Bed was comfortable enough. Walked into the lobby, was not greeted. It appeared someone was being trained to work the front desk, neither of the women responded to me when I walked up and said hello, they just continued talking to each other until I once again said I need to check in. No working fan in the bathroom. Online it said the room had a view, was a view of the street not the mountains. One lamp in the room didn't work, the landline phone was disconnected from the wall and I had to hold it into the wall to make a call. The showerhead is shorter than me and I am 5'7. I had to crouch to wash my hair and upper body. On top of that the fire alarm went off on Tuesday 6/9 at 9pm, a water pipe burst in the lobby over the sprinkler and flooded the lobby. We all went down to the lobby to find out what was going on and did not encounter a single staff member the entire time. Nobody called 911, fire and police were not alerted. It just so happened an officer was driving by the hotel about 10 minutes after the alarm started going off and he called it in. The fire department informed us that the alarms would be going off for hours as the water needed to drain off the sensor in the lobby. This entire time and thereafter there was zero communication from the staff. It was never addressed or apologized for. We lost 3 hours of sleep and had to leave the hotel because of the blaring alarms. The breakfast no matter what time you went down was almost always out. They do not prepare enough for the amount of people eating, extremely limited selection everyday: waffle, egg, sometimes sausage but was almost always out. Other than that there was stale bagels/toast and 2 choices of cereal.
- 2.5/5
Breakfast was good and the room was clean I reserved a room with a king bed and they only had rooms with two beds available for us, even though I had a reservation for one large one
- 2/5
It near our destination Parking charge of $5.00 They tried to charge me $25.00 for early checking. I pushed back and fee was waived. Fire alarm went off at 11 pm. We got out of bed and went out in parking lot to learn thst it was a false alarm and it was the 4th time it happened during the last several weeks. The whole place is showing it's age and is ready for a major revamp.

Staff was great. Nice lobby. Clean room. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast options.

I had an excellent stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Louisville, Colorado. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely welcoming from check-in through departure. It is clear that customer service is a top priority, and every interaction reflected a commitment to making guests feel valued. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless, and the common areas were equally impressive. The property is conveniently located and provided everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity demonstrated by the ownership and staff. In an era when great customer service can be difficult to find, this team truly stands out. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend La Quinta Louisville to anyone visiting the area. Five stars all the way!
- 3/5
Manager was arrogant and rude but the rest of the staff were nice. Pool was nice if you want to skim it yourself to use it. Room was clean. Toilets were not ADA compliant. Rooms were a bit outdated and need attention. Grounds were kept clean. The area the hotel was in was very nice and safe with a lot of food choices.
- 4/5
Good experience; continental breakfast not greatest. Staff wasn't the friendliest but OK.
- 4/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate, with waffles, eggs, maybe sausage? and toast, yogurts, juice, apples. There wasn't any plant based milk or butter/margarine, but I didn't ask - they may have been able to provide them. I was surprised by the $5 parking fee.
- 2/5
I had to go get another room, overall it was ok no other issues
- 5/5
The staff were very professional and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
- 2/5
1. Handle on shower door very loose.. 2. Grab bar inside shower was also very loose. 3. Appeared someone swatted a mosquito on the wall, but housekeeping missed the blood spot? There were numerous exterior lights out on the property. 4. The west parking lot/west side was extremely dark. 5. There are enough exterior lights throughout the property, but the majority of them were not on.

Nice clean spacious rooms with comfortable mattresses and crisp clean bedding. Powerful showers. Reception staff were efficient and helpful. Located a short drive from Boulder but offering better value for money than hotels in that location. Breakfast is the okay but the hot options were minimal and underwhelming.

