The breakfast was adequate. The room was clean but needed some minor repairs. A little shabby. The bath facilities were outright dangerous. The tub surface was slippery and lacked a grab bar.

There’s no pool, breakfast was very thin and limited no real food. No lotion in the rooms, tissue box had only 3 tissues in it.

The unit exhibited an unpleasant musty odor, with visible signs of mildew, and the front desk emitted a strong odor resembling marijuana. Additionally, the I noted that another i was present at front desk checked in at approximately 10 PM. The entire property appeared outdated and emitted a pervasive musty smell. Based on these conditions, expressed dissatisfaction and indicated I would not return in the future. This place was overpriced for the bad conditions. It's in, it needs to be reported the air quality in the rooms. We're poor and I didn't see any smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors. I did see something but it wasn't working. It should be a blinking light and it's very outdated something the fire Marshal should look into.

The fridge froze contents when on high. No elevator so if disabled then ask for first floor.

Breakfast was fine. Staff was peculiar and a bit rude. It felt like people were living in the hotel and using the breakfast area to hang out as a living room with the front desk staff. Giant dead tree inside the breakfast area.

Heat was shut off in the room. Took hours for it to get warm but floor remained ice cold. No carpet. Bathroom floor was even colder and the heater in the bathroom didn’t work. Bathroom fan was extremely noisy. Toilet seat terribly discoloured. Surfaces clean but everywhere else had dust build up. Didn’t attempt the breakfast. Didn’t look appetizing. Tasted the juice and it was horrible.

The no refund policy because of the weather I was unable to use the room at all.

Parking was okay. Staff friendly but not attentive to a complaint of sink not draining properly. Had to chase down staff to obtain fresh towels after five days. Trash not emptied. When asked to have trash emptied,we were told to secure the bag(s) and place it in the hall! Breakfast options adequate and fresh. Would not recommend for families.

The room was clean and comfortable but as far as breakfast goes their wasn’t anything of interest no eggs or sausage or ham ,bacon,grits the only thing available was a peach ,coffee or a yogurt Breakfast could have been better ,I visit a lot of choice hotels regularly and the breakfast here is lacking.

I have never been in a hotel that did not have carpeting in the room. I did not bring slippers, so walking on the bare floor was uncomfortable. The bed mattress was super soft and the multiple pillows had no support even when doubled up. Very unpleasant room.

There was a large field behind the hotel to walk . It wasn't lighted.

The location of the hotel is what matters the most since my family lives nearby. The staff has been friendly each time we stay. I like that we do not get disturbed by cleaning or other guests. It’s not fancy, but the beds are comfortable.

No elevator, TV & bedside lamp did not work, mattresses sagged, curtains were not designed to be closed to block out light, door keycards did not work well, shower curtail would not stay closed because it was installed improperly, and breakfast juices were watered down. Price paid was way too high for condition of property. This motel tarnishes Quality Inn's good name.

Overall good service. I got a disable room and quite close to the lobby and couldn’t really sleep the last night due to some noise. Other than that it was great!

Pretty decent place, close to everything

Bed mattress was bad

Bed was comfortable, toilets flushed, shower was hot and the AC worked. Staff was friendly and always available to assist. Sheets had stains. Need to remove the old stained chairs and lampshades from the bedrooms! There were no protein options for breakfast, mainly carbs, so no options for diabetics. The hotel is in need of maintenance. Our room had a very old pocket door for bathroom that was broken and would not completely shut. The window lock was broken in my moms room so the first floor window was open to outside with no screen (we got it to lock using a knife). Drapery is old, ripped and stained. First thing you see when you walk into the lobby is a 10Ft dead tree. Not all rooms have privacy locks on the door. Very poor lighting in the rooms. Mini fridge worked, but there was food left in it from a previous guest. They were unable to accommodate my mom with a room near the rest of the family, she was on the opposite end of hotel down a long smelly hallway (with a broken window lock), we ended up having her stay with another family member.

The blankets were disgusting. Stains on the covers. The was mold in the AC and the floors were not clean. I do not reccomend staying at this hotel.

While it wasn't a fancy hotel, it is a good place to stay. Stay friendly, place nice and quiet and within walking distance to food options.

Definitely better then sleeping in my car. And although the bedding was somewhat questionable (but apparently clean), the bed itself was comfortable.

Pretty basic breakfast option, the air conditioner was pretty old and not efficient, had to be manually operated. There is no lift, just in case if you happen to carry luggage, then you world have to lift it up through stairs. It’s basically a pretty old hotel, but follows hygiene and cleanliness.

When we pulled in , the property looked abandoned. The stairs leading to the lower parking lot looked unsafe . There was glass in the parking lot . The bathroom was not clean and the toilet kept clogging up . The mattress was comfortable, but every time one of us moved , it would squeak . Benton was cold and we had to wait for it to warm up . Not impressed at all .

The hotel was clean, and pretty empty which was nice. The fridge in the room was a nice size. Staff was friendly and always present. The bathroom door of our room was a sliding door that would not close all the way which was unfortunate but not the end of the world. Didn’t explore breakfast but the lobby was quite small so I don’t imagine there was much. The area around is nothing fantastic, Lockport doesn’t have too much to do. Close ish proximity to Buffalo and Niagara Falls though.

