Breakfast was meager.
- 4.5/5
It was clean and comfortable. There were a group of men on the stairs that were fairly drunk and had broken some beer bottles on the pathway we had to step over. They were pretty loud and it was a bit uncomfortable. The hotel can’t help that per se but the broken glass made me especially uncomfortable.

Passable
- 2/5
Cheap place to stay. Not the cleanest rooms. Very outdated and musty.
- 3/5
We've stayed here several times and this was probably the best stay so far. Our room was clean and quiet with a great ac unit. However, I've wrote before, the carpet has to go. They are not very clean. Our friends had much worse experience with their rooms. Toilet paper wrapped around the fire sprinkler and the rack in bathroom fell off the wall. Ample parking and walking distance to restaurants.

Room definitely needed an upgrade and a cleaner environment. Bathroom had some mold, shower wasn’t clean, floors weren’t clean, and room was kinda falling apart.

Carpet was very nasty. I let my 1 year old run around after a long car ride and his feet were black. Half way through my shower I look up and there's mold and hair on the ceiling

The staff at the front desk was amazing We got to our room that night. When we were looking around, we found a bunch of cigarette butts and dirt behind the TV. Stand The shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall and the toilet tank and seat were very loose.

AC was fine. Parking was excellent

Toom was cleaned eveey day which was nice. Very helpful staff.

We were able to pull right up in front of Our hotel room on first floor. The key would not unlock the door and the door lock needed a new battery. They had to call a maintenance person in to change the battery. We could not use the refrigerator because the smell was so rancid and it was dirty. Carpet was frayed from the bedroom area going into the bathroom. Bed frame shook and creeked every time you turned over. Breakfast was a disappointment and I was told that they are no longer required to have a breakfast, but they are still putting a few things out. They said the juice machine is no longer offered by the company. There was a coffee machine, but since I don’t drink coffee, I had to go to the lounge and get me a bottled water. To end on a happy note, the staff was exceptional and tried to accommodate all our needs. They were very pleasant, including the maintenance worker.

Good AC in the room.

Clean room very nice staff thay made sure we had everything we needed.
- 4/5
Amle parking decent breakfast, nice staff, only one problem and that was fixed the toilet ran all day and night.they did fix it but right before we left. The air worked great and i liked the colors scheme in the room.
- 1/5
People were having a drinking party in the parking lot and were just throwing their trash down all over the place. There was even a rooster out there. This hotel looked like an unkept relic straight out of the 70’s. Horrible.
- 1/5
Room was not clean, mold everywhere. Toilet not clean, bad smell in room. Indoor pool was closed for the season, even though it’s an indoor pool..
- 2/5
The room was outdated, there were barely any breakfast items. Just toast & spreads.
- 1/5
Nasty
- 5/5
Friendly staff, fresh and clean rooms with housekeeping daily. Very impressed.
- 2/5
There was a toenail clipping on the rug - clearly they do not vacuum between guests
- 1/5
There was mold in the room, roaches, room was not clean, toilet was leaking on floor, and sink was cracked. I have photos of all of this. Says indoor pool that's why we booked there but pool was closed.

Freindly staff. Clean rooms. Free breakfasts
- 5/5
This is the nicest motel. I have stayed in on a long trip. The staff is friendly, the room is spotless, the breakfast facilities are impressive for the price, at the bed is wonderfully cozy. Is far superior to similar places costing much more.
- 4/5
Good
- 2/5
We had to turn down the first room we were given because it smelled like cat urinne! The second room was on the second floor but not easlily accessbile to the elevator. The room seemed to be clean but needing renovation - old. There was no way to take a tub bath because there was no drain stopper.
- 3/5
Room has not been updated. The lamp outlets to charge and wall plate was not usable to charge devices. The room had a stale smell the whole time despite spraying Lysol. Carpet worn in spots. Unable to shut bathroom door for privacy.
- 5/5
Good
- 2/5
The room has carpet on the floor, which felt very grimy, and I guess they recently sprayed for bugs because I picked up a total of eight dead cockroaches off the floor. Needless to say I did not sleep well. Stay somewhere else this place is not worth it.
- 2/5
Room smelled like body odor and bathroom needed to be thoroughly cleaned.
- 2/5
Room was musty and bed sheets where stained other then that everything else was good
- 2/5
The mattresses were hard
- 2/5
The area is unsafe property was uncomfortable will not make a return visit
- 2/5
cockroaches falling from the vent directly over the toilet, large webs in every corner of the room full of dead bug husks, spiders and water bugs coming from bathroom and under bed. notified front desk, we got fresh towels and that was all.
- 4/5

