Very clean room. Great water pressure in shower. Wonderful variety of food at breakfast; breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff were friendly. Loved the outdoor balcony where we could eat breakfast. Pool and spa were nice and clean. Very quiet, restful sleep. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Staff is WONDERFUL, hardworking and very friendly! When we initially checked in, they introduced themselves, by name (3 young gentlemen)! and said just ask if we need help with anything. So personable. My husband appreciated and loved the complimentary breakfast buffet everyday (not continental breakfast)… actual buffet. Inside and outside dining. Although we don’t swim in pools, they had a heated pool and additional hours from 10- midnight for adults only. Looked fun. Staff here are hard workers who take pride in their work. Kudos to the young man who worked every night we were there. He was constantly making sure trash bins emptied and the free hot drink station was refilled… and they even had hot chocolate! Most places only have coffee and tea… which I don’t drink. I love hot chocolate! I appreciated that. Soda and ice machines conveniently placed near rooms. We did the black light test…. Most of the room was very clean… (being honest)… except the toilet bowl (bottom part of toilet only). Other than that… everything else was clean! Side note… bathroom is a bit small. Also, pleasantly observed a woman staff sweeping each doormat in front of every room… not just shaking it clean. Thank you for making my vacation a pleasant and memorable one!

A great location for seeing Leavenworth! They had great breakfast and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also great. HOWEVER, if you're not a bug person this isn't the place for you. Our room ( also rooms are TINY) was filled with what the staff called drainflies that come up from the plumbing. It didn't matter how many we killed AND covered the drains, they kept coming back. And the staff didn't seem to care that much.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome! We had a great stay and were within close walking distance to the shops.

The room was very clean. My only complaint is that there was a gap between the door and door frame that could use some weather stripping.

The breakfast here is awesome. There are a lot of choices. The only improvement would be to offer gluten free and dairy free options. The sign above the bread products noted that the only gluten free item was the yogurt. The rooms are good. It was clean and everything worked. The beds were comfortable. Even though you're right on the main street, I didn't notice road noise after I fell asleep.

This is a well maintained hotel with gorgeous views! We ate breakfast on the balcony outside and it was a truly lovely experience. We hope to bring our family back here!

Good place to stay, it was clean easy to get to and great location to head downtown to visit. Stayed one night and was able to walk where we needed to get dinner. The breakfast was very nice and the deck area to eat was a neat hang out spot.

The room was very clean - we had a pet room and there was no fur or stains or wear/tear. The room had amenities like a mini-fridge and iron/board. It had black-out curtains, hot water shower, and good a/c. The location was a 15 minute pleasant walk into the downtown area or 10 min. walk to the Enchantment park on the river. There was a number of great restaurants in walking distance for breakfast/dinner. We felt the beds were small and uncomfortable - lumpy pillows. There was only one sink and for four people and a dog there was not much space to put luggage or anything really. We felt it was overpriced for what you get and not comfortable for 4 adults (2 adults, 2 older teens).

Best hotel experience, the staff was so nice and the room very clean. I booked two rooms for my family and my in-laws. We were very lucky to have this hotel. The breakfast in this hotel was fabulous and delicious. I will definitely book there again in the future.

Convenient location. Breakfast was good, comparable with Fairfield, Springhill, etc. Room was tight, but OK. Floor lamp closest to door was not working - lamp switch broken.

It was somewhat close to down town. The floors were dirty and disgusting. I had to request someone to come in and mop the floors because my baby was covered in dirt after being in the room for five minutes. When I checked out and requested a discount on our bill for it not being clean they refused.

Although this is a clean property, with good amenities, our room was a very small dark room that could use some updating. The staff was very nice and helpful. My husband especially loved the Bratwurst for breakfast one morning. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool area. We loved being able to walk around to different businesses and take in all the natural beauty of Leavenworth.

Breakfast was good. Rooms are small. Bed was a bit firm but comfortable enough. Pillows were firm. Cooler fan was loud, but needed to cover street noise. Leavenworth is a charming town.

Pool was an amazing extra - the hot tub was a bit worn out but the pool was very nice with a lot of natural light from the windows. Breakfast was much better than in an average inn - lots of choices including healthy options. Staff was friendly and helpful, Room and common areas were basic but clean and nice. Walking distance (even for a 5yo) from the centre shops and a nice park nearby. Hot tub cleanliness/condition. There was no "night light" in the room - all the lights were very bright to leave on during the night and my child needs a small light during the night. I tried leaving the bathroom light on for the night but that turned on the noisy fan.

I stay in 5 star hotels for my job. I was very impressed with this property. The staff the breakfast made our mini vacation a great memory. We shall return.

