
Safe clean. Grounds and pool pleasant. Had to beg for clean towels after 2 days there. No one would make up room. Breakfast average. In room coffee maker malfunctioned. Did not replace for us.
- 3.5/5
Rooms were super clean, no odors, well stocked Comfortable enough, but the mattresses could all use updating. Tiny bathrooms with very little room to be able to close the door easily.
- 3/5
The room had a very heavy smell of pine sol. Staff seemed bothered at times for questions. Parking was easy to access. Pool not available as advertised. Overall not a bad place to stay.
- 4/5
Good location. Decent room. Breakfast included. Can't complain.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but I really have to state how well we slept…the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up. 😊
- 2/5
Breakfast is your basic continental breakfast. Staff wasnt very knowledgeable of events in the area or able to guide guests to specific places they were asking about. If your just needing a place to rest your head it works just fine. Close to town and beds were comfortable
- 5/5
Do to my schedule I did not avail myself to having breakfast at the hotel, but the dining areav appeared to be very clean and inviting. Parking access to the ground floor rooms was very convenient.
- 5/5
Parking was easy breakfast was good the property is nice and in great walking distance to attractions. Bathtub was a tad dirty but everything else was good
- 2/5
The breakfast was pretty good, everything else was dated and in desperate need of updating and maintenance. We won't be staying again.
- 5/5
Good Good
- 2.5/5
Breakfast was bland, and noisy dog in next room
- 3/5
No microwave in room
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay at the Ritterhof. Clean Room, very friendly staff with helpful suggestions for where to eat and what to do. Spacious room for our family. We especially appreciated the chairs on the deck. The continental breakfast was adequate.
- 4/5
We would appreciate having a place to hang a robe or clean clothes in the bathroom while showering. As it is, we had to make room on the counter or put them on the floor. Having breakfast available earlier would have been nice too.
- 2/5
Breakfast was okay but room wasn’t clean
- 1.5/5
Location Luke warm showers, heated pool advertised--not functional, some type of audio played all night in the next room. We borrowed a iron from the office, it had so much residue on the iron face it would have ruined the shirt we were trying to irom. It would be 20 dollar replacement. I was very disappointed in this place.
- 5/5
Great place overall , clean and great stuff . Breakfast overall was good and walkable to downtown area.
- 5/5
The breakfast was pretty good for what I paid. The blankets were a bit thin.
- 5/5
Very nice property, clean and the price was perfect for retired people. Will come again.
- 5/5
nice breakfast, loved the room
- 4/5
Walking distance to the town. Very convenient location. Shower must be upgraded. Bathroom fittings have not been updated forever.
- 5/5
Clean room. Perfect for our quick weekend visit. Shirt easy walk to downtown area.
- 4.5/5
The room was nice and big, the hotel is in a nice area that is walkable to downtown and nearby coffee shops and restaurants, and the breakfast was great! It was all great.
- 3/5
Good place to stay overnight within walking distance to downtown
- 4.5/5
Best value in the area. Very walkable to everything. I will book here anytime I stay in town!
- 5/5
This was a nice Christmas time stay and the lication was close but out of the noisy area. Bed was comfortable, staff was super friendly and all in all i had a great time there.
- 5/5
Clean room! Niki at the front desk was so kind and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Property was pet friendly which was perfect for us and our sweet German shepherd! Looking forward to staying again.
- 5/5
Front desk was awesome, room was pretty comfortable
- 3/5
Of course, the only real snow showed up the morning we left. Timing is everything. The Inn was fine — not spectacular, not bad. Breakfast was a solid “work trip continental plus.” Pro tip: upgrade your morning at Argonaut Coffee & Biscuits. That’s where the real magic happens.
- 5/5
Easy check in and out, room was great!
- 5/5
All was great! Loved the pet policy and low cost for pet stays! Good price and location. Friendly staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again
- 5/5
Room was clean & we like being down at the end of the street!
- 3/5
The messaging needs improvement for communication. I had wrote them about not having pets and we ended up in a pet friendly room. We're allergic. We didn't book a room for pets. And we felt like we were treated like we did something wrong for booking it. We had people that said they could trade reservations with us since we have allergies. If communication is bad with any 3rd party, then why use it?
- 3/5
We've been staying at this hotel for years! Love the front desk staff, location and the complimentary breakfast. Husband was looking forward to the biscuits and gravy, but that wasn't an option this go round. Rooms could use an updating to fixtures, appliances. Toilet took multiple flushes to clear. We really like this hotel/location. Would love to see some TLC to the items mentioned.
- 5/5
Staff is always great! Same gal has been checking us in for the last several years and she's awesome. We request the same room each year and she has always made it work. It’s definitely an older hotel and room reflects that but it's always clean and comfortable. reflects that
- 4/5
The room was basic but clean, the staff was nice. Was a bit expensive for what it was though.
- 4/5
Adequate for our stay- nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Within walking distance to Front street attractions
- 2/5
Dated rooms and breakfast is joke. Staffs are also very rude and inconsiderate
- 4/5
Nice area, friendly staff
- 3/5
Rooms are very outdated. But served our purpose- A place to sleep.
- 4/5
OVERALL A PLEASANT STAY, ROOM WAS GOOD AND HOTEL WAS A CLOSE WALK INTO TOWN.
- 3/5
The staff was wonderful. The room was quaint and well kept. We were fortunate because there wasn't hardly anybody there, so it was very quiet. Breakfast ends at 9:30 and we struggled to be up and ready to go by then. If that lasted a little longer, I would have given It an extra star.