- 1/5
Visible bugs in the bed. Had to leave. Trying to figure out how to talk to customer service through Expedia and that’s a joke
- 5/5
Friend staff safe area good parking and a nice environment
- 4/5
The breakfast was the same thing every day
- 3/5
It was ok but there were a lot of old AC units and trash outside from the wirkers
- 1/5
Smell in the room was terrible and not clean, spiders between the door in restroom, a/c barely working, pillows are very old, not comfortable stay, surround ground not kept.
- 4/5
Staff very friendly. Grounds were clean. Quiet considering it was a weekend and hotel was pretty full. Two negatives... (1)Could not use microwave because it smoked and there is no small coffeemaker in the room. (2) and really important...Carpet needs to be steam cleaned or replaced. Feet should not be black from dirt just walking distance from bed to bath vanity!
- 5/5
location right off a major highway
- 5/5
100% awsome
- 3/5
no microwave or coffee pot helpful staff
- 3/5
Great location. Great price. Food nearby. Carpet dirty and room smelled heavy of smoke.
- 3/5
I like the area of the property. And dislikes are, room wasn't good, lack of cleanliness.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly with the little extraction we had. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the toilet was loose, it needs some TLC for sure. Definitely would have asked for a refund.
- 2/5
Hauling all of our luggage up 2 flights of steps for a 3 nights stay was just the beginning. The room did not have the A/C powered on at all when we arrived and it was 99 degrees that day. It was so hot getting everything unpacked. The carpet in tge room was dirty and the fixtures had dust on them. The bathroom floor was disgusting and the corners had piles of dirt in them. The shower walls had some kind of yellow grime running down them that i had to wipe off with a wash cloth. House keeping opened my room door while i was in a towel one morning. They knocked and I let them know I was in there... my door was locked! The hotel staff allowed a man to sit outsiide his room on the 3rd floor on a chair to sing and play his guitar well into the night. None of our towels ever got switched out for clean ones, and the A/C broke on the 2nd night. Overall, the stay was gross and awful!!
- 3/5
Great location. Good enough, but not for family vacation stays. Air worked fine. It is an old hotel and needs repairs. All in all it was worth the cost which was very cheap.
- 4/5
The wooden floor near the sink and in the bathroom were sticky. One of the two bed frames made noise when moving around on in and when entering and exiting it.
- 3/5
To much of pot smell! When on a trip for the military that's what we didn't need! But was clean
- 3/5
Seemed like a safe stay for cheap. The room smelled like weed and was non smoking. There was gnats in the bathroom. They have broken down ac units and juice machine in the walkway between buildings. The breakfast was minimal. And the bed could feel the springs. Overall ok to stay quick and cheap, but do not expect alot. Did enjoy the pool, it was cold, but get used to the temperature.
- 2/5
The carpeting in our room was greasy and filthy. It was impossible to close the bathroom door because the hinges were bad.We had to shake and lift the toilet handle to get the toilet to stop running. My wife killed a dozen or so gnats (drain flys ?)the 1st night in the room. She thought she got them all but every day there would be few more. And there were more in the breakfast area. The walk way between the pool and the breakfast area is where old luggage carts, broken air conditioning units, broken refrigerators and empty cardboard boxes for televisions are stored. Right where all the guests would walk by. I can't imagine that corporate would approve of this motel in this condition.
- 3/5
I liked the lit up parking area and cameras. The place was quiet, and the a/c worked. Room just need a little more attention, basic maintenance, loose bathroom knob, toilet not to secure to the floor, vent cover to exhaust fan in bathroom was sitting on the toilet.
- 3/5
The stay was ok. The carpet in the room really needed to be clean. I don’t understand why I had to pay a $50 deposit when we left the room exactly as it was when we checked in. I payed for everything when I booked the room, so I don’t know what the extra $50 was for.
- 2/5
Very poorly kept. Door to room entry didn't operate. Handle extremely hard to open door. Overall, the place wasn't what Ibexpectrd andvthevwrbsite photos aren't a true depicition of the facility.
- 3/5
The room had an odor. Once I turned on the air, it helped a little. The ice machine was broken. The beds felt musty. The continental breakfast which was a reason I booked there, was a joke. We went to Chickfila.
- 4/5
It was convenient to plenty of restaurants and a walmart. The room was clean. Staff was friendly other than some need to learn to speak and understand the english language.
- 5/5
We had a great time. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean
- 2/5
Many lights didn’t work. Pillows were small and the bed was not comfy at all
- 5/5
Right off the free way. The room is clean.

