Clean and spacious room.

The property and rooms were very clean and modern. Everything we needed was available. There were several good restaurants in walkable distance. Very quiet and safe area.

The place is average. It is fine for a short stay and close to everything. It was not luxury at all. We did not get housekeeping and our toilet leaked. It was clean enough but nothing to write home about.

Complementary coffee was good and tasty, hostess at check out was friendly, the room had a kitchenette and a full size refrigerator. Room was warm and stuffy on arrival, toilet had a mildew ring in the bowl, toilet seat would not stay up,

One night, bed was low to the ground, but very comfortable. I will stay again!

location The price was way too high for a facility that does not serve free breakfast and our room stunk really bad. It smelled like dog urine. They offered us another room for the next nights , however the other areas of the hotel smelled similar. Unfortunately they would not give us our money back for the 2nd night that we did not stay.

Staff was amazing and the rooms were kept cleaned. Had no trouble finding a parking spot. Definitely would recommend this hotel. Thanks again MyPlace

The kitchen was not equipped for cooking but I didn't even know it had a kitchen until I got there

We walked in then went back and asked for a refund. We were told there is a no cancellation policy. Before you ask to see the room.

We really enjoyed our trip to Lebanon. I always stay at My Place when visiting here. Have for 4 years now.

Parking was great. There was plenty of room to walk the dog. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was close to restaurants.

Very nice and good for a work trip however, staff still knocked on my door after I had confirmed a late check-in and asked when I was leaving-about 10 minutes after that a housekeeper walked in without knocking.

Everything was great except the girl in the front with short black hair! She was so unprofessional and just down right rude!! She SHOULD’NT be greeting anyone! PERIOD

Booked room online. Upon arrival, young lady at the front desk was very nice and asked about our trip.

The desk clerk at checkin did not want to be there and took it out on me checking in with my license and credit card in hand.

Clean room, smelled of bleach when we entered but fine after that. Like the kitchen so that we can fix breakfast and lunch. This is our third stay at this property and we will be going back so they have to be doing something right :-)

Decent hotel for the money.

We had to find a hotel in a pinch. The hotel here we were going to stay did not have our reservation due to a misunderstanding. This hotel was safe, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Trinity at the front desk was one of the nicest persons I have ever met! Great job great service, I’m from Chicago and this place is southern hospitality at its finest because of Trinity and the rest of the staff

My first contact in checking in was great! The room was good. On the second night I asked for coffee pods for the following morning, The foreign national at the desk could understand what I was asking for.

Website indicated a real breakfast bar! Vending machine only! No telling how long the food has bend in there! No de-cafe coffee! Bathroom door, ajar not lockable! Coffee in room was the worst !

The stay was okay however the room that I selected to have was supposed to have a recliner in it but it didn’t. I have to keep my leg propped up due to a leg injury. Our shower was supposed to have a handicap shower and it did not.

This was the first time stayed at my place and it was a very pleasant stay. The only thing was no breakfast but really doesn't matter to me. The staff was very considerate and courteous. I would stay there again whenever back in lebanon.

Room was extremely clean however the dog smell was terrible. We were traveling with a pet so was assigned to a pet room. We have never stayed anywhere that smelled so bad.

This hotel was a little ways from Broadway but was quiet and safe and allowed our puppy!

I’m from this area and it’s just perfectly located to get to everything you could possibly need. Shopping, Dinner, movies. Well kept also. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel! We loved the recliner in the room and the kitchen! Altho nothing to cook with. Nobody told us about any dishes available, nor were there any signs present. Otherwise, everything was GREAT!

Liked the convenient, Did not like not having ice makers on each floor or the fact that the room was not cleaned each day.

The room was a nice cold escape from the humid heat of summer. The bed and recliner provided comfortable relaxation. Grrat experience!

Property was easy to get to. Receptionist was so friendly and efficient— which was great when we checked in at around midnight.

Not for sure who is at fault but expedia blamed the hotel and the hotel blamed expedia. Check in was a horrible experience. Somehow my reservations werent showing up in the hotels system.

Staff were above and beyond my expectations!

