Wouldn’t change a thing. A truly great stay!

Nice facility and comfortable. Tub was slippery. My husband didn’t see the bath mat and slipped out of the tub. It should be in there at all times or tub surface changed.

The hotel was pretty good. Most public areas were kept clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The furniture needs updating. The couch had a huge stain across the back ~1 foot long. The beds were very firm and hard to get comfortable in. The pool had some weird film floating on it. The breakfast was about what you would expect.

The elevator could be improved, and the location felt somewhat difficult to access, with no direct road leading to it. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to try the breakfast because it was very crowded. The beds were not particularly comfortable, and the lack of carpet in the rooms was unusual. I also prefer individually packaged soaps over shared dispensers.

In the area for a Cheer competition with my kids. Super nice staff, super clean the breakfast definitely the best iv had at a hotel.

Close to lots of restaurants and easy access to the highway. Staff was polite and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

They were both super nice, friendly, and so helpful, making sure everything was stocked and guests had what they needed. Their warm smiles and great attitude really made our morning start off right! We haven’t stayed in a hotel that has been so clean in a very long time! Very friendly staff as well.

Pretty clean room but older. Room was on the first floor literally right next to an entrance/ exit door and right next to the lobby and staff room. Heard absolutely every person in the lobby and that came through and slammed that door. They should never provide this room to guests.

Day attendant said that wasn’t right, couldn’t stay in same room. Maybe they should be on same page. I had no time to come back and change rooms. Because of a family member in hospital. Which was why I needed a room. Back costumer service.

We had a great, comfortable stay. The coffee bar was wonderful. Also enjoyed grabbing breakfast daily. Location was convenient to many stores and restaurants. It was also nice that parking was free.

The front desk manager on Friday, June 13 was exceptional. He helped us in many ways and he was quick and efficient. I can’t imagine a more polite and amiable person to greet to guests.

Great location and incredibly friendly staff! They went above and beyond by reaching out to let me know I had left something behind in my room—and even offered to mail it to me. What hotel does that anymore? I’ve left things at other places and was just told nothing was found, even when I knew exactly where I left it. Truly impressed with their honesty and service. Hotel is near highway which is good for travel. Can hear some loud vehicles from room. Breakfast is decent, better then regular toast and cereal some places offer.

Conveniently located off of I-40, near restaurants and shopping. Clean room and good continental breakfast, although the pancake machine was out of order when we were there (May 2025). Friendly staff.

Hotel was nice very quiet. The hallway did have a strong smell of weed which was off putting but not in the room itself. The pancake machine broke the first morning of our stay the staff didn't seem bothered it was fixed the second day. Biggest issue was the hotel only had one elevator which made it difficult to get one and a length wait at times.

I checked out, and they couldn't figure out how to communicate to get it done. Expedia says the hotel stopped responding to them, but they were so responsive when i was there, i don't know. No matter how you shake it, terrible experience getting charged for an extra day when everyone on both sides assured me it wouldn't be a problem to leave early.

Large parking lot, and very well lit for safety concerns. Staff was friendly, only downside was traffic noise at night, but my bad for not thinking about how close the hotel was to the Interstate. I usually dont book in a hotel that close to a major highway.

The hotel itself is fine. It is right next to the highway, which is what i heard ALL night long. I did not ask for another room, just slept with a pillow over my head. Great breakfast.

We were traveling for the Christmas holiday when we stopped at this property to rest. The fire alarm went off at 5 AM.

Breakfast was decent. Biscuits were great! Traffic was the road was audible if in odd number room.

She proceeded to say that she could get us another room because they weren't busy. So she did (still not the friendliest). Then we get up to our rooms and they were connecting rooms!!!! So was she just grumpy, sassy, or uninformed. I am not sure. The fellow that was at the desk later on was very friendly. My husband talked with another older gentlemen that worked there and he said he was also friendly. Like they say, "First impressions are the most important"

This place was very good my me and my family during a really tough time. Our uhaul truck broke down 45 mins from where we were suppose to be and needed to stay an extra day. They accommodated us and made life easier. Thank you to the girl at the front desk that helped me out. Truck is finally fixed and we are now on our way back on the road to California. Place was clean and quiet.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and extremely accommodating. Management was able to resolve a logistical issue within no time in an effort to be accommodating. They went above and beyond. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was so nice and friendly.

The hotel was very clean. However, we reserved a room with a walk-in shower and when we got to our room it was a shower with a tub and the nightshade was broken. When I questioned it with the front desk they told me it was the proper room we signed up for which it was not unfortunately. We all saw went down for breakfast and they they didn't have any milk for us. I had lots of cereal and pancakes but no milk. When we asked about it they told us we could buy it from them. It was extremely disappointing as milk is the only liquid besides water that I can drink right now. Overall the food was very subpar.

Our room took a good 20 min for us to figure out how to work the AC. Turns out it was plugged in but had to be reset on the plug. My husband figured it out. Fan in the bathroom did not work. Floor has no carpet and is all the hard tile. Not my favorite but maybe easier for them to clean. The pool had this weird film on it. My son said he thinks they had just added some more powdery chemicals or something. We still swam because our little one was so upset if we didn't. We're ok but the filter was barely working. Would.not probably stay here again. So many other options cheaper and better than this.

Excellent management and operation of the property

Our stay was excellent and we will definitely be back.

The elevator was not working and we was on the 4th floor and i habe copd. Had we known before hand we would not have stayed and there was no canceling cause then we would be charged for that. The bed was also uncomfortable.

The room was nice. The mattress and pillows were one of the best we’ve stayed at. The problem was the elevator didn’t work the entire stay. No one mentioned it except for a sign that stayed up the entire weekend. We had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs!! I’m glad we didn’t have our elderly parents with us. For the price we paid I would expect the elevator to work. Not to mention an ‘I’m sorry’.

Room was fantastic! Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Man at the front desk was extremely confrontational, rude, and was trying to talk down on my family and I. We also picked up two more pillows from the front desk (same worker) in which he gave us pillows without pillow cases.

This is my 2nd visit and will not have a 3rd.

The only problem was the air conditioning in the middle of the night sprayed a wet mist on everything sheets and bedding was wet .

I am not sure the name of the lady who checked us in, but perhaps she needs a little more training in dealing with customers. She lacks social skills, did not acknowledge guests properly, and not once gave us eye contact, didn’t even introduce herself. We usually stay at Marriott hotels and know that we will feel welcome because we get excellent service so our check in process at this hotel was disappointing. Another instance that made me feel uncomfortable is the fact that we locked ourselves out of our room when heading out for breakfast. My teenager son went to ask for a key and all he had to do was give the room number. He was not asked for any other type of verification which means anyone could have obtained a key to our room. The property overall was great and well maintained. Our breakfast experience was wonderful and Joanne and Paulina did a great job maintaining things stocked and clean the whole time.
