They told since i booked a smoking room by mistake i had to pay 8.00 to switch to a non smoking room. They up front told me the room smelled like smoke. It absolutely stunk.

You DO NOT need additional guest info not the MAIN GUEST, quit asking. No other motel/hotel chain asks for all this info. You also DO NOT NEED my personal address. It’s a valid ID, prepaid room. Quit trying to build a personal data base on your guest!

I have stayed at this location for 25 years and was pleasantly surprised by the renovations. The staff was very friendly and polite and the water pressure was great!

Location was suitable for me as I was staying for a job which was right down the street. Nice little restaurant attached that has good reviews. I did not eat there but I did look it up online. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Very high water pressure in the shower which I liked because I work in a dirty environment. All in all, a good stay for a great price. Minor cosmetic defects in paint and tile in the bathroom area. The water pressure was high in the shower which I liked, but it was difficult keeping the water from spraying out of the side of the shower so the floor got a bit wet.

They had a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel, although they were not serving food They initially gave me a smoking room that had cigarette burn holes in the comforter. I immediately requested another room. Upon arrival the room next to me had the door open with mattresses all over the floor. It seemed they were there long term. They had empty cans sitting outside the room as of some indicator of sorts. Drug dealers maybe?!? It was super sketchy, we got our stuff and left. Rooms look nothing like the pictures

Rooms are super cleaned better than some Comfort suite that I have lived before. Staffs are nice. Everything are perfect

Nothing at all. Place was in the middle of lots of construction ? ? but we said ok let give it a try and for our surprise the place look nothing like the internet pictures, place was very dirty we found an old rag on top of the counters by the sink hair in the bathroom and floors were very sticky, we had no other choice but take sheets off we went to the store to get things to clean the areas and new sheets for the bed in order for us to be ok to sleep there. Very unsatisfied

The room was okay. The shower had very hot water which was nice. Overall it was just a very average place to spend the night. The front desk help wasn't very friendly. The room itself could use better lighting. I guess it's a bar that's literally connected right beside the hotel so it was a little loud.

It was a few minutes from a location of a meeting. I was going to. I thought the picture showed it had indoor hallways when I was booking. Although I did felt safe. There was smudge dirt on a couple of the light switches. Dead bug in the corner of the ledge in the tub. The microwave could’ve been cleaner. Refrigerator had had a weird smell to it when I opened it. Room door handle had some inground grime on it. I cleaned off with a wet one wipe. And there was people walking by late hours of the night and early morning loud talking. The room above me sounded like they were moving furniture for 30 minutes.

We visited this 3 weeks ago and loved it the first time the room was nice , the check oh went smoothly , but this time we had terrible service , got a room that had a leaking air conditioner, bugs , the toilet wouldn’t flush and stopped up , they said we were fighting in our room and I told the lady we wasn’t even in our room we was in the pool , she said we broke the toilet , I will never come back again !

Parking, ease of getting in and out of parking lot and air conditioner leaking water on the floor. Otherwise excellent price for what I got. It served its purpose for my 2 night stay and was clean. It was relatively clean. I had a little noise briefly over in the morning one night but it didn’t last long. I’d stay here again.

This is terrible Red Roof Inn, in the system I’ve bên stayed. Room is dirty, call operator for service but didn’t send anyone and didn’t fix the problem. When I got the ice in the morning, then service ladies chased me looked like I’m a thief

I use this Red Roof location every time when I need to. The rooms have been renovated and have always been clean very comfortable. It's simple to book a room and the location meets my needs. Staff is nice and friendly.

There was nothing that stood out about the place. There was a very strange odor in the lobby when I checked in. The room had a strange smell also upon entering but after going to eat and coming back it was gone.

I don’t know where to begin? First - the lady at the front desk (Kenna) was so friendly and helpful! They have some great policies about early check in that serves both the guest and hotel well! The room was absolutely beautiful! Obviously they’ve had a recent update - and the choices made are exceptional! And EVERYTHING WORKED! Can’t remember the last time the remote worked, the bathtub plug worked, etc etc. and CLEAN!!!!! Omg! Even behind the furniture! This is my go to from now on in this area!!! Thank you to everyone who work so hard (I saw you!) to give your guests a lovely stay!!!

Great prices for the size of the room. I was genuinely surprised at how large the room was. Extremely clean, nice employees, one thing I will say is I was shocked that they actually still offer smoking rooms in 2024.

I called ahead and was told they would honor early check in. When I arrived I was instructed that i needed to purchase a premium room for early check in. Not the standard room I booked through Expedia. There’s tons of people that hang around the parking lot. Front desk man was terrible and clearly up charged me for early check in. Avoid this place at all costs. There are way better options than this place.

Bed was very hard, we had a smoking room which was requested but the room was so stale it was terrible.

It is nothing like that photos, to small rooms, unpleased odor, the location is not the best.

This room was super clean. There is a nightclub next door so it felt a little sketchy but that might just be paranoia. I’m a country girl.

The inside of rooms are kept well with little to no insects, but right next to an 18 wheeler company that’s constantly moving them in and out, not terrible but definitely not great. 3.5 stars affordable and clean inside.

