Friendly staff, clean, safe location.

The shower floors are extremely slippery when using soap and shampoo products with no grab bars except for those on the shower doors, not adequate. The breakfast menu was extremely limited but the product was good. The one elevator was too distant from my room #249. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it and stay again.

Great location for a layover in Livermore. The room was clean and comfortable. There were 2 TVs, one in the sitting area and one in the bedroom. Nice touch. Nothing is wrong with the property, other than the lack of a great view, but that was to be expected.

Located an exit away from the outlets. Ample parking available…and it’s free! Easy and quick check in. Spacious and clean rooms with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee station. Ironing board available in the room as well. I used the pool one morning and I was the only one there…so relaxing. We usually hold company meetings here twice a year and I have no complaints so far.

The listing advertised a restaurant, bar and hot tub. The bar and restauant were both closed for the weekend. The hot tub had been removed. They do not clean your room appearantly unless you ask them too. The staff was not pleasant. I personally would never stay there again. If it was not a holiday weekend we would have left and booked a room at another hotel. It was my wife's birthday weekend and Thanksgiving. Very dissapointing! A refund would be nice!

Otherwise, the staff was nice and the remainder of the facility seemed well taken care of.

Room was clean. Staff was courteous. Bed was not very comfortable. And the bar was only open M-Th. We were there Friday and Saturday night so we’re bummed it wasnt open, neither was the restaurant.

I loved staying the night at Hilton Livermore! Front desk staff were polite and friendly, I was given cold bottled water at check in- which was great because I was going to have to buy some. My room was so clean and the shower was perfect with a relaxing spray and hot water. It was such a peaceful stay that I’ll stay here again just for the fun of it!

Volleyball parents! This is the place to stay if your kid has a tournament at the NorCal facility. It’s clean, convenient and a close location. Adrian provided excellent customer service at check in and it was very dog friendly. Would highly recommend!

Love the bar and small restaurant

I know this is petty, but the beds were too high for my husband and me to get into easily. Any new place is going to have some things different from what we're used to which takes some getting used to, and there were a few of those, but the bed was the most difficult to get used to. Nevertheless, we managed -- it was just more difficult than we are used to.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Fresh coffee in the morning. Unfortunately there was an issue with sugar ants. We arrived late and left early. In one of the beds there was a chopstick wrapper from a local restaurant. And we picked up some hitchhikers in my son’s backpack.

During my stay they experienced an unexpected power outage which did not allow us to use the AC during the hottest day of the week.

Everything was okay, except the pool was closed. I was not made aware of this when I made the reservation or when I checked in. Had I of known, I would have booked somewhere else.

You get water when you check in ... Yea! Kcup coffee make in room vs. those sh*tty little packets of dirt. You can buy a decent bfast and get good coffee in the lobby area.

Very clean and modern room. Very nice to have a pool. Pet friendly but cost me extra $75 pet fee that feel little too much. The mini fridge making constant loud noise every 10 min or so. It was really hard for me to fall asleep even though I was really tired from long drive. Thin wall, My room was located right by the hallway facing lobby and I could hear people talking from restaurant area and lobby till 10 pm, and early morning.

Our one night stay here was very good. Clean & comfortable room. Only complaint is the pet fee was $75, non refundable, which was expensive. Would have preferred a partially refundable fee once they could see that we left the room spotless.

Room was comfortable and updated. Had to leave a day early but manager would not cooperate with Hotels.com in giving me at least a credit on the books for the one night that i prepaid. Bad customer service. Also was not told about construction happening. Very sad.

