    We had a wonderful two-week stay at this hotel in Loveland. The room was big with couch and chair, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Extra bonus: free breakfast including waffles! The staff was very nice 😊. It seemed like they were always cleaning something ✨

    We had a little girl with us and needed to pee very badly and I asked the guy at the front desk to some Indian gentleman and he said there was nothing available their bathrooms were not working and then I asked him again if there was like any room that wasn't being used cuz she please go pee he got mad at me and then threw my credit card at me and my identification he would not allow me to check in. So I'm checking on fraud prevention so that I can make sure I get money back from that day which was a 3-day stay that I paid for. He was so rude so horrible! I ended up going to the Baymont. He said I was homeless which I'm not he said I was not welcome on the property called the police and said I was trespassing. You can refund the money that I didn't get to use the rooms for because the Indian guy at the front desk got mad at me and threw my debit card on me and he threw my credit card at me and told me to leave and he called the police called me homeless he said I was trespassing and I never got to check in

    Room was clean and staff was friendly. Hot tub was not working . Breakfast bar was terrible. Sausage was overcooked and their tater tots was also overcooked. Waffles were pretty good. Not much selection no eggs or biscuits and gravy. Was not impressed. Probably won’t stay there again.

    The breakfast are really bad. The Tatatot was dry and hard, sausage was dry, egg was over boil hard like a rock, my boy say the milk was bad, smell different when he put in with the cheerios. Food taste bad. TV was old and outdated

    Staff was kind, breakfast is hot, pool and hot tub are not open and you will be charged a $100 deposit so be prepared or pay a little more to stay somewhere where you can be trusted with a credit card on file. Nothing special would probably not stay again.

    The room was cold when arriving to the room, turned the heater on to 70 at then when to very hot tryed to lower the temperature ot stayed very hot turned the cold air on to 74 at then went to very cold very disappointed on the air temperature for the room. The bed is to hard, room has two different clocks in it and not one is the correct time, not a big selection for breakfast, on checking out not very clear on the process just a key basket? Im my opinion it could be better all around

    DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!! The night staff put us on the 3rd floor but when we went to get on the elevator it was broken. Asked to be put on 1st floor and they accommodated us but it was an extra $10 charge. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything. The sink clogged up and stunk like backed up sewer. There was a stain on the sheets that looked like dried blood and when we pulled back the covers it looked like someone had already slept on them. The comforter had a big stain of who knows what and the refrigerator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned cuz there was a yellow gooey looking spot in it. Went down for breakfast right at 6am and food wasn’t even ready. All there seemed to be for hot food was tater tots and sausage patties and they were cold so I just ate a bowl of cereal. The night staff person was also the morning staff person, he says he’s always there so he must own it. I highly do not recommend staying there nor would I ever stay there again! I felt unsafe and dirty!

    Went down for breakfast - nothing I could eat there, just meat. No potatoes. Toilet backed up, tried plunging & it was hopeless. It actually never flushed anything. No other rooms available, so I just left. Was told I could use the lobby restroom, but it had to be unlocked. Will not stay there again. The room was OK otherwise!

    The Room was in Good condition and all of the staff I engaged with were courteous and helpful. The tub enclosure showed signs of wear and I noted that there seemed to be places were the liner 'might' have been punctured (?) but when I checked it seemed that the holes were water tight and ok. I did mentioned this during checkout and the staff member noted it for followup. The Hot Tub was not functional & The Pool area seemed too dark to swim in the early morning. Perhaps the light switch was there but could not find it. The Breakfast selections were ok, but not what I was expecting. Sausage links w/tater tots and cold hard boiled eggs. Again these were OK just not expected.

    Not a child friendly environment. We had two calls and were told to "control our children" even though they werent even doing anything but walking around to get their dinner in the room the first time and then laying in bed watchinh cartoons the next day. Not good food for the breakfast either as the tater tots were dry and the sausage burnt. Was kept up from midnight to 1am the first night by the neighbors blasting their tv and nothing was done about that either.

    The stay was fantastic and the room was very clean. We did not try the breakfast. The only complaint I had was the check in process. The room was booked of hotels.com and when I got there the employee insisted that I did not have a reservation, which was very frustrating after providing confirmation numbers and showing them the email confirmations and hotels.com app confirmation. The manager was finally brought in and he had to get on the phone to get walked through their hotels.com process. It felt to me like it was just a lack of training issue, which is understandable, but a 15–20-minute check in process was a bit much. I would definitely still stay here in the future.

    We enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was empty, but we paid extra for a jacuzzi tub in our room that was dated but worked. We live a few minutes from the hotel, so it was a little stay cation for my daughter and i. We planned on binge watching Netflix, but unfortunately the tv was too old to allow us to log into anything other than the basic dish they provided. We actually left and brought a tv and Playstation from home, so we could log into Netflix. The hotel in general was just a little dated, and there were stains on the bedding topper, and could've have been more detail paid to cleaning in general. The ac worked great, so thats always a plus.The breakfast options were very very limited, so that was a little disappointing. The man at the front desk was definitely not a people person. At the end of the day, we made the best of it, and had a good time. If you are just traveling through and just need a place to sleep, it's not bad.

