Staff was not engaging. Room was dated, smelled but no major issues otherwise.

The sheets were dirty and stained. The comforter had a large hole in it. The bedding was very thin. The carpet was sticky. The bathroom had a musky smell. The door did not lock when you left the room! I do not recommend anyone stay here.

Place was horrible! They gave us 1 bath towel, my husband fixed the toilet, the mattress was incredibly worn, the pillows were maybe were very small squares that would lumpy on one side and they were so hard it about broke our necks, no kleenex and there's was 1/3 of a role of toilet paper there so we asked for more, and the TV didn't work until they came to fix it. They since some of the buttons on the remote didn't work, they could exchange that remote with one from another room. YUK!

We only had one towel for showering. No hand towels or wash towels. Housekeeping tried to enter our room several timea at 8 a.m. then management came back knocking at 9, said the room was supposed to be vacant. The hot tub was drained, so not usable.

Holes in walls, one towel in bathroom (asked front desk for a couple more, she said she would have to wash them, we never got them) no wash cloth in bathroom. Toilet seat falling off toilet. "Sl*t Dept." Sticker stuck to inside of door. NON SMOKING still reeked of cigarettes.

The room was put together; beds made, towel (1) folded. There were black spots on the sheets, cigarettes burns in them, and the room (non smoking) smelled like cigarette smoke. There were brown crumbs or something on the ONE towel provided in the bathroom. The edge of the bed piece was broken and sticking off the edge, the walls in the bathroom were peeling and didn’t look cared for. And the fridge was not clean. As well as their pool being closed. Pictures like NOTHING like the property in person. Definitely would not book at this Baymont ever again. Did not stay there.

A man in the lobby asked if my daughter and I wanted to share his room with him. There were also a number of people loitering outside the entrance that didnt seem to be staying there. Due to the location these things did not make me feel safe.

It's off Season so no breakfast, but the quaint lobby has a fireplace; & they have an indoor pool and Jacuzzi! Bonus! And coffee was always in & fresh - even decaf in the evening. For the price, I was quite pleased.

I thought the place would be nice because it was a Wyndham but when we pulled up the curtains were hanging and not on the rods and some man had his window open and sitting in the window seal. We checked in anyway and the rooms were yucky. Dirty carpet, lipstick on the pillowcase and the room smelled of cigarettes. The whole place needs a revamp. The girl at the front desk was really nice though. She gave us our money back hopefully it shows up in our account soon.

checked in, gave us a room that hadnt been cleaned. no one at front desk, had to call a number, and wait for someone to come over from motel next door. then they had to figure out what was going on with room. had to change rooms. that whole thing took an hour :(

So many issues here. First I am a severe asthmatic and had no idea that this was a pet hotel so I was unable to stay. Additionally, the smoke detector from my room was missing and exposed wires were hanging from the ceiling where it should have been. There were also no bed pillows on the bed, only couch squares. The floors were deeply stained and the room had an odor of cat urine.

This place is disgustingly filthy!! Had to ask for towels right from the start!! No telephone tcallcall front desk!!

There were holes in the carpet, holes in the walls, the bed frame was messed up, when I walked in, I had to open the window wide open because an overpowering chemical cleaner or aerosol of some kind. Overall the property is in really poor condition. It needs a makeover.

Everything was fine just no breakfast. Had to call front desk to be helped instead of someone being there ready.

There was no refrigerator. I've stayed in this motel for years and there has always been one. Half of the electrical outlets didn't work. The smoke detectors had been disconnected. Some of the curtains in other rooms were hanging down as though they were torn. There was no breakfast. The bed in the next room kept banging against my wall and I could hear things I didn't want to hear going on. I had to "refresh" my key every day, the first time after I went all the way to my room and it wouldn't work, so had to go all the way down to the front desk. There was a homeless lady in her car parked there for the three days I was there. Probably won't be staying there ever again!

It smelled awful. While they do appear to clean all the linens were thin and threadbare, cigarette holes in very thin blankets. Nope, would not return or visit any of their chain again.