Old. Need repairs in many areas. Sinks & tub did not drain well. Very noisy, cars and guests - thin walls. Breakfast was average - okay, nothing special.

The breakfast was fantastic. Real tablecloths that were changed after each table turn over. The food was delicious and well stocked. The staff did amazing. We had time to hop in the pool after breakfast. The water is a little chilly at first but we had a great time. Parking was the only challenge we had. Wasn't sure which way to drive in since it is very narrow and only room for one car to drive behind the parked cars.

Parking can be tight sometimes the later it gets. You might have to park at the other end of the building or behind it. The room was clean. Had to ask for a remote for the tv because it was missing but they brought one within minutes. Bed comfortable, water pressure was good, there was a frig, good AC, there was a dvd player in the room and a library of movies you can check out. Breakfast was good. Pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, 2 types of sausages, biscuits and gravy, potatos, cereal, muffins, bagels, fruit, and more. We were happy.

But the place is old and needs a major overhaul. The door to our room wouldn’t close. They sent maintenance up to fix it right away. But we had issues again later that night. The sink and bathtub were clogged. And the toilet was very slow. This is my second stay in the last year. Last visit my toilet was clogged and unusable. I won’t be staying here again.

Not right on the main strip of town, but a quick walk. Loved that my room had a fireplace! The pool is open late for adults only, which is nice, and the breakfast was good! The bed was reasonably comfortable...a little firmer than I prefer. The location was very convenient. The room isn't much to look at, but you're staying there for the location and the price, not for looks.

All good. Breakfast area was huge and well kept. Lady changed linen on each large round table after each guest usage. I’ve never seen that done before.

They have a nice indoor pool and hot tub that are open at 9 and close at midnight. Only two blocks from downtown. Have a nice breakfast that is free. Price is not bad for what you get.

The property was older but well maintained and very clean. The indoor pool was definitely a plus to help get the kid's energy out before bed. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good and they had a decent selection.

Beds were comfortable. The room was very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Breakfast had tons of choices: pancakes, waffles, muffins, toast, fresh fruit, kielbasa sausage, sausage links, yogurt, juice, eggs and more!! The pool was warm. The hot tub was a soaking hot tub because the jets have been removed. Hot soaker tub. Not a jetted hot tub.

I’ve been staying at the Fairbridge for about 5 years whenever I find myself in Leavenworth. It’s always clean, the rooms are large, has great service and is conveniently located within easy walking distance from downtown. Highly recommended.

Was a great environment

The beds were very comfortable and we all had a good night sleep. Hot coffee, juice, was a welcome sight in the lounge as we started our day. The Buffet breakfast that was included with our stay was excellent. I was celebrating a milestone birthday so I treated myself to a Belgian waffle decked with strawberries and whip cream, in addition to scrambled eggs and sausage. Yum!😋

They do not come clean your room and make the bed. If you have trash in the waste cans it stays there until you check out. The toilet was running constantly in the room. They finally moved us to a new room but questioned whether we were light sleepers as it kept us awake all night because of the noise. We will not stay here again.

The room we stayed in was very run down and not at all worth what we paid. The two things this motel had going for it was it is close to town and is walkable and the breakfast is decent. The rooms are rundown and not nice and we could see light through our door. The heater was so loud and it was chilly in the room.

It was ok. The reason it was ok, we have to move to another room the 2nd day of our stay because the toilet plug up, no repairman available, the sink also not draining. Moving to another room was little hassle to pack and unpack. Then when we move to the other room, the coffee maker doesn't work, i was trying to get warm water for tea. The breakfast was good complimentary. The staff were nice.

Room was clean but very run down . Bed was comfortable , pillows were NOT . The property has lots of stairs , so be prepared for that . The location is convenient to downtown Leavenworth , an easy walk. Over all the building inside and out is dated and in need of repairs , lots of fitting wood and rust .

Unattentive staff. Called the front desk several times due to toilet overflowing but no pickup. Went downstairs to find out she's ignoring the phone ringing and busy browsing through her cellphone. Plumbing requires complete overhaul: weak shower, toilet overflows and slow flushing. Buffet breakfast offers very limited options and unappealing. Not recommended and total disappointment...

Doors on rooms are questionable. Sink didn’t drain and refrigerator didn’t get cold enough for us to put anything in. Overall it was a good stay. The bus stop is right out front.

John and Jordan were extremely welcoming and accommodating. They even let us check in early with the pups. It's our second time staying and will always be a go to when we are in the area!

Room didn’t feel clean, there was a bad lingering smell in the room like as if an animal peed or something. Bathroom was very dirty. Images don’t really show how small the rooms are.