The hotel was busy. They charge you for parking, which was not listed in their description. Breakfast would have been better if there was some left. We have stayed there before, but this time wasn't as clean. The coffee was fine. Check in and out was ok.
- 5/5
Good place to stay, nice stuff, great breakfast
- 2/5
Breakfast was minimal, coffee not good Place is in need of a facelift, paint, new bathroom doors
- 4/5
I did not like the charge upfront at time of booking. Also the credit of 49$ I was notified about was never received.
- 2/5
This is my third time staying here for a week each time and every time breakfast is lacking. Breakfast is from 6-9. I went down before 8 and they were out of biscuits and gravy when asked they said they would not make any more. This happened on multiple occasions…thankfully there is a McDonald’s across the street. Rooms are clean but breakfast needs some massive improvement.
- 5/5
the rooms were VERY CLEAN & well maintained. I would recommend anyone choose to stay here when in the Boulder area.

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean. Nice staff.

Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood, thank you to Anna for all of your help
- 5/5
Clean facilities, kind and helpful staff. Free breakfast was nice. enjoyable stay overall
- 3/5
Needs upgrades. Paint peeling. Mold in bathrooms. Just a lot of overall wear and tear. There were people who looked like they were living in the parking lot.
- 4/5
Besides that the room was okay for a 2 star hotel. It was nice and clean and had all the basics you need for a quick stay. I rented the room because I came up for the Bolder Boulder race. I will definitely use one of the surrounding hotels in the area next year

1. The first room had the shower spout fall off (couldn't take a shower) 2. The second room (replacement) had a malfunctioning toilet 3. The dirty towels were only replaced every third day (we stayed two) 4. One light wouldn't light on the desk 5. A night manager was rude and when we asked for replacement towels gave us only one bath towel for two people. 6. The bathroom sink faucet as very loose on the sink and the drain plug didn't work. In all fairness, we were given assistance on our first morning for some late breakfast. We missed the 9am cutoff (by 30 minutes ) because we were still on PSTime and this hotel was on Rocky Mtn. Time. The manager was very helpful and let us have some late breakfast. My general impression was that whoever was in charge of maintenance was trying to scrimp on maintenance and didn't have the skills to do the job.
- 4/5
Good size room, fairly comfy bed...but our room unfortunately felt like it was the furtherest from the lift. But at least there was a lift! Good breakfast included. Not too far from an assortment of restaurants.
- 3/5
Great place to stay with pets. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, and the property seemed clean other than the dog area (and the extended area around the parking lot) that was littered with poo. That’s really on the pet owner and not the property but it was fairly terrible. There is a really nice walking trail nearby. The breakfast was ok. I would definitely stay again
- 5/5
I unfortunately slept through breakfast the whole time I was there. I wish I had been able to eat breakfast there
- 3/5
I stayed at this property when it was first open and it was great, but these few years later it doesn't seem like the same place. The plumbing was so loud we couldn't flush during the night it would wake everyone up. And some folks left their dogs alone in the room and had to listen to barking dog. So I guess you get what you pay for at 76.00 a night. and the front desk person wanted to charge us a fee for a second car at 5 dollars a night, so we had to park 2 blocks away. will not be staying again.
- 5/5
Her room was clean and well appointed. The staff was efficient. The breakfast was more than adequate. We slept.
- 5/5
Hotel was very clean on the inside. We had our dogs with us and had no problems. Only complaint is there was a lot of dog feces outside on the property, but that is more of a problem with previous guests.
- 5/5
I got it exchange immediately But in the next day someone else tried entering in my room My room was latched from inside so he could not enter but the persons mentioned sorry and left immediately I think some system should be in place to avoid such mistakes
- 5/5
Clean room, good breakfast, kind staff

I would stay at this hotel again. The only problem that we had was the internet.