Upon checking in i was suppose to receive a non smoking room. Because i am extremely asthmatic. When i received a smoking room i asked if i can get a different room and was told no. The room smelled so disgusting it was hard to breathe. There were flies, bed bugs and the smell was so overpowering. Why couldn't they just switch my room!

Even though we were frustrated and exhaust, the lady at the front desk let us charge our phones, grab a warm cup of coffee and remained calm and helpful. Anyone else in her situation would've been super irritated.

Attached Bar played music until 12:30am on Friday. I didn't even stay there on Saturday even though i had it reserved for a second night. The one thing i came to do ( sleep ) is the one thing i couldn't do.

Room was ok, bed was very comfy but firm, which I like. gaps around door allowed bugs to enter, had to remove a couple roaches. decent price for the value.

Hotel was just okay based on the reviews I had read I was not expecting a lot. We were in town for a race and this hotel was close to it and the other places that we had planned to visit. Staff was very nice and even called me to check on me (we did not check in until 2 A.M.) since I still had not checked in yet. So my big complaint would be the bed sheets were old, stained, with small holes in them. I'm sure they were clean, they were just old and dingy. A/C was very cold, bathroom was clean, we just needed more bath towels, and those we got more of from the front desk. No bugs of any kind. Hopefully they can retire the sheets and invest in some new linens and that would definitely bring me back. Yes, there is a cocktail bar on the property, but no one bothered us. We could not hear anything from our room as far as ruckus or music as other reviews stated.

Although it was right off the side road it was overall quiet. The room was clean. The bathroom and sink area were surprisingly in good shape and exceeded my expectations. The floors didn’t have carpet which I loved and they were clean and in good shape. The beds were comfy and that AC was blowing extra cold.

Everything went smoothly just very average. Don’t expect above & beyond staying here. Remember you get what you pay for!

the room was very basic and had flies all over the place which made sleeping hard. the door was wide open when we went to put our luggage inside. no key needed. at night there are people walking around being noisy. very small parking spaces. the toilet did not flush unless you hold the handle down . receptionist at check in was so rude and didnt speak in a welcoming manner.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. The AC is kind of loud but luckily it was a cool night so didn’t need it otherwise may have had a hard time staying asleep. Only needed a decent clean place to sleep and shower. For the price I would consider again if in that area.

The rooms and employees were great. Other occupants not so much. There was a lot of loitering outside and alcohol consumption from other guests outside. It was somewhat nerve-racking going to and from my vehicle. There are lots of signs around the lot advising Lewisville PD makes frequent trips to the property yet I saw no PD during my week stay. The property is directly next door to a Fire Department. I was okay with my stay but I would not recommend my wife to stay here alone or other single woman for that matter due to potential safety concerns...

Rooms were clean and Organized first Room they give us has a lot of flies inside so get a Different one my wife ask 3 times for the pool key she was tell it was in cleaning process all 3 times she ask for the key

The room was unexpectedly pleasant and smelled nice! The walls are fairly insulated, giving me the peace and quiet I desired. If the parking was a tad more plentiful that would be great, but there is only so much space for a parking lot. Lol For me, it’s only 8 minutes from my work site, has a place to grab a night cap next door, and is 100 times better than the econolodge I briefly stayed at in Lewisville!

It was not good.....a crew was changing out exterior doors till after 8pm and began again at 7:30am. They were vERY load. I know this improvement is needed and will be an asset.... but, some considerations should be made if still renting rooms

I pay for my room on time do not bother no one so Im able to go to work They really need to say they are not dog friendly I work overnights and I’m literally been told I have to take my dog to work with me because my dog bark if she is left and see me leave I always cover her cage and she mostly barks when I’m in the room when I return from work. I literally left her in her cage and stood outside just to see if she barks while I’m gone these people actually told me to take my dog to work with me I guess they will put me out if I continue to work this is sad it’s not like I’m just going out I’m working I don’t leave her unless I go to work no car no where to go until I get back on my feet and they can careless u got people stealing people food out here and all type of other activities but I’m doing right and I’m been messed wit

It wasn't too loud, I barely saw the other guests and I was able to get to my car easily. Would be nice if they added on an elevator. But all in all, for the price I paid, it met my needs and was happy with my stay.

It’s simple and to the point. Smoking rooms available which is hard to find these days. You’re not going to find classy people staying here but we’ve stayed many times for 3-5 days without any issues. I wouldnThe bar attached to the hotel is a big plus, the crowd is always friendly and fun.

all was uneventful until morning I was leaving....I had been getting ore phone calls than usual and was running late.....at 11:10 after getting out shower and answering phone, a woman was beating or kicking my door aggressively ....after excusing my phone call , I opened door to clearly agitated woman blurting checkout is 11.... After getting my word in edgewise stating I would be out in 10min. she turned and repeated my statement and followed with yeah riIGHT! VERY RUDE and UNproffessional *

I couldn’t even stay here. It smelt horrible, it was very loud, multiple people were screaming outside my room. I actually had to leave and stay somewhere else and they refused to refund me my money. I would definitely not stay here.
