Giant waste of time, money, and totally horrible service. I booked late in the evening on May 20th and when I arrived three hours later I was told they already declared me a no show and couldn’t put me in a room. We waited 30 minutes only to be told there was nothing they could do. Then I tried to pay for a second room just so we could sleep and the front desk person didn’t know how to assign us a clean room in the system. So we were forced to leave in the middle of the night and find another hotel. Before leaving I politely asked the front desk person to get this resolved the next day. I’ve had no call back and the charge is still on my credit card.

Wonderful easy in and out kind hostel. Good breakfast line up. Staff is super nice. Going through a remodel but was not intrusive, all in all not to bad. Would recommend staying on the 3rd floor you can hear the folks walking around just the thud of steps. Maybe just had heavy stepping 🚶‍♂️ people above .

The night staff was good but, the morning staff for breakfast was really bad. She was very rude and didn’t have proper food items there it was empty. Shut the light off at 9:58 am to eat breakfast while we were eating.

I found this property to be extremely clean and I would give it high marks in every area but one. It can be fairly easy to fix. The blanket on the bed was terrible...not like a blanket but a very light mattress pad with sides. It was not warm and I hardly slept all night because I was not comfortable. The bed itself was great, the sheets were soft but where are the blankets? I have stayed at Knoll in Napa, a Hilton Hotel, on several occasions and the bed is comfy and warm. I know they can fix this problem. I stayed awake thinking about going downstairs and sharing my opinion. The desk employee was really nice but not much he could do regarding the problem. The hotel is very convenient to I580 and Livermore. The outside temperatures were cold so some of the common areas were cold too.

Rooms are roomy and they allow pets. The breakfast was not good.

Great little hotel, the rooms are clean and spacious. The in room kitchenette is awesome. Staff was friendly. Breakfast items were limited, but given that the rooms have kitchens make food options much easier to manage. This hotel is walking distance to Costco, which makes shopping and gas very accessible.

I have no complaints.

Clean and spacious room as advertised at reasonable price. The hot breakfast was included and the food was delicious and well prepared. I was pleasantly surprised at every facet of my stay. They let me checkin early and provided me a room on a quiet floor. Everything was great I’d stay again if in the area. Close to outlets as well.

The room heater worked good!

Stayed here for a few times on work trips and it’s my favorite of 3 hotels I’ve stayed in the area.

Great room with plenty of space for our family of 4 and a friend in the 2 queen with a pullout sofa. The very friendly staff even delivered a crib for our infant. The pool was chilly but refreshing in the hot summer. The gym had the dumbbells and adjustable bench I needed. Complimentary breakfast rounded out a quality stay. Also, food delivery to the hotel was easy and there is a nice little playground for the kids just a few minutes drive away. We’ll be glad to return!

Overall a great place centrally located near freeways, shops, and outlet mall.

The room was really big with a full kitchen, pull out couch and 2 queens. It fit our entire family of 4. The free parking, pool and free breakfast was great and it’s right next to Costco.

Our family visited for a birthday celebration and the large rooms with a full kitchen was perfect for our adult children and their kids.

Breakfast was great! And it is available for a long time. The pool was fun and the room was huge!

Excellent service and comfort

Had a girls day, wine tasting and hanging out at the pool. The hotel was really nice, very cute lobby and a chill quiet pool area! Breakfast was good! definitely go back!

One suggestion for improvement - the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the rooms all needed replacing on the second day of our stay - housekeeping staff should pay more attention to make sure these are refilled on time.

This hotel is very family safe and welcoming. Great staff.

The location is great, downtown is only about 10–12 minutes away. The breakfast was average, just your standard continental selection. One downside is that housekeeping doesn't seem to be provided daily; it looks like it's only available after a three-night stay. Also, during check-out, no one was at the front desk. I waited for 10–15 minutes but no one showed up, so I eventually just left.

The property and staff were excellent. The breakfast was very tasty. The ONLY issues I observed were the bathroom door was a sliding door and there was not enough privacy. Also, the kitchen staff seemed to have a difficult time keeping up with the demand for breakfast items. This is NOT a complaint against the kitchen staff, because they were very friendly and helpful, I believe maybe they don't have the resources they need to keep up with the amount of guests waiting for the different food items. Overall it was an amazing place to stay. We will be there again if we are in the area. Thank you.

Breakfast is varied with lots of options. Pool, workout room and soft beds. I’ve stayed multiple times here. Highly recommended.

I am happy with my stay here. I was able to check in an hour early and the room was clean.

Trina at the front provided exceptional service; check-in was quick, easy, and smooth. She assisted me in applying for my Hilton honor membership: very helpful in locating the additional pilots and blankets for my kids. This will always be my go-to when staying jn the area!