    Again, for the price I would stay here again. Room was comfortable, they use those tiny pillows which just aren’t as comfortable. The desk setup was comfortable. Pool was open, spa is closed and not advertised as open, so that was expected. Felt safe walking to various restaurants nearby, so that was nice! Close to the Boyd state park & lake (expect detours in Aug 2025).

    It’s your normal hotel and friendly staff, but I experienced two problems. The toilet was broken and spraying everywhere and I’m not sure how much chlorine is in their pool but wear goggles or else your eyes will burn the rest of the night. Other than that great place to stay.

    Standard deduction for eco-unfriendliness applies (breakfast all plastic), but that's to be expected in this range. The rooms were clean, we stayed for 2 days and towels and everything were renewed, very considerate. Bagels and hot sauce would have been nice additions, but really, no serious complaints. We stayed here to go to the National Park, left at 7 am and made it in without reservation needed. Recommend.

    We had stayed at this hotel several times a few years ago and liked it very much, so we booked it when we traveled to the area again. This time was different and we're unlikely to book this hotel again. The jacuzzi and guest laundry were out of order, as was the push button to open the lobby door hands free. The formerly beautiful treed area just outside our 1st floor room was overgrown with weeds and had large pieces of tattered plastic billowing from the trees. The lobby was almost always unattended, allowing unfettered access to the public areas of the hotel.

    It was a good stay, 45 min from Estes park. It was an economical option, they offer breakfast in which I didn’t partake. The king bed was nice and comfortable. Easy parking and convenient. Good staff, friendly and gave great assistance. The only items that would have made life easier would be a working laundry room (under repair) and the front automatic door working (under repair). Overall, I was very satisfied.

    The pool was closed for maintenance. The entire week we were there. We asked when we got there and we were told it would be two days. Then after those 2 days, we asked again. We were told 1 or 2 days. After those days we asked a third time. We were told again, two days. We left after 7 nights and it was still closed. That was part of the reason we chose this hotel. We wanted an indoor pool. It’s on the website as well as the big sign out front. They were doing all kinds of maintenance. The floor of the elevator was being replaced while we were using it. They were doing something to the entryways between rooms. The outside of the building had piles of construction debris. It was really not a pleasant stay.     Construction was taking place. Could not use the lobby. Had no place to visit with family in the lobby or play games/cards. There were 5 of us staying there, 3 rooms. The rooms were average. Was very disappointed knowing we paid $470.00 for 3 nights. The hotel was below average. The pool was not available as they were storing all of the paint and supplies in this area. Very disappointed in this hotel. When we checked in, the staff said we should have checked their site to know about the construction. We disagree! When we book a hotel, even through a 3rd party, we've never had to check the site. I feel we were taken for our money. Super 8's have larger rooms and also larger lobbys to visit. So disappointed!

    Hotel was under renovations and workers continued to work, make noise, using power tools and saws until 6pm! The pool was closed and could not be used. No resting during the day in my room due to noise. Working so late is unacceptable! Staff unapologetic about the situation. I won’t go back.

    They were remodeling so everything was really dusty and looked unclean on main floor. Indoor pool was unusable. Bathroom fan was so loud had to turn it off. Plug in in bathroom did not work. Bed was comfy. No hot stuff for breakfast except waffles.

    The room had been re ferbeshed and was not done well. Ther was paint on the curtains, on all the outlets, and the other fixtures. The table lights are all rusted and corroded. The window had obviously been repaired by someone who didn’t know what they were doing. The pool and hot tub were both under revision, and according to the front desk has been down for months, but was still listed as part of the stay. There was no place to sit and wait in the lobby.

    Would have been nice to know that they were in the middle of repainting the property before booking a room. I was post operation and traveling home. They also have zero ice available that they blamed on the repaint. Why every single ice machine was not in use… your guess is as good as mine. Needless to say miserable night for me due to lack of ice & that wonderful paint smell. Since booked online I was stuck with the room. I won’t be back.

    This hotel was under construction main lobby didn’t even look like a main lobby. Pool was closed even though on website didn’t say anything about being closed. Tv remote would turn tv on and off and front desk said well we can have someone come up between 9-930pm! Was on vacation with my kids and if we knew the pool was closed we would have chose elsewhere!

    They’re undergoing a remodel May 2025. Pool not accessible and the water temp in the shower was warm at best. They responded kindly and fixed the shower issue during the third day of our 3 day stay and we were not offered a different room. The room was nice, clean and beds comfortable. The coffee is watery at breakfast and the containers ran out both mornings.

    Hotel under construction, it wasn’t notated anywhere. I scheduled 2 nights and could not cancel. No swimming, no hot tub, no exercise room. Really upset. Felt more like a prisoner than a guest. Breakfast was continental, terrible.

