I would 100% stay there again and would recommend it to friends or family. To nitpick the bathroom sink was very tight, you can’t both use the sink to get ready at same time. There was a coffee cup that appeared in the hallway outside our room door. It stayed there for two days. I was surprised, I’m sure numerous employees walked by it, including the cleaning staff for the rooms…

The facility, room, staff everything was top notch. This will be my go-to spot the next time I am vacationing in Long Beach.

We were able to get an early check in. The barista at Starbucks was so nice and great with my kids. The lady at check in was such a great help with no issues at all! 10/10 recommend!

It was nice not having to pay for parking.

The location is very close to the Carnival cruise terminal and easy to get to it. The property is very well maintained. The amenities like the bar, the starbucks and the gym are very nice.

THEY ARE A MICROWAVE FREE HOTEL. YOU HAVE TO BUY WIFI!!!! considering they are located near an airport they don’t have a microwave in the room. Good luck if you arrive past midnight and want to heat up some ramen. The buffet breakfast is over priced. My son wanted cereal $14, keep in mind that the kids buffet was $15. Keep in mind the cereal options were Raisin Bran, corn flakes and fruity pebbles. The in door pool is heated, supposedly so is the outdoor one(I don’t believe it). In this century, buying WiFi should not even been an amenity; it should be a necessity.

Wonderful will absolutely willingly stay again if staying in Long Beach. Would just plan a slightly longer trip in order to make better use of the amenities and property.

The A/C in our room took half of the night to cool the room down. The coffee machine in our room was missing a piece so we couldn’t use it. The hotel staff was very friendly, despite the small inconveniences will still stay again

Recently remodeled, pool area was nice, great location near airport and freeways, well lit free parking with frequent security presence.

M club attendees were great. Main issue I had is requested a late checkout for 1 pm. Left my bags at front desk in case didnt return from program by 1 and left. I returned before Noon and was told I was checked out. I just wanted to go to room and change. Instead used bathroom. Didnt appreciate that level of care.

Dining: Be aware that the restaurants are separate organizations from the hotel. The breakfast options are very expensive ($28 USD for the buffet), and unfortunately, the quality did not match the price. The pastries and French toast were not fresh. Furthermore, while the front desk stated breakfast was served until 10:00 AM, the staff began closing the buffet at 9:30 AM, making us feel rushed. I would recommend looking for food options off-site. Guest Shuttles: There seems to be a major lack of communication between management and front desk staff regarding guest transportation. We were initially offered a shuttle to the Long Beach Exchange (LBX), but when we called for the return trip as instructed, the agent claimed they "don't do shuttles for guests." While they eventually honored the ride, the interaction was unprofessional and made us feel like a significant inconvenience. Overall, while the physical property is well-maintained, the lack of coordination between departments and the poor value of the breakfast made for a frustrating stay.

Perfect stay in a clean hotel!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Long Beach Marriott! The breakfast was superb with so many delicious options, and the service throughout the entire property was most excellent. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and truly made us feel welcomed. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Convenient early check in.

Our bed was listed as a “king size,” though it definitely felt smaller than the king bed I have at home. Parking was convenient when there were no hotel events, but on two days during my stay it became difficult to find a spot due to event traffic. Overall, the hotel was very nice, and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

I really liked that there was front and back parking. The hotel was close to shopping centers. I like that there was employees outside that would help you unload or load your car. There was a party going on so by the time I got there there was no parking in the front. I drove around the front parking lot for about 30 minutes to be able to park. Then when I found a parking spot I literally had to squeeze into the spot reversing. After I parked my car it was hard to get out because of the 2 cars on the side of me. After I checked into the hotel and got my stuff out of my car I moved my car to the back parking lot.

The room was ok. It was not worth the cost. I’ve stayed in less expensive rooms and they had more to offer. No breakfast. Furniture was basic.

The staff was very polite courteous the food was wonderful in the restaurant inside of the hotel. The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like is I have a bad fusion in my neck and back, and the pillows were not firm overall I highly recommend this hotel. I like that. It was very clean quiet and very peaceful. I stay there at night before we took an eight day cruise.

They changed my account over $1,000 for security should have been $400. Overdrew my account and would not reverse the mistake. No microwave. The place to hang my long dress was short, my dress was touching the floor. Very disappointed in my stay there. I will not stay there anymore.

Had to use Uber to get to airport because sight said shuttle started at 5:30 and front desk said not until 6 and we are elderly and handicapped so was worried we could not run or walk fast to make flight boarding at 6:35am.

Friendly front desk greeting, smooth greeting, refreshments available from restaurant, Starbucks good, good bed. But no shower hot water, toilet that wouldn't flush completely, erratic coffee maker and no microwave in the room. Sticky elevator lobby floor, visibly dirty, and left for 24 hours.

The rooms were clean and quiet, the airport is right nextdoor so obviously there is some sound in the morning when planes take off but it is easily avoidable with earplugs. They sell anything you may have forgotten, and have an in house Starbucks and Mexican restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, I needed to book an extra day and the concierge were extremely helpful.

We loved the property with all the amenities, we'll be coming back in the future.

People on our floor were smoking pot for about an hour last night. To get rid of the odor, the hotel then srayed a very strong smelling fragrance, which gave me an allergy attack as I’m allergic to scents. We opened the window what we could to try to get the smell to diffuse, but it really didn’t help. Then, as the evening went on, people on the floor were opening and slamming their doors yelling in the hallways until about 2 o’clock in the morning. I did not get a good night sleep and the host hotel staff didn’t offer any help.

