Had a great stay. Kelly the bartender made excellent drinks! Chef Al made a delicious chicken pesto pasta and Tim the valet. I don’t remember the front desk clerk but she was super friendly!

Staff was courteous, everyone was so nice, we felt welcomed! Location was perfect for what we were in town to do, access to public transportation was great. Only complaint is that a continental breakfast would be nice!

The staff was very courteous and friendly. I did have a problem with the condition of the bathroom stall, however the staff quickly addressed the problem in a pleasant manner.

The location was fantastic! Valet was nice and secure. All employees that we came into contact with were very nice.

The room was clean, the staff was very attentive. The layout of the room was different than what we expected. The room is perfect for one traveler, but if two, the light from the bathroom was illuminating the whole room.

Everyone was so helpful. The front desk people at night and in the morning were so hospitable and welcoming. I lost my check card and the front desk attendant on duty in the morning worked tirelessly to help me find it and she did! The front door didn't work and made it difficult to get our bags inside. The valet had a joy ride in our car because our things were all shifted to the side severely. But, the room was nice and clean. People were great!

First & foremost VERY beautiful hotel. I traveled here from Atlanta and had the honor of staying at this beauty 11/8-11/11. It smells amazing when you walk in. The receptionist when I arrived was very welcoming & informative. The rooms a VERY clean & comfy. The shower has really hot water that I loved. Each morning I enjoyed the wonderful buffet breakfast. The server with the tattoos is a sweetheart! Loved her energy every morning. Now the only negative I have to say about this hotel is 1. the female bartender that works at night isnt as outgoing as the rest of the staff. I sat at the bar for a good 10mins without a greeting nor menu. Mind you, there were only two people at the bar (Me & another guest). When she finally came over the other guest said “for a second I thought she was never going to take your order” that we both laughed at. She also didn't tell me about the happy hour specials. 2. I didn't like how guests allowed their children to run in the halls. Either way, I still in enjoyed my stay at the AC Hotel. S/o to all of the staff.

Our TV didn’t work, and the door to the bathroom and shower was coming off hinges and didn’t close without force.

Housekeeping came in the room twice without knocking AFTER they had already done the service for the day. Also I waited 15 minutes at 11pm for someone from valet to come, they never came and I ended up parking down the street. When I got into the lobby the valet attendant was talking with the front desk staff.

The staff was kind and helpful. The toilet in room 314 got clogged up and they brought us a plunger to unstop it. Also there was no internet service in this room. Everything else was fine

The manager was so rude. They only had 1 room left, were oversold and could only give me a room that had no windows. I went to another hotel and they wouldn’t give me a refund. Never again staying here.

Rooms much smaller than advertised, the room we saw online had a sitting area, the room we were given did not. Valet gave us the wrong key fab, that we found out about after driving 45 min to eat dinner, then having to wait on them to bring the key fab back. The black glass restroom was again not online, and being able to see through the clear lines on the black glass bathroom was not appealing. I made my husband go out of the room for me to use the restroom. The closet/drawer space was non existent. The excessive booming noise all night kept us awake. Overall the room was clean, the front desk was nice however the visit was very inconvenient.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly upon check in. Parking is basically “find a spot on the street.” I had to park a street over and was a bit concerned about it at the time, but my car was fine in the morning.

Our stay was good but shower water was not hot at all it was barely warm. Comforter material is rough hated the feel. Ate at the restaurant had the steak and potatoes. Potatoes not good at all. Staff was excellent very friendly and helpful. Not sure if I would stay again because I hated talking a cold shower.

My Daughter lost our camera and a lady looked on the camera to help us remember when the camera was located last and we were able to find the camera. Kelly the bartender was super nice at the bar, she was welcoming and helped us choose a drink name dangerous and it truly was dangerous lol! Our overall experience was Amazing!

Staff were particularly friendly and courteous, especially our valet (Dallas?),who parked the car. Our only gripe, was to discover the sliding glass door at the bathroom. Being "prim limeys", we don't encounter those very often!

The ice machine did not recognize the ice bucket in the room. We had to fill the ice bucket by filling a cup then dumping it into the bucket. It took several cups to fill the ice bucket. Very annoying.