- 2.5/5
Its proximity to the Leavenworth main square. Absolutely—here’s a more constructive, professional, and balanced version that clearly communicates your concerns while staying fair and respectful: ⸻ While I appreciate the staff’s efforts, particularly at the front desk, my overall experience did not match the price point of my stay. At $444.11 for one night, I expected a higher level of comfort and service, especially compared to other nearby hotels where I’ve had excellent experiences for less. There was a long wait at the front desk (approximately 30 minutes). The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but it appeared they were understaffed at the time. Additionally, the heater in our room was not working initially. Although staff did resolve the issue after a few hours, it was inconvenient, especially during a short overnight stay. Unfortunately, noise was also a major issue. There was significant activity and running in the room above us during the night, and our neighboring guests repeatedly banged on the shared interior door, which disrupted our sleep. I understand that guest behavior is sometimes beyond the hotel’s control, but it still impacted our experience. Overall, while there were positive aspects, the combination of maintenance issues, long wait times, and noise disturbances made this stay disappointing given the cost. I hope this feedback is helpful and can be used to improve future guest experiences.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and staff very friendly. Definitely would book again. Location is great, just walking distance from downtown.
- 5/5
Amazing room, very comfortable bed, great staff, perfect location
- 3/5
The room was ok.
- 5/5
Close to town and breakfast was good!
- 4.5/5
Excellent staff
- 3.5/5
Close to restaurants and shopping. People above me walking around all night, it was very loud.
- 5/5
Lady at the front desk was super nice accommodating and helpful! Beds and pillows were comfy. It was perfect for our stay, no issues.
- 2.5/5
Free hot breakfast was better than I anticipated - had waffles, sausage, egg, etc. Great location, a little off the main strip so plenty of parking and still very walkable. Even though it was a Non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke (a lot). The patio door was open when we first got in so it seemed that someone was smoking there recently. We told the front desk but they said there's nothing they can do about it. Also, our neighbors were definietly smoking weed with the doors open and being very loud but due to the first response, we just tried to ignore it. The bed very not very comfortable and hurt my back.
- 3.5/5
Walls are very thin. Thought our neighbors were in our room at a couple points because it was so loud. Beds are extremely soft and not too comfy.
- 5/5
No complaints... a time to relax ... we will be back for sure!
- 4/5
Breakfast was good! Great staff. Can’t think of anything.
- 1/5
Im sure it would have been an amazing experience, but I wasn't able to come because I booked the room through experian. The first time i tried to book for January 17th experian app changed to 24th. I canceled and again booked for the 17th and the app booked me for the 14th, which i couldn't change or cancel. I spoke with them and your wonderful hotel, but no one seemed able to do anything about it so I lost the money i payed in advance. Ironically, it was to be a surprise for my newlywed wife since we where unable to honymoon on our wedding day. So thats that as they say.
- 4/5
Yes
- 1/5
Cleanliness is one of the most important factors. Housekeeping do not change sheets on the beds. So, if you like to sleep in the same dirty, full of hair sheets as previous guest left....please reconsider and ask yourself... Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had! They already got your money They don't care about the customer. Propaganda is always deceiving. This hotel doesn't live up to it's web profile. Maybe should be taken under local authorities microscope?
- 4/5
Very nice room, heat adjustable. Breakfast was lackluster but thew location is very good, we walked to everywhere we wanted to go.
- 5/5
Loved the views and vaulted ceilings. Appreciate pet friendly factor and the breakfast.
- 1/5
The hotel is not what it appeared online. Rooms were too small, it smelled like cigarette smoke.
- 4/5
Great price, hot breakfast, friendly staff. Excellent value for the price. Definitely would stay here again.
- 4/5
Good location for price
- 2/5
Leavenworth was as beautiful as always but wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
- 2/5
Had no shampoo or conditioner
- 5/5
The inn was so cute and perfect for our stay! Early check in was available and the lobby was so cute and cozy
- 5/5
Great place to stay, especially if you have pets! Was clean and right in town. Only thing we didn’t like are walls are paper thin. Hear people in next room all night and early morning. No sleeping in or going to bed early.
- 1/5
My Wife and daughter absolutely hated the Ritterhof - They wanted to leave the moment we entered the rooms - Its a super cheap MOTEL at best - We did end up leaving a day early because of the Motel (regardless of what we paid ) - we had some cold showers (Dec) - Breakfast is horrible - we never ate there ( there is a good coffee shop across the alley) - not sure how that place deserves more the 1 star If you can get the room for ~ 100 $ / night and must bring a dog maybe - super big maybe - otherwise save yourself the trouble there are much better places around - my mistake for falling for it - mayor f*&$ up on my end - nothing else My wife is still super pissed about it - and will be for a long time Don't pay more the 100$/ night at that place - period ! Leavenworth itself was OK - it is what it is - we have been there before - We were hoping for more snow :-( Grand kids still had a good time (I think ...) Best part for the adults was the hike up the mountain in the snow - and then sip some glue wine I think summer time is a better time to visit as we absolutely love paddle boarding on the river
- 4/5
The provided breakfast was very convenient and there was something for everyone.
- 4/5
Everything was as advertised. Rooms are spacious and clean. Close to all the action but removed enough for quiet.
- 2/5
Unfortunately very disappointing.
- 1/5
Cold water for both days a for 4th person went to the bath.
- 2/5
The bathroom was not cllean.the breakfast was poor.
- 2/5
Breakfast was terrible
- 5/5
Staff was very nice.
- 5/5
The staff was nice. The room was clean. Very different and neat stay.
- 3/5
It took a very long time to check in
- 3/5
The motel was clean with excellent location and polite accommodating staff. It's an older motel, but the rooms have been updated somewhat. Nothing fancy but good for an overnight stay. Walking distance to the main commercial area and restaurants. We didn't try the breakfast because the lines were long. It's a small breakfast space and there were lots of guests, so I would recommend going early. We opted for the coffee shop next door.
- 5/5
Great place to stay with your family and dog.