- 5/5
Great place to stay closer to CU Boulder, if anyone attending an event there.. this is a great place. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, very helpful management.
- 4/5
There were clear areas of the room that were in need of maintenance, and it was apparent that the hotel was not accustomed to a full house, that said the friendly staff and competitive price will probably bring us back for another stay!
- 3/5
Good parking, location and staff. Rooms run down, water in shower is klugy, breakfast OK. You can hear every word from the hallway, no insulation.
- 5/5
Everything was good except the breakfast. We were there 3 days and there was no toast, or bagels or english muffins or sweet rolls or muffins. The waffle batter was not available at times. There were often not enough eggs. The coffee was good. No fruit.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and staff were helpful, we had a great stay, the only downside was the breakfast. The orange juice and apple juice were out order other than that it was great.
- 4/5
Good location and the staff were really good. Clean and safe and easy parking and handy to shopping and dining. Will stay here again
- 2/5
Ok was not working any day. Scrambled eggs were bad. Sausages were bad. Bread was stale.
- 1/5
This hotel was disgusting. Dog hair everywhere. Trash had not been emptied. We checked out immediately and they wouldn't refund our payment.
- 5/5
Breakfast is ok, the rooms are clean and staff is nice. Forthw price irz worth
- 4/5
Clean rooms great breakfast staff was very helpful
- 4/5
Breakfast could have a few more items such as bagels, muffins, pastries.....
- 3/5
The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There was a used bar of soap in the soap dish, a used toothbrush and toothpaste on the counter, the toilet hadn't been flushed, the trash hadn't been emptied, the sink, counter and mirror were dirty and the sheets didn't look like they had been changed.
- 4/5
Hotel was great, very clean and organized. Only drawback was that we happened to be roomed next a room with 2 dogs that had a penchant for barking. We support hotels allowing pets (something we have done in the past) - this time it was pretty annoying.
- 5/5
The room was delightful; roomy with thankfully NO CARPET and a modern bathroom with AWESOME water pressure and plenty of hot water for a delightful shower!!! The breakfast offerings were the same thing everyday and frequently they ran out of food. Housekeeping could be better- the hallways were in need of vacuuming. The gym had all the basic workout equipment....The $5.00 charge was annoying-really??? charging -even though it was anominal one time charge-the hotel is in the middle of suburbia....close to enough fast food and grocery stores... this La Quinta has just been sold to a new group so it will be interesting to see if the quality is raised.
- 5/5
Book it. Great hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast 👍👍
- 4/5
Helpful friendly staff and clean rooms
- 4/5
Some one is always letting other people in by propping the back door open. The breakfast is kind of limited to start with and on some days there is no sausage, or no milk, or no yogurt. Some days all three were not available. Coffee and paper cups were scarce on occaison. The price is very reasonable however.
- 5/5
The place is clean and well maintained, it's in a great spot dinning can be walked to, parking with a trailer would be difficult.
- 5/5
Clean quiet and in a great location

There is a $5 parking charge that we were unaware of. But it was clean and quiet!

The breakfast is very limited! Air conditioning/heating hard to regulate. Too cold the too warm.
- 4/5
Nice room. We didn't have breakfast because we had to get up early for a flight. Shocked that we had to pay for parking. What? Feels like gouging and greed.
- 2/5
Breakfast was ok, not a lot of options. Our room 110, smelled strongly of urine so I would stay away from that room.
- 5/5
Best value for the price!!! Clean rooms and facilities with multiple amenities such as a weight room and hot tub, microwave and mini fridge in room and a combo shower and tub, which I love!! And to top it all off, it’s in a quiet area and has many restaurants within walking distance. A truly great breakfast is included which stays open until 10am instead of stopping at 9am as most hotels do. If I am ever in this area again, I will definitely be staying here!!

The dryer was broken. Spotlight in the courtyard shines right into my window. Door keys rarely worked and i had to keep getting new ones. The bright light inside the room is linked to everything on that wall, such as tv and desk outlets. The light MUST be on if you plan to charge anything at the desk (such as laptop), or even if you want to watch tv, that light must stay on. It's awful. Toilet didn't flush.
- 5/5
Everything was great.

The staff were exceptionally attentive. We asked for extra pillows and the front desk staff brought them to our room, but the best part was the price. Two nights for $158.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and professional, the fitness center is above average and well-maintained, and the location is very convenient. My only complaint is that the TVs were not working (network/cable issues) during my stay, but that's a first world problem, and there's not much worth watching on TV anyway.

