Great location! Surrounded by a bunch of restaurants. Breakfast was amazing! Kind of a frustrating check in. Our room wasnt ready and we arrived an hour after check in. Front desk couldn’t get ahold of housekeeping but went to check on what was holding it up. So not bad. Microwave was broken in our room but they waved the parking fee and I really appreciated that! Good experience.
- 5/5
Perfect location for all our needs in Loveland. Lots of restaurants, breweries and live music within a block of hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Good place to stay.
- 5/5
Awesome downtown location. Bluegrass festival going on in the foundry right across the street. Recommend the upgrade for parking. An extra 5 bucks gets you reserved parking in the garage across the street. Didn't do breakfast but it looked really good. Limited hotels in the area, this one didn't disappoint. Great access to all downtown loveland restaurants, bars and business.
- 2/5
They did take out trash and changed towels every other day. Parking is across the road in a parking garage you pay $5 per day and $10.34 day service Fee. Spots are not guaranteed.
- 4/5
I liked the spinach and swiss quiche that they offered on Monday morning. Delicious. The swimming pool was very cold, a pretty common situation at most hotels. The coffee station was a great feature to have any time throughout the day, but they ran out of sugar. The location was very close to and in walking distance to good food options. Overnight parking cost is very reasonable. I'd stay here again.
- 5/5
I honestly, had a good time there @ The Home Towne Studios by the Marriot. It, was a great experience, once again. I used to live, there whenever there was a flood in 2013, on the Big Thompson River. I absolutely, love it there.
- 4/5
Nice place, great breakfast. We didn’t get the room we reserved because it apparently was not available. Otherwise our stay there was ok.

Do not make a reservation here. We made a reservation 2 months in advance and when we showed up we were told they had no room for us. They gave our room to a preferred customer. Do not book through Expedia because they do not honor those reservations. The lady at the desk said we had no room because we booked through Expedia. They shouldn’t even give the option to book on Expedia’s site. Book directly and pay the direct price if you want them to honor your reservation.

We were very pleasantly surprised that the room included a good refrigerator, cook top, and supplies. The beds were wonderful, it was very quiet, and we were most comfortable. Free parking was a terrific bonus. We highly recommend.

Very nice hotel & location was perfect for me, 4 blocks from my grandsons apartment. Staff was extremely nice, gave me directions when I struck out to walk & explore & always asked about my excursions. This is my go to place when I’m in Loveland!!!

staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fresh and ready. This place was within walking distance of a lot of lillte eating place and coffee houses

The room looked clean, but unfortunately cockroaches crawled out of the wall onto the carpeting right in front of us. We were told there were no other rooms available. We were very upset. We went through all our belongings piece by piece and loaded everything up not completing our stay. We were afraid that the bugs would get in our belongings and there was zero sleeping… we went to another hotel extremely nice hotel.

The staff was lovely and the breakfast are incredible. The switches in the room are strange but we got over it easily. We will stay here again when we come back.

Very friendly and helpful staff, location ( easy walk to stores and restaurants), clean and well maintained. Next time we would prefer a room that isn’t on the corner facing two busy streets- vehicle noise is substantial and begins around 5:00am.

The air in our room would turn on and be louder than anything I have ever experienced before. Staff was great.

Views were amazing being on the top floor of the mountains. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very delicious with different options for our children. Was very nice to have a room with kitchen and table for our two little boys. Also we took our two small dogs with us and the staff was very friendly. Our dogs enjoyed the area and dine very well in the room with no issues. Thank you

Great breakfasts. Staff friendly. Clean. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and some shops. Most important, 5 minute walk to Casa Sagrada retreat center.
- 5/5
Very clean room.
- 3/5
Good location in downtown Loveland. Fort Collins is 15 miles north so if you want to be in FC this hotel is not for you. Using FC in the name is deceiving and should be eliminated. Floor in the kitchen area under the cabinets was thick with dust and dirt. Bed spread had large difficult to not see stain which appeared to be semen.

Breakfast was good, room was very clean, parking in the garage was convenient. I know Loveland is having a hard time with the homeless population right now and I have compassion for the people and situation but it impacts this hotel due to its location. Also, a weird thing. The light switch at the front door of the hotel room contols the light in the middle of the room and the bathroom,

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was delicious and it was a great place to stay with lots of things in walking distance!