- 5/5
We were able to check in early and it was expeditious
- 3/5
Also, the breakfast was very disappointing. Considering the price you pay for this inn, it was really not worth it.
- 1/5
Pros: it’s 5 min walk to the Village. And the 2 night Front desk are so accommodating . CONS: the morning front desk has an atiitude doesnt know How properly to talk to the guest. We stayed 3 days in the hotel without taking out our trash and not Cleaning the room. The tablets are broken and carpet is so dirty. When I ask the front desk to clean ou room she that they are busy and she cannot promised that our room Will be cleaned, even taking out our trash or to give US towels, I was the one WHO went to the front to ask for towels. There foods are sucks, you keep the telling them to refill it and she even have attitudeeverytime she do it, I paid almost $1,500 for my 3 days and everyday is a struggle to stay on this hotel. ME and my family have been travelling but this is the first that I complained about our hotel experience. This management need to hire more people so they accomodate guest requests, cause the service is TERRIBLE
- 4/5
It is in a great location and a short walk into town. Don’t need to go through all that craziness. No, it does not. I didn’t. I didn’t. I wasn’t strong in English or in history I
- 3/5
The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine. The location was good. But for the price, I expected the hotel to be a bit more updated. The bed was clean, so that was good, but the sink was clogged. In fact, after I washed my hands, it didn’t drain for several minutes. When it finally did drain, it “burped” up some filthy stuff. We washed our hands and brushed our teeth in the tub after that.
- 3/5
A microwave would be nice. The room was decent. The staff was great. The bedding was poor quality.
- 3/5
Pet friendly
- 3/5
Very expensive for the quality of the room.
- 1/5
We were charged the rate for a 4 star hotel because of the Christmas season, so we know it was overpriced but we were expecting at least a nice simple hotel. Had to change the room after had all our luggage settled due to cold shower water. Staff just asked to move the room. WiFi didn’t work in the room. Used plastic bottles under bad. Overall the hotel is old and outdated with damaged furniture. Breakfast very very basic, waffle makers available but almost no toppings available. No fruit options except for a few apples.
- 1/5
The room reeked of wet dog smell, the shower was jerry rigged and didnt work correctly, and the floor was filthy.
- 2/5
Room is dated. Which I expected but it wasn’t super clean. Lost power during storm. I was surprised that no one from the hotel checked on people or had batteries or flashlights so that we could see in our rooms.
- 1/5
Drove 3 hours and got to a dark hotel with one there, tried calling the whole way there with no answer, they also refused a refund. I’d say they caused the worst day of my life as I had to drive 3 hours back home in the dark
- 3/5
Good condition just needs renovation. Staff was kind and helpful.
- 2/5
For travelers, our reservation was for Sunday -Tuesday in early December. An upside of this establishment is that it's a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle. So you can easily walk into the downtown area but it's far enough out that it's quiet at night. I would not stay here again.
- 3/5
Next time, if we plan on going in December it may be worth the extra being right down town. Not hotels fault but for the price in December we hoped there would have been snow.
- 3/5
Luke warm water on Sunday for showers, and on Monday only cold water in the shower after letting it run for over 5 minutes!!!!
- 5/5
Great room for the price!
- 3/5
Staff were amazing! I can not give the girl upfront enough kudos! she was so friendly and helpful with our many questions. Food and coffee were yummy. The only complaints we have is it looked like there was mold on the celling and the room was musty.
- 4/5
Rooms need upgraded for the price a person pays.
- 3/5
Not a thick enough blanket, most of the pillows were about 1-2 inches thick, it was like sleeping on a cold flat pancake! Please- thicker comforters and replace the decades old pillows! Staff was nice, but only 1 person on during check in, and the lobby was FULL, get the staff some back up! Also, a key shortage left us with 1 room key, which was beyond annoying, the boys went hiking and the rest of us went to town ( 7 in our party) so coordinating being back at the room at the same time was a major headache. Room was nice, wished there was a microwave, but other than that- a lovely spot.
- 5/5
The breakfast provided was good and served hot. The inn is a good walking distance from downtown. The staff were very nice and hospitable, and the rooms were comfortable as well. My only gripe were the pillows were a little too hard, but it wasn't too bad when you're exhausted after a full day. Overall, I would definitely come back!
- 5/5
Room was clean and in good repair, even if a bit dated. Chose this hotel because of the pet policy - we have a quiet but large dog. Great and reasonable pet policy! Did not utilize the breakfast. Would highly recommend for anyone staying with a pet.
- 3/5
Room is a little out dated and had a very strong odor of something I can only associate with a retirement home – not the best smelling room. Also there was no microwave in the room which I think would be nice and helpful instead of having to bring food to the office to warm up. Everything seems to be a little outdated as office microwave took 3 tries at 3-4 minutes each to warm up food and everything kind of smells old. But overall nice check in experience and staff but room and room amenities could be improved.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our visit to hotel. Would stay there again. Close to everything.
- 5/5
This hotel is perfect for staying downtown!!!! The staff were all so kind and the breakfast was great!!!!
- 3/5
Not very good quality for the cost, festival or not.
- 5/5
room was clean. staff was nice.
- 5/5
She answered all of our questions nicely. random people kept interrupting her and I, she was patient, kind, respectful, and helpful even when others demanded her attention mid conversation. Our room was amazing and have a view that was beautiful. We are great full she was able to be the one to help us. Will be rebooking due to our hospitable host we had at check in. Thank you again for helping me and my family.
- 5/5
Clean well equipped room. Friendly staff.
- 3/5
Room smelled musty
- 4/5
Overall it wasn’t bad the room was clean but definitely showing it age, the bathtub was gross and dripping. The breakfast was good nothing to write home about ( they could leave some butter out of the refrigerator so it wasn’t rock hard). But loved how it was very walkable but just far enough away you didn’t feel the crowd.
