This hotel is ok if you need a quick place to stay without any extras. The room was a bit dirty. The breakfast was ok, not too many options. The fitness room was out of order. The tv channels were glitchy. All in all, just ok.

Good location and price. Showed up near 4pm, rooms were still not available for check in. They said they had a lot of check outs from the day before and were still busy cleaning. Ended up being a little late for our event due to waiting for rooms to be cleaned after 4.

The stairs needed vacuumed the entire 3 nights of our stay. Breakfast, mixed reviews. There is no waffle or pancake option. The eggs, green chili and bacon were pretty good. The toaster is old and only has 2 slots, which isn't adequate. Juice was good. Apples the only fruit, no yogurt. Coffee not good, and not available 24 hours. Hot tea bags weren't put out until our last morning. Trash cans full and overflowing. Staff. One lady spent most of her time talking non-stop on her phone and going outside to smoke. I guess taking care of the breakfast and guests were not her first priority. The one person who impressed was the Front Office Manager, Rori. she kept the breakfast room clean, food stocked, and handled the front desk.

Room was comfortable and quiet, staff were friendly. Only issues were one of the bedspreads in our room looked like it hadn't been changed in a while, and the floor tiles were coming up in the bathroom. Other than that, a nice stay.

Disappointed in this Quality Inn. My room was on the ground floor, and the screen was slashed and the locking mechanism on the window broken. Anyone could have come in the room at any time. I reported it and the front desk clerk promised to have it corrected while I was out for dinner, but it was not fixed (or even mentioned again) and I was not offered a more secure room. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, and there was trash in the wastebasket from the previous guest and the bottles of shampoo and lotion were half-used. (Ick!) The breakfast was decent and the price was fair, but that's it for the good side.

Welcomed our elderly dog w/no fee. Breakfast was a little above average - always want more plant-based options (Non-dairy milk for coffee & cereal), etc. but made do with what they had. Quiet location - was just what we needed. Room was clean but needed some repairs. Light switch for shower/toilet area is outside that room (why?). Not a big deal. It was just what we needed though.

This hotel is clearly running on minimal staff and they obviously do not care about the grounds of the property- cigarette butts and trash everywhere on all the grassy areas. Sketchy, dark parking lot at night on the west side. When walking my dog late night after an event in Boulder, I noticed 2 separate cars where travelers were parked back there sleeping or just hanging out in their cars. Creepy. The parking lot that faces east near the entrance filled up at night, understandably so. Nobody wants to park on the backside for good reason... There are people clearly living in many of the rooms, so they must rent it out for people who are in-between homes or whatnot. A lot of smokers so it was impossible to keep window open at night for fresh air because the smokers are right outside at all hours of the night. My room was upstairs in an area that also featured furniture and junk shoved in the corner of the same hallway. Not a welcoming sight. It's wintertime in Colorado. Why was there not a blanket to place over the bed? It was two layers of sheets and that was it. My pillows were all clumpy. I knew what I was signing up for when I booked this place- just a cheap place to rest head for one single night. At least they allow dogs, for that I am grateful.

We arrived at the Quality Inn in Louisville with the naive hope of sleeping. What we got instead was a complimentary ticket to the world’s grimiest live-action improv show. Within ten seconds of crossing the threshold, we were treated to a woman in the lobby apparently auditioning for the role of “Main Character in Her Own Hallucination.” Her boyfriend nodded supportively while she narrated her private acid trip to the entire front desk area. Background score? A symphony of mystery dogs barking from every direction at once, like the hotel was hiding an entire kennel in the walls. Five stars for surround sound. The room itself was a love letter written in dog hair, mystery stains, and the lingering aroma of poor life choices. The sheets were so rough and itchy I’m pretty sure they were woven from recycled disappointments. The carpet? Let’s just say it had more personality and fur than most of the guests. Every 20 minutes or so, a blood-curdling scream would echo down the hall, just to remind us we weren’t alone in our suffering. So we called the next day to escape early. Expedia, in a rare act of corporate mercy, agreed to refund the second night. The hotel? Not so much. Front desk guy sounded like we’d asked him to explain string theory when he replied “There’s nothing I can do about that.” It’s not just a phrase; it’s their brand promise.