Friendly and efficient service

Wonderful. Close to great resturants great breakfast. The room was so comfortable
- 3/5
This used to be the only place I would stay. It’s steadily going down hill. You pay a lot to stay here for one night, always over $100, so I expect it to be nice. The last 2 times in a row, I was very unimpressed. Things were dirty, they didn’t include the sponge to wash dishes with. The towels and shower curtain had stuff on them. You can tell housekeeping tries to quickly get rooms done. The pillows suck, the beds aren’t comfortable. You can go over to Hawthorne for 40-50 dollars less and they only charge a $25 deposit instead of the $50 that TownePlace charges. And don’t even get me started on the random charges that staff cannot explain. BS

- 5/5
The lady with blonde hair that checked us in went above and beyond. It was a busy day in Loveland on Valentine’s Day and parking was scarce. She was getting off work and gave us her parking spot in the parking garage.
- 2/5
Charged $8.50 for taking a bottle of water from the room which we did not take as we carry reusable bottles. Chair in room had not been cleaned as well
- 4/5
All comfortable and eggicient
- 5/5
Everything was great! Room amazing! Staff amazing! So cozy! Did not want to leave!
- 5/5
All very excellent Nothing
- 4/5
The room was great, the shower needed some repair but other than that it was a great stay.
- 5/5
Your Lady that took care of the Breakfast!! She was Fantastic
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was great. I enjoyed every part of the stay
- 2/5
Breakfast was horrible. Rooms were dirty. Guests were tweakers. Upon checking in, was asked the reason for staying at the hotel as if theres a problem with staying there.
- 5/5
Breakfast could of been a little better. But its free so cant complain.
- 3/5
I have traveled over seas in recent years and have found the most disappointing part of my stay at hotels in the United States to be the ridiculousness of the so called European breakfast served at the hotels. When in the heck did cold eggs, undercooked bacon or sausage and something that looks like hash browns become the equivalent to European food? When you are eating breakfast in Europe, you are treated to an expansive choice of food from which to choose from. All the while the chef’s are there to make the most important part of the day, one you will remember. Every day people are getting ripped off by the way we are served in this country.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, very nice staff. Overnight stay in our own area to a gas leak at the house. Last minute booking but no issues getting the room and the staff were more than understanding of the situation such as when I had to race home to see if we would need another night stay or if the league have been repaired. Don't generally stay in my own town but I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We stay in hotels quite a bit and it is one of the top 10% we've been in.
- 4/5
Nicely done
- 5/5
I always plan my stay at TownPlace Suites when in Loveland. The staff are always cheerful and helpful and the accommodations are excellent.
- 5/5
This hotel is clean, modern, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff is first rate - friendly, knowledgeable and upbeat. Its location in downtown Loveland gives easy walking access to many shopping and dining choices.
- 4/5
Very nice people and very helpful. The only thing that didn't go well is had noisy air conditioner. Food was ok.
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice staff
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
Room was neglected. The towels were old and dingy with a yellow color. The bathroom sink smelled of vomit. The furniture was dated and dirty. The bathroom tub shelves were loose. Room could use a good dusting.
- 5/5
Good stay
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
Room and was charged three times for stay.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
What I want to comment about is the electrical wiring of room. Horrible —the main light switch turns off the above light— no other way to turn off above light—/and then all lights are out including bathroom. That is incorrect ! Stupid system. Not good for patrons at all. I travel and have never had this!
- 5/5
Overall a great choice. However breakfast had fewer items than many others.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was super friendly and the amenities were absolutely fantastic, especially for the price. Laundry on-site, kitchenettes in the rooms (with a stovetop, dishes and dishwasher!), delicious breakfast, easy parking, and more! It is also located in such a convenient and beautiful area in downtown Loveland. I am definitely going to stay there again next time I’m in NoCo! (Shout out to Jeannie at the front desk for being so sweet!)
- 5/5
Good drink choices
- 5/5
The pool was perfect and it was all very welcoming! I appreciated the breakfast style because it is very similar to European hotels!
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in the heart of Loveland.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay there again!!
- 5/5
Good place to stay.
- 5/5
Second time staying here. Great place to stay!
- 5/5
Great hospitality by staff
- 5/5
We had a nice stay here. Loved how conveniently it was to restaurants and shops. Excellent breakfast was also a bonus!
- 5/5
Customer service. Great staff!
- 5/5
Clean and modern design
- 5/5
Percent location for what we wanted to do in loveland. Right in downtown and walking distance to all the restaurants and cute shops we wanted to see.
- 4/5
The only negative was zero for lactose intolerant coffee drinkers
- 5/5
The staff was so nice and helpful upon check in . Hotel was quiet and super comfortable. Perfect place to stay with our dogs
- 5/5
We have always enjoyed our stay, clean friendly the receptionists friendly and hospitable. Nice area & easily navigated on foot.
- 5/5
Broadcast extremely kind and considerate but the sounds of the Southwest plains how tall are they and helpful Yes
- 5/5
great service from front desk and clean rooms
- 5/5
The staff was very accommodating and the property is well kept!
- 5/5
Great location across from a free parking garage with passes from hotel for overnight parking and only 2 blocks from 4th Street that has many restaurants.
- 2/5
Room was not ready at check in. Pool was closed.
- 5/5
This was a clean and nicely appointed hotel. I did not use the pool. The gym room is pretty small. The breakfast was really good. This is in a nice area where you can easily walk to many dining places.
- 5/5
Very nice. Heat didn't work 1st night, but fixed after that. Food was good.
- 5/5
Front desk was GREAT! The breakfast was delicious and the room was perfect!!
- 5/5
A very enjoyable stay!
- 4/5
The hotel was great. The room needed some work and the air conditioner was really loud.
- 5/5
Great place with professional staff
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly, property was nice but not in a nice part of town - several homeless people lingered in the parking garage and outside of the hotel. Breakfast was frequently disappointing with the juice machine being broken our entire stay, expired yogurt, and rotten or under-ripe fruit. But Debbie was super friendly - we loved her!