The check in was easy & the gentleman at the front was polite. We got to the room and the air was not on so the room was very humid as it had rained that day which caused the room to be very muggy. The mini fridge was not closed all the way so it was not cold for us to put our items in it. There were roaches in the fridge, on the lamp, and on the floors. We tried to just overlook it because with the hotel being so warm and us being on the 3rd floor, maybe no one had been in this room which caused bugs. They were little baby bugs so we tried to turn on all the lights and tv to make them scatter away. We lifted the mattresses to check under there and dusted all blankets and pillows. We got here about 10pm so we didn’t have much of an option to change locations. The next morning I was leaving for work and saw several police cars and shooting outside the lobby. My 7 year old was terrified. We ended up taking our kids out all day after I was finished with work so we wouldn’t have to be in this hotel. We only used it to sleep and left early in the morning.
- 5/5
Great Place to Stay And Extra Clean
- 1/5
The first room we put in (third floor) had a huge roach crawling up the wall. We decided to try another room (first floor) as we really didn’t have another option and it was ok, we checked every crevice. It says non smoking but a lot of people smoked inside and out with doors open so it’s really all we could smell.

Get to my room, bottom floor. Set everything down, greet the WiFi on my phone and laptop, get my clothes out for a shower, go to use the restroom and I pull the shower curtain back and see two baby cockroaches in there. I chalked it up to being on the bottom floor, washed them down the drain, and went to go to the bedroom part. I see a grown cockroach at the back side of the toilet. Get icked out but went to the bed. I checked the pillows and didn’t see anything, so I get on my laptop to do homework. I was doing that for probably an hour or two. I go to shower and I see two of them crawling on the floor. I use the restroom and then see one in the toilet bowl. I flush it down the drain and proceed to shower, thinking I’ll call them when I’m out to get moved to another room. I grab the wash rag I put on top of my toiletries and there’s one crawling on it. I rush to rinse my hair and get out and grab the phone to call them, I look over and there’s one crawling on my pillow and starts crawling on the bed. Man at the front desk apologizes profusely and says that they’re all booked up but his manager says they can discount my night and move me tomorrow. I ask him how I’m supposed to sleep in there with them crawling on the bed. He talked to her again and says if I can get Hotels.com to call them they’ll give me a refund. Thank God for the customer service rep in chat. Dropped off my key and drove 4 hours back home, sobbing and angry.