- 4/5
The room was very clean! Everything in the room worked great and the bed was comfy! We did not try the continental breakfast. The room was a bit outdated, but it didn't bother us because we weren't in it much.
- 2/5
Check in agent had some bad attitude and was not very friendly.
- 3/5
Front desk staff were nice. Free breakfast was probably the worst I’ve had the misfortune to experience. I will not be going back and anyone considering this place should keep their expectations very very low.
- 5/5
The breakfast was good, but the eggs could use more seasoning. Peanut butter for the waffles and toast would be appreciated. The room could use more lighting.
- 1/5
Advice - DONT STAY here.
- 5/5
Quick and easy. Super convenient
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. However, when we got in the room, the odor from the cleaning products used in the room was overwhelming. We had to open the patio door and the door to the room to create a cross draft to air it out. After about 20 minutes, all was fine.
- 5/5
We ended up staying here for 2 nights. Check in staff could be friendlier. Super basic bfast. We came in Autumn.
- 4/5
Room was clean and nicely apportioned, staff was pleasant, free parking is a plus, nice mountain views. However if you need an iron they do not one have one on premises to use.
- 4/5
Easy location for quick pit stop stay.
- 5/5
The woman who checked us in and the other woman that checked us out were so incredibly kind! Our stay was wonderful! The room was clean, warm and inviting. The view-spectacular. 10/10 would recommend!!
- 2/5
Caitlin was very nice, but the rooms need upgrading to a higher standard
- 5/5
Our stay was great. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was a convenient location to walk to and from. Having free breakfast was also a great bonus!
- 4/5
Clean room. Very convenient location. Pet friendly was great. Sink and toilet drained slowly. Other than that it was great
- 3/5
The shower faucet valves are difficult to work and difficult to shower. The sink was dirty. No coffee for breakfast.
- 3/5
What was good...centrally located and grounds were well maintained. What was not so good...the floors had not been cleaned/vacuumed, room was dingy, lobby was dimly lit and also appeared dingy. Breakfast was held in the lobby, poor food handling was observed food area appeared under kept.
- 5/5
Nice rooms, clean firm beds
- 2/5
The room was quite old and dirty. The furniture had stains and the bath tub/shower had mildew built up in the corners, almost looked like black mould. Would not recommend or stay again.
- 5/5
View outside the room was beautiful with snow dusted mountains. Breakfast had a variety of options and food was freshly maintained. Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Check in was efficient and friendly.
- 4/5
Room was clean but no one ever came in our room to even empty garbage
- 3/5
Met the basic needs to go to Oktoberfest. Like the egg McMuffin for breakfast every morning. My wife liked the fresh made waffles.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Bad: Heater would not produce heat, only cool air. On heat setting and no matter the thermostat setting, no heat.
- 5/5
A few blocks past the most tourist-centered square, this knight-themed spot is a basic discount option that delivered just a little above what you'd expect. It's not fancy or gorgeous but afforable and comfortable enough. Polite staff, basic amenities & breakfast offerings, with the bavarian themed style of Leavenworth.
- 5/5
Loved the whole experience of Octoberfest.
- 5/5
Nice accommodations and best price for my one night stay. Parking was great, the desk clerk did a wonderful job and made me feel welcomed! Loved the easy access to the coffee shop next door! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Quiet
- 4/5
Older place. Great breakfast options. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Very nice property
- 3/5
Rooms were clean but dated. Could hear people arguing through the walls and the dog upstairs paced (loudly) all night. Very convenient location with parking.
- 4/5
This property was ok for a last minute one night stay. The employee who checked us in was very customer focused, efficient, and helpful. The room was an a nice size and clean for the most part. Mattresses may be due for an update soon - bit soft for our taste. We looked in at the breakfast and it seemed to have variety but we chose to eat elsewhere.
- 4/5
Very quiet and pet friendly
- 5/5
Great location. Room was clean staff was helpful
- 4/5
This seems to be an older motel. It could use come updating for plugs and or charging ports near the beds. The plus was the 2 sinks; it makes it easy for multiple people getting ready in the mornings. It has a sliding glass door to open up to the courtyard, but we were not able to get it open. Overall, the room and bathroom were clean and adequate for a one-night stay. The location was convenient to many restaurants and shopping. The staff as friendly and helpful. We only grabbed a donut and coffee to go but it looked like there were plenty of options for breakfast.
- 3/5
Good value.
- 4/5
We like the nice pillow top bed and wish had more tv channels and more breakfast options like bacon instead of sausage
- 5/5
Great, straightforward hotel. They get extra points for each side of the bed having four electrical receptacles, we didn't have to drape cords around for once!
- 4/5
We ha a nice stay. Room was clean and lived the extra towels! Please add more USB ports.
- 5/5
Rooms are spacious and well equipped.
- 4/5
The room was clean and tidy. Don't expect any tech excepy for the TV. The Inn is OLD School. It was like going bact to the 80's. Location was perfect for someone that wants to walk to the shops and activities.
- 3/5
Not worth the money you are paying for it!
- 4/5
The bed is comfortable and their coffee is great
- 5/5
Walking distance to everything
- 4/5
Good value for a vaulted ceiling room and included breakfast.
- 4/5
Good location..clean nice staff.
- 4/5
The toilet seat was loose and shifted. It was really annoying and concerning. The sink in the main part of the room did not drain (took a very long time) so we couldn't use it. The pool had a rope across where the shallow end transitioned so it was impossible to just do some laps using the full length of the pool. It was OK for the price.
- 5/5
The property is older; however, it's in very good condition. The room was very clean and the towels and linens better than I expected.