Our stay was interesting. First, we’re assigned a still dirty room at around 7pm. There was leftover food and unmade beds left by the previous occupants. Hotel quickly gave us another clean room. This new room smelled moldy and felt humid, but we just left it at that. However, when we tried to shower the next day, the tub did not drain at all. Hotel fixed it pretty quick. Overall, a lot of inconveniences, but they were resolved quickly and the staff was polite. Would probably not stay here again though.

When I went to check in my reservation had been canceled. They said that it was due to the third party. It was me, my husband, my daughter and her friend. We had booked a double room and when we got there they had no double rooms so we ended up having to stay in separate rooms. So there was a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old in a room alone because they had canceled our reservation and gave our room to someone else

For a hotel that allows animals, we were very happily surprised that it didn’t “smell” like animals in our room.

This property was nice, it was like having your own studio apt. Everything we needed was right in the room. The property was very clean and the staff were friendly/helpful.

This was our second stay and it was extremely pleasant. Connie and Mike were the nicest staff members that we’ve ever came across. We had the best conversations and they were so intentive. We couldn’t have asked for a better time on our vacation.

Well, the first thing that happened was I went to the desk and bought a sandwich for breakfast. It was freezer, burnt and really old. I had to throw it in a garbage when I told the desk attended. He said sorry about that and took him out. Freezer, throw them away. Dan, no offer of refund. We woke up the first morning after we spend tonight. I found roach, crawling across the table. We decided to leave. We love today early, no refund, no explanation. We would never stay there again. Pay a little more and get a better place. My advice.

It’s good for walking

We had a great stay and the staff was very nice ! Our only negative comments are that we were told they were gonna clean our room on Wednesday and nobody did. We woke up around 8 and then leave, so maybe they come earlier but normally, during your stay, housekeeping is done during the day while you do your activities. We did not have the “do not disturb sign” for 2 days in a row and still nobody came. We were leaving friday night and it wasn’t so bad so we do not inform the front desk about it, but maybe indicate clearly to customer when the housekeeping is gonna clean your room if it’s going to be that early in the morning. Other comment is about the furniture. We rented this particular hotel because of the kitchen and the possibility to be able to make our own food. We did not eat one single meal there at the end because the room does not include anything. We travelled from Canada by plane so we were obviously not gonna bring all our kitchenware in our luggage. They sell stuff at the front desk, but I was dissappointed about that. Maybe it’s my fault, but I don’t recall seing anything clear about that when I made my reservation. It could be interesting to be more specific about that detail. Finally, the rooms are not very soundproof. You hear a lot the cars on the highway and inside noise, should have bring earplugs. Or else, plenty of parking and close to Nashville. We we stuck in traffic and road work sometimes but it never go over 45 minutes to go to downtown Nashville.

Lots to love about this property. One thing that could be improved upon was housekeeping and their checkout procedure. I got a knock and notice at 10:30 am that checkout was at 11 am. Then, another one at 10:45. C'mon guys, let me enjoy my room. I know check out is at 11am. It didn't really make me feel like a welcomed guest. I stay in hotels about 100 days a year because of my job. First time I've had this kind of experience. Hospitality and feeling comfortable in your room is important to a positive experience.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed but did not care for bedding. Duvet was open at the head of bed. Not sure it was on properly, otherwise no complaints at all.

I booked the My Place hotel last minute for a Friday night stay in the area. The road to the hotel was a little dark so I was a little reluctant driving there however once in the parking lot it was well lit and clean. The lobby was clean and inviting. The front desk clerk was quick to get me checked in and tell me how to turn the icemaker on if I needed ice for the night. I didn't realize the room would have a kitchenette complete with full size fridge. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on cleanliness is the room smelled a little musty upon first entering but that cleared up once I turned the air to cooler. Otherwise the room/ bathroom/ kitchenette was super clean. The bed/ bedding was very comfortable. I would book here again if the need arose.

The property was a quick walk to Logans Roadhouse. The room was clean and neat. The beds were so low to the ground I had issues getting up from the bed with my bad knees and back, I had a room accommodating for disabilities.