- 5/5
Love it here !! This is definitely my favorite hotel in Loveland. Lisa is always so nice and friendly. It feels like home here. So comfy and classy but not extra expensive. Still don’t get the no shower door thing but other than that this hotel is perfect. Will be back!
- 5/5
The front desk staff deserves a raise! They were so nice and helpful! Refreshing to see someone actually enjoying their job!
- 5/5
LOVE THIS PLACE. My favorite. the staff is so nice and friendly and its very clean. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE and the breakfast they offer is good too. Will be back ASAP
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay at Marriott Townplace Suites in Loveland, Colorado. Very nice facilities and comfortable rooms. A shoutout to Debbie in the breakfast room, she takes pride in her work!
- 1/5
Beds smelled of body odor and smoke. They changed my room twice. Last room was better but still not what I expect from a Marriott in terms of cleanliness or fresh linens.
- 3/5
Good value given the studio space and kitchen offerings as well as amenities. Friendly staff. Needs improvement in consistent cleanliness, breakfast quality, and finishes.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Highly recommend this location. Jarrett was an amazing help after our terrible interaction with a Days Inn in Greeley.
- 5/5
Just my fav stop in Colorado. We’ve stayed here many times. Animal friendly. Exceptionally clean. I mean insanely clean rooms. Hallways, common areas are all constantly spotless. Staff is so cheery and helpful. You literally can walk across the quiet street to a movie, multiple great neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. It’s quiet and relaxing. We just love this hotel & neighborhood
- 5/5
Perfect location, parking was excellent and the staff are WONDERFUL!!! This might be one of the most genuinely helpful, friendly and thoughtful staff I have ever encountered in my travels. Each and every-truly!!! Garritt, in partucular, went above and beyond, and that's saying something because each encounter was extraordinary . I highly recommend this property and applaud the entire crew.
- 4/5
The staff was awesome. I would highly recommend a stay here!!
- 5/5
Great property awesome facility pet friendly garret is awesome
- 5/5
The tea and hot cocoa bar was unique. Water with lemon/orange was a wonderful treat! Staff was outstanding
- 4/5
Having a fridge, microwave and dishwasher was also very convenient. They even had a cute hot chocolate bar set up in the lobby.
- 2/5
We stayed here a year ago around the same time. Loved it then but this time not so much. We tried to check in at 4 PM. Room was not ready! We were told and hour to 2 hour wait! I was tired after a day of traveling I just wanted to take a shower and relax. They must have had a shortage of maid staff. Anyway they finally told us they would expedite the cleaning of our room, DUH. I saw dog hair on the a/c box so I got a wash cloth to clean it. The vents were full of dust and black stuff like it had never been cleaned. All around the A/C box was dirty and I could feel cold air leaking in from outside. Breakfast was not as good as last year. Fewer items available. We never got maid service even after we asked on maid who was serviceing the room across the hall. We told her we were going out for a while and we need towels and our room cleaned. When we got back several hours later nothing had been done. Had to call the front desk to ask for towels to be able to take a shower. They said housekeeping was gone and they would try to find someone to bring them up.
- 4/5
I had the first room behind the front desk and could hear everyone that came into or out of the hotel. Other than that, everything was great.
- 5/5
Very clean, great staff, rooms very clean, property is well kept.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Terrific downtown area and close to restaurants.
- 1/5
When I first entered the room, it was 52 degrees and the window was wide open (first floor, so just open to the outside world) and it smelled like cigarettes since someone was smoking right outside of it. They gave me a new room which was cleaner. However, noise was an issue all night and I woke several times to other guests slamming their doors and yelling. Would not recommend this place.
- 5/5
Hotel is located in an excellent spot. The courtyard across the street offered restaurants and shops. Parking was no issue due to the garage next to the building. Rooms were far beyond what we expected. Walking into the hotel the hostess was inviting and excellent at checking us in and making us feel welcome. Getting to our room and walking in was shocking at how nice the room was. My wife and I were just getting away for a weekend away from Denver and really enjoyed the smaller town feel and hospitality we experienced. We will be staying again
- 1/5
Reserved king size suite was given a handicapped room
- 4/5
Parking sucks.
- 4/5
The service and staff were welcoming, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. However, the location was not good, and I didn't feel safe walking around the vicinity.
- 4/5
Parking facility can be extremely difficult to maneuver with a larger vehicle when it’s busy!
- 4/5
Beautiful place fantastic rooms. Huge bathrooms. Only issue was the mattress was so uncomfortable. Old. Dipped in center from overuse and was hard on edges.
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. We did not walk the grounds so i have no opinion either way
- 5/5
Great location.
- 4/5
Nice hotel with parking ramp across the street offering free parking.
- 5/5
During our second stay, we enjoyed the friendly staff, especially Jeannie, Tammy & Amber were very pleasant and sweet. Busy days with medical appointments & family fellowship. It was a welcomed despite af the end of our long weeks. Quiet & comfy.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel and hope to be back often when visiting family in Loveland! Great staff, and the room was super roomy and beds incredibly comfortable. Amenities were fantastic as well. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
The service, the room, the staff, everything was amazing!
- 5/5
It's very homey
- 5/5
Best hotel stay experience I've ever had.
- 5/5
The staff was real friendly and nice . I would love to visit again !!
- 5/5
Everything was great! Beautiful location, close to non-chain restaurants and safe parking.
- 5/5
This hotel is top notch!! Comfy beds, excellent breakfast, Friendly staff, convenient to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend
- 4/5
I liked the downtown location, and the overall affect. My only criticism is that the eggs at breakfast could have been better (they were what I expect from a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel).
- 1/5
No rooms clean after 3pm. Staff unapologetically said we could wait in lobby but no estimate of time for room availability. Hotel was not full, but rooms still not clean in late afternoon.
- 5/5
Room was huge and clean and very accommodating. Best breakfast I have had at a hotel. Bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
Comfortable
- 5/5
Need better service at Breakfast

