Room was perfect. Quiet and very comfortable. Stairway (no elevator available) could use new carpeting or stair treads. Would stay here again and ask for room on first floor.

Lockport Inn and Suites is central in Niagara County and close to Buffalo and Niagara Falls. We were there for tourism and enjoyed the Discovery Museum and visited Niagara Falls and Fort Niagara. The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend as the price was affordable too.

My room as always was clean comfortable and quiet and very well kept. This family owned hotel does an outstanding job of taking care of their repeat customers!

Room was very clean, and comfortable. Jacuzzi tub in room with lots of towels. Electric fireplace right in front of the sitting area, making it very comfy at night. Bed was memory foam topped. Two sinks, mini fridge, microwave, mini- coffee maker. The property has status everywhere, giving it such a nice feeling of peace, like a garden. In ground pool, every room had chairs on the front porch. All in all, very nice place to get away and relax.

Super cozy and private feel, room was practically spotless, and a great size. The bathroom featured a lovely colored shower and sink, I was obsessed! Bed was comfortable and the TV in the room was really nice as well. I would imagine a summer stay would be lovely!

This is a great place to stay for a family event. I don't normally stay at local hotels because you never know what you will get, but this place had great reviews so I took a chance. Yes, the room decor is a little dated, and the rooms have actual metal keys, which I haven't seen in years! However, everything about this hotel was very clean and in great condition, so who cares if the decor colors aren't trendy? The bed was so comfortable, and the service at the front desk was top-notch. They were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit family in Lockport.

Not clean bed sheet and washroom

We had a great time here. My husband even felt very comfortable leaving me when he had to go to work for a couple hours. It is a very peaceful hotel and the staff is very friendly and polite. We will be staying there again.

The rooms were below expectations and not very comfortable. One of the rooms had a strong, unpleasant odor that made our stay difficult. While the staff seemed polite, the overall experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Beds are comfortable / Temperapedic type. Bathroom modern. The grounds/ landscaping fabulous. Several seating areas with views, and an area with fire pit where you can make S’mores.

Property was ok. Nice decorations/statues/benches/gazebos around. Limited TV channels and poor reception. Parking in front of our suite was poor and the front desk person was not concerned. Room was clean. No dining on site. Jacuzzi tub was good with electric fireplace for ambiance. Stayed 2 nights to visit Niagara Falls.

I had a lovely stay, the room was cozy and very clean. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Plenty of parking. I would highly recommend Lockport Inn and Suites to family and friends as a great, friendly place to stay.

Felt safe around property, but I was in room 141 and the room had a bit of a mildew smell, which seemed strange because it looked relatively clean

We had a wedding to attend in the area, we booked for an overnight stay. The staff was super friendly & helpful! Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable & the grounds well kept. My only suggestion would be to remove the carpet from the bathroom.

This facility reminded me of the motels/inns of years ago. Exceptionly clean, well maintained and hints of home. All personnel were pofessional...clean uniforms, smiling faces and totally helpful. Front desk persons were dressed perfectly...no sloppy attire as we find in most hotels today. I totally (100%) would recommend this establishment to anyone traveling to the Lockport area.

The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and nicely furnished. They are well appointed with in house coffee, wine glasses, wine opener, glass coffee cups. It’s very drivable to some good restaurants.

This is a locally family owned and operated hotel. I have stayed there several times and each time my stay was quite pleasant. The rooms are clean comfortable quiet and have all the amenities. The staff there even know me on a first name basis of all the times that I have stayed there

We love the ambience of the room. The Jacuzzi was an added, plus overall we enjoyed our stay very much for the few days that we were there. Bed was extremely comfy.

This hotel is desperately in need of a total renovation and update. Nothing has changed since it was built probably in the 70’s. Original bathrooms, bedding, mattress, curtains and air conditioner was very noisy. We booked for 7 nights but checked out after one night and no sleep whatsoever.

Pictures give it a grand presence, but this is really a roadside Motel at best.

Hotel was very convenient for our visit to the canal. Staff was very friendly at check in and offered lots of info on local dining.. Hotel grounds are very nice and although rooms are a little dated they were very clean and comfy which is what is most important.