- 3/5
They would not let ESA dog eat breakfast with us, in stroller. The stairs railing was dirty to hold on too and cob webs. So your hands got dirty holding on. The syrup for waffles was watered down to water consistency, ruined my waffle. Will not stay there agsin. And after we made reservations they texted me and said we not be able to get a room.
- 5/5
Older property - kept up though - quick walk to front street and all the shops and restaurants
- 5/5
I recommend staying on the second floor for the high ceiling,
- 5/5
Friendly staff and great room. Made for an enjoyable stay.
- 5/5
The associates are very nice and helpful.
- 3/5
The property is in need of some updating, mainly the plumbing. Old 5 gallon toilets.
- 5/5
Stayed here and visited downtown Leavenworth. It was a bit of a walk (its not right in town). But still a good location. The room had the typical noisy AC unit you find in hotels. Only reason it wasn't 5 stars from me.
- 3/5
Room was tired. Needs new carpet.
- 4/5
Clean somewhat outdated. Mountain View’s walkable to downtown. Very good breakfast. Nice staff.
- 4/5
Staff was great
- 5/5
Properties and rooms are well maintained and clean. Front desk staffs are very friendly.
- 4/5
The location is very good and good for looking around the location, the service was also very good and polite. But one think is the noises between each room wasn’t that great since we can hear what the next door is talking about. But overall great place to stay at.
- 5/5
Close to downtown, a little worn but clean and employees were friendly. Has nice grounds. Would stay there again.
- 3/5
There was a giant
- 3/5
The room was quite dated but clean. While there was a table in the room, there were no chairs. Noticed other rooms had an outdoor patio set while mine only had a few chairs strewn about. The property was well maintained and in walking distance to the main shopping area and restaurants. Just ok overall.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Seems overpriced for what it is, but all of Leavenworth is overpriced. Breakfast is okay.
- 4/5
Convenient to town. It's an older property and shows some signs of age, but it is nice enough and does have on-site laundry, which was terrific. We did not use the pool, but other people did and it looked like they were having fun. The ambiance and setting are spectacular. Overall, we we're pleased.
- 4/5
convenient to Front Street. Nice view of the mountains.
- 5/5
Loved it! Great room!
- 4/5
this hotel is good - fairly basic, not the most up to date but clean and well maintained. the pool is nice, parking is easy, it's decently close to town, tho a bit of a walk.
- 3/5
Lack of electrical outlets but was brought a power strip. Could definitely use some updating
- 5/5
It was a great place to stay. Clean and walking distance to Front St. Also, great restaurant next door.
- 4/5
Comfy beds. Outdated decor and carpet, but clean. Keurig coffeemaker a plus. But housekeeping didn’t come in after 1st night to refill the pods, or take out garbage. Additional vanity and sink (besides in the bathroom) was beneficial. A/C worked great. Breakfast was modest but adequate.
- 2/5
Ice machine did not work and the person at the front Desk was rude and impolite. Rooms were old and not well maintained. Sink stopper did not work, and left only a minimum of amenity's.
- 5/5
We got to the hotel before check in time and they let us park for free while we walked into town.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet. Rooms larger than average. Nice to have balcony.
- 5/5
.
- 2/5
It was fine for one night. It's old and kind of beat up, very retro, probably not updated since 1972.
- 5/5
Great place & close to downtown. Loved it.
- 5/5
My only regret is I never got up early enough to have their breakfast! When I was checking in I could smell cinnamon rolls proofing! This hotel is convenient to walk in to town and met all of our needs. I love that they take quiet time very seriously here.
- 4/5
Good spot. Bathrooms need upgrade. Shower pressure leas then ideal.
- 5/5
Everything you'd expect a hotel to be. Very satisfied.
- 4/5
Handy little minimalist stay. Walkable to anywhere in Leavenworth you want to go. Clean and hospitable.
- 4/5
Great option on the Main Street, didn’t feel as clean/fresh as a more expensive hotel of course.
- 4/5
you can't check in until 4:00 pm.
- 4/5
Air Conditioner was extremely loud and inhibited sleep. Not a good night! Reception Staff was wonderful. Thank you!
- 4/5
Our room was immaculately clean, and the staff were very friendly. We would stay again
- 5/5
We had a great visit, great location, beautiful grounds. Clean and comfortable rooms. Totally recommend this motel.
- 4/5
Noticeable place with a huge knight statue, but the rooms look dated, not necessarily Bavarian style dated, but 80s dated. Being on the edge of town, you can leisurely walk from one end to the other in an hour. Room was ok, bed decent, but carpeted flooring felt dirt and room was dark. We didn't have breakfast there but the spread seemed adequate and coffee was nice and strong.
- 5/5
We've stayed here a couple of times now, its quaint. Not too modern, but clean and nice.
- 5/5
Pet friendly, and I liked having a sliding glass door that went out to a little lawn rooms are a little worn out.But that was okay.We spent so much time outside anyway
- 5/5
This was a nice, clean and spacious room. It had a door off of it to a cute table and beautiful scenery. I especially like it was within walking distance to town, as parking is very expensive and hard to find in town. The full breakfast was much appreciated!
- 4/5
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, but what really made the experience stand out was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, always polite, and ready to assist with anything—from providing directions to offering local recommendations. Their professionalism and kindness truly made me feel welcome. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for quality service and a relaxing stay.
- 4/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Property was amazing, staff was friendly, loved the location. Only issue with our particular room was, it was an adjoining room.. and we could hear every, single thing being said in the adjoining room. No sound barrier. The people got up super early and made it very hard to sleep. Although comical at times! But stay was amazing.
- 5/5
Good bed!
- 5/5
Very nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying there and will again in the future when I visit again.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, clean and well maintained. What more can you ask for?!
- 3/5
Rooms are very dated, especially for the price per night
- 4/5
The hotel could use a remodel - everything looked a bit tired and worn. The hotel has a great location - an easy walk to town. The staff at the front desk were great.