Excellent location, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Good hot breakfast. Only downfall for me, room never got cleaned during our 6 day saty.
- 5/5
It was EXTREMELY clean! The staff was super friendly!
- 5/5
The amenities were great, and the staff were kind and accommodating
- 5/5
Comfy place. The staff were incredible-super friendly and helpful! The room was nice and very clean with exception of shower pan. Nothing a quick rinse didn’t take care of. The toilet is very low to the ground which we found strange. Would definitely book again!
- 5/5
The staff at the desk were all very friendly and engaging. I got help on restaurants and general information about the immediate area.
- 2/5
I stayed here two times previously. This time was a big letdown. Breakfast all three mornings was never ready on time. Was only given towels and no washcloths or hand towels on cleaning day.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very modern, clean, and comfortable. Parking is in garage across the street, not for tall vehicles, but plenty of safe neighborhood parking.
- 5/5
Extremely clean, nice atmosphere
- 4/5
I enjoyed that it was walking distance from restaurants and shopping
- 5/5
Staff was exceptional. Very clean room. Good coffee and food in morning. Thank you so much Would recommend
- 5/5
This hotel was the nicest hotel with the best price!!!! The kids loved it and it had good breakfast choices also!
- 5/5
Location was great, staff was so nice and helpful!
- 3/5
Parking was a nightmare. 4th floor in a structure across street where elevator is broken. Did not have sufficient number of luggage trolley and they didn’t seem to care
- 5/5
Very comfortable bed and clean room. Pleasant staff. I would recommend.
- 4/5
Special shout-out to Sebastian at the front desk. Outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work, Sebastian. You are rocking the front desk service.
- 5/5
Everything was great over all.
- 5/5
This is an excellent hotel. All is good.
- 2/5
I wasn’t given the room I reserved on Expedia, then I was given a room that someone else had been in recently.
- 4/5
Easy to get in and out
- 5/5
Appears to be newer. Easy to find brew pubs and restaurants
- 4/5
The room was comfortable, the staff was excellent! The price was a little steep. The Mountain View was great however the neighborhood directly surrounding the hotel was just ok.
- 4/5
The property is in downtown Loveland. Loved the fact that dining options were within a few blocks walking distance.
- 5/5
Comfy rooms and great location. Friendly staff and easy parking. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance
- 5/5
The location was a very pleasant surprise right in downtown Loveland within walking distance of many restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We would stay there again and we did recommend it to our family.
- 5/5
Beautiful and well-appointed! Great full breakfast and wonderful fire pit/ seating area outside, too. Would highly recommend and definitely go back.
- 5/5
Amazing staff and comfortable accommodations. Felt like home while I was there. Will be back!