This was a quiet place to stay. The accessible room with a roll-in shower was truly accessible for a wheelchair. The bathroom does need a bit of upkeep to be the beautiful room it once was.

Room was very outdated, felt unclean, black mold all over walls in bathroom, no refrigerator, walls cracked, peeling or dirty, booked room with 2 beds, for 2 adults for 2 nights, we has ONE towel, ONE hand towel, and ONE washcloth, Asked for more and were told they didn't have any available, did not even have towels for when we used the pool. Door had to be pulled/pushed closed with gaps all around. Very displeased with this stay.

Very friendly staff. Room needs updating, curtains have holes and are falling down, smoke alarm had been removed, carpet stained, walls need painting or cleaning, bedspread either dirty or horribly stained. Refrigerator had someone's leftovers in it. There was no grassy area outside for dogs, it was all gravel. Light bulb in bathroom burned out. Terrible smell in room.

We picked this hotel for the convenience and price for one night. It is a sad place that has had poor maintenance and needs to be remodeled completely. There is no breakfast, no coffeemaker, although there was an old worn out microwave and a mini fridge. The back of the door was sprayed with something that had not been cleaned off. In the morning you could see through all the little holes in the curtains where the light came through. Thank goodness we only needed one night then were able to get back home! If you do stay there, try to get a room on the first floor to see if those have been updated or not.

Property description is inaccurate. No refrigerator, no free bottled water. For the price, we got what we paid for I guess.

We then went down the dirty hall to the dirty elevator to get to our room. Reaching our room down the hall to our nonsmoking room we open the door to be smothered in a stinking smoking room. The room was disgusting!!!! The bed didn't look like had been changed in months!!! Hair all over the sheets. Dirty bedspread, dirty carpets, The dresser drawer falling apart. This place should be shut down.

When we arrived, we had to wait approximately 10 minutes for someone to help us. Someone, who appeared to be a janitor or maintenance guy, finally came in and went to get the hotel desk clerk. Upon her arrival, she was less than professional in appearance. There were also very questionable individuals in her presence and hanging out in the parking lot through the night. The hotel was so dirty, noisy, and unstable that we were horribly uncomfortable which resulted in us leaving at midnight for a 1200+ mile journey home. Would not recommend this hotel.

Homeless people were fighting outside all night, room smelled like piss, broken AC, broken lights, stained bed sheets, only one person was working between both hotels. Would love to get my money back.

The front attendant was really nice and she helped me when I forgot my purse. The only issue I have was the pillows. It was small and to hard to sleep with I kept waking up cause of my neck.

The owner needs to provide breakfast or remove the listing as stating they provide breakfast.

We arrived to find NO hotel counter person. There was a sign on counter to walk to next hotwl to check in.. She was having to work 2 hotels ours and the travelodge. Room smelled terrible. Bedding was filthy. Dirty. Not washed. There was only 1 towel and 1 hand towel in bathroom and they were stained with feces and other stains. No phone to call and complain. Went down staira thwre waa another man now at the counter and he couldn't offer us another room because there wasnt anything available. Terrible room.

Marks on wall, no cups to drink out of. No hangers to hang clothes. Only 2 towels, no shower curtain. Then desk person got one from other hotel and told us to put in on. No breakfast only coffee. Dont stay there. Had a king room that o paid for and they said it was over booked so moved me to 2 queens. The room smelled moldy. The carpets in the hallways were very dirty and stained.

The lobby and first floor smells heavily of chlorine. The room has a smell, and the pillows are very small. There is no fridge in the room.

They do not offer breakfast anymore. The neighborhood isn't the greatest. It looks run down, outside and inside. The issue I had was that my room was dirty. My bed had sheets that had stains. One stain looked like blood. I was given 1 towel. The bathtub had hair in the drain. I dropped my hairbrush on the floor and reached under the bed to grab it and there was trash and someone's dental retainer under the bed. It looked like it needed vacuumed. I was so uncomfortable. I debated sleeping in my car. The night auditor was not at the desk when I went down to complain. I just didn't go back and stayed somewhere else. I should have taken photos, but didn't. The pictures online are deceiving.