    We went to this hotel for a valentine get away we booked the room with hot tub which was actually a jet tub the pool was not working at all and it was never posted on site or at the hotel when checking in the man at the front desk claimed we had to just deal with it . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone the place was dirty and the breakfast was stale and horrible . We are on a budget and came for the love fest but it was ruined by this hotel

    Let me start by saying that I'm not sure they should even be open during their renovation process. I won't start with the bad. I will instead start with what I enjoyed because it's far less than that which I have to complain about. The room was clean and cozy. The location was easy to find and the other guests were kind. The first sign of disaster was all of the construction debris in the pool area making the pool obsolete. My wife used the restroom and the toilet didn't flush. I called down for maintenance and they told me I can come get a plunger and handle it myself as if I'm employed there. The wifi only worked for about 2 hours and never connected after that. Their idea of breakfast was 3 optics of cold cereal, coffee and a self service waffle maker. Oh and a bowl of apples which in allergic to. There was no protein option, not even eggs. Due to the renovation going on, there was a strong smell of paint and we couldn't open the window due to the damaged screen that would have allowed insects into the room. The fire alarm was not screwed into the wall and the sprinkler was not properly seated to the wall either. They should warn on their site that they are under renovation, charge less due to not having access to listed amenities, or they should close down until they can do a better job. Lastly, I called down for a late check out and they said that was not available due to Limited Housekeeping which would explain my having to fix my own toilet issue.

    The hotel was under renovation, which we weren’t told until the day of our reservation when they called to tell us they didn’t have the king bed we reserved. I asked if we would receive a discount on our stay. I was told $9 off per day would be the best they could do. They charged our card the full amount with no discount. The room had construction remnants all over it - paint on the broken curtains, paint on the microwave, the bathroom was not as clean as I would hope, and overall, just not a great stay.

    Rather than paying the reservation price of $106.78, they charged me $215.84. When I questioned the price, I was told there was a rate increase since the reservation was made back in February. Then why make a reservation? To add to the frustration, the hotel is under renovation and the pool was closed but no warning on the website. When I refused to stay because of the extra cost and lack of amenities, the clerk said she didn't know how to issue a refund and would have to call her supervisor. The supervisor was called and refund was issued, but it may take a few days to go back on my card. After leaving the hotel to find a different hotel, i discovered that the clerk ran my card 3x for undisclosed reason. And a 4th charge appeared this morning. Thank goodness my credit card company was able to clear the bogus charges so I could resume my vacation. I have stayed at this hotel several times in past, but I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I tried to upload photos to proof they changed the rate and ran my card 4x, but website won't let me.

    Also, the pool was “closed “, a sign posted on the door to the pool. The pool was half full of water. I’m only guessing here but since there were workers bringing in rolls of carpet through one of the end hallway exits and the pool area had at least 6 rolls of carpet in there, that’s why the pool was closed. Not that the pool was inoperable, but it was a storage area. This is the second hotel (different brand) in 1 1/2 weeks that had a pool closed. I feel this type of thing should be posted on their site when it happens because sometimes families look for a pool so kids can burn off their energy after a day of riding in a car. Or someone driving all day looking forward to a little swim for exercise

    Room wasnt cleaned properly, wouldnt surprise me if bedding wasnt even cleaned. Pool was down, half hotel was under construction. Breakfast was a joke. Was bad enough we left after first night and went somewhere else. Making claim to try and get refund for second night but im sure it wont happen but was still worth leaving.

    The gentleman that checked me in was somewhat rude and very short with me. The biggest take away that I have for this property is there is no hot water when I went to take a shower and that is very irritating.

    The property was fine, but needs some updating. The lamp shades in our room were ripped, the fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and sounded like it was broken. The elevator was scary as it sounded like it was about to drop. We felt safe and it was in close proximity to where we were staying. Don't think I will choose that location again if we have to stay in that area, just felt like it could have been cleaner/more updated.

    I had a nice stay. The hotel is in need of some upgrades and it shows its age, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was evidence of repairs in progress that displayed some pride in the business. The rate was well worth the value. I’d return to this location again. This is my third stay over a two year period of time.

    Decent! Nothing wrong besides I was blindsided by having to do a 200$ cash deposit which was returned at check out. I booked through Expedia and I do not believe that was mentioned. They had an ATM, I believe I paid 5$ for the withdrawal. Usually wouldn't expect to have to put down more than 100 for a deposit but fortunately I was able to do it and they gave it back no questions.

    This was supposed to be a Nonsmoking hotel. It was not. The smoke smell was very bad. I 'am allergic to cigarette smoke and I was up all night. we talked to the person at the desk and He wasn't really very concerned and said that we should have asked to move, At 1am? A very run down Hotel! Swimming pool was closed for maintenance and nothing was said about that on booking the room!

    This was my favorite hotel to stay in. They recently decided to charge a deposit for local residents only. Not only that, after I had checked out, the manager of the hotel came out yelling at me to get off the property and accused me of defecating on the side of building. I told him that I was a customer and how absurd his allegations were. He did stop yelling but did not apologize or anything.

    The front desk was beyond nice and helpful with my concerns. I had to move rooms due to there being evidence of someone trying to get in the room from the outside. I moved floors and felt better. There were random cups under the bed and that but the rest of the room was clean.