There were roaches in our fridge. Indoor Pool was closed for the "season" not reflected on website. When we walked by pool it looked to be up and running and clear but was closed. The pool was main reason i chose this hotel. Website said crib was available upon request. When We asked for one we were told they didnt have one available and brought a roll bed in For our 1 year old to sleep on. Which was not safe at all for the baby. Breakfast wasnt good. What little biscuits were there were like bricks. Reserved room almost about aweek and half in Advance. Put in notes needed crib. If id known would have brought her play pen for her. So did not sleep because baby couldnt sleep because no crib.

Everything was great and I got to bring my dog for $15 a night. But every once in a while, I would see a cockroach. Not a bunch and not two at one time but just one every now and then. I love that they have an elevator.
- 3/5
Bathroom disgusting. Bed clean. Light stamd dirty
- 5/5
It was very clean and quiet I was very comfortable
- 3/5
Room had a cockroach in it that I knocked off the wall crease near ceiling. lost it in the carpet. Breakfast was not good. Waffle mix was runny orange juice was watered down not much mix. No eggs left. Biscuits and gravy had no meat in it,(just gravy sauce).
- 2/5
My toddlers feet are black from walking on the carpet. They put us on the 3rd floor which intails walking up 2 flights of stairs with a toddler and i have a bad knee. There are vacant rooms on the ground level.
- 2/5
We stayed at this hotel because it had indoor pool. Turns out pool is closed for the season. Website doesn't say pool was closed for the season.
- 2/5
Staff was nice but the hotel room not clean. Had lots of issues too, and I could not get the shower to work at all. I wouldn’t stay again.
- 5/5
Everything is good
- 5/5
Right at the airport
- 5/5
Older but well maintained
- 1/5
Upon arrival into our room we smelled a horrible smell it was almost like vomit I called front desk and ask to be switched to a different room they told me they couldn’t do that and gave me Lysol!! The Lysol did nothing for the smell later the next day my daughter laid down for a nap and dropped her bottle behind the bed when I went to pick it up I found that her bottle had landed in a pile of dog/cat poop I immediately went to front desk and they made house keeping come clean it and I ask for a refund the wouldn’t give me a full refund they agreed to 50 percent refund but Expedia ask me to pay a 50 dollar cancellation fee before I get the refund.. I should not have to pay anything after going through this I will be contacting legal if this is not refunded ASAP
- 3/5
The indoor pool is not heated. They had the windows opened, that made the water very cool.Windows were opened because of the chlorine smell was very strong. We couldn’t enjoy the pool, which was the whole reason I choose this hotel.Breakfast could’ve been better. The only drink offered was coffee.Eggs, bacon, cereal and biscuits were the menu. The room didn’t have a coffee make,it took a couple of hours for the clerk to bring us a coffee maker. Then we had to go as for cups and cream and sugar. The bed was comfortable, but needed to be rotated. The foot of the bed was very fluffy, while the head of the bed leaned down into the headboard.
- 3/5
Its a hotel room that is cheep and some what clean but at the same time they have long term guest also that hang around
- 4/5
Great breakfast options for my family’s different dietary choices. Pool was nice and cool. The overall stay was great.
- 5/5
we saw a few small bugs in the room but besides that it was a great stay!
- 3/5
everything was nice
- 2/5
The property was very run down, and somewhat dirty. Not up to the level of other Days Inn where I have stayed.
- 2/5
Other guests were loud at all hours of the night with children screaming.
- 5/5
The property is not pet friendly but they made an exception for my dog and I as we had nowhere else to go.
- 5/5
Fine.
- 4/5
Everything was ok. Except when we went to the continental breakfast. They had ran out and we had to ask if there was anything left. They filled stuff up. There was people in there that wasnt staying there and they were filling up plates. Room was fine.
- 5/5
Spacecous room and there is a nice Mexican restaurant next door
- 4/5
As advertised and clean.
- 1/5
Not clean.
- 3/5
It was a decent place but not great with a baby who is crawling. The carpet in the room left grime on the bottom of our feet so we had to wear shoes the entire time in the room. The staff seemed very nice and the rate was cheap but we wouldn't stay there again.