Walkable distance to main part of Leavenworth. Staff were kind and welcoming. They also had hot cocoa, coffee, tea and water in their lobby 24/7. Breakfast was absolutely great as well. They even had life jackets for the little ones at their pool to use. Only complaint is the rooms need a little updating/maintenance. There was a bump in the space on the floor where the carpet met the tile we kept tripping on. But the rooms were clean and the space was what we expected it to be.

We arrived around 2:00 am of 12/9/2025, having arrived from a 5-hour flight and then driving for 2 hours to Leavenworth. I travelled with 1 large suit case and 3 smaller ones. I was given one map to look for our room (surprised about this). I wasn’t expecting a long trek into the dark unknown of the property. It is not described in the hotel’s Expedia that rooms are actually huts across a vast land, and that you have to do trek outdoors carrying your luggage. It was so dark and rainy and the staff did not provide assistance carrying our luggage and finding our room. (It is not a 4- or 5-star hotel but at least I was expecting assistance to be offered since it was so late at night and it was rainy, not to mention that the unloading zone is a few more yards away from the guest office, making the trek longer towards our room). I had to go round-and-round across the property in the middle of a rainy and freezing night looking for our room. I got lost several times because it was so dark and the signs are so small and difficult to see, before I called the office to ask for directions. No signs on the walkways where the rooms are located. Then I had to go back to the unloading zone to fetch my family and the rest of our stuff. To my further dismay, there was no drinking water provided in the room. We just slept it off, only to be awaken by noisy neighbors with a barking dog. Overall, very inconvenient depending on your family’s needs, and don’t expect much assistance.

A bit tired and out of date. Carpet needs replaced. Our shower did not work properly. Breakfast was good. Walk to the center of town was not too far and did not have to cross the busy main street.

The room was adequate. The bath tub/ shower had cracks and residual sticky adhesive from a rubber mat. ( maybe ?) The heater had some type of issue where it sounded like it was sparking after the compressor stopped. Very loud! The staff were all awesome and very helpful and courteous. Would recommend because of them.

room on second floor was very close to elevator and you could hear everything. Family of four stayed and in the morning when its time to shower, the shower wouldn't drain... The bathroom and sink area are really old, feels gross. My husband was so upset, we packed our things and checked out a day early. The desk offered to change our room, but not a chance we would stay another night. No refund either for the second night, we had to eat the cost of a bum hotel.

The room was warm, clean, and bright. The heater worked almost too well. Even turned all the way down, we had to crack the window to cool it off, which is rare to say in Leavenworth. The stay was very quiet and comfortable, and we slept well. My only recommendation would be to bring your own pillow. The five provided were a little flat. Other than that, you’ll get a great room at a phenomenal rate. Easy check-in, easy check-out, and an overall enjoyable stay. Would return

I had many things wrong with my room 229 and couldn't do anything until the next day when the maintenance came in they could fix it or put me in another room so I went about my day and came back to find nothing was done with maintenance and they new nothing of what was wrong look if u pay over 500 for three night at least able to use the shower

The location is unbeatable. You can walk everywhere in town and the views of the mountains are stunning. The breakfast is great. The place is dated but it was clean and it was quiet. They enforce quiet rules which we appreciated. We would stay here again.

The walls are very thin. We could hear the person in the next room snoring all night. The beds are uncomfortable.

Hot tub was missing parts for the jets, parking is hit or miss, breakfast was good, building is a little rough around the edges (part of walkway was sinking in on upper floor and doors are quite rusted going into the building on the upper floor) vending machines need to be able to accept debit or credit. We had no cash late at night and nowhere to get food. Lighting in the bathroom in our room was aweful and blinding when you walk in. Water temp in shower fluctuated a lot! Mini fridge was so frozen we couldnt fit anything into the freezer area. The heater was not consistent. I had to turn the A/C on at the end of october it would not stay the same temp. Either too hot or too cold.

Pool and hot tub was closed.

The bathtub shower diverter spout was barely attached. Initially sprayed water all across the bathroom floor before I could get it to fully divert. Could smell cigarette smoke at random times. Likely from outside but close enough to drift inside when we opened the door. AC/Heater was loud. Parking was easy and fairly close to downtown yet without the crowds. We chose this hotel because it allowed a one evening stay. Most others in the area required two-night stay. Reasonably priced.

The room is outdated. Not worth the price. The tile in the bathroom was cracked. The shower walls are falling apart. The seems on the bathtub are molded. The door to the bathroom doesnt close properly unless you body slam it. Same with the main door. The walls are thin so you here everything everyone else is doing. Showering and moving furniture? Not sure but it sounded like they were going to come through the floor.

The location was good. The breakfast and amenities were good. The room was clean, but small and sparse. The only chair was a small desk chair. Also the dogs in the next room whined often while we were there.

This is our second time staying at this property. We absolutely love the location of the hotel. It's walkable to downtown. The breakfast is so good. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was on our stay. We will definitely be back.

