Dated rooms. But very clean and property amenities were amazing

Very conveniently located. Clean, quiet, etc. one recommendation would be be the smoking area being too close to the doorway into our building. There was a trash receptacle intended for hot butts and it was so close to the door, it was unavoidable to smell before entering the building. But other than that, our stay was great. Oh, and we didn’t have a coffee maker. Just the base, but no carafe. And it wasn’t a Keurig.

We had a wonderful stay with our grandchildren. The rooms were perfect for all of us. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed! We will stay with them again next time we visit the area!

I liked it. It was quiet. Location not far from stores and restaurants. I really love the fact that their departure time is at noon!

The room was nicely decorated and clean however there was a stain in the bathtub we thought was blood. It was stained from the tub no draining properly. There was a terrible smell of damp carpet ? everywhere hallways were the worst. Breakfast was okay nothing special. The best part is that it is close to Arkansas heart hospital. Wrote it all above

Place needs a makeover, but then most are in the same category. Location is good, lots of restaurants and shops around.

My floor was the 3rd floor this stay, drain would not drain in the bathroom sink, the room temp was set to 64 but would not get cool, the king bed was uncomfortable this time.. out of maybe 10 stays this is my first negative review.. overall staff was amazing and will stay again..

Refrigerator no work,power went out for 3 hours

First time visiting Little Rock for business for three nights. Hotel was in a quiet area and easy to access. Hotel staff was pleasant and welcoming. My room was great but I did have an issue with the shower drain not being properly cleaned. There was a lot of hair build up from previous guests that was never cleaned and caused my shower to overflow onto the bathroom floor. I did not see this because there is a cover plate over the drain and from the looks of it, hadn't been removed in a while. Hotel staff was notified and the issue was tended too, but nonetheless, not exactly the shower I expected after a long seven hour drive. First night was pretty windy and I understand the hotel management cannot control weather, however, my room (304B), a top floor corner room, has a rain gutter located directly outside of the window adjacent to the bed. The high winds kept rattling it, banging it nonstop against the wall where the bed headboard is. Needless to say, I got zero sleep the first night. That rain gutter could use a look from maintenance, maybe find a way to secure it. Outside of that, the remainder of my stay was pleasant and I was able to get good rest. Amenities were great, bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent. Hotel location was right off the highway with easy access to restaurants and shops. I did have to cut my 4 day stay down to 3 and staff was unable to refund me for the last day. Overall, I would consider giving this hotel another try in the future.

My husband is exceptionally calm & patient and avoids conflict whenever possible. For him to feel compelled to escalate this matter reflects how inappropriate the treatment has become. During our most recent check-in with Anthony we requested a late checkout. Kesha called our room in an abrasive, dismissive, and condescending tone, insisting that my husband “get out now” despite the fact that our checkout time was confirmed for 1 pm and this call came at 12:37 pm. When my husband reached out to the manager, Fraz, we were surprised and disappointed to find that he defended Kesha’s disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, going so far as to suggest that the fault lay with my husband for not being “clear enough.” This response not only dismissed our concerns but also reflected poorly on the hotel’s leadership and accountability. As loyal Marriott guests, we hold this brand to a higher standard of hospitality. We genuinely hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that corrective measures are implemented to ensure that guests are treated with the courtesy and professionalism that Marriott is known for. Without improvement, we will be forced to reconsider our loyalty to the property and the brand.

Our stay was perfect for what we needed for our big family with small children. The suite was spacious, clean, and functional. The front desk attendant was very courteous and helpful. The hotel itself looks well taken care of although it could use updating, it looks a bit outdated. But that wasn’t too much of a big deal. Will definitely stay here again

I enjoyed my stay at Residence Inn. Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean.

Overall we love this hotel. We stay here often. However, this time our room was not up to their excellant standards. The mattress was worn out. There were repairs needed in the room and the shower head was stopped up so it was hard to shower.