The room was comfortable. A bit on the older side, but the facilities were functional and the beds were cozy (memory foam mattresses, in case anyone is interested). The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Protein options are limited, and the milk was slightly spoiled (yuck). Overall, quality and price are basically in alignment — it’s exactly what you would expect, and no more.

The location. The room’s floor was super dirty, it looked like they haven’t vacuumed it in months. I regret for have looked under the beds. It was disgusting (photos attached). The toilets and bathtub were old and yellowish, not maintained or well cleaned. The vending machines present in the aisles would be a convenient option to have snacks or refreshments, if they charged the real price of the soda cans. We selected the number related to the product and when we tapped the card, it charged us more than announced. We informed the Inn staff and the guy told us he could not help us, because the machines aren’t their property. He just said it was “a third party company’s problem”.

Unfortunately, some things went array. they held 3x the amount they were supposed to for damages and, yes, I was upset, as I experienced some not good customer service at the front desk when asking about it. I ended up not being able to do everything I wanted because of the held money. A couple days later, the manager was informative about what happened and let me know what the process was moving forward, so that helped. I will give it an average review.

It was a nice enough place to stay but the elevator was broken, laundry was broken, and a few other things were in need of repair. Call ahead if these are really important to you.

Being renovated; smelled like smoke in the lobby; front desk staff was talking loudly on the phone to a manager I presume complaining about cleaning staff not doing their job well - I had to come back to ask my question; there were 3 of us for 4 nights and had to ask repeatedly for additional towels until they were finally brought; a bar of used soap was noted on top of the acrylic shower wall; tile floor in bathroom was crumbling; parking availability was an issue.

The beds were comfortable. That was all we liked. Everything else was not so good. The fitness center was closed, our room was not cleaned nor resupplied during our stay, the internet was not working the night we arrived, the breakfast food was minimal and not enough was there to feed the people waiting to eat on Sunday morning.

We were woken in the middle of the night by fire alarms. There was no communication from the staff. We were in our room wondering what the sound was. When we went down to the lobby, a group of guests congregated around the reception desk and not outside the building. It’s hard to tell if there’s a protocol to manage a fire and if there’s a designated meeting point for a roll call. After the fire department determined it was a false alarm, there was also no communication from the staff. The guests just slowly went back to their rooms.

This property is very old, however it is going through a renovation which it needs. I think this will be a fabulous place to stay once renovations are done. Room I stayed in was very dated and old and felt a bit dirty. Breakfast and staff were great though!

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience here. The staff were fine but the condition of the hotel was not. Our bed had dirt and multiple pubic hairs in the sheets, obviously not washed. We stripped the beds and got new sheets from the front desk employee (who was very nice but did not even apologize when we told her why we needed new sheets). The floor of our room was not vacuumed. And on our second night, a false fire alarm got us awake and down to the lobby at 2am. There is no elevator and the carpet on the stairs was so dirty, stained and worn. This hotel needs an extensive remodel. Breakfast was a typical mediocre hotel breakfast (although the lady on breakfast duty was very nice!) we will not be staying here again.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. The location is really good. It's in walking distance to some nice restaurants, and it's only about 10 to 15 minutes from the CU Boulder campus, as well as close to Louisville. The hotel could use some updating (like having more places to charge phones by the beds). However, the beds are comfortable, and I love how the windows can be opened. I line having fresh air in a hotel room.

Honestly, the 2 stars that I gave was in one category ( They are remodeling ) and unless mistaken the 'attention' understandably is the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were nice and pleasant, the rooms were clean. It was the outside of the rooms, that lacked attention. (Specifically, the Interior, plastic, unvacumed hallways and stairs, vending machines almost empty with little to no good choices) I am not particular when it comes to high end hotels, so for me to ever give any category a low rating, it honestly probaby would make someone who is particular give the hotel Terrible Reviews. I am trying to be fair in my evaluation. It sure wouldn't hurt them to vacuum the stairs