- 4/5
met my needs
- 5/5
Our family really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. We will be back again!
- 3/5
The staff at the front desk was very friendly
- 5/5
Super nice place and excellent location
- 3/5
Hotel staff were friendly and nice. Check in was slow. breakfast had no fresh food. everything was processed and microwave. Internet was super slow and hard to connect. Motel was facing a busy highway and noisy. room need refresh.
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and friendly.
- 5/5
I liked that the parking was convenient. And the pool was available is walking distance from everything but wasn’t extremely close to town so it was impossible to get there or leave
- 4/5
Everything was in walking distance, better breakfast then we expected.
- 5/5
Place was AMAZING!! Super comfortable beds; great spacious layout; outdoor porch; 2nd floor high ceilings; fab bfast…ROOM was a terrific positive surprise!! Great value!! Totally recommend.
- 5/5
The staff at the front desk were so helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. The grounds were well kept and beautifully landscaped.
- 4/5
The only matter that concerned me was that I was traveling solo and the bolt lock didn't work. That was disconcerting.
- 5/5
Great expo
- 4/5
Quiet. Comfortable. Pool
- 4/5
A nice property in a quaint town. The staff were very nice and accommodating.
- 5/5
I would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
The stay was fine just an old place. Very clean though.
- 3/5
For the price, I expected a little bit more. The bathroom could use a remodel. The bathroom sink was clogged and the sink & tub were old & chipped. The lady that checked us in early (which was great!) came to the room and attempted to fix the drain but it was still slow.
- 4/5
Room was large and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and room was clean The breakfast was simple but sufficient. Only negative was they would only give us one key stating they didn’t have enough for everyone. Also the AC struggled to keep the room cool, although it was 100 degrees when we were there. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Clean room, great pool, able to get lower floor room for bike storage. Comfy bed.
- 5/5
Our favorite dog friendly place to stay in Leavenworth. Wonderful staff, comfortable beds and close to town!
- 5/5
This is a nice hotel. It is nestled on the other side of the street from all the rest, but still within walking distance to the attractions. Its a little older, no frills, but quaint and quiet. I would probably stay again
- 5/5
Great place right on Highway 2, walking distance away from Leavenworth village. Rooms are a little old with thin walls. But very comfortable otherwise. No issues with water pressure etc in our room. Microwave is not available in room, but can be requested from front desk. Breakfast was included and was fantastic. People are very friendly and helped us with early check in. Parking is included, which is a great help in Leavenworth. Will recommend
- 3/5
It was okay
- 3/5
It was more like a hotel than motel. The lobby and breakfast room was small.
- 5/5
I recommend this place
- 3/5
Wifi was a real pain to use, continually needed the password again as it was a custom splash screen. Was hard for my parents to use as it wouldn't pop up automatically, and you had to turn it off and on to try to reconnect. Reasonable location for a short walk to downtown and restaurants, the hotel grounds were a bit messy on the east side so not great to walk from the room to the road.
- 4/5
Overpriced for what it was. We stayed in a 4 star resort the previous night with all kinds of amenities and amazing views for half the price. Its just outside of Portland and we needed to be closer to Leavenworth, or we would have just stayed at the resort.
- 4/5
Great stay for the price. Not the most upscale or nicest property, but great for a single night stay at a reasonable rate.
- 3/5
Room is dated. Curtains. Carpet. Furniture. Lamps. The dark green colored walls felt claustrophobic and depressing. The lighting was extremely poor. There were few available outlets for device charging. Had to unplug items in room to charge devices. A power strip would have been helpful. Hangers on rack produced ear piercing squeaks when slid across bar holder. Breakfast quality, poor. Coffee was horrible. Tossed all of it after tasting. The Internet was not working our entire 3 night stay. Staff was diligently working on correcting this and appeared frustrated with lack of solutions from Internet carrier. Parking availability was nearly nonexistent after 10PM. Will not stay again especially with the high charged prices.
- 4/5
Decent hotel, walking distance to town. Good beds!!! And easy parking.
- 4/5
It was an ok hotel. The internet was not working though.
- 4/5
Clean room; comfortable beds.
- 4/5
Property was good.
- 4/5
Comfortable and nice for the price.
- 3/5
Check in easy, reception ok but not very good customer care. Room large but musty smell having said that very clean with out any problems. Nice pool and garden area. Breakfast pretty basic and check out same as arrivals. Could do with some customer awareness training.
- 5/5
Very convenient to town and the room was spacious
- 4/5
Cation, friendly staff. Enjoyed the room balcony.
- 5/5
Very pleasant stay and convenient. We were within walking distance of the shopping and restaurants. Would like to come back.
- 5/5
We played in the pool, slept really well and had a decent breakfast.
- 5/5
The only complaint that I have is that the room smelled musty. I bought a candle and burned it while I stayed overnight.
- 5/5
It was very clean, had comfortable beds and very nice amenities, including numerous breakfast options and coffee options. We come every year for rafting and this will be our new place to stay. The nearness (5 minute walk) to most of the Front Street stores and restaurants was a deciding factor for choosing this Inn, too.
- 3/5
Room was clean and comfortable, area was quiet.
- 4/5
Great location and room well equipped...Clean pool and lots of choice for breakfast.
- 4/5
Traffic noise was an issue for sleeping
- 5/5
Thank you
- 4/5
my reservation was not what i had made but the manager is trying to get me a refund for the room i could not use as not enough beds. I had to make a new reservation for the correct type of room
- 5/5
We love the location. It was right in town and walking distance to everything. We will definitely be back again.
- 4/5
TV remote👎Property seemed old but well kept.