Good location from main area of Leavenworth about a 5minute walk. Staff were helpful. Rooms are dated but expected being it was a motel. Necessary amenities provided with fridge and microwave.

The washroom are too small, not enough counter space to put stuff and the toilet are too small. I like the swimming pool and hot tub for me and my friends to relax after a long day of driving.

There was trash and food crumbs behind the nightstands next to the bed. The room was otherwise clean. Staff was friendly and the hotel is close walking distance from downtown.

I was only in the room for maybe 10 hours but it was clean. Had a hair deter. Weird location of the light switch in the bathroom. You have to walk with your hands out to find the light. Otherwise perfectly great for a quick stay.

The motel style room was small but comfortable with nice linens and a pretty gas fire place. An accent chair and ottoman was a nice touch. The small fridge was handy and they had inroom coffee. There is a big breakfast room and outside shared deck where you can eat, sit and enjoy the view... i sat there to paint. They fit a lot in a small space. More affordable than many options. Day trip to Lake Wenatchee was beautiful. Location convenient to town and walkable in 10-15 min. Would stay again.

Water temp in the shower was either scalding or ice cold. AC wouldn't stay on. No housekeeping, you have to request it during your stay. The hotel was worn down. I feel it wasn't worth what we paid for a weekend.

It needs a remodel it looks like 1980. Old and tired unattractive decor. A room of mismatched furnishings. The exterior is cute and goes with the towns theme.

Clean rooms, clean hotel, great breakfast, close to town. Parking was tight, so was the bathroom, otherwise well worth the money. I’d stay here again.

Whole place could use some updates and repairs. Cracks in bathroom floor, scuffed up - very old and not maintained. Bathtub had a very slow drain.

The breakfast is really the best I’ve ever had at a mid range hotel. Front desk staff were friendly. However, the room itself was very shabby, clean, but definitely in need of repairs and replacement of some items. It’s a comfortable place to stay, but for $528 for a two night stay, overpriced, and I will look for another place to stay in Leavenworth next time.

Breakfast was the highlight as is the location. Otherwise, conditions were very poor. Bathroom especially was in bad shape. Toilet seat was peeling and the shower has seen… a lot of wear and tear. Was weird to feel like I needed to put d toilet paper on a seat in a room that I was staying in by myself… staff was nice and helpful though.

We would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at the Fairbridge Inn and Suites. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and everything worked. The property is within easy walking distance of everything. We would stay here again.

Hotel has great accommodation and location. They can do better with the breakfast.

People were also smoking right outside the hotel and our room which was frustrating. That was mostly in and around their cars, but the whole area outside the hotel smelled of cigarettes and cigars right outside of the room.

The most disappointing was the bathtub; it was very difficult to get in but especially hard to get out of--extra low and no back rim. Everything seemed very basic but not unclean. The people at the desk were very pleasant.

Location is convenient to town. The breakfast is great. Our room was in need of an upgrade. It was very disappointing. We should have asked for a different room, but our stay was for only one night so didn't want to move. We left a detailed list of things that needed repair with the front desk staff. Hopefully, management will consider making some repairs.

Told the front desk they probably want to check the chemicals in the hot tub because it seems excessive. He was very nice and said he'd let maintenance know. As we were checking out the next morning I looked into the pool area and saw an employee with a 5-gal bucket of some kind of chemical just dumping cup fulls of it into the hot tub. Not great.

Check in with smooth and staff was very kind and informative. The AC unit was fairly loud and didn’t cool the room very well. Something by the window might be better since this was stationed more by the bathroom. Otherwise clean and easy to walk into town.

The sheets were not changed on one of the beds when we arrived. There were 5 hairs under the sheets. One long gray curly hair and 4 shorter brown hairs. They gave us another room. The experience makes me not want to stay there again.

I had a good stay but my only complain is that the door to the room slam when you close them making a loud noise so every morning any time after 7 am you would hear the doors to peoples room closing making it hard to sleep in if you wanted too.

It wasn't too bad the room we had but the bathroom was teeny tiny and the toilet was pretty low to the ground. They honestly could have put the bathroom in the scene all in one and not separating it. But overall for the price you paid not too bad

The room was ok, all the rooms are a few feet from a busy highway so there is noise. Breakfast was decent. Parking is a challenge, not convenient. For the price charged, needs to be better maintained. Dirty laundry area and elevator.

Easy parking and plenty of it. Bed was comfortable. Within a few minute walk to main restaurants and shops. Even though the main street runs right in front of the hotel, it was really quiet in our room! Staff really nice. The two women working the breakfast were really on top of their game- they even changed the table cloths on the tables between families. Tablecloths! Wow! Would definitely stay again.
