Property was great! The staff - front counter- was busy on the phone and refuse to print receipt. Mentioned will be emailed. I refused and requested a print out. Print out was handed to me with no $ amount.

The entire hotel was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was warm and welcoming and friendly. I thought the breakfast was included based on what the staff told me but the way they spoke about breakfast didn't tell that it was just an in house starbucks where I had to pay for my food/drinks.

We purchased breakfast and it was hot, tasty and plentiful. Coffee was hot. More shelving in the bathroom. The silly glass shelf above the toilet is ridiculous. If you use the handtowels on the rack above it you knock the tissues off. It isn’t big enough to put anything on.

Mother & daughter traveling, safety is important! Courtyard hit all the marks. We will stay here again.

I like the Starbucks in the lobby and the property is clean and has a good selection in the little convenience store. I’ve stated this location numerous times because it suits our needs very well.

Hard to access with so many one way roads, but it was a great stay. Staff was very friendly and efficient!

The staff here was so accommodating, I have zero complaints. The front desk agent so kindly picked up on the idea that I wanted some peace and quiet in between work and she booked me into the perfect room! She was also so kind to extend my check out time by an additional 2 hours because I was in between wedding events and I was able to rest. Would absolutely stay here again, my experience was exceptional!

I seen at this property with a group of friends for a big wedding. The venue was extremely friendly and accommodated all of us.

Overall I had an okay experience. It was clean and all but the walls are extremely thin and it’s near an airport for private planes so sort of noisy.

The room was very nice and clean. But trying to get ready for a wedding was a little difficult for three of us. It’s very rare to see a nice full length mirror in a hotel room and that was a plus. The only drawbacks was that the room was too dim for our liking. There was not enough lighting in the room especially where the mirror was and where the sink area to efficiently put makeup on. The sink counter was tiny to spread out our makeup for a wedding. We tried using the console below the tv but there was no mirror nor good lighting there as well. The beds were very comfy.

The hotel was nice but the walls are thin and it was pretty loud. I stayed on the second floor and it sounded like someone was moving furniture all night. I’m not sure what it was but it kept up all night. It possibly was the sliding glass door attached to the balcony? So maybe when booking it’s best to stay on the top level to avoid that noise. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I think for the price breakfast should be included and not an extra charge. Overall it was a nice place to stay. I was there for business and it was good for what I needed.

My family stays here a few times a year when we visit family, and we always enjoy our stay. It is close to shopping and dining, it is clean, the beds are comfy, food is good, and staff is always friendly and helpful. Twice, we had to wait quite a while before someone came to the front desk, but when they came, they were very friendly and helpful. Cafe staff is always friendly, too.

Overall a good stay, mostly friendly staff, clean room, quiet area outside. Hotels need to learn not to have kids on the top floor. They get up early and jump around waking the floor below.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of our room. The bed was very comfortable, too. We will choose to stay there, again, for sure.

If I could, I would give this place a 9.5. Is it the Ritz? No. However, it’s not far off. Everything is up to date, beautiful, and so comfy! Our room was soooooo quiet and we were near an exterior door on the first floor and the stairwell. Not once did I hear a sound! The only thing I would dock points for is that in the shower the grout and caulking needed some attention. It wasn’t horrrrrrible but I tend to be really picky about shower cleanliness. That said, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved every minute!

Overall it was a great stay. It was quite clean (all glasses and the coffee maker were cleaned and sealed) and everyone was very helpful and friendly. There was even a "cafe" in the lobby open late for those late night snack needs.

After checking in, I had an issue with the toilet tank. It was taken care of right away. Front desk personnel was very courteous and, informative. Will stay again.

Wonderful clean and Covid cleaned. Beautiful accommodations. Like staying in a 5 star hotel. Loved the bed. It was the perfect comfort for us. Only downside was restaurant was closed through the weekend and would open on Monday.

This was a quick day/overnight trip to celebrate a friends birthday and since we hadn’t been wine tasting in Livermore for awhile, and even tho’ we were all less than an hour away, we didn’t want to drive back and chose to stay at the Courtyard Marriott. Wise decision. Our room was two queen beds for four of us and it was quite roomy. The beds were comfortable, and I’m always wary about pillows and bring my own when in driving distance, but no need. Their pillows are great and the mattress was comfortable. For dinner we were planning on going out, but after a day of wine tasting we chose to risk the Bistro Bar, thinking it would be mediocre food at best. Between the four of us, we ordered two Quinoa Bowls, chicken quesadillas, roasted Brussels sprouts and their fries with three dips. The quesadilla was stuffed with chicken and the Brussels sprouts were great. The only complaint on the quinoa bowls were that they were huge and we couldn’t finish it all. We chose to have breakfast there also. I had the lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes which were good, but arrived somewhat cool to the touch. One person ordered the breakfast sandwich and said it was good. Another person ordered a protein bowl and a third had the egg breakfast. The bacon was lackluster; thin, microwaved bacon that had been reheated. The main complaint was that although all were ordered one after the other, there was at least 30 minutes from when the first person was served to when the fourth received theirs.

Everything was great with this place. there was minor mistake with the booking on my end but the hotel made changes and corrected it with no Problem Woman at counter was knowledgeable and helpful.

I booked this stay for my mom for Mothers day and right when we walked it, she was helped by a friendly and helpful man and he let my mom know about near by restaurants, what the hotel offered, etc. We have traveled since I was little (22 years) and it's the best customer service shes had. She enjoyed her room. It was very relaxing and since it was near the freeway, no noise. She slept like a baby!