Everything about the hotel front desk and housekeeping staff was perfect! Super helpful and kind. However the rude bartender during happy hour was terrible… he was busy and kept snapping at customers that “he was dealing with all this so it would be a minute” but when we finally placed our order for smoked whiskey and he said ok, stepped away to grab a glass and he then snapped again and said “oh I can’t do that it takes too long and if you look I have all these people” why couldn’t you say up front you can’t do it? How do you have only 1 bartender for Friday/Saturday night if he is that busy and not able to service customers? Very rude and unprofessional

From thr moment we arrived, my wife and I were treated like royalty. Valet service for the car, top notch customer service from the staff, and the room was amazing! The bed was super comfy and the rainfall shower was so nice. The hotel was close to some great restaurants and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were welcoming. The hotel was in the best location for the event I was attending, but I didn’t feel very safe walking to restaurants and to the event alone despite the closeness of proximity.

Don’t stay in room 331. The room had one window and half of it was covered by the adjacent wall. Room was fine, but bathroom was dirty AND that damn window really ruined the room for me.

Let me say this was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had at any hotel, from the time we got there until we left, top notch service. I would definitely stay there again.

I love when old office buildings are turned into hotels. They kept some of the original tile which is nice mixed with the modern, updated style. The elevators were super fast. Never had to wait. The room was nice and the staff was very friendly. As I coffee addict, I love when hotels have coffee available in the lobby.

Nice ambience and in a convenient location. We loved the idea of staying in the historical building. We reserved the king room, which from the web image shows two large windows in the room, but we were given a room with tiny little window. The hotel staff explained that they were all sold out and cannot move us. This room should be advertised as is and not be grouped or charged the same price with the room with normal size windows. Other than this, it was a good downtown option overall.

The staff was great and the pop music bingo at the bar was a fantastic idea. My room however was right by the gym and so loud. The noise woke me up at 5 am and I could not go back to sleep. For the price of the hotel I was hoping to at least get some rest

Cool place to stay with… location, cleanliness, valet parking available. Service will need a little improvement. It was so difficult to get a response from the front desk. We came to a room with almost empty toiletries (it’s so happen we ran out of our own so we just relied on the hotel’s).

Also, the floors were sticky and the room smelled strong like men’s aftershave and the fridge smelled like bad food. Also there were SO MANY loud voices that were coming through the vents and in the hall at 6:40 am and on, as well as a noise above me that sounded like hammering during the same hours. The morning hours of sleep at a hotel are crucial for me because I work late and have to drive long distances for the next job. Sleep is essential for my safety and it’s what every person is PAYING FOR at a hotel. Those hours between 6am and check out are very important for quiet. It was not quiet at all. I used to love staying here and I’ve stayed many times, but the cleanliness has gone downhill - the floors were sticky the last few times I’ve been here and the furniture is showing a lot of wear, as well as the wallpaper and bathrooms. The toilet seat was sideways on the toilet. I hope this helps because I love the staff I met and I want it to be the standard I remember from the beginning of my stays here a couple years ago.

In spite of the friendly services I will not stay there again

I arrived at AC in Little Rock in the middle of the night only to find that my reservation had been changed by management and the front desk reported no room for me to stay. Front desk offered no reimbursement, only the business card of a manager who was not on the property at the time, and suggested I walk, in the middle of the night, through the downtown area of an unknown city, to find alternative lodging. Front desk rep eventually helped me find another option and the other hotel picked me up in their shuttle. None of my calls or emails to request reimbursement for my reservation have been returned. Customer service is abhorrent, I've never experienced such poor treatment or support.

By far this hotel has the best staff that I have encountered in a long time. They go over and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. Couple that with nice, modern style rooms makes this one of thebest hotels in downtown LR.

I was told my room was unavailable due to a sprinkler issue. I was also told the hotel staff had been trying to contact me in regards to my room. Both statements were a lie, as they apparently did not have my contact info through Expedia, and they had overbooked the hotel and given my room to someone else. I had a professional licensing exam at 8:45 the next morning and had specifically booked this hotel due to the proximity of my testing location. I was then directed to another Marriott hotel 15 minutes away, did not get to my new room until 1:30am, and I had to incur extra fees to secure transportation to my testing location. Absolutely unprofessional. I will never book a Marriott hotel again.

We were next to a work out area on the third floor. It was so noisy that we could not sleep when it was in use It sounded like the wall was coming down when a heavy weight was dropped. I have never used a work out unit on an upper floor with no effort on the designer or owners to correct the defect. They have been told about it by management but nothing has been done. I always use one on trips. We left a day early. I can not recommend this hotel.
