Saw one roach bug dieing on it's back close to my bed and another one walking confidently into the column of bathroom door...I was on the bottom floor.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the "Grab and Go" breakfast option. Coffee was great. The bed was uncomfortable; the mattress needs to be replaced.

This Econo Lodge was perfect for us. Traveling with a camper it had a GREAT lot for large rvs and trucks. Easy access of of I-40. Check in was quick and easy and the gentleman checking us in was WONDERFUL! Says there is a restaurant on site, but has been closed since COVID, but MY ANY restaurants close by. Give bag breakfasts and gave coffee in lobby. Room was very clean.

My dad and I were in town for the NASCAR race at Nashville Superspeedway, and we enjoyed the hotel, and the location. 20 minutes away from the track, and a ton of places to eat nearby.

Honestly was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at seems to be some white cream stuff on the curtains smelt like dog cigarette butts all over outside our room trash everywhere said free breakfast blah blah went down nothing out at 730 am wasn’t plan on eating anyway just wanted some OJ

Location was good for getting to Nashville Speedway. The room was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The best I’ve slept on in a motel. The decor was a little dated, but it didn’t matter to us. Cleanliness and comfortable bedding is much more important.

First of all I booked on Hotels.com and payed for the reservation. Upon arrival, I was charged again another $61. I showed the attendant my receipt from Hotels and he said I would need to contact them about the situation. Now all would have been fine, but the room was filthy, the lamp shade was bent over. To tell you the truth we were worried the bed had already been slept in. The outside of the place had horrible curb appeal; cars that didnt look like they didn't even run, parked in parking spaces. Honestly I think this was a low budget weekly. I would NEVER stay here again. My advise to anyone who's considering this place, to consider other options. Hope this was helpful.

Ancient accommodations. Pool closed. Bathroom needed a lot of updating, as did the room. It was a lot like staying in grandpa's attic. Noisey kids all about. Motorcycles revving in the parking lot, and our room smelled like someone had just smoked a joint in it. Not recommended at all.

My wife and family had stayed at this location a number of years ago and liked it. Sadly, it appears as though no improvements had been made, at least not to our room. My daughter walked into the bathroom upon arrival and had to step on a bug. There were areas needing paint and patching. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. Had we not gotten in so late, and needed sleep, we’d have left immediately. The toilet barely flushed and in the morning, didn’t flush well again. We tried to use our room phone to call the front desk and it was not working. I walked over to the front office to explain our issue and to use their restroom because the toilet in the room was unusable. We had planned to stay three nights, but instead, left and checked in at a nearby hotel for the remaining two nights. While the staff was friendly, the room was dismal. Not at all what we had expected. Oh, and instead of sending someone over to take care of the toilet, the front desk handed me a plunger… it didn’t help... it wasn’t clogged, just non-functional.

Rooms are filthy. I had them switch my room, but it was the same in the new one. Dirt on the floors, greasy smudges on the furniture, stains on the sheets and towels. I had to clean my entire room and buy my own towels and sheets. The toilet was broken, wobbles back and forth when you sit on it. Secondary lock on the door in both rooms was broke off completely. Smell disgusting, people smoke in the rooms and you can tell. Even in the non-smoking rooms. Woke up at night to people screaming and yelling and tires squealing. They charge $60 a night but it’s not worth $10. Also they have people that you can tell just live there, it’s rough.

Saw roaches multiple times, bathroom was way too small, toilet seat was very loose, wood floor was filthy, no coffee pods provided, bedding was cheap and bed was like a hammock. Dozens of people outside were running up and down the stairs with luggage and smoking and talking loudly all night. Cable only had Cinemax, puny TV with flaky remote that had some nonfunctional buttons. Front desk tried to say I didn't pay for my room. Breakfast was very sad, just a microwaveable biscuit and mini-donuts, no fruit or juice. Very loud highway noise was just a few feet away, with many cop car sirens and ambulances that kept me from sleeping.