We stayed at this location 2 nights. The rooms were comfortable and quiet but the building lay out was a bit in efficient for where our room was located. There was a door and elevator right next to our room but the door exit door located directly next to that elevator was a non-entrance. This just meant we had to walk the entire “U” Shape to get to our room each time. Staff was friendly but didn’t have much direct interactions. Breakfast had a light selection on a Monday morning.

King, but they didn’t have King’s - which I was fine with - refrigerator in my room wouldn’t close, but I quickly got a new room, very pleasant about it all and again not a big deal for me. (Thankfully I wasn’t completely unpacked. Both rooms were very clean, lobby, breakfast area - nice workout room - pool wasn’t open yet but looked very nice. Truly an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is convenient and clean, otherwise I would have given one star. There was a persistent hum throughout the hotel, making it almost impossible for me to sleep. I stay at a hotel to get a peaceful, restful night's sleep. This hotel provided the opposite.

I got an unexpected charge of $500 due to the manager saying the room detected smoke when I don’t even smoke!! I was crimping my hair with a crimper and must have detected that even though I didn’t see smoke coming out from my hair smh!! I am very upset I travel for work and this has never happened to me!! If you decide to book this hotel DO NOT USE HOT TOOLS OF ANY KIND FOR YOUR HAIR!! Had to dispute transaction and wait for another card right before Christmas and my money back so messed up!!!!

Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. The cleaning service was very respectful. It was a great stay. I would absolutely stay again in the future.

Room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was a disaster. We were there for a week. Breakfast the first day was ok. We went down the second day at7:30 and they were out of everything…juice, eggs, sausage and syrup for the pancakes. The next day they had food but no plates. With it the week of Thanksgiving’ you would have thought they would have been prepared

It was a clean and affordable hotel.

Yes, my room was clean and kept clean and stocked with clean towels and linens by the polite custodial staff.

To charge a $5.00 parking fee for every guest vehicle seems petty and adds an additional action to remember to place the parking slip on the dash. Never stayed in a facility situated like this one that charged for parking. I was asked if I had a vehicle. What? I didn’t walk here!

Staff was great especially Derrick at the front desk. There was an issue causing us to switch rooms. He went out of his way to rectify things. He is an excellent associate

- 3/5
The breakfast was pretty bad. The bread was stale, the scrambled eggs were solid and the instant porridge needed a microwave or boiling water to be prepared (the hot water in the drink dispenser was not hot enough to cook the porridge), The room itself was fine, very comfortable - but one of the back doors to the hotel was propped open with a rock because the guest keycard pad was broken. That is very poor security! However all the staff were friendly and efficient.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. I would stay there again.

Property staff (Brenda and Nap) and room were disappointing; NOT what I paid for; most definitely NOT what I reserved. Unprofessional, poor attitude D- effort for or care / concern. I checked in to watch the Broncos football game on Thursday night / on local tv. The tv in my initial room 107 did NOT work. I made 5 trips to the front desk begging hotel staff for help to get my room tv to work. They were not busy at the front desk, however both Brenda and Nap refused to help get my room tv working and when I asked if they could please turn the Broncos football game on in the front lobby; Brenda laughed at me They bettering refused to help or turn on the lobby tv. I was moved from a king size room to a double bed room. I explained that this was not comparable, as I will not be able to sleep with my girlfriend and my dog and me in a full bed. Again Brenda disrespectfully laughed at me to make me fully aware she did NOT care about my stay. I did not sleep well; it is NOT what I reserved and o missed three quarters of the Broncos game because the room tv didn’t work and hotel staff Brenda and Nap refused to turn on the Broncos football game in the lobby. Additionally we f the three dog poop stations; East, west and behind the hotel. All three were overflowing with poop bags , there’s poop all over the property not picked up and two of the three stations were completely out of dog poop bags. I want my money back! Scott Propst

Price was very good for what you get. The staff was attentive and courteous. The breakfast was good. And it was nice there was a workout room.

