    I'm assuming not all the rooms are the same. The last time I stayed here the room had broken lamps and needed some remodeling. This room did not have any of that. Good room.

    This is definitely not the best hotel to stay at. First there were no face towels in the bathroom, I had to go to the front desk and ask for them, second the chair in the room was stained with red stuff it was just filthy, the entire hotel had a mildew smell to it, and the breakfast was horrible. There was no meat and the waffle maker was broken, so that was a bummer. I guess for the price I got what I paid for.

    First room chair desk broken I almost fell, bathroom shower rail broken, only 2 towels, no hand towel or wash towel. We pay for 3 people. They change our room, also broken chair 💺not enough toilet paper and only one trash can. Pool did not work for 3 days. Day service in front desk very unpleasant. You need to put presentable people in rhe front.

    Breakfast was also disappointing. The options were extremely limited, consisting mainly of waffles, bread, and coffee, with no protein options such as eggs, bacon, or sausage. I have stayed at another Baymont hotel in the past, and that experience was very positive—the property was clean, well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. In comparison, this stay felt significantly below the standard I expected from the brand. Overall, based on my experience, the hotel appears to be poorly maintained and did not meet the standard I have come to expect. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration for improvements moving forward.

    Staff was not friendly. The room was in disrepair - tiles loose on bathroom wall, shower curtain rod pulled loose from wall and barely hanging on, TP holder broken, wooden pieces that were supposed to cover the A/C drain knocked down and lying on the floor, security bar on door ripped off, etc. The pool was understandably closed in since it is March. The breakfast was pitiful - only powdered coffee creamer and no sweetener options except sugar - both in dirty multiuse containers. The muffins were dry and gross.

    The new room I was moved to had a couple lights that barely worked, the sofa chair had stains on it, the office chair was broken, there was a hole in the bathroom wall corner, the tub looked filthy (although the damage looked like it needed more than just a simple cleaning), the air conditioner in the room looked dirty so I was scared to turn it on. Overall, the room was the worst hotel room I’ve stayed in. Also, the complimentary breakfast was just cereal and a waffle maker which isn’t true breakfast in my opinion. There is a Cracker Barrel right outside, but that’s just paying for breakfast. This place is definitely not worth the price they charge per night.

    Also, I got there about an hour early and the staff is I couldn’t have a room but as soon as you did find a room in about 15 minutes, they got me into room to rest and I was able to get pick up my wife and we came back and rested for a couple hours. Great stay

    The room was terrible and everything was dingy, smelled funny. When you stepped into the shower felt like the floor was gonna give out under you. House keeping didn’t show up to the clean the room at all until the last night, had to go get my own toilet paper and fresh towels. The windows were boarded up on some windows

    I'll keep it simple. If I had not been able to get the rate I did through Expedia, this was not a motel that I would have chosen to stay at. I chose it for the rate I got because I knew I wouldn't be there much at all during the 4 days I stayed so I made do. The front desk staff was couteous. It's not however a motel I would choose again if I was going to spend much time there or if my family had been with me.

    First, got a room that I had not booked and after they switched rooms to be more similar to the one I had booked, the room was falling apart. Lamps and phone not working. Bathroom had weird stains and fixtures falling apart. The hotel staff did not seem to care about any issues or upkeep and even the luggage trolleys were taped together and falling apart. Very disappointed with my experience.

    The sink was detached from the counter and there was burn holes all over the bedding. The second room they gave us had black mold growing around sink in the bathroom and the emergency lock was broke there was holes all over the walls and the beds had hair all over them!!! Asked for a refund she said she refunded me but i never received my refund they are now saying i stayed there and the Manager wont return my calls.

    The room was not the best , this place definitely needs an update and an upkeep .The mattress was uncomfortable , you could feel the springs on your back not to mention gross with stains .breakfast options wasnt good. Furniture is worn and moldy , wires everywhere, the small chair in the room had a big hole in the back like someone slit it to hide something. I stuck it out because it was a business trip. I will not recommend this place.