Room smelled like smoke, they gave me a spray to help, which it did for a couple of hours. My sheets had a hole, two light bulbs didn’t work, the bathroom door was rotted, two roaches in one night. I won’t stay here again.

The door was hard to open .. there was no latch at the top on inside for safety . No batteries in the remote .. and the walls had cracks like they were falling apart and mold in them .

The place was beyond filthy. When showed pictures of room to hotel staff they were less than concerned. There was toilet paper stuck to bathroom wall, a pile of hair in bathroom floor, a half used container of body lotion in vanity area. A cardboard box in an alley way would have been just as sanitary.

The room reeked of marijuana and the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work to help the situation. It wasn't filthy but it was really clean either. At least there were no bed bugs. Finally, and this is not their fault, we were awakened at 1:30am to the shouts of drunk people fighting outside our room. To their credit, someone from the office addressed the issue very quickly after we called. In fact, the service was good, I just felt dirty when I left.

Found bed bug on the sheet of the bed. Didn’t stick around to find anymore. Checked out and requested refund, told they were only refunding one of my 3 nights stay. Guess their philosophy is “Bed bugs or not if you stayed you pay.” So much for making sure your guest’s have clean and habitable accommodations.

Fix the washer and possibly figure out how to add more than 1 if you have 60 guests. A lot of addicts and violent guests. Wouldn't be my first recommendation. However the staff is absolutely excellent! This would be my only reason to recommend this hotel. When we first got here it was great but that changed very quickly. We were here 2 months so I think my opinion should be high on the list.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was dirty looking at the walls. Our bathroom door knob was broken and the TV remote wasn't working when we got there. We asked staff to look at remote as it was taped over the battery cover. They were nice enough to change the batteries and add more tape.. at any rate, the remote then worked. At 11pm our room's phone rang and when we tried to answer, there was no one there. This happened twice. We called the front desk to be told "we're having phone issues". Our solution was to unplug the phone. The staff was sympathetic to the phone issue but they had no answers as to what was going on or how to fix the problem. They said it happens only on the weekends.. The breakfast was a to-go bag with a sausage biscuit that was warm and not bad, and a couple of breakfast bars. They also offered us a pack of mini donuts. Overall, staff was friendly and welcoming but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired.

Area was some what sketchy, homeless walking around. But it was great for us, somewhere to rest. I had read other reviews stating about bed begs, we had no issues with that. We had a 4 night stay but only stayed 3 because we made the drive to Gatlinburg and stayed 1 night out there then came back to this hotel for our last 2 nights. I would stay again. We didnt try the breakfast at the hotel as there are options around the area for breakfast.

Once we were finally able to enter the room, the condition was unacceptable. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, completely inconsistent with the photos and reviews shown online. The curtain hooks were broken, and we found cockroaches in both the room and the bathroom. Overall, this was a very disappointing and distressing experience.

Well check in was good. Lady was very sweet. However, after night one, I wanted to sleep in my car the next night I woke up to find bed bug bites on my body. UUGHH I gave ya'll a shot and then this. Next night I took the sheet and blankets off. looked at the mattress cover and there it was a live bed bug. I am not a complainer, but ya'll should change out your mattresses every 6 months, and have the hotel fumigated monthly because of this! I stayed in room 106 if that helps at all? Spray it, fumigate it, and get rid of the mattresses.

No for everything and the rooms were nasty, the toilet doesn't flush. There were roaches and bedbugs. One was crawling on my arm... There's no coffee or ice trays and they never offer us any breakfast.. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The comforter and the blanket was dirty, there were hairs and stains in them. There was loud music and people driving through all hours of the night, with frequent marijuana smells coming into the room.

We were there three nights and there was no breakfast. There was coffee and orange juice and nothing else. The beds are hard, the bathroom door’s knob was coming off, and the sink faucet is too close to the lip of the sink to wash your hands comfortably. But the service staff were nice, the location is close to plenty of amenities, it was quiet enough, we felt safe, linens were clean, and the floors were not carpeted (yes, this is a pro for me).