I know that hotels are struggling to keep cleaning staff. There was visible dirt/crumbs on the floor of our room. But after requesting the quietest room possible, we were kept up all night by drunken partiers, pounding on doors, laughing loudly, just awful, till 4 am. The night manager kept saying he would resolve it but never did. We bailed and went elsewhere. La Quinta used to be our go-to. Never again.
- 5/5
Great value, clean & comfortable rooms, walkable and convenient location, and friendly staff

Staff communication needs to improve at this location. When we checked in, we were told we could have a late check out, as we had a race we would need to shower after, causing us to leave about 11:15. That morning, we were told it was not possible because no note was left and we needed out by 11. While checking out, another guest was saying they had been told their stay could extend another day, but again were being told there was "no note" and therefore not possible. Communication HAS to be better between their team members as the lack of it directly impacts the guest stay.
- 5/5
Nice, comfortable room. No complaints here.
- 3/5
The breakfast room had little to offer. The same slices of white bread for 3 days. No on restocked anything.

Staff were friendly | door had a large crack could almost see into the hallway with it shut
- 4/5
Staff were friendly and attentive.
- 3/5
Overall, the stay was good. However, the shower head was broken, and the fridge had some black spots that looked like mold. Other than that, everything else was clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
The room was very clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine- very good make your own waffles. If you're a coffee person like me- it was less than fair. Hotel was very clean and staff very nice. Good location to Boulder!

We had a double room with two guests, and when we arrived, the room was provisioned with one washcloth, one cup, no body wash, and one thin bar of soap. No housecleaning or re-supply for a three-night stay. I don’t mind that, but I don’t think I should have to ask for basic room supplies. Also, the elevator was terrifying (clearly very old, creaky, startling jolts), so I was grateful to be on the second floor.
- 2/5
And after trying to dry off with hand towels the cleaning crew was banging on doors right at 11am. Find a different hotel to stay at. For $300 plus for one night. Not worth the cost.
- 3/5
Just ok. Old school. Not updated. Bath tub shower. Who really uses a bath tub in a hotel for goodness sake. Poor coffee machine. Piece missing didn’t work. It’s 2025 get a real merit.

Breakfast options were pretty disappointing.

I ended up changing hotels after being sent to 2 rooms that were deadbolted aher it seemed like was occupied and 3rd room had dirty rag, in vacuumed, and sheets were untucked so I left even at 3:00am after flight delay etc. that’s how bad it was and I was issued a full refund.
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly and everything was so clean and nice. The only thing i would suggest is have the correct amount of towels and washclothes per person. We only had one washcloth and two towels for 4 people. But i called and went to front desk and was given the washcloths and towels. Other then that everything was excellent