- 2/5
The bedsheets had not been replaced following the previous guests, and the breakfast offerings were both limited and mediocre. As curtesy, I requested if I could to keep my vehicle parked after checkout, given that the lot was and remained empty throughout the day. I was granted only an additional hour, which proved to be of little benefit. As a courtesy, I had already completed my checkout at 8 a.m.
- 5/5
A nice hotel in a beautiful area.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly, breakfast(!), Sliding door to outside, good price!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay, friendly staff.
- 5/5
View of the mountains was outstanding, and of course cleanliness is paramount. Got it all!
- 4/5
Breakfast had good options.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Great price right down street from downtown.
- 5/5
Staff was great highly recommend
- 4/5
Furnishings in the room were older, but everything was very clean and nice. Would definitely come back.
- 4/5
I loved the patio and the choice of which floor to stay
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay and the off season price was a great value
- 4/5
A nice enough and very convenient location to the heart of Leavenworth! The building is rustic and while maintained decently, did leave a bit desired if here for more than a night or two. Bulk shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers were not easy to get product from or just out. Be advised if bringing a dog the additional charge is $20 per night and not clearly advertised on this site - if helpful for factoring the best deal for your family.
- 5/5
I stayed here with my dog and the staff and facility exceeded my expectations in every way.
- 1/5
Not good
- 4/5
Decent
- 4/5
The front desk staff were friendly and excellent to deal with.
- 5/5
Convenient and peaceful
- 2/5
Muddy water came out of sink faucet and shower. Bedding were very dusty and cause us allergy and itchiness. Overall needs some cleaning and upkeep. Thankfully we were only one night, so survived without showering and brushing, but felt awful.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, easy parking, right next to historic downtown shopping and other attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The room is clean and spacious and the staff are very helpful.
- 3/5
The property and rooms are very tired looking and it is wide open to the public. No room housekeeping during my stay. The breakfast was well stocked.
- 4/5
Room is big. Old furnitures , older carpets, room needs updating.
- 2/5
Needs updating!
- 3/5
Decent prices. Older property, nice staff and decent breakfast but lots mold in bathroom/shower area, what appears to be blood stains on the bed sheets
- 5/5
Clean. Quiet. Decent breakfast. Close to everything.
- 5/5
Hotel was downtown but far enough away that it feels secluded from the busy shopping but you are close enough to walk to everything.
- 4/5
room smelled like old stale cigarette smoke, probably in the old carpet that needed a good cleaning...the beds had decent light comforters but no extra blankets & pillows were all like bags of cement👎 cheerful late night check in at desk, decent continental breakfast with friendly staff again👍👍
- 4/5
The staff was friendly-ish; they did their job but could've been a bit warmer. One big plus was that the hotel was dog-friendly, so our pup could join us, which made the trip even better! Overall, it was a great spot for a quick family getaway. We'd definitely consider coming back!
- 4/5
Large comfortable room with a patio. Had Three comfortable chairs , not a computer chair or a single chair , for sitting and relaxing along with a small dining room table. Lots of room for clothes and suitcases. Beautiful view from our room!
- 5/5
We were very comfortable and have no complaints at all.
- 5/5
My stay was great. Didn’t have any issues. The place was clean. Nice staff. The food was ok. The motel is in a good area.
- 5/5
Everyone was so kind. Definitely coming back and highly recommend
- 4/5
The price was ok, but there too much traffic noise
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Everything is in walking distance
- 4/5
Overall, we had a great day. We didn’t get to try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and we had a comfortable stay.
- 3/5
Der Ritterhof is definitely walkable to town. It was one of the more affordable options in Leavenworth, but for $180 a night, I was expecting something more updated. It seems was quiet but they need to do a complete overhaul of the rooms and the check in /“breakfast” area.
- 5/5
My daughter and i stayed here for a night and we both thought the room was huge, clean, comfortable, and close to the main strip. I was actually offended when i was looking at google maps and saw that they labeled the hotel as a "2 star" hotel, because we loved it. This will be our regular spot from now on. The 2 employees we ineracted with (check in, check out) were both kind, professional, yet still down to earth, which i loved. This is a great place to stay!
- 5/5
The staff was great!
- 5/5
Great stay right down the road from downtown and other attractions
- 5/5
Great hotel!! We will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Excellent location. Comfy bed. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay here! Love that it was less than a 5 min walk to everything!
- 5/5
Excellent one night stay! The views were incredible, the staff at check in was very friendly and knowledgeable, clean room and convenient location, and breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Close to everything
- 4/5
Overall it was a nice stay. Staff was very friendly breakfast was light and easy and the waffles were very good. Room was clean but the water pressure in the shower was not the best. The only other thing is the American flag was stuck on the top of the post and really should be changed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Good hotel
- 5/5
Was here one night for a quick business trip. Checkin was easy and quick, room was clean and warm. Would stay here again, great value.
- 5/5
Everything was great we loved the vaulted ceilings on the second floor. We asked if there was an end unit because we're light sleepers and they were able to accommodate. The only thing was there was no internet, we were in building 3, and we could only connect breifly, then the network was gone for the rest of our stay. Plenty of parking, walking distance to adventure park and downtown.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
The front staff seemed bothered by us even being there. One lady said an early check in was possible and contact the office after 3.When we tried at 3:30 a different angry lady pretended to check the computer and said our room would not be ready until after 4 without even knowing who we were. What did she check in 2 sec? Anyway, the attitude then and the following day was enough to make sure I will not be coming here again.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
Unimpressed & disappointed. Rooms are extremely expensive and require serious upgrading. Price does not reflect quality of accommodations.
- 5/5
We stayed for a over night after snowmobiling. The place is very easy to get to, parking was right in front of our room It is snowing and they have everything cleared, the bed was very comfortable, you can walk to dinner and shopping. Very nice definitely recommend.