The room was nice & clean, we appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly & there was a large grassy area for them just outside of our room's hallway, we liked that our room had separate bedroom, lots of storage in the hallway area, & in a great location. Unfortunately, our bedroom window faced a noisy firepit patio area with loud conversations that went into the night, making it difficult to get to sleep. We hung the do not disturb sign on our door so we could sleep in, but the housekeepers still kept knocking until we answered, thinking we were supposed to be checking out of our room & vacating so they could clean it, which required a conversation with the front desk to sort that out. The coffee maker in our room was broken, the buffet breakfast that is free at other similar hotels was $19.99/pp, our room was supposed to have a bathtub but didn't, and our room keys demagnitized several times during our stay, locking us out of not just our room, but the exterior doors to the hallway to our room, requiring numerous trips around our building to the front entrance to get them recoded again. It was a disappointing stay overall, so I'm not sure if I would stay there again since there are a lot of other choices in the area. :(

I didn't like that we are not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside. So what’s the purpose of having a microwave and a fridge in the room if we can’t use them.

Unfortunately, the A/C unit in my room had flooded the carpet before I checked in so there was a pungent smell of mold in the room.

This was my second time staying at the prooerty. I like that it is in a safe neighborhood, but the noise level is not my favorite. I can hear the vaccumes, maids, peoole getting ice, peoples showers, and doors shutting all the time. I like to sleep in and its not the best hotel for that.

The hotel is fine. The problem was the customer service at check in. The lady he checked me in was very rude, unhelpful and short with her words. She did not explain the incidental policy she just asked for my credit card and I had to ask her how much the deposit was. She did not explain anything about amenities, breakfast, WiFi, etc. when asked to sign a waiver it asked for your room number which she refused to give me. She just replied I’ll write it down. Super strange and rude and then gave me the card key to my room. I definitely would not stay there again with that kind of service since there are 3 other hotel across the street.

The small cafe had delicious food. The room had fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Nice room. The one objection...I understand the need for a "pets allowed" hotel, but we were awaken in the middle of the night and early morning by two dogs barking in rooms close to us. Not a good experience. But overall, a nice place.

We stay here every few months as a little “staycation”. Great location for going to wineries, shopping, and restaurants. It is always clean and comfortable. Best of all, the staff are courteous and professional!

It was the smell of chlorine that immodestly hits you as soon as you walk in ( from indoor pool) that was to much for me. In addition the walls are very thin and you can hear every noise! From the kids running to the pool, house keeping going in and out all day and the couple having wild sex in the next room. Don’t count on getting a good nights rest at this place.

Had a very nice stay the only complaint is the internet speed and the difficulty at trying to pay for more speed. I missed out on a very important test because of the internet speed. Other than that I had a great time

When we checked in, we got room 126 right across from the fitness center and the pool which we thought was very nice and we were in the room for about a half hour and I suddenly started night hearing this loud noise it sounded like you were in the movie theater. Were you heard the war going on in the next theater and so we went up to the desk And told him that and he said well it sounds like the video center has their TV onto louder. We said OK and we came back later that night and still going on and I did go at ound the corner to see what was going on that side of the building and it was right next to the boiler room and the noise was continuing. I went to the front desk and asked them if this would continue all night and they said probably so we were able to switch a room but really they have a room right next to your boiler room and give it to a guest is downright unacceptable

Very happy with our stay. Hotel was quiet and bed soft and comfortable. We needed to add on a couple nights and the front desk worked it out so we didn't have to switch rooms which was great.

Connecting rooms worked perfectly for our family. Also the lobby had several nice areas well suited for our family to gather for games. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed for the holidays as we were not informed in advance.

There was no fan in the bathroom - always a bad idea. I thought I had booked four nights, not three. When they contacted me I added the forth night at a significantly higher price than booked thru Expedia.

I’ve stayed here many many times and have never had an issue, until now. Me and my 2 kids got back to the hotel around 7pm and not even 5 mins into being there we received a noise complaint. I thought it must’ve been a mistake because we just got back and my kids were being quiet. I called the front desk and the girl was so incredibly rude dismissing my concerns and kept saying mmmhmmm yeah yeah just keep it down okay? In the rudest way. Granted she wasnt the one making the noise complaint, probably the pg&e guys, but she didn’t have to be so rude about it. Not only was it 7 PM. 7pm!!!! But my kids weren’t even loud. I’m disappointed to say the least. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.