First of all, The room was organized and not so clean, dirty sheets, dirty shower and furniture was falling apart. The breakfast was not available. Breakfast was one of the reasons why I chose this location. The sign outside had false advertisement of stating free breakfast, Went for a swim in the pool to find chucks of hair and a band aid in the water. The front workers were not so friendly. The vending machine were OUT of water completely and had 4 buttons for waters. I booked this room early, the door stated $130 night and I was charged $165. Leaving the morning of check out at 3am, grabbed some coffee from the lobby, it was COLD and OLD. I am NEVER staying here again and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND staying here. I wish there was more I can do, This location over charged and under delivered.

This property was extremely unclean. On line and on their sign they offered a breakfast but the sign inside said breakfast waa unavailable and has been for 9 months. Our bathroom only had 1 dirty towel available. Upon asking for more, they said they only had 2 clean towels left. One of those towels was very stained and gross looking with holes in it. Our door handle to get into the room didnt work. The clerk said it will eventually work we just has to keep at it... The carpet was disgusting and dirty. Bed sheets were stained. The bathroom fan didnt work and didnt have a cover so all you could see were broken parts and dust. Kleenex box was empty. Only has a half roll of toilet paper available. Extremely noisy neighbors. There were a few interesting characters walking around the cars in the parking lot at night. The only positive was we had a high pressure shower, but only one towel between us.

Phone was broke, floor seemed a little damp but no bed bugs and the shower worked well. A good budget travel option that won’t leave you with an infestation.

Honestly for an extra 50 bucks could have stayed closer to my destination and would have been cleaner and not so out dated but to just sleep not bad

Felt unsafe entering the building as there were people outside openly drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana - also listening to very loud and inappropriate music. The room was atrocious. Filthy dirty with stained linens, rips in the carpets, flickering lights, dirty bathroom.

The absolute nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. The non-smoking room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. There was holes in the comforter stains all over the walls and carpet. Would 100% not recommend. It is evident the owners have zero pride and ownership. Absolutely avoid this dump at all costs.

There was no staff member at the desk when we arrived for check in, went across the parking lot to the other hotel to accommodate check in per the sign in the lobby, no one was at the neighboring hotel either. Broken windows from the dining area overlooking into the pool area. A lot of lingering people and commotion out front and the parking lot was being used more like a mechanic shop than a parking lot. A little sketchy. Elevator was dirty, room had a funky smell, stains on the bedding, holes in the curtains, AC ran poorly and mad a lot of noise. Ceiling tiles in bathroom looked like they could fall at any given time, only provided the room with 1 towel and wash rag, bathroom dirty, floor sticky and everything just looked and felt dingy. Door handle was about broken as well, only worked pushing up rather than how a door handle should work. Hotel needs some major deep cleaning and updating before it is remotely close to being worth the $90 charge. Thank goodness it was only 1 night and we just needed a quick place to sleep.

Run down, blood stains on the sheets, walls filthy, ripped up carpet. Homeless try the doors all night long to see if any rooms were left open. At least I didn't see any bed bugs.

There was no smoke alarm in our room (fire department violaton!), the baseboard was falling off the wall, no toilet paper holder, no kleenex, one towel, one wash cloth, one hand towel. Carpet wasn't very clean. I have stayed in Baymont before and never had one this dirty. This motel needs to be remodeled badly.

The room did not have a refrigerator or ant tissues. When asked about nothing was done, said they had no more tissues. Used to have a good buffet for breakfast niw does not. Will probably not stay here again

Staff was helpful, but our room was filthy. One bedspread had a hole in it; the other had paint stains all over it. One of the beds had yellow stains on the sheets. Very dusty and unclean furniture and the bathroom floor was cracked with shoe prints on it; it probably had not been mopped or swept. Would not recommend.