Comfortable bed! I only stayed overnight for a wedding and had a great sleep.

We had a wonderful stay for a local wedding. The check-in was quick, the room clean and well-apportioned, and the parking plentiful. My daughter was sad that they no longer have a pool, but if you are a business traveler this is your place.

They never mentioned that construction was going on, so lobby get around a little tricky. Got our room and key didn't work. The husband went down to lobby to fix key and when it worked it was someones room. Now back to lobby new room new key, finally. We were already running late. Get in the shuttle the driver was very rude to all passengers. Not sure if the shuttle was private or not, but not good at all. Overall i would recommend the Marriott to put up with all in the wedding party. Aloha PS We even tipped the driver at the end of the night and she was ungrateful. Never Again. we would rather drive to venue ourselves.

They were remodeling the entire property. New carpet smelled awful. Back court yard was flooded. They were using fans to try and get rid of the smell which made it freezing.

Ongoing construction, hammering starting at 0830am. Impossible to sleep. Would not have booked had I known this.

The water smelled like sewer even while taking a bath. I couldn't even brush my teeth with it. Other than that it was a nice clean place.

The hotel was conveniently located for me. It is comfortable and nice looking. It is under renovation so I'm sure it'll look nicer. It has a small gym, also being renovated with pool. The only thing I didn't like is their bistro doesn't open for lunch, but the area may not call for it. The staff and the hotel front desk managers made up for that. They all really tool great care of me and were really friendly and sweet. Had a good experience and can't wait to see the renovations!!

I had 4 issues with this stay: 1) They listed having an indoor pool , but it was taken down- to the disappointment of my 8 yo Daughter, which we had been talking about for a week- I hope no one ever has to walk through a lobby with a little girl in a swimsuit , to tell her there is no pool :/ (the only amenity I was interested in) 2) The room was hot (in February) 3) There was no shampoo in my room 4) The maid service started cleaning my room before my check out time. I reported this to the front desk and the young lady who answered the phone showed no interest and little empathy. I thought 15% off my bill was reasonable - but all the lady could respond with was sorry. I doubt I will choose a Marriot ever again. Good news is Hotel.com was great .. they resolved the issue for me ! They contacted the hotel on my behalf and the hotel never updated them on the amenity change (which is their obligation) and they received the same apathetic response from Marriott, but appreciated my business and offered me, in my opinion, a generous resolution ! I will continue to use Hotel.com !! Marriot .. not so much. My advice is ... if you have to use marriot, always contact a marriot ahead of time to see if their actual amenities matches their posting and avoid the disappointment. Happy and safe traveling all !

The "Bistro" awfull, and the rooms really need to be redone. No refrigerator in the room, and the worst mattress I can remember.

After a long day at the SF Passport Department this was paradise and the staff was beyond friendly

The hotel was perfect but the guy who checked me in didn't greet me and placed my room keys on the counter as I reached for them ! He just had poor customer service skills all around no thank you or anything ! I wish I would have gotten a name so I could place it on here !

Well...let start with after checking in, walking into the elevator it smell so bad...someone must have smoked weed in there. Up to our room my 10 yrs old son almost vomit when he walk into the shower...the shower curtain smell like armpit..outside vanity sink, the water drain so slow..worse case is when i booked the room, i indicated 2 adults & 2 children...on the reservation indicated free breakfast but when i chk in they actually gave 2 breaklast tickets so i ask what about the children, the staff told me they need to pay...that's Not right

Terrible customer service! There was also a gas leak on our floor which they tried to cover up with fabreeze.

The customer service was very poor. Also, there was a gas leak on the second floor and instead of fixing it they sprayed fabreeze. We said politely that if they didn't fix it we would call the fire department.

I took my 101 year old mother and the hotel was perfect. The handicap shower was ideal. Staff made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you. Mother was able to celebrate with numerous great great grandchildren and other friends and family.

Had to have the toilet fixed because the flapper was not shutting properly and water was running into the toilet. They did a prompt and thorough job.

This was a beautiful hotel, clean and inviting. The price was also very reasonable.

The room quality was mediocre. Didn't look or feel so clean. The carpet didn't feel like anything I wanted to step on with bare feet. I've met nicer and more welcoming staff at other places.

Stay was wonderful. However, there was NO thermostat in the room. You could not control the temperature. Nice memory foam mattress, but those get hot, the room was hot, I woke up during the night several times because I was hot. I was hot the whole time I was there.

Just needed a place to stay concluding a full day of wine-tasting. Very nice hotel. It costs money to eat breakfast, but it was pretty good.

A great place to stay while visiting family in Livermore. While we didn't spend much time in the hotel, I have to say the bed was the most comfortable I have encountered in a hotel. Best night's sleep I can ever recall! We had a handicapped accessible room and the extra-large bathroom was also a plus. Starbucks drink and breakfast service was a wonderful option--convenient, quick, and reliably good.

This hotel is well kept up in a nice area. Just be aware any food from here outrageous. We had got these fruit cups down by where the hotel desk is it was fresh. But it seemed to be almost all the core of the fruit real stiff and hard to chew. Not good for 3.95 for a small amount.

Roomy and clean, definitely would stay here again. However the way the room is arranged is a little awkward, cause the tv is on your left and the bed is facing the balcony.