Quick and easy check in!

Check in was a breeze but the following morning the fire alarm went off at 7:30 am. Called the front desk, they stated it was a false alarm. So we went back to bed only to have it go off every other minute until we decided it was enough and left around 10 am. Talked to front desk in which they stated no compensation for the fire alarm fiasco. Not apologetic at all as if it happens all the time. Stating the false alarm was triggered by the indoor pool and sorry not sorry deal. Will not be staying here again.

The staff was great. The battery on my door died, and I was locked out of my room. Staff came to fix it, but it took them a while to get there. But they were very friendly. The fire alarm kept going off. The indoor pool was clean and warm - very nice.

Great stay, only critique is they should advertise that you have to call for the shuttle, which was quick, easy and a comfortable Mercedes van. Obit issue of note is listing shows a cruise port shuttle available when they do not offer this service.

Rooms for duty, I could not get anyone to take out trash. Some of the staff looked sloppily dressed, one person in charge had a big rip in his shirt during the day.

Staff was so nice, helpful and welcoming. The people at the front were Justin and Daniela. They were very helpful when my husband addressed a problem, the indoor pool was very cold but they both helped with that and within a few minutes, someone was sent to check and turn on the heating system. The room was clean, spacious and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to slept due to the noise from the airport, I can truly say I haven't slept that well in years! My family and I really enjoyed our stay and God willing, we will be coming back soon.

The room was clean and nice. The staff was excellent and generous with information. Both restaurants had good food and wait staff. Overall it was an excellent experience.

The shower-head in my room didn’t work so I had to use solely the handheld. The floor in my room was uneven for some reason - it felt like it might have been warped from water damage? The breakfast menu in my room was very different than what I was given at the restaurant downstairs. And a note on dining - there are several errors/inconsistencies on the website about the dining options/experience. The food was ok, but it would be amazing to have more craft coffee drinks - like lattes.

Justin was such a huge help for my wife and myself. Our flight in landed earlier than check in and Justin was able to get us into a room very quickly. He also assisted in letting us know of local restaurants/ shopping attractions for us to check out while he works on getting a room ready. He was such a huge help, friendly and greeted us every morning and welcomed us back everytime he was at the counter. Thank you Justin, you rock!!

The Night Auditor was a GODSEND; My LIFT Rideshare never showed downtown at 1am. He scheduled Yellow Cab for me on Sunday early morning.🙏 I didn’t catch His Name, Tall/ Slender White Male. Showed true Hospitality!!!

I’d give the staff seven stars, it’s the most enthusiastic staff I’ve ever witnessed in all my years of travel. They knew me by my last night, Mr. Gale good morning how are you today? Phenomenal! The room was exceptionally clean and updated, the breakfast options were incredible. The ease of being right next to the airport is a no-brainer. I can’t say enough for the staff of this property.

Room smelled of urine and mold. There was mold on the wall in the corner. Floors were grimy and in need of a good scrub. I called front desk and was told there wasn’t another room available.

FINALLY, a hotel that looks like does it the picture. My only gripe is that they don't offer shuttle to the cruise port.

If you are searching for a location that offers great travel packages, this is the place to stay. However, be aware that the popular attractions are not easily accessible and will require a car rental to explore downtown Los Angeles.

Very nice hotel! Very modern, beautiful property and facility. Advanced online check in was very helpful and our room was available early! Staff very friendly. LOVED having a Starbucks right there in the lobby. Room smelled a bit of cigarettes—that was my only criticism. Had we stayed more than one night, I probably would’ve asked to be moved. Will definitely stay here again though.

Comfortable bed, and Tamarindo's was a delicious restaurant onsite. Order the tortilla soup! They were sold out of long-term parking (you have to reserve and pay online in advance) but the parking isn't apparently covered or patrolled by security, so we would have likely parked at the airport anyway, even if they had availability.

I woke up with bites on my legs that I did not have when I went to bed. I tried to test the mattress for bed bugs with the iron, but it did not work. The outlet next to the sink did not work. By the way, the bathtub had a slick bottom, but there was no bathmat to make the tub safer.

Stayed here 3nights with my 8yr old and experience was awesome. Checking in was super easy and quick, associates at front desk were very welcoming and nice. Letting us know if we needed anything during the stay to not hesitate in asking. Both pool areas are great we used the indoor pool since outside was a bit cold for the outdoor pool. Outdoor pool seems to be in great condition very nice to get in in the summer time. Room was clean and beds soooo comfy. Room service very polite, they do an awesome job in having the rooms clean. Everything was great. Would recommend. Like everything has the downs and the only thing I saw “bad” was that the shower tub was a bit slippery other than that no complaints! Location is great. Easy access to 405 freeway and long beach airport.

The hotel was very comfortable. The amenities were perfect and the staff was very nice. The only thing i didnt like was that the parking spots were a bit tight and small but nothing to complain about. Most people rent cars and they are large.

First of all, and I don’t know if this is a typical Marriott thing, but the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was good and well-priced. The outside pool is under construction, but the inside pool is wonderful - warm, big, and no stuffy chlorine smell like many indoor pools. The rooms are big, and everything from the rooms to the lobby was very clean.

The staff definitely were courteous and welcoming. The room was clean and great for the price.

This was a great experience. There was some construction happening outside which did take away from the beauty. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Our rooms were cleaned wonderfully every single day. The only down side is that you can hear planes landing and taking off. The sounds are not loud enough to disrupt your sleep, but you can hear it. It did not bother me too much as I grew up next to an airport. I recommend staying here!