Unfortunately the hallways and the rooms smelled like cigarettes and must, stains on the toilets and tubs and bed sheets 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.

The room and service fine. No issues there. The breakfast options were few and they were out of some essentials such as orange juice

Room had old furniture Capet not cleaned stains on the walls bed just ok room was for handicapped people.

Zero security staff, cheap breakfast options, dirty rooms with any bare lighting inside.

Everything was too dirty, the walls were stained, the blankets were dirty, the carpets were black, the bathroom didn't work, it had a strange smell, the walls were also broken, they changed our room to "a better one" and it was the same.I would never go back even if they paid me.

Our hotel room was way overpriced. It was over $200 for one night where the “quality” of this quality inn was at about $75/night. The ceiling had a patch in the drywall, the ac unit barely kept the room cool, the tubs faucets weren’t secured to the wall. Overall the room was decently decorated but just in poor shape. Definitely not a great value. Would be fine if price was more reasonable.

The place is wonderful for a good night's sleep and includes a delicious breakfast. The parking is convenient, and the staff at the front desk are extremely helpful.

We literally had to kick the door open to get into the room. Kept the window open the entire time bc of the mustiness. The fitness room was useless- broken machines and obviously used for storage. The breakfast waffle was yummy

Great value for money at 30 min from Niagara Falls State Park

When we entered the premise, the staff looked sleepy and was not answering properly. Also the property condition was very poor. Breakfast was the worst. No bagel or cream cheese and bread was stale. The morning staff was also worst. when we entered the room, there was some wierd smell like the room and we had to turn on AC for and hour and then enter. everything was either not clean or was broken or half broken. Will never come her again

front desk staff was aggressive and nasty… stated if i didnt like the pricenof the hotel imcould just check out.. immediately got very hostile when questioned about the room cost.. facility was very outdated and old looking.. smelled.. i didnt trust even drinking the tap water.. gross place

Dumpy, poor conditions of rooms, loud fan in the bathroom, poor lighting in the rooms, dingy, old carpet. Coffee was not good. Basically only carbs offered for the breakfast. I do not plan on ever staying there again.

A great stay for a one day shopping visit. Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel is a bit on the older side but what is there is clean and well maintained. This is reflected in the price but for pace to stay we thought it was great for our purpose.

One of the 2 keys worked in the door. Room smelled terribly musty, stains on the curtains and walls, flys in the drains and all around the shower/tub, cigarette burns in the bedding and it appeared the floor had not been vacuumed in quite a while. Broken glass laid in the outside of the window sill, alluding to the window had been recently broken. Tried to speak to the attendant but wasn’t around at night and the amount of “mentally unstable” people in the lobby and outside made it just uncomfortable and we left.

Room was really nice and we had an excellent stay! My son lives very convenient to this hotel, so will definitely stay in it again in the future!

The room smelled like smoke. The room was freezing. Beds weren’t comfortable. Thank god I was with somebody, because I would not have felt safe checking in alone. Be cautious.

The bathroom ceiling had huge cob webs. The tub had a spot that could of been scrubbed off easily.

Heater/AC gives big noise when it starts each time and disturbs the sleep Bathroom sink and tub were clocked and water won’t go properly, we have to wait until water goes away to reuse and all soap sticks to the tub walls, overall it’s not worth of the money it was charged Nothing was in breakfast except white bread, pancake mix and coffee

We called the front desk to ask for an additional pillow and blanket. They were unable to supply.

Room was comfortable, well equipped and clean, just the dark curtains could be wider to cover the whole window.

Our room smelled like dust and the door did not close properly. Also, the toilet kept overflowing. This place is in serious need of major upgrades and remodeling. I would not advise sending anyone there until the owners of the hotel invest time and money on remodeling and fixing the issues.

The front desk clerk was young and very disrespectful. He tried not to rent to me!

The room which we got was having lot many issues. Bath tubs were clogged and wash basins are also clogged. Even after reporting the issues, they did not repair or exchanged the rooms. One of the worst experience I have encountered with this reservation. In future, I will not be preferring this hotel and Expedia as well for tagging with such worst quality properties.

The hotel room was very dirty, there was trash behind both night stands and what appeared to be a popcorn kernel in the edge of the sink that fell down when I turned the water on. And a load of dust occupied every lamp in the room plus the headboard and there was a very foul odor when I arrived into the room.

Room smelled. Had to get a can of Febreeze to tolerate it. Bedside lamp didn't work. Had to unscrew bulb to turn it off. Went to the front desk twice about it, but never fixed for the 6 days we were there. The breakfast only had cereal or waffles and the waffle batter was watery like it had been watered down. Never ate there again. Ice machine broken. Had to get ice from the front desk in bags. The outside grounds on the side of the building had a lot of trash around with no trash cans outside.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Gym equipment was broke and the watercooler was empty in the gym. There was no elevator. Breakfast advertised as healthy, but it was just cereal, yogurt, and waffles you make.
