Just needed a reasonable place to stay on short notice under $100. 1st room I was given smelled of cigarette residue and had chew marks of pets on carpet an on wall. Front desk is serviced by person also covering neighboring hotel. Requested room change and was put on different floor where room was ok.

The only redeeming quality was the night manager canceling my second night of the reservation without increasing the pricing for just the one night. The people I spoke to on the phone weree going to charge me $199/night rather than the original booking price of ninety nine dollars per night. ($264 for two nights vs the cost of staying 1 night @ $199.

I don’t consider myself to be a clean freak, but this place was so bad I slept most of the night in my car. And I was so upset about it. That I had just paid $214 for THAT. I wouldn’t let my children take their shoes off, nor did I. Police right outside constantly busting people for what I can only assume are drugs, given the drug dogs present.

The dogs upstairs were barking and fighting several times during the night so that was an interruption for those who are light sleepers. The office staff was polite and friendly so that was a plus.

Location Initially I was given a room that someone else had moved out, room (217). Towels were on the floor in the bathroom, pillows on the floor next to the bed. I went to the reception to ask for a different room that had been cleaned. The receptioist instead of apologizing, gave me a key to another room and asked me to go and let her know if this was to my liking... While this new room was not used, when I turned the water in the bathroom rusty water came out. The restroom fan was noisy and had no cover you could see the fan spining and being dirty. Too much money for the condition of the unit and establishment. The telephone of the reception was not working. After calling it i was getting disconnected.

The rugs were filthy and shredded, little pieces of trash all over the floor, the toilet paper roll had no bar in the middle so the toilet paper was sitting on top of the toilet. I walked in the room and immediately turned around and walked out. I have always thought that Wyndham had some class but it definitely was not present at this Travelodge.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel was shabby and the room was in poor repair and poorly furnished. It was a non smoking room but smelled of cigarette smoke. It had one bath towel and one hand towel only. The bathroom had no towel hangers, hooks or racks. The bed had only a sheet and very thin bedspread. Several fixtures in the room appeared to have been removed; one opening in a removed wall fixture was plugged with a rag. The room did not have coffee service or even plastic water cups.

Who ever owns this hotel should be a shamed of them shelves. They have let it this hotel get so run down that it’s not even funny. Towels, sheets and pillows all have stains on them but smell clean. The carpet was discussing, had to go buy slippers because I wouldn’t walk on it with out shoes. The people that were hanging around the hotel were definitely homeless and druggies. Wouldn’t let my wife or daughter go to the car or office with out me. The hotel must be a state appointed hotel for the homeless and druggies because there is no way those kind of people would have money to stay there. Saw tweeters hanging out all over the parking lot. As well as in the lobby multiple times. Amenities that THEY DON’T have which all travel lodges say they have: Breakfast(website says they do) Business center Blow dryer Ironing board Iron Extra towels Extra pillows These are some of the just bare necessities that the owner doesn’t provide. We came from out of state and had no idea the conditions of this hotel. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

The front desk clerk was courteous and tried to be helpful but the hotel itself was terrible! The amenities listed were not there (no breakfast, no sauna or pool, etc...) though we were allowed to go to the hotel next door for pool. The room smelled of urine, the carpet was damp in places, and the sheets and towels were stained. When my husband and I arrived there was only one towel in our room and my husband had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes for towels to "come out of the dryer". For the price ($150 per night), this place is more what one would expect from a shabby Motel 6 which had not been upgraded since the '70s.

Opened the door to our room to find that all of the lights were on, the beds hadn't been changed, the window was open and there were feminine hygiene products in the bathroom trash. We promptly went back to the front desk and told the attendant. She told us there were no other vacant rooms and gave us the option of clean sheets or not staying there. The staff and the job they do with what they are given to work with is amazing. If it wasnt for them, i would NOT stay here because of how much work needs to be done. Walls have exposed holesz bathroom fans dont work, bed skirts and curtains are disgusting and i cant even walk barefoot or put anything on the floor because of how damp and disgusting the carpet is in the rooms. Its one thing to pay extremely low prices to stay here but to raise the numbers when the nice hotels go up is slum lord actions and the owner should be ashamed of themselves for makinb people pay almost a 100 dollars a night to stay there because its just a few dollars low enough from the rest that people will think they're getting a break for an equally nice hotel as the one across the way. I mean come on, i do Residential Remodels and i would fix up this place in 6 month's for 1000 a room if it would improve the welness of those who cant afford anything better!