We especially appreciated the house staff, who were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. My son, who is non-verbal and autistic, had a wonderful time at the pool and loved the extra-large hot tub. It was a highlight of his birthday! The only minor drawback was our room's location near the ice machine, which was a bit noisy at times. I would recommend choosing a room away from that area for a quieter and visually appealing experience. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel .

Very quaint atmosphere with beautiful flower gardens with statutes and hanging baskets. Beautifully furnished rooms that were very clean and comfortable. Loved the old fashioned check in using paper and pen and the outside entry using a real key. The host was very friendly and engaging. Highly recommend.

The Lockport Inn & Suites felt like a time warp: the kind of place we used to overnight in on family road trips when I was a kid in the 1960s ... tiny room, shiny polyester bedspreads, carpet that looked as if it had been laid in, well, the 1960s. But our room was quiet, the bathroom was clean, the mattresses were decent, and the front desk staff was exceptionally nice. And the price was nice, too. Don't hesitate, but don't expect 21st century chain hotel surroundings either.

Lockport Inn and Suites is a great place. We’ve stopped here several times during bike rides on the Erie Canal trail and are always welcomed by the friendly staff with a clean room, great AC, comfortable bed, and excellent shower. They even have a locked shed for your bike, and tools and stuff to clean it!

It was an older motel, that could use some updating.( See the picture of the really cool older motel key).However, would definitely stay again because of the cleanliness and obvious pride in providing a great room. Pool was very clean. My son enjoyed it!! Neat feature was the phone on the wall in the room. Very retro!!! Loved it!

The Lockport Inn is a meticulously kept and scrupulously clean older-style motel. Our room was comfortable; it also had some small extras like wineglasses and corkscrew and paper towels. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. We had small issues with room keys (which are still metal keys here) and they were dealt with immediately. The TVs are Roku units, which I'd never dealt with before. This gives lots of options but a user's guide would have been helpful.

While an older Inn in outside style, the room we rented was HUGE (king bed) and included a jetted-tub area, outside the bathroom, with a very spacious room. The grounds were beautiful, including seating areas under gazebos. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Bed was comfortable. Motel as a whole needs updated. Our room had no actual closet but rather a wire shelving rack secured to a wall. Hairdryer mounted in main room and bottle opener mounted on bathroom wall.

We checked in they up charged us. We went to bed went out fishing. I came back to shower and there were bedbugs on the shower curtain. I immediately checked one day early. I told the attendant, there was no offer of anything or even an apology...

This hotel is very quaint with beautiful flowers and white wrought iron furniture. The rooms are dated but clean. The only thing that turned me off was the ugly stained carpet. Outdoor pool is nice and well maintained. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel has become a summer tradition for us when we visit family in the area - always know it will be clean, quiet, and have beautiful flowers everywhere. The entire staff is friendly and takes pride in the property. It is like a step back to a simpler time.

Nice and pleasant place to stay. Spacious room with smart TV which other places are missing.

The room was spotless and ver well appointed. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom showerhead was great on old achy bones. There were two sinks, not just one, making it easier to get ready for two people. There was a microwave as well as a refrigerator which was very convenient for storing and heating up previous night's dinners. Directly across from our room was a very nice pool with lounge chairs for relaxing. The staff were very friendly abd accommodating. Two restaurants I would highly recommend are Molinari's, a wonderful Italian restaurant complete with a bakery (the fresh cream puffs are amazing) and Shamus Restaurant, more historic and dressier with superb lobster bisque, fried oysters and a huge fish fry.

The Lockport Inn & Suites make you feel like family from the moment you check in and all thru out your stay. The rooms are very clean, cozy, parking is easy and the staff are amazing. I highly recommend staying here if you come to Lockport, NY.

Stopped for a place close to Niagara Falls during a move from the mid-west to Maine. It was a nice place for the night, 1970’s decor, some things were a bit tired but overall it was clean and the employees very kind.

The Lockport Inn is def a bit of an anachronism. Tiny rooms, but very clean and in good shape. Feels like it would have been the place you would have stayed if you were visiting 50 years ago. Staff was very friendly, but it is time to update some parts of the facility. Management, look into mini-splits for HVAC. The existing system is huge, and so loud. The furniture is inefficient, as well. TVs mount on the wall today, not on a cabinet that takes up ten square feet in a tiny room. Same with the desk and table. Look into some ideas from the tiny home movement. At least half of the space now taken up by furniture could be recovered with a more modern makeover.
