No laundry bags Towel rack was falling off the wall When you pay that much for a room you expect these things Plus on line it says breakfast included when we went to breakfast they wanted $12.50 so we hit the road. Will never stay there again.

We’re given a wheelchair accessible room and water had a tough time going down shower drain.

The hotel offers breakfast for $15.00 per person. We didn't eat there, so I can't say if it had a good variety of options. Location is great!! There are lots of restaurants and stores to visit within walking distance. We got a free voucher for a drink at their bar. It was an excellent choice to stay in Hot Springs.

The air didn’t work well either. If I didn’t have my box fan I would have been miserable. The parking situation is awful! You have to park far away most times due to limited parking space or in a parking garage that is very limited in space as well. The hotel staff is very friendly and inviting. The hotel is very clean and makes you feel relaxed. The environment is great.

Elevator smelled of urine. Not a great first impression. Room itself was ok thankfully. Not great for staying with your dog for easy access to taking them out to potty.

The staff was great and always had a smile on their faces. The parking garage was interesting and a little on the shady side. The power went out overnight and made for a hot, stuffy sleep but it was out of the staff’s control. Overall it was an ok stay.

We got in late and they still had our room and were very helpful.

No breakfast because the chef called in sick and they have no contingencies for food when this happens. They also failed to refund the extra cost.

We stayed here twice; once on our way to Colorado and on our way back home. The first night we stayed it was on the 7th floor. The room was clean and shower was good everything was nice. That was the reason we booked again when we were traveling again. This time the put us on the 2nd floor right in front of the elevator. It was very noisy and you can hear everything. This room had a tub and it didn’t drain properly. Totally different experience than our 1st time staying. Overall it was fine and it’s very close to downtown, clean, and had free parking.

Clean, easy check in. Our experience was decent for a hotel. If you are a light sleeper, I highly recommend bringing a noise machine or ear plugs. Its in a very noisy location right off the highway. We heard sirens all night.

Super nice and clean

I stayed here on a one night road-trip stop. Looks like it’s in an area with lots to do near the river. The hotel was understaffed, bit of a wait to check in even though no one else was there. The restaurant worker said they just laid off a bunch of people and she hired a homeless man to help. The staff were nice but overwhelmed. The property is a little dated and AC is through window units. Not my ideal for a long term stay but pet friendly and road trip convenient.

The breakfast was terrible and over priced. I was also irritated that i wasnt offered a menu so we got the buffet breakfast after we sat down another couple came in and was offered a menu.

Amy was awesome!!!! In the past 14 days we have been on the road traveling and she is hands down the nicest and most professional person we have encountered at any of the hotels… that women need to be GM or a raise at least. Go and spend 5 mins with her while she’s at work and you will understand.

It’s obvious this property is old and hasn't been updated at all. The room I stayed in was extremely dated. Fridge didn’t work so I couldn’t keep my breakfast in it for the night and I lost that. It also wreaked of cat urine ammonia and I was so tired I just went to bed as it was 2 something AM and I just needed to sleep so I could get back on the road. I definitely didn’t take my shoes off on the carpet. Front desk when I checked in was nice enough. Then asked by text how was check in as well. Appreciate the check in

The hotel and location was excellent! The staff was great! The dinner was excellent compliments to Kelly and the chef, Nate! The only negative comment I have was for the breakfast. The food was cold and the coffee was terrible! The server said she didn’t have change when we paid for the meals, costing us more money. Other than that we would stay there again!

Was woken up at 7am from construction workers hammering on the floor above us. If I knew there was construction going on I would have spent more money to stay somewhere else.

Staff was friendly, but very busy and took a while to check in. The area seemed a little sketch, but better than the 3 other hotels in the area I drove by first. Not a lot of options for food within a safe walking distance. Camp David restaurant downstairs was out of a lot of menu items for dinner, but the burger I had was very good and delivered by the cook. The server was really sweet.

They advertise room service but there is none… then when we called to put in an order for pick up we were put on hold for 10 minutes before being disconnected. Was really clean tho.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty. Bathroom is a little small for the room to be considered king.. overall I was very pleased.

Perfect hotel for my cross country roadtrip with my dog. Ample free parking that’s easily accessible, lots of Tesla chargers, and comfortable accommodations. Very pleasant after a long day on the road. I felt safe walking my dog alone in the neighborhood by the hotel and saw a lot of other dog walkers out in the morning. Not much to see or do right by the hotel but it’s a very very short drive to downtown.

Went to check in at 3 because that is what my email said and when I got there was told my room wasn't ready and he didn't know when it would be. I left called an hour later to see if room was ready and was told again that it wasn't. A lady got on the phone and walked to the room and it was ready all along the housekeeper had not marked the room done 😡 wasted my time and gas waiting for this room that was done all along.

The staff is wonderful- especially those in the restaurant. The hotel had an issue with the water, but the restaurant staff made it right. They were very kind and generous.

The room was perfect and service was great. And they had a free shuttle that made getting around very convenient. Our shuttle driver Darren was amazing. He even stayed late after his shift so that he could pick us up after our concert was over.

My room was vey clean and stayed clean during my stay. I made a simple request for french vanilla coffee creamer by text and they made up a bag with the creamer for me and left it at the front desk!

What was not good was the surrounding area which had lots of construction and it also felt unsafe.

I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff was amazing. The food was out of this world. The bed sheets were the best ever. I would definitely go back.

Found it a little difficult to get to . Wasn’t very convenient to do shopping or for dinner . Lounge/bar was nice but food wasn’t that great .

I would recommend this property and would stay there again. The room smelled a little musty. I recommend the carpets either be cleaned or replaced.

Olivia at the front desk went abovw and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and she actually checked our room before we got in there to make sure it was clean. Housekeeping had neglected to remove food from our fridge, but otherwise the cleanliness was great. Olivia was awesome

We booked the room almost 2 weeks in advance only to find out they didn’t have a room for us when we checked in. They said they overbooked and tried to put us at a Comfort Inn for the same money. That hotel reeked of marijuana and there was no way we were going to stay there. The customer service was terrible regarding this. It was basically like… and? What do you want us to do? I would’ve liked to have known in advance so I had time to book a different room.

Bathrooms were a little small but otherwise nice.