    We have stayed in this hotel almost every weekend for about 2 months, but have recently decided to go somewhere else for our stays. While most of the staff is very pleasant to deal with, that isnt the case with all of the staff. Theres one night person in aprticular, skinny with black hair and glasses, who acts like having to do the job she is paid for is beneath her. Very little communication skills, rude demeanor to paying customers, and little to no situational awareness. The rest of the staff, very pleasant and always accommodating to everyones needs. But it only takes one person to spoil the experience. Other than that the hotel was always great to us. There are a few minor things here and there but all in all a really great property to stay at, and some of the nicest rooms available in lewisville. Would highly reccomend getting actual blankets for the beds tho lol

    Night stand corroded. Tv stand corroded. No microwave. Asked old man in charge. He said no microwave available. Big white spots all over carpet, looks like old vomit. Restroom ceiling, black mold, then 2nd day leaking from top room. Asked to be moved, no reply. Old man in charge said no. No refund. On my 3rd night, young lady calls, they move me. Too late, I was checking out the following day. I already inhaled everything. I had to wash all my uniforms at laundry mat prior to arriving home. I felt itchy for several days. The worst hotel I’ve ever been at. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, regardless if it was free!!!

    Bed was Stiff tub stained, drain in bathroom sink drain slow. Gym was poor treadmill was not working. Housekeeping did not come in to clean our room or refresh. Our towels. Bathroom hadn’t been swept room did not look like it was vacuumed before we arrived. Room was smelly. Deadbolt was also broken. Located right next to a loud noisy gas station that is very active at night.

    Had 5 people. Gave us a room that would only sleep 4. Switched rooms to one with a couch. That was great, but there weren't enough towels, there were no sheets for the couch, there was white stuff on the edges of the floor, the floor was sticky, the sheets were stained and the bed was uncomfortable. Went out the next day and came back expecting the room to be cleaned, etc. Had to go to the desk twice for the extra towels, extra sheets and toilet paper.

    Anymore who gives a review more than 1 or 2 for this hotel is fake. First let's start with the fact no one was at the front desk when we arrived and we had to wait several minutes (despite chatting to signal our presence) and finally ring the bell to have someone to show up. Then the fact I had requested a disabled room and was never offered one. When going to our room to discover that half the carpet was wet and it was smelling moldy. Back to the front desk (still no one, ring again), we signaled the issue and were answered: "OK, I'll give you another room..." Like it was something normal and OK to deal with. No apologies, no concerns expressed, nothing... The hotel itself hasn't been renovated for 20-years or so. There is unfixed (or very poorly fixed) water damages on the wall, A/C is attached to the wall with bare planks, holes in the bathroom door, scratches on wall paint, rust in the bathtub, no even an alarm clock... You get the idea... We didn't even have a spare toilet paper roll available, so we ran out of it. Finally, for breakfast, you will got nothing other than pastries and cereals. No milk, no fresh fruit, no yogurt... It looks like the owner is cutting every corner it can to save money on this property... I wouldn't say anything if the property was located in the middle of nowhere with very low passage. But not in the vicinity of the Dallas area...

    Long drive needed a place to lay down … the ac was cold which I liked the bed was descent comfy the sheets and blanket were thin.. there was no usb plugs for chargers the wall sockets were not covered, the shower didn’t work shower head didn’t shoot out water. The pool was closee… the breakfast was plain but Cracker Barrel was right next door so you can walk which was convenient… the staff at the front desk was polite and kind.

    Too many maintenance items to list them all... broken toilet seat, chewed up or rotten bottom of bathroom door, tape duct seal window, AC front falling off ..... and more. It was so bad we left after 1 night (had 2 paid for). If I thought we could have got our money out for first night, we would have gone somewhere else. When we left, the morning breakfast area looked like a dump with garbage overflowing. We had no interest or appetite to eat the very limited breakfast.

