When we arrived, the refrigerator didn’t work and the phone didn’t work either. They switched rooms for us, but the phone still didn’t work. The room was not as clean as it should’ve been for a courtyard by Marriott.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing stay for our family. We had reserved a room with balcony and more importantly the small couch for our children to sleep on. When we got to our room it was not that, they just put us in a tiny room with 1 king bed, I went back to the front desk and said this was not the room type we had reserved. She told me that they overbooked therefore changed our room to something different and that there was nothing she could do about it. I find it confusing that I am allowed to choose the room I want on Expedia, prepay for it and then not be able to get that room. I also find the customer service lacking as she didn’t even tell us this at check in. We choose rooms along our travels to best suite our families needs and so if it was not available we would have searched for somewhere that does.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The hotel was a little run down, but clean. The pool was probably the dirtiest. It needed some attention with how hazy the water was. There were some things around the hotel that should be fixed cosmetically. But overall it was a good place to stay.

Was hesitant to stay here because of reviews about the hotel being loud, but that was not our experience at all. Hotel was very quiet, we even extended our stay by a couple days for this reason! Rooms were very clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Carlos! Location was minutes away from so much to do.

The location was perfectly situated for where I needed to be based so that I could walk to the office, as well as being only a 15 minute drive to Boulder. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and cosy. The room and facilities were all clean and lots of towels were provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer and iron were all in the room. There was a small coffee maker, along with a fridge which was handy. The gym offers a good amount of free weights which is great. There is loads of parking outside if you are renting a car for your trip. Also really handy having a small snack bar in the front where you can buy water and other small items. The inability to switch off the room heating was frustrating - air was constantly blowing even when I tried to turn it off. Breakfast was okay. I didn’t understand the lack of sustainability: coffee is served in takeaway cups even when dining in. I was also surprised that every cup in the gym was individually wrapped in plastic, plastic in plastic felt excessive.

My Marriott membership was wrong on my reservation and the address on the bill was also wrong. Room was decent

They tell you you have a free breakfast, but don’t say it’s only complementary the first morning; after that it’s full pay at Starbucks ridiculous prices ($100/night for room for me and wife; moderate breakfast was $38 + tip) and wait in Starbucks line for service. For those two main reasons I will not return. Best Western next door is a much better value and more enjoyable alternative.

Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was clean, obviously recently renovated, well appointed, and quiet. The big TV and seating area were a nice touch. I was honestly shocked at how nice my experience was. Highly recommended.

Hotel good. Courtyard hotels are always great. But this one had a clogged tub and toilet was too low for men. So restroom gets a one star.

Didn’t make the room, the response was “we do the room any other day…” they didn’t tell me, or warn me.

Clean room, comfy beds, restaurants nearby for convenience and quick drive to CU!

The room was decent, very clean with plenty linens but mattress was very hard. The elevator on the right side was broken. The courtyard is very nice. The hotel is in a great location for quick access to anything you could need or want.

Room was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Also, final price of Hotel room was much higher than what I booked through Expedia.

Stayed at the hotel just passing through the town. Was everything I could have imagined great price everything far exceeded my expectations. I will be using this hotel again next time I'm in the area

I didn’t like that we left our room to take most of our things to the car, but left a couple things in the room and when I went back to the room to retrieve the rest of our belongings, the maid had already threw away and bagged my stuff! We hadn’t checked out yet!

Nice quiet location and clean rooms. Service staff had a casual attitude which made trying to seek service difficult. It could be because so many on the ground floor team were always having to multi-task.

Love the place and my stay

Their rooms were incredibly tiny. The smallest hotel that I have stayed in. It didn’t have a window to the outside by the parking lot. It didn’t have much parking by the back door so I had to walk around and use the front door. No free breakfast or even coffee. I bought a candy bar from the marketplace and it was $5.15. I would not stay here again.

This was a comfortable stay in a convenient location -a perfect hotel for our quick trip.

We had very noisy guests staying above us and could hear loud walking while trying to sleep. The staff weren’t always at the desks, so we waited for assistance several times. We only stayed one night, but probably would choose a different hotel next time. It wasn’t the worst place we’ve ever stayed but also wasn’t the best. Would give it a “meh” rating.

The location was quiet and fit our needs. Enjoyed the large room and comfortable bed.

This hotel has a lot of nice qualities. It has large televisions with the original remote which is great! Points off for difficulties connecting the internet for my amazon stick and for not having the starbucks open most of the day. Otherwise, a very nice and comfortable place to stay.

Our power in our room stopped working. They had us change rooms 2 different times. Also our room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Clean but the rooms are incredibly small, no regular chair just an office desk chair. Hazardous at night. TV mounted at 90 degree from bed. I won't be staying ever again. Profit over comfort.

We stayed at the Marriot for an Ironman Triathlon. We had to get up early and it would have been nice to have an option of eating early or getting a bag breakfast to go.

We have been staying here for a few years. Everything was clean and the staff was excellent. We ran the Bolder Boulder and they were happy to give us an extended checkout time so we could shower. The only two things that could use improvement are adding microwaves in the rooms and maybe having more options in creamers to add to the Starbucks coffee.

Toilet was so close to the ground it was hard to get up, and there was no grab bar. Also, the distance between the toilet seat and water was so minimal that, when wiping, my hand dipped into the water. Truly disgusting.

Love the stay. What I don't like is being asked to take a survey that in the email appears to be one maybe two questions turns out to be a much longer process. Please respect your customer's time, tell me it' 10 questions or 20 questions or 5 min. That way I know. When I get started as I did here, I now see this is going to take a while. So forget it. Started out Excellent review. Ended with meh.

The location of the hotel was at a convenient location. The Staff went out of their way to accommodate me.

The employees at the front desk were great as soon as we walked in. The service throughout the hotel was also fantastic. The only issue we had was that the bathroom in our room smelled like cigarettes. It was clear that the smell was coming from another room and thankfully it was isolated to the bathroom. When I told the front desk they were very understanding and said they would check out the room above us and then offered to move us to another room. Overall, bc the staff was great and the facilities were updated and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

I was traveling for a sports tournament being held on the campus. The hotel was close and easily accessible. It was super clean and quiet. There was shopping and food close also.

We he had a long day of travel and arrived at our hotel at 11:20 pm. We went to check in. And they didn't have our reservation in there system. They said it was the 2nd time tonight that this happened. Through search through the computer they could find my Expedia reservation but it didn't translate into there system. After 2 phone calls to upper level staff, they were able to put us in a room. The front desk lady, Sandy worked hard to get us taken care of, it probably took 20 mins to get us a room. My concern is using Expedia to book instead of dealing directly with the hotel. I've never had an issue booking direct. I'd prefer not to go through this again. Thank you

Convenient and friendly staff

It was a joy to conduct my affairs from the property in Louisville/Superior, whuich is central to Boulder (13 mins.) and Denver, although plenty is happening in Broomfield as well. Friendly stFf, housekeeping and cleanliness everywhere were priorities. Everything was first-rate.