It was so bad it was so grossed out that i wanted to leave. All the linens were dirty and gross. Its like they dont care about there hotell at all. Was supposed to stay for 4 days but only stayed one night because of the conditions and i travel with a service dog and i felt bad for her

The smell of mold and wet surroundings was unbearable. My GF went to Walmart down the street and bought a shower mat just to make it feel like we didn’t have to take prison style showers. Overall neglected place.

Positively, the staff were friendly and courteous. The pool and hot tub were clean. The staff gathered towels which were not in room upon arrival. Not their fault that Hotels and Wyndham fraudulently advertised the breakfast and hotel conditions.

Stay was an unexpected stop and we should’ve walked right back out! A non-smoking room that REEKED!! Nothing was clean. Very sketchy. Seems to be more of an extended stay location based on interactions between staff and others “checking in”. No towels, no tissue, broken toilet paper holder.

This hotel is so not kid friends and is absolutely disgusting. There's blood and throw up on the walls in the bathroom. The bathtub water turned brown the first time we tried to fill it from how dirty the tub was. The walls and sticky and covered in ick. The bedding is nasty and covered in black mold spots and dirt and who knows what else. They advertise a contenital breakfast as does Expedia but they don't have it, which is why we choose this place. It's so loud. People fighting in the hallways and rooms around us. And the smell almost made me throw up. I completely understand that people need places to get out of the cold but the hotel should be cleaning the rooms in between guests. This is caked in icky stuff from months of neglect and not caring. I considered leaving without a refund but I can't afford to do that. I've stayed at drug hotels that look like Disneyland compared to this place. Oh and they only allow you 1 towel for 4 guests. They don't have anymore they say.

We made the mistake that thinking Wyndham meant quality. The free hot breakfast was not provided. The toilet overflowed and instead of offering me another room or fixing it they gave me a plunger that I used for my 5 night stay. They said they did not have anyone to fix it. After showering we had to wait about ten minutes for the tub to drain so we could wash the soap off of our feet. The breakfast was not provided because they lost their supplier. When I asked why they didn't just go.across the street to the Super Walmart and buy it she said they asked the owned in California if they could do just that. She said the owner told them they would have to purchase it out of their own pockets if they wanted to do that. We also had a problem with towels and eash cloths. The towels had stains on them and we were only given one wash cloth for the two of us for 5 days because according to housekeeping they had been stolen. To go across the street to buy some would not have been like climbing a mountain. Unfortunately we paid in advance for the entire stay and were stuck. I intent to get a full refund from Hotels.com. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

Very dirty! I had to clean the bathroom before I could even use it. There was something smeared all over the vanity and in the sink. There was also food splattered on the ceiling above the bed. It is an older motel but not kept in very good shape. On line continental breakfast was included and there wasn’t one available. Not sure I would have eaten it anyway. So disappointed!!

Water pressure in the shower was nonexistent and sometimes the water would stop working making it impossible to even shower. Wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to stay here it was horrible. Would never come again.

Half the washcloth was thin as a sheet. One towel had permanent stains. Carpet torn. All around the country, motel carpet needs to be torn up and replaced with vinyl. Price was right, was convenient. I did ok with it.

Breakfast was served early, before the posted start at 6:00 AM. This gave us a head start in driving to Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Property allowed people to have dogs off leash and sitting on furniture for guest along with the breakfast offered was the exact same every day and in the room the floor was not exactly clean you could feel a stickiness and where a couple of hard spots on the floor like something was spilled there and never cleaned Would not repeat a visit to this location

This is the second time we have stayed at this motel. The first time, September of 2023, the room was nice and ckean and our stay was enjoyable. This time the bathroom was derty, there was blood, snot and something else all over the door, and blood and what appeared to be toothpaste on the wall outside the bathroom.

The floors are filthy the room itself smelt bad very disappointing and the break last didn't have anything they displayed on the picture not satisfied at all

Room was like humid,damp. Everything was sticky from the dampness. Bathroohad not been cleaned very well. Hair on the floor and counter. The so called breakfast was eggs, sausage rolls, cheese, and cold uncooked tortillas. I tried to eat it one day, took one bite and threw in the trash. I will never stay there again.