Good stay
- 5/5
Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
Need to fix rear door. It could only be used as an exit. Had to go around to get in the building. Needed to use the laundry facilities. Washer was working. The dryer was not.
- 4/5
The TV volume was locked and the attendant helped unlock it on the second day. Coffee station was fine but there was only black tea… need to add non-caffeine tea.
- 3/5
Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Toilet in our room was perpetually clogged and did not work correctly. Housekeeping did a poor job-only 2 towels, 1 washcloth provided, in spite of being a 4 person room. Breakfast was very minimal; sausage was cold both mornings.
- 3/5
Room was large and clean, bathroom needed work; big light and fan didnt work, split swinging door had inch opening between door panels, shower door handles falling off. Breakfast was limited, but clean and free.
- 5/5
Such an easy check in and check out process, everyone was so helpful and kind!
- 5/5
Everything was awrsome
- 5/5
Clean hotel, great staff. Very convenient location.
- 1/5
238 was a disaster. The toilet was plugged before we even took the room . The staff made me try plunge it instead of sending help. It was impossible to unplug. The previous tenants left trash and the sink valve assembly was very loose. This hotel was terrible
- 1/5
Bugs on walls, bed cover and spider in sink
- 1/5
Homeless people all over outside. Near one entrance by our room was an entire homeless camp of stuff next to the door. Hallways smell strong of cigarettes. Was warned there are sensors and will be charged $500 every time it detects anything. Entire trip was spent worried the hotel would drain my vacation money by claiming I was smoking when it was peole in the halls and stuff. I will never stay here again because I spent the entire trip worrying about that happening. Try to make your guests feel welcome so they can enjoy their stay. Instead of punishing us while letting idiots smoke in the halls.
- 4/5
Great place to stay and up to the La Quinta standard we've come to expect
- 4/5
It’s a Nice place to stay. Clean quiet and safe… the sheets are a little scratchy and those little square pillows are Meh…
- 2/5
This property needs some serious maintenance, and a DEEP clean. Completely disappointed in our stay, especially for how much we paid.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. Cheap pricing 20 minutes out of downtown Boulder. Ceiling in the bathroom was a mess, no trash bins outside of the facility, and no one at the front desk in the evening. They only clean the room every 3 days. Relatively clean, good pricing, but again, you get what you pay for.
- 3/5
The room was fine and staff was friendly. The floor in the bathroom and entrance to the room was filthy and covered in paint and dirt that I was able to pick up with a wet piece of tissue. This indicates to me that the floor was not mopped Cleaning staff.
- 5/5
Easy access to Boulder
- 4/5
Carpet smelled like a cat had an accident in the room.
- 4/5
Everything was clean and good for our stay
- 5/5
Good for the price- clean
- 3/5
Very basic, bare bones and older worn out hotel.
- 2/5
We were in a room that appeared to be neglected. Television not working, bathroom door broken, telephone appeared dirty and badly maintained. For the price we paid per night, it was extremely disappointing.
- 5/5
Nice area, clean room, friendly staff. Needs more outside garbages around property but that’s it. Great stay overall.
- 4/5
We were visiting family in Boulder and this property was reasonably priced and conveniently located for our trip
- 5/5
I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean/nice this La Quinta was. Clearly it had been renovated not too long ago. I would definitely stay again, it had a 3-4 star hotel feel to it.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Very clean, pleasant staff, highly recommend.
- 5/5
Called front desk early afternoon as arrival time was after midnight. Walked in the front door and was handed keys and done. Couldn't have been easier!
- 4/5
3 items: 1. The hallways were not well lit. Brighter hallways would perk up the area and not look so gloomy. 2. The elevator looked run down - ripped paneling, overhead lights had cosmetic damage. 3. The room it self was nice, but the bathroom ceiling had water damage repaired and looked like it was breaking down.
- 5/5
The staff went above and beyond
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay and would book again if in Boulder…only 15 minutes from Folsom Stadium by car.
- 5/5
A lot of parking space.
- 2/5
Max was great at front desk but room wasn’t clean bugs everywhere and our room had no towels air conditioner wasn’t working
- 5/5
Great location. Great service.
- 4/5
Fair for the price.
- 3/5
They were out breakfast at all- but still advised as free breakfast
- 1/5
Carpets reeked of smelly feet black mold in shower air conditioner sucked said it was a non smoking room but smelled like an old ashtray
- 1/5
A total waste of money. Overflowing waste in the hallways. My toilet was clogged and I had to plunge it because they were short of help. Dirty workout room. Breakfast area was a mess. Television didn’t work. Had to switch rooms. Sent complaints to Wyndham but never heard back.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, and pleasant staff. I would stay here again since the experience is so nice. It fits my budget which helps me plan for more.
- 5/5
The staff is super friendly and helpful. Derick at the front desk is a rockstar.
- 3/5
Room was a little musty, other than that it was a clean room and hhad no issues
- 5/5
Nice hotel, would stay again.
- 3/5
Wouldn’t stay again, and pool is outdoor would put that in the description
- 5/5
Breakfast was great! Rooms were big and clean!
- 3/5
Our room had a leaky sink, there was something very sticky on the carpet in front of the TV and also the shower drain was clogged. We've stayed here before and not had such bad luck with one room, but evident that the property needs some TLC. Also, the hotel was busy and they started running out of breakfast food, by day 3 they had nothing "grab and go", only the fake eggs and sausage and a waffle bar. No yogurt, fruit or other pastries. They needed to have better stock of items in anticipation of a lot of guests. (college move-in week!)
- 5/5
Very nice!!!
- 5/5
Quiet nice area. Room was nice and clean. And upon arrival frontdesk was great.
- 4/5
Was decent but needs updating in bathroom tub/shower was dirty. Hotel was in a safe area and was quiet.
- 3/5
I didn’t notice the lock was broken until the day I was leaving. The screws in the bar lock on top of the door were stripped out of the wood. I didn’t even report that since they weren’t really interested in the pictures I had before and repairs didn’t seem to be a priority. I would not choose to stay in this hotel again.
- 4/5
The reservation I made 24 hours prior did not show up at the hotel. I had to reserve again and pay more. It was a time consuming and frustrating experience.
- 5/5
It was good
- 3/5
The location was clean, the room was comfortable and the staff friendly, professional and efficient. The negative was around every turn there was something out of order. The elevator and the