- 1/5
Dead bed bugs were discovered on bed and water was brown.
- 5/5
The staff was kind and engaging.
- 5/5
This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. Clean and affordable. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be back in the future.
- 4/5
Was great for staying close at a decent price within walking distance downtown! Rooms were very clean. However, walls are very thin. You can literally hear your neighbor having a casual conversation. The room next to us were up until 2 am talking, so we couldn't sleep. Our friends we went with stayed there in a room as well and said they had issues with the same thing. So be aware
- 5/5
You need a hot tub
- 5/5
They have something they make people sign at check in noting there is a $250.00 fine if your room receives a noise complaint. For exhausted travelers or those looking for a quiet stay, I recommend especially for this reason. Probably better for couples or adults rather than families. The breakfast was delicious! Best free hotel/motel breakfast I have had. Very friendly staff. Beds are comfortable too. :)
- 4/5
Staff is wonderful, location is good, the rooms are clean but are old and dated, they could be updated a bit. Other than that we had a great weekend get away!
- 5/5
It was wonderful! The room was clean and very cozy. I made a phone call and was able to get a microwave for our room!! The view was beautiful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone😎.
- 1/5
Horrible service and dirty
- 3/5
We were set in a room next to people with dogs and they barked a lot, including early in the morning. Since we did not have a dog, we should not have been put in the building with the dogs. And the walls were thin so we could hear them and their owners well.
- 1/5
Terrible property, would not stay again. You can find much better options down the road. Thought it was "just for a night" so would be fine, I was mistaken, horrible experience.
- 4/5
Nice
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
Great place that is good walking distance to the heart of Leavenworth. Woke up, ate good breakfast and was ready to adventure out with my family. Staff is wonderful. Quick checkin and checkout. Will be back again. I highly recommend Der Ritterhof Inn.
- 2/5
The toilet was so low to the floor and it was the worst. Garbage lying around the place. Check in gal was rude. The room was not as they depicted. Much smaller. I spoke to other hotel staff in town and their response was DON'T STAY THERE! They let the place go and it's rujn down. This May, I made reservations at Icicle Village Resort.
- 5/5
Loved it!
- 5/5
Amazing stay
- 5/5
Very cozy and comfortable and the staff was really nice!
- 5/5
Great stay! Walking distance of downtown
- 5/5
This is our second stay here. It is so convenient.
- 5/5
Always a great stay
- 4/5
The place was clean, close to town center, and the staff were friendly. The price was a perfect match for the amenities provided:) I would recommend for anyone on a budget;)
- 5/5
The area was great! The room was clean. The wifi signal was bad but other than that, everything was great.
- 5/5
Decor was so cozy! The main office decorated for Christmas and it was so cute! The lights were festive, but not so bright as to be a distraction. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and kind. Our room was perfectly warm when we got in, and stayed pretty consistent through our stay. We were on the second floor, the balcony had such a nice view over the property. It was a shared balcony, but especially in the winter, no one else was out on it in the evening. So we still had a nice quiet view of the snow and the mountains as the sun set. Thank you for a perfect little weekend away. We had such a nice stay. 😊
- 5/5
My hf amd enjoyed our stay and we wish we could stay longer. All the attractions are within walking distance. There are so many restaurants near this hotel....so many to choose from. I recommend staying here!
- 5/5
The check in staff was amazing and very helpful. Just a 10min walk to the little village area. Room was fully equipped and clean. They do have breakfast, no microwave in the room but they had one in the lobby. Parking was easy! Would definitely recommend and stay here again :)
- 5/5
Older decor but super clean friendly staff and easy parking for our truck
- 5/5
Property is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to the beautiful downtown area. Grounds were clean and parking was easy even with the snow.
- 5/5
me likey
- 4/5
Needs some tlc
- 5/5
Easy distance to the Main Street area
- 3/5
The room was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. The room is basic and could use a facelift. The breakfast is also basic, though the breakfast does have hot sausage and eggs and cook-yourself waffles.
- 5/5
I love the room sizes
- 3/5
Room was pretty noisy. It is convenient to downtown activities. Easy walk. Parking on site. Rooms could use updated decor.
- 5/5
We recently stayed there for our recent visit to Leavenworth. The room was great, nice breakfast, and very close to downtown Leavenworth. It was only a short walk to all the shops and restaurants.
- 3/5
It’s a nice stay but the facilities are older and not very high quality. It’s a good budget stay. It’s not exactly right among the shops in town, you have to walk a bit but it’s still walkable. The staff are very friendly and they kept the parking lot plowed. We could easily hear our neighbors who had a barking dog and crying baby.
- 5/5
Proximity to town
- 3/5
It was just ok motel style
- 4/5
Esta bien
- 5/5
Had everything we need, comfortable, and pet friendly. My kids and fur child had fun!
- 5/5
We loved the friendly staff and quaint hotel. Breakfast was simple but adequate. We’ll definitely come back here again!
- 3/5
The furnishing and bathrooms are worn out. There as no security chain/lock of on the door into the room. Staff were friendly and helpful!
- 2/5
Building needs renovation. Old carpet and minimum service for high price. Very small lobby to accommodated for number of people .
- 3/5
My wife and I never been to Leavenworth and found your hotel on -line. With the time of year we knew prices would be inflated. However, for the price we paid for 2 nights; I would expect we could have had our bed made and at least fresh linen & towels as we were not notified we were required to asked before receiving. We went down for the breakfast, small area with no seats available. I tried to get a cup of coffee and it was empty. Nobody available to help at front desk when I wanted to check out. Leavenworth is a Beautiful town. We had a great time with friends and were stunned by the Gorgeous scenery. The Staff at Der Ritterhof Inn were very polite and we were thankful for their hospitality! Happy New Year!!