The stay was awesome the problem was the $250 dollar deposit that was required for the stay. It was Christmas Eve

The little coffee pot was missing from the coffee maker but they provided coffee cups that served the same purpose. I was put on hold at the front desk and then the call was dropped, so I told the staff about the missing coffee pot.

Check in was smooth and the guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Everything was great EXCEPT the young lady cleaning the rooms didn't speak a lick of English. She knocked on the door to ask a question but I had no clue of what she wanted. I had to use my phone translater to ask for more towels. She was pleasant though.

This location is close to down town as well as some hiking and outdoor activities. The staff, particularly the cleaning staff, are amazing and kind. The area around the hotel is not really walkable. The breakfast is average. The plumbing needs a little TLC as our toilet ran constantly and the sink did not empty well.

Provided a “home” away from home. I brought my dog and it was dog friendly. Also, medical discount given d/t our reason for staying. A 3 minute drive to Baptist and 3 minute drive back to hotel.

It was a nice stay … the suite was huge.

Wonderful manager, staff, and spacious - clean room. We had a King Suite with a kitchen and small living/dining room area that was perfect for our family and guests. The full kitchen was stocked with utensils, bowls and pots. I also enjoyed the pool and BBQ pit area that's open until 10pm. My only suggestions would be to add a privacy closing curtain for the sink area that's a part of the bathroom. The only closed door space is the toilet and shower that's not big enough to actually change your clothes. And the Breakfast could use an upgrade. A DIY omlet option like the DIY waffles and a variety of fresh fruit would be great. In the future, I'd definitely stay again.

Stayed here while family member had surgery at the Heart Hospital. Everything was fine. Electric car chargers were a huge bonus.

There were a lot of homeless people nearby on street corners. They left lots of litter behind at night.

This property is next door to the Arkansas Heart Hospital. My husband had bypass surgery and we stayed 5 nights in the hospital. My daughter and I were able to tag team taking care of him and using the hotel to shower and rest. I highly recommend it.

Dust ruffle and bed was very sloppy. Very loud AC right outside window. No thermostat. Musty odor in hallway.

However, the hotel culinary staff needs to invest in paper plates and bowls to allow people to take food to their room

Meat was just Pork 😝. Should have also been Turkey or Beef as well. Couldn’t believe you had Biscuits But n No GRAVY ! Why would you do that ? No Peanut butter or Jelly was available, we had to ask for it 😬 . Other guests commented the same feelings. No Danish’s either. For the quality of Marriott, this was a sad looking Breakfast

Room did not meet reservation criteria. Bathroom not handicap accessible. Bathroom not handicap accessible. No room for wheelchair to get easily into bathroom. Reservation instructions stated traveler is double amputee and blind in the left eye. Had to move furniture to get to the bed. Very, very difficult for traveler to manuever.

We stayed overnight specifically because this location had Tesla destination chargers, and were very thankful that staff put a cone out to block a space for us. Several of the other spaces were blocked by internal combustion vehicles, so by the time we settled back in for the night, only our single reserved spot was still available. The room itself was decent, but showed some signs of age. We found the bed sheets to be particularly rough, and the mattress was extremely firm, making for a pretty uncomfortable night of sleep. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly, and the breakfast with eggs two or three different ways, sausage, oatmeal, etc. were all very good. For the price, I'd probably try a different, newer or recently refurbished facility instead. It's possible the price was higher for the square footage of the room, but a smaller space in better/newer condition for less money would have been a better deal for us.

Our stay was nice and convenient to our event location. Good grocery and food options nearby. The parking lot is very well lit. Decent breakfast options. Coffee was just okay.

We had medical appointments for my husband. The Residents Inn is very convenient to our Cardiologist office and we are always comfortable here.

I stayed with my grandson at the residence Inn for a week. Really enjoyed having the outdoor pool. We swam Every day.

The young man at the front desk was great. He was nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean and we had no problems at all. The pool was clean and pretty. The only thing I didn’t like about the whole place was the smell in the halls. I would suggest getting a different air freshener or carpet spray.