Got towels ONE day out of 5 we stayed. Had to grab some off the cart. Trash was never picked up. Breakfast was non-existent. Our room was DISGUSTING with mold, dirt and trash. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Attempted to get a refund or a partial refund and hotels.com questioned me and refused. Here’s the proof.

    We had a long day and had just flown in. We barely had time to eat and relax when we check the restroom. The restroom was so dirty, the toilet had hairs all over, little spots of some fluids all over, and the floors had crumbs and dust. Got to wash your hands? Water pressure was so weak. The tub was completely stained and dirty. We left without even getting a refund.

    Thankfully i only needed a place for us to sleep a few hours. The room we were in had roaches, it smelled odd, the tub was peeling, none of the outlets worked, some outlets didn’t even have covers so you could see into the wall, the light on the bathroom was missing a cover. It was a jon smoking room and the furniture and linens still smelled. I wanted to cancel my stay and get a refund but we had a long trip and we needed sleep. Even if it was uncomfortable.

    It was the tub for me. The tub was peeling real bad. The room that I was in. Actually, no one needs to stay in their room. The plugs do not work properly. Nothing stays plugged into the wall. The tub is peeling really old. I had to go buy a placemat to put in the tub so I could shower. The staff was not customer. Service was horrible. That’s why I did not extend my stay. I was staying in town a little bit longer and I did, but I moved to another hotel.

    Common areas in lobby seemed clean and updated. Room was dingy, with carpet and bed coverings that were stained, along with marks in the wall (like small holes). Area had activity both inside and outside - people hanging around, smoking or lounging. Next to a busy highway also. Felt like we were extra scrutinized by those around, who were wearing dirty t-shirts and very scruffy looking. Just did not feel like a safe place. We left and did not stay there beyond a half hour or so.

    No soap in my room (did not call and bought my own as this should be standard service and part of the quality assurance (QA) before Guest check in. Low on lotion and shampoo/conditioner (again, part of QA). Stayed 3 dys and 2X locked out of the room after being out several hours. When asked the front desk clerk he was dismissive, no apologies or explanation.

    The cleanliness of the hotel was not worth a one star. The walls had drawings all over them. The beds and dressers in both of my rooms were broken as well as all of the soap dispensers.As soon as walking into the hotel it smelled of must and urine. I do not recommend this hotel unless you want to be highly disappointed.

    The entire property is stained. There wasn’t really anything that didn’t need to be replaced. There are spots on the carpeting that are sticky and stained. My girls could walk bear foot for fear of what they might pick up. The staff was not accommodating at all. We arrived maybe 30 minutes before check in but they wouldn’t allow early check in even by that amount of time. Overall not a good.

    The hotel is definitely in need of a face lift. Besides the pool being closed and not providing a hot breakfast, the hotel was just ok. however i will not stay at another Baymont again. I will spend an extra $10 to $15 at another place for a hotel that's a lot nicer.

    As usual with Baymont, the breakfast is lacking. Seems to just be there policy. Room was comfortable. Tile floors in bathroom are uneven. You will probably get a lawsuit at some time in the future as a major trip hazard. They say that they are smoke free, but as an ex smoker, I smelled smoke numerous times during our stay.

    It was horrible the first room the carpet was all wet got my socks all wet. The second room had mold all in the closet door from the bathroom was so rotted. The hallways ppl were full of noise it was 11:30pm and it was ridiculously loud.

    The staff was amazing but the room was falling apart. Trim coming off the wall cut my arm. Bathroom water didnt stop running. Stain on one of the sheets. Front panel of the air conditioner falling apart. Ok for the price we paid.

    this was the nastiest hotel i have ever been to. the shower wall is falling apart, i would not be surprised if there is black mold throughout the hotel. i did send photos of it to the corporate office also. instead of my daughter and wife staying with me, they slept on the couch/floor at her sisters for safety

    Very dirty. Smell of cigarette smoke and weed. Furniture (small couch in the room) very dirty and stained. Holes in the wall. Outlets did not work. Trash behind night stand when looking for the outlets. Very dirty. I would definitely advise to stay from this place.