Very clean and well-kept public areas and accommodations. Our room was well-appointed, with kitchen utensils provided in the kitchenette area, and extremely spacious. Highly recommend.

Clean, roomy, and comfortable with a great location.

The ONLY issue I had was that the shower was not hot enough to suit me. But that is a personal preference so it does not effect my opinion of this establishment as a whole. We were in town for a swim event at Las Positas and I chose this hotel for proximity and price. It was right around the corner from the college, Costco right next door and within 10 minutes of EVERYTHING you could possibly imagine. I reccomend taking the frontage roads and not the freeway. Way less stress and easy. Room was beyond my expectations. Mini kitchen, a ton of room, clean, quiet. MUST STAY! 10 stars!

This is always a nice place to stay. Room was great, bed comfy (wish there was an actual blanket with the bed cover) and an extra pillow but all of n all the room was great. The AC/heat units are VERY noisy and ours grinded/squealed (so did our friends). The breakfast was ok. It had waffles and a yogurt dispenser which was nice but the make your own breakfast sandwiches did not look appealing. I would like to see them bring back true hot selections like eggs and sausage etc. it didn't ruin our stay. The staff was great

Our stay was generally enjoyable, and our room was perfect for our needs with the desk/living area separate from the bedroom so I could continue to get some rest even when he had to wake up for remote work. The only things that made us enjoy our stay less were that some of the dishware was not completely clean, the sink faucet in the bathroom was very squeaky (could definitely have used some WD40), and we had some incredibly loud neighbors.

This hotel was amazing on all levels seriously! My suite was super clean, and comfortable isn't even the right word! The breakfast bar is good! The security of locking the doors at night not allowing unwanted guests gave a peace of mind, so your room key's needed to access the hotel! Staff was friendly, and made sure I had the best stay!

Although the hotel was modern and clean, my stay was disappointing due to the lack of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, a mattress that was too soft, and uncomfortable pillows. Despite only staying for one night, I had been expecting a restful night's sleep to continue my journey, and the complimentary breakfast was the only redeeming feature.

I love this hotel - 3rd time staying here. Rooms are nice, very clean, breakfast is great, easy parking and front office staff are wonderful! I received a text everyday from the GM asking me how my stay was, if there was anything I needed, etc. Excellent customer service!

The only minor issue was that the bathroom plug was positioned next to the toilet rather than near the sink. However, everything else was fantastic! I would book this location again.

The hotel is in a remote area with no restaurants or services nearby. Breakfast was disappointing. But the property is really nice with big comfy rooms and a mini kitchen.

This place was clean and sleek and wonderful. I wanted to swim early but pool isn’t open until 9am. The workout room was available though.

Second issue I came across, the phone did not work in my room. I called for an extra blanket, because the blanket they provided in the room was sheer thin. The host for that evening responded by “You can pick one up in the lobby.” This may not be a huge deal, but of all the traveling I’ve done, never have I ever been told to grab linens myself. I’m accustomed to exceptional services. Unfortunately, this property did not exceed my standard.

My family and I stayed at this location for a week to enjoy our vacation. The hotel is conveniently located to shopping, dining options, and the interstate. It also has an outdoor pool, fitness center, and on-site laundry services. For the most part, we were pleased with our stay until we had an issue with Rosie and Elizabeth (General Manager). Bottom line, I did not appreciate being gaslighted nor having a finger pointed in my face. Furthermore, I was appalled by Elizabeth's racist insinuations and lack of professionalism. We've stayed at several Hilton locations, and this was by far the worst customer service experience.

The general manager was great. She is very observant and efficient. We only had one issue with the cleanliness. It had old soap stuck with shaved hairs in areas that shouldn’t have been missed, if cleaned.

Breakfast is microwave food… paper thin walls makes it so you can hear everything…. Pool was down for most of the stay and staff wouldn’t do anything about it… cleaning staff was rude and seemed bothered that I was there even though I never had them clean my room or interacted with them…

We really enjoyed our stay! We came into town earlier than expected. The staff was kind enough to let us check in early since there were some rooms available already. We checked in with no issues. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. Everything was stocked in the bathroom and the kitchen area. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. We loved the breakfast bar! A lot of choices, and we liked how we can make our own waffles. Would definitely come back again!

I try to stay in one wherever I travel. Clean, courteous, updated, and offers many amenities.

It was nice, clean and comfortable. It’s kind far away from restaurants and shopping. You have to drive to most everything. There was a basketball tournament going on so the hotel was noisy until late with kids running around and bouncing basketballs in their rooms. But other than that I would stay here again.