- 1/5
You couldn't walk barefoot on the carpets whatsoever without ending up with complete black feet. The carpets were FILTHY.
- 5/5
Great stay clean hotel. Nothing fancy but just enough for a off interstate stay. 20 mins from Nashville with easy access and less crowds. Only thing pool is not heated but that didn't bother my kiddo
- 4/5
No elevator.
- 3/5
Overall this place was ok. The bed was extra high off the ground. Bathroom vent did not work. Shower head not built for taller people. It was definitely just a place to sleep.
- 5/5
Old hotel but good room for good price
- 1/5
Very dirty and unsafe. We did not stay.
- 4/5
The room had roaches, so I’m worried I’ll have to search my belongings for bugs when I get home. The pool didn’t seem to be chlorinated, or it hadn’t been treated recently, so we couldn’t risk using it. Otherwise, the room seemed nice and the staff seemed friendly. I can only guess the hotel is getting run down overtime, with just bare minimum upkeep. The staff are making a difference with their happy and hard working attitude, so it’s a decent place.
- 1/5
The toilet seat was so disgusting that I couldn’t even sit in it without using part of the towels. They were shown a photograph and contacted by Expedia but still refused to refund the one night I did stay there. I highly recommend avoiding this dirty trap if you can
- 4/5
Nice and easy stay. The pool was very cold, otherwise all good.
- 2/5
They charged a $50 fee at check-in that I didn't know about until I arrived. The indoor pool was so cold it made our muscles ache and the entire reason I rented the room was for my teenagers to swim. The staff wasn't exactly rude, but they weren't exactly friendly either. Overall, I wasn't impressed.
- 5/5
I have no complaints front desk is amazing the rooms were clean
- 5/5
Very nice for the price!
- 3/5
Shower thing didn’t work but was able manage the tub
- 4/5
Pool was not opened when we arrived and the pool’s window were very dirty. The room was clean, not too many options for the breakfast. People were nice and professional at the front desk
- 4/5
Half the staff was nice and helpful. Young lady at front desk was rude and didn’t seem to know what she was doing.
- 1/5
we checked in and when it got dark the activity in the back was not some where any kid should be nor even see that kind of stuff.. we checked out around
- 5/5
This is my favorite hotel to stay in when I pass through Tennessee. Always friendly service, clean sheets, and a much appreciated warm breakfast.
- 5/5
Easy check in and excellent staff!
- 2/5
Did see 2 bugs. A little Mold in bathroom and door busted on bottom.
- 4/5
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
- 5/5
Goid placevto stay
- 4/5
Everything was fine except the beds, I thought, were too high for me and my brother. It was somewhat difficult to climb into the beds, especially for my brother who has paraparesis and is on a walker. The breakfast offerings were a little disappointing with no meat offerings. The coffee was not very good. Other than that, everything was great
- 3/5
It started out seeming to be a decent place it was clean there were a few minor eyesores in the room. I was given a room on the very front side of the building close to the main road which was very noisy all night into the early morning and again early early in the morning. As I walk into the bathroom that morning I was greeted by a cockroach crawling on the bathtub which was horrible waking up to not knowing if they were crawling around in the bed or my personal belongings as I slept. I also didn't find out until I checked out that I was charged a $50 deposit that no one said anything about he pointed out the sign on the counter which was covered up by a couple of other signs so you clearly could not see it. There are plenty of other choices in the area I would advise to stay away from this one.
- 5/5
A small remark: the freezer compartment was trashy.
- 2/5
Doors were stuck both of them. On the bedcovers were wholes from people smoking in a non-smoking room.
- 2/5
No milk for cereal. No butter for waffle. Other than waffle and cereal, nothing else
- 1/5
Bugs in our first room when we asked for a new room they weren't going to give us one because we dirtied our first room by entering once I told him that we didn’t touch anything in the room he said we can have a new one so they obviously weren’t anticipating cleaning the room after we entered