I’ve stayed here multiple times it’s acceptable and a good value normally. Breakfast isn’t much a grab and go bag and some rooms ar cleaner than others. The staff has always been nice.

The smelliest, dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. Nothing like the pictures advertised in Expedia. I stayed two nights and moved to another hotel. My clothes smelled after hanging in the room. Bugs in the refrigerator. My regret is that I tried to stay....I should have never spent one night in that nasty room at Econo Lodge in Lebanon, TN

The property is falling apart. The floors were so dirty that I threw my bedroom slippers away. I planned to stay 5 days but left to find a different motel. There were many long term residents who sat in chairs outside their rooms in groups. It did not feel safe to walk my dog at night.

We went in at 6:07 am to get breakfast and coffee. Coffee was ready , but not one item out to eat. Asked gentleman that was working, he told me what there was avaiable, then said you want one we then just.left one. Like it was an inconvenience.

Overall a great find for the cost, there were just some electrical issues in the room.

If you don't care about frills and just want an inexpensive roof over a clean room with a bed to sleep in, this place fits the bill. Free wifi and breakfasts were a plus.

The place is not clean has a lot of bedbugs and roaches as soon as you turn the light on there’s at least 15 roaches running away you can see the bedbugs if you light the bed with your phone

The location was great and sleeping was in a quiet security camera area. The laundry machines available were clean and readily accessible and applause for the full recycle bin. There was to breakfast grab and go, but leaving exactly at 6 a.m. doesn’t always guarantee hotel breakfast.

Over all econolodge is a good motel. Staff is always good to talk to and will do anything anything they can.

Was a fairly decent place to stay for the price. Grab n go breakfast not so great.. rather had a breakfast buffet with choices. Pool not open. Legs of tables n chairs very rusty. Mold on ceiling of shower. All of this wouldn't take much to fix and add to appeal of rooms. Outside could use some sprucing up also. Someone above us was "smoking" and could smell it in our room. Beds and pillows comfortable. Plenty of towels and wash rags. Staff very friendly. One pod of coffee for a room that sleeps 4. front desk too far for me to walk to. I'm physically impaired so going for coffee wasn't an option. I ordered coffee from walmart to use in room. ALOT of restaurants and fast food places VERY close. Quiet even though next to main road and interstate.

Desk staff understood, gave me a new room....a tiny bit better but still smelled funky, broken outlet for hairdryer (they gave me a new Revlon hairdryer to be used in a different outlet), bathroom door had a fist-sized hole near the inside door handle and a 2' chunk out of the bottom of it, wasn't swept behind bathroom door or corners of room (there was a red/blue pill on the floor near the floor lamp). This place should come with a daily stipend for a steak dinner at a local restaurant.

Average to a bit below. Room had a moisture problem - my clothes were damp in the morning when I got up to get ready to go. Metal furnishings were rusty in the bottom. Room was average clean. I slept well and had hot water in the shower, so it was okay.

Check in was quick and lone staff member was friendly. Then it was downhill from there. Room looked clean on the surface until you went to the bathroom where the seat had urine encrusted screws and the floor had piles of dirt in the corners. Bed kept making a noise with every tu and after a fitful sleep, awoke to the site of roaches scattering from the room.

The room was dirty- smelled like old cigarettes, the bathroom had mold growing in the tub and the beds felt like the mattress lost ltheir use 20 years ago. Not to mention no use of the pool- theres a tiny pool with no water in it. This was some "bargain"

This place is a slum. the mattress was collapsed, the toilet was not bolted to the floor, and it had been smoked in. overall it was old, tired and worn out. Drapes were torn and the cover of the A/C unit was falling off. and the price was obviously inflated to take advantage of BMW M/C rally attendees. Still, we left early to avoid staying another minute in this place.

Breakfast is not so good - small “grab and go” paper bag (stuffed biscuit and granola bar). Room didn’t smell fresh and not cleaned the last two days of my 16-day stay!