Great stay, friendly, clean, good breakfast
- 1/5
Our first room smelled AWFUL- we discovered it was the dishwasher that had nasty stagnant water in it for who knows how long, they did get us into a different room, but it wasn’t much cleaner. Long black hairs in the bathroom & sheets (none of us have black hair) dead bugs, dirty dishes, & overall in need of a serious deep cleaning. We tried several times to talk with the front desk staff & they just kept telling us the manager would be in @ times that he wasn’t when we called back- finally got ahold of him after probably 7 attempts & he refunded 1/2 of our stay. Completely ruling out La Quinta after 2 terrible stays in a row.
- 4/5
The location was great for our needs. The staff were friendly and it was nice to have a pool.
- 4/5
the room was great - clean and very comfortable bed. the rest of the hotel was not all that clean. Trash overflowed by the trash cans on the floors, and halls were not vacuumed. Staff were very nice and friendly/helpful. Gym had two machines that were not working and a missing TV. Breakfast was great that it existed, but only white bread (no bagels or muffins) available to toast alongside standard hotel/motel faire (waffle machine, eggs from mix, cereals, apples, yoghurts). Recycling seemed non-existent - especially at breakfast. Overall met our needs and was reasonably priced.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly.. Staff takes pride in this place.
- 3/5
On the plus side, staff was generally GREAT. On the negative side, the door security latch was broken and maintenance never got around to fixing it in 3 days, despite the problem being reported just after check-in. Printer located at the common computer desk in the lobby did not work, which proved rather inconvenient. Of course, just about every hotel — this one included — could double check shower and tub for cleanliness (in short No mold or mold stains, please! Not even the slightest indication of such. Never, ever, ever!!!)
- 3/5
Front desk staff not very friendly
- 3/5
The breakfast was really sparse.
- 2/5
At 8.30am there was nothing left for breakfast other than sausage.
- 4/5
Convenient for our purposes.
- 5/5
Max checked us in both weekends and was respectful and helpful. Thomas was repairing our toilet handle when we got to the room. He was courteous and accommodating. The overnight desk man prepared hot water and coffee for our early morning departure. Thank you all for making our stays comfortable, relaxing and easy. Great staff!
- 3/5
Pretty bland, pool cold, unadvertised parking fee
- 3/5
Nice location and easy access.
- 5/5
We expected housekeeping in on the third day of or stay but they didn’t show. We had to ask at the desk for clean towels and more soap and shampoo.
- 5/5
Highly recommended
- 5/5
Convenient & quiet.
- 3/5
The pull out bed in our room had the worst mattress. We then requested a cot, which was worse and covered in mold.
- 4/5
Closer to interstate, nice and clean buildings and surroundings
- 5/5
Nice place close to everything
- 3/5
Bring earplugs as the walls are paper thin. Room service can be requested, but the cleaning staff can be a little cranky when requested. Front office are all nice and friendly.
- 1/5
Extremely rude general manager and filthy dirty conditions
- 1/5
This was the most disgustingly dirty place I have ever been in my entire life
- 5/5
Excellent value near boulder
- 2/5
Easy to get to with a couple options for dining nearby. Beds were comfortable. Just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Denver/Boulder. The outside looked very well kept but the inside needs some work. Faucet in bathroom was leaking underneath, latches on door were loose, and handles on bathroom doors were barely attached. They only stock rooms with one washcloth and three towels so ask when you get there for more!
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay. Reasonable price, nice rooms, and good breakfast. Staff is friendly. Pool is operational again.