The first night we got there the room that we got into had a broken air conditioner, and no refrigerator and I travel with a daughter who has special needs. With an autonomic dysfunction that’s triggered by severe heat, but we stuck it out through the night cause there was no other options however! The staff was exceptional. The place was a little rundown, they got us in a room and everything but every time we had an interaction with the staff, they were so beyond nice and professional and sweet and accommodating. I would stay there again just because they were so nice even though the hotel definitely needs work. They moved us into a new room the second day. This place either needs a brand new remodel. But at the very minimum somebody should go in and clean all the cobwebs touch up the paint that needs to be touched up vacuum the floors with a shampooer. Overall, it just felt dirty inside and out. It needs some renovations. I’m sure if they did either of these things Cleaning it or repairing it. The price would go up. So if you wanna upgrade from sleeping overnight in your car, this would be an option.

I was unimpressed with state of the hotel, especially for the price. Based on the price, I had expected things to be much neater than they were. The staff were lovely, so I don't think it is any particular person's fault. I realize it may be difficult to have dated facilities, but I was more concerned with the cleanliness. There were stains on the curtains (that were almost falling off), stains on the bedspread, and things on the walls that made it evident things were not avidly cleaned. It was not worth the money paid for the room. I wished I would have paid for a dive hotel if that was what I was going to receive!

The rooms were disgusting. We stayed for 20 minutes and then left because even the "clean" sheets were dirty and we saw what we believed to be a bed bug. Upon leaving I was told we would get a refund but I had to call back for a week until it was finally issued. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Room 216...awful, no towels , bedding was dirty and stained. Asked front desk foe new sheets and towels and she said everything was in the wash. Furniture was damaged and broken. None of the lamps worked except for one. Walls were beat up. No elevator to bring in luggage. Said online that it had breakfast and was in the picture but there was none. My husband and I stayed in 7 hotel rooms while visiting Wyoming and Colorado and this was by far the worst. I am not sure what the other rooms were like but ours was not good and it was a nice area to visit. I don't get it.

Now the room was not so great. One bed had a board holding it up where a leg had broken. The sheets and blankets were stained on two of the beds. One bed had blood stains on the sheet. The carpets were stained and disgusting. The bathroom was dirty. The place is falling apart. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

My wife refused to sleep under the covers and barely slept at all. There wasn’t even a phone in the room to call the desk to complain or get assistance. The website is completely misleading. All of the pics were definitely taken the day the hotel opened and never updated. Expedia should remove this hotel from their site.

We checked in And litterly walked right out after seeing the room. Dirty and smelly. Walls looked like someone clawed at them to get out. Tub was filthy. There was no way we were planning to spend one more minute in that place. Had to go spend the money on another hotel that was extremely nice. Felt like this was a no tell motel. Wouldn’t have felt safe either or for my vehicle in the parking lot.

The motel is severely short staffed. They don’t have enough people to clean all the rooms so we had to wait 2.5 hours past check in time. Then they don’t have enough towels and floor mats for everyone, and what they do have is stained and not well cleaned. The bathtub drain is clogged after just a minute of shower. The TV doesn’t work. But the bed and pillows themselves are adequate. Overall, it’s a really old property that’s not very well maintained and not very clean.

The doors to the rooms did not engage when they were shut on 2 seperate rooms. 1 room had a broken a/c unit. 1 room had a tv wall mounted that almost fell on my head and would not turn off unless i physically unplugged it. The pillows are basically throw pillows. The bathtub floor was stained black with hair clogging the drain. But the staff was accomedating and got me into a room after 3 tries.

Sheets were dirty, such a foul smell coming from room. There was markings everywhere you turned on the walls and furniture, drain was clogged in shower. The refrigerator was dirty. Floors didn’t look to be vacuumed in months. This was one of the grossest hotel rooms I’ve ever been in. Felt very unsafe here. My friend and I spent maybe an hour or two in our room before we decided to take the loss on our money and book a different hotel.

First of all the ONLY good employee was Loupe that we had in the evenings. Secondly.. the room that we booked wasn’t the room we got. There was holes in the walls and ceiling’s.

The room was freezing when we arrived. AC at 59 degrees and no comforter or blanket, just a sheet and a very light top throw lol. Three of us (2 queen beds) and only 2 bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths at all. Pillows very uncomfortable, bed so-so. Been in worse, but it was a little disappointing. To flush the toilet you had to hold the handle down until it was completely done, rather inconvenient .Desk clerk was awesome. No breakfast anymore, just coffee and water. A few other small issues. It was a $60 room not a $115 room .

We couldn't stay at the Travelodge. We reserved a non-smoking room and it stank like cigarettes, plus, we were told on arrival that they will not be serving breakfast despite the online advertisement that breakfast was included with the room. We had to go find a decent room in the town after midnight and an hour drive from the airport.