Quiet area. Didn’t have to deal with any craziness. Property is old but pretty well maintained. My room was clean but could have used some TLC. The grab and go breakfast was decent. Overall a good stay for the cost. I have had to pay more for worse conditions. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely probably choose to stay here again unless I find a better deal

No breakfast

My sister and I stayed here while driving a cross country and it was a convenient, cheap place to stay on our drive. Nothing luxurious, but perfectly fine place to stay while passing through. Honestly my only complaint was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but for a night it was bearable.

The lobby has been renovated but the room was very very old. I had to sleep in the middle of the bed because it was so broke down that I was rolling off the side. Also I reserved a king room but when I got there I was told they didn't have a king room available. I booked over a month in advance.

The manager was amazing. Engaging and friendly. We came in really late and had to leave in a few hours, but he accommodated us. The bed was sooo comfy. I wanted to take the pillow!!!! He also gave us a close room on the ground floor. Two weary travelers, who got stuck in Nashville traffic for more than an hour and we desperately just wanted to sleep. VERY IMPRESSIVE AND WILL COME BACK!!!

I didn’t like the fact that I got a non-smoking room but smelled cigarette smoke all the nights. I hate the smell of cigarette smoke. You can’t have a non-smoking room, and have the smoke rooms & have next it.

This hotel is wonderful. They are always so very kind and friendly. The breakfast is nice, and it'is walking distance to the grocery stores, Walgreens, and many restaurants.

Staff were very welcoming at the front desk. When we walked in the room we noticed more than half of the light fixtures didn’t work. Also, the tub was so dark like it hasn’t been clean in months and shower curtains wouldn’t stay closed. Area was great there was a lot restaurant/fast food places to pick and even walking distance the area was súper quiet and peaceful at night.

It was dirty not clean or well kept paint was chipped and peeling off the walkways and the stairs.The floors in the rooms were filthy so bad that when you walked across and got in bed there was dirt on the sheets. The electrical outlet by the hairdryer wouldn’t work.the hair dryer didn’t work.the lights in between the beds didn’t work.plus the Lobby had an awful musty smell like mold or mildew. When we asked for extra pillows they said they didn’t have any so it was awful stay and conditions for us will not be back couldn’t sleep because the beds was so hard

The price was below my budget, it was clean (some may confuse “outdated” decor as dirty but it was clean), The staff was incredibly nice, and for those coming back from a night out in Nashville, there is Taco Bell and cookout in several other fast food joints open late a 90 second walk away! If you Want to smoke just simply open the door to your room and want to smoke just simply open the door to your room and walk outside! I stayed at a Hilton in Ohio - it looks nice, is clean and the rooms are huge and that’s about it…shower curtain was ripped and barely hanging on to the shower curtain rod, called the front desk and 20 mins later a random guy (nothing indicating he worked there) hands my gf the new curtain and walks off. The toilet leaked every time it was flushed (they fixed it but not the loose toilet seat) and a few other things. I experienced ZERO issues whilst staying at this EconoLodge - point is don’t judge a book by its cover! 10/10 will stay again 10/10 will/have recommended The Hilton was $146 per night The EconoLodge was $125 for 2 nights

Gum under the desk, toilet coming up from the floor so it tried to fall when sitting on it, bed harder than a brick, and the second lock was inoperable as part of it was completely missing!

Excellent for the price but never have I ever paid $4 to dry clothes. It defeats the purpose of complimentary washing. Also they should have more than 1 washing machine.

I had no issues here, staff is pleasant and accommodating. House keeping is working hard daily. Room was clean, no issues with it. Would stay again

property needs a complete redo

It was probably the most disgusting stay in all my life! Sheets were dirty, toiletries were used, ironing board looked like it was dipped in urine, phone didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, and all non-smoking rooms we were shuffled through reeked of smoke. My baby ended up getting bit by something in his sleep. People were stomping and being loud above us. You could hear almost every sound outside of the room. Save your money and time!

This was a last minute stop for us on our drive home. The room was clean and everything we needed for a night stay. Also, the price was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

Find we had a smoking room. Room was dirty, horrible smells, tub was super dirty. Never staying there again!