- 4/5
Very good overall.
- 2/5
Dirty in the hotel and the fitness facility was dirty, missing weights, no towels. The front desk didn't care about it.
- 3/5
Breakfast quality is below average, trash from another neighboring room on the floor was there more than one day.
- 2/5
Male receptionist wasn’t very welcoming and I found hair in my bed and shower
- 3/5
We found hair in the drain and on the walls of our shower. The stairwells were smelly. The bathroom door appeared to be a modified closet door, and one of the handles on the inside of the door was missing. Parts of the trim including baseboards were detaching from the walls. The woman at the front desk at checkout was not able to able explain the receipt - when we had a question, she just said that it's how it's done and if we wanted to know more to call the corporate number. I did not feel like we had any opportunity to push back if there was an issue with what we were billed.
- 5/5
Conveniently located near shopping and a short drive from Boulder. Highly recommend this La Quinta facility!
- 5/5
It was a great stay! Staff was frienfly and courteous
- 2/5
This was not the quality of room we expected. Maybe they are short staffed, but the room wasn't ready at check-in time and there were hairs all over the bathroom. The lamps and the tv were all hooked up to the same light switch so if you turned the lights off, the tv went off and we had to unplug the lamps to watch tv. The hotel itself wasn't bad, but our room was not up to par.
- 3/5
You are going to get what you pay for with this hotel. The breakfast was edible, but nothing to get excited about. The hallways were a little dirty and wrappers and other trash were on the ground in the same spot all three days we were there, which tells me they did not vacuum the halls our entire stay. The rooms were fairly good size and the beds were comfortable. They do have an outdoor pool and decent gym, which were a bonus. Overall, the hotel is liveable, but keep your expectations down. The most positive thing is that the hotel is very affordable. Again.... you get what you pay for.
- 3/5
Overall positive, with opportunities to be an excellent choice. I think the room cleaning every 2-3 days should be explained at the beginning, so that we can program to get supplies in daily basis from the lobby. Overall clean, also since it’s a pet friendly hotel, I think some exit areas might need additional care
- 1/5
Switched rooms three times. Mold smell in the first room, and wet dog (hair everywhere) in the next. Manager was unapologetic and hid. Gross.
- 5/5
Everything was so excellent
- 4/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, no complaints. The breakfast minimal and not appetizing so we did without. The coffee, which is so important for most travelers, was sub par. If the hotel could fix one thing, please provide better coffee.
- 5/5
Second time staying here was also great, but now their charging a parking fee
- 1/5
Old, outdated, n
- 3/5
Overall the building is in good conditions, but there were some incidents that could be improved, such as asking to towels never brought to room or even the quality of coffee available at night. Also staff and hotel management seems not prepared or care to some adversities, for example during the breakfast of 2 out 3 days, most of items were missing just a sign with delayed delivery.
- 4/5
The room was clean, but found hair on one of the beds. The bathroom floor was a little dusty around the toilet bowl. The door paint jobs was not done proper and it was patches of repair that was not completely done.
- 2/5
We stayed for 2 days. Breakfast was from 6-9. Both days we arrived at 7:30 with only waffles as an option. The hotel claimed that the food truck delivery do not happen.

Property needs maintenance, missing numbers on elevator. Understaffed, 1 person after around 4

Breakfast was a joke. No plates and very limited options to choose from
