Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast, but expressing dissatisfaction with the new parking fees and some aspects of the service. The breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelettes, and the spacious rooms are frequently praised. However, the hotel's decision to charge for parking and some instances of poor service are the most common complaints.
- Excellent breakfast with made-to-order omelettes
- Spacious and comfortable rooms
- Charging for parking
- Inconsistent service quality

Second time we've stayed and definitely will do so again.
- 5/5
Although we only stayed one night, we were able to enjoy the bar and the free breakfast, both of which were enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean. The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful.
- 5/5
BREAKFAST WAS HOT AND OMELETS WERE GREAT, STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL NOTHING
- 4/5
Very nice property-clean rooms and public areas. Very good breakfast. Did not like paying to park there, especially through an app.
- 4/5
Appetizers provided by the hotel were excellent.
- 5/5
Quite and friendly staff Nothing
- 5/5
Excellent stay with cooked to order breakfast.
- 3/5
The front desk young man was awful. Couldn’t produce a key, questioned me, walked away. Super inappropriate. Absolutely awful
- 3/5
Pleasant
- 4/5
This was my first experience with a digital room key. It worked well for the room but was awkward for the elevator because other people were competing for the keypad and I often had my hands full.
- 5/5
Constance was super helpful!
- 4.5/5
Perfect for walking to the Blue arena. Huge room
- 1.5/5

- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was amazing, & the best breakfast of any hotel bar none
- 5/5
I've stayed here a few times since it's easy to walk across the parking lot to the arena. Very convenient.
- 5/5
This is a very nice hotel. It’s clean with a friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for parking.
- 3/5
Have to pay to park

Loved the daily breakfast, clean room and friendly staff

Breakfast was wonderful as always. I love your green chile sauce on my omlete!! Room was clean and quiet as always. Needs a better exhause fan in the bathroom.

You do have to pay $14/night for parking now. But the check in/out and overall stay was great! We love to come here for our stay-cations. Close to lots of good shopping and food amd beautiful views!
- 3.5/5
Late check out Gotta say, for the price I paid last night, it was less than expected. Omelette station wasnt open when I specifically asked if it would be when I checked in. It was awfully loud and I could hear everyone racing back n forth through the halls. Several towels were unusable with soil stains and there was something uncomfortable about the beds this time. I just expected it to be as good if not better than the previous times I’ve stayed.

The room was perfect, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious!
- 5/5
Great property breakfast is great rooms are great staff is great .
- 5/5
Breakfast was good and the location was fine. A paying guest should not have to pay for parking. That is kind of petty.

Everything was great from the check-in to checking out.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, staff was friendly and d professional.
- 5/5
Everything was awesome including the welcome on the tv screens.
- 5/5
Awesome!
- 4/5
We do not object to the parking fee, just the way it is handled. It takes a certain amt. of dollars to operate such a facility. Keep it simple.
- 5/5
Liked it all
- 4/5
I did not know that we had to pay for parking, which I did not know and did not like, as it was kind of expensive for this location. Also, the beds were not the best; they were a little hard for me.
- 5/5
Made to order omlets were amazing! Delicious breakfast
- 5/5
Great place great staff clean rooms
- 4/5
Breakfast choices were limited. The precooked scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage patties were all lukewarm both days i tried them.
- 5/5
Staff very friendly and professional. Location was perfect - right across the street from Blue Arena. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall, the room was very comfortable and clean. However, there was a slight cat or pet urine smell, perhaps coming from the carpet.
- 4/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful atrium area. Cooked to order omelet were great. Breakfast choices were limited. The precooked scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage patties were all lukewarm both days i tried them.

The staff was helpful and prompt. The room was very clean. We loved the breakfast!
- 5/5
The breakfast choices were amazing!! Great place to relax and unwind 😊
- 5/5
Room was clean, spacious & comfortable. Breakfast bar was not well stocked & items (eggs, waffles & sausage) were lukewarm.
- 5/5
LOVE Embassy Suites!!! Wonderful breakfast, very clean and so comfortable with the family room. I can get up before my husband, close the bedroom door, get coffee and do my morning “things”!
- 5/5
The complimentary breakfast was ok.
- 1/5
Loved the breakfast and happy hour drinks that were offered. We would stay there again next time we visit our family on Windsor
- 5/5
In town for a Colorado Eagles game. Loved that the hotel was within walking distance to the arena. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will stay again.
- 5/5
Excellent food options. Staff was very accommodating.
- 5/5
Great customer service. Breakfast buffet superb. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and very friendly. The mate to order breakfast and the manager’s reception was also wonderful
- 5/5
We loved everything except you are charged 15 dollars to park and they do not. Validate for there guests
- 5/5
Ist rated, being friendly, helpful, and the property was well maintained, the room was A+++.
- 5/5
This place has the best breakfast, lounge, and staff!! If u want to go to a hockey game this is perfect walking to the game. Excellent stay!!
- 5/5
Look, there's a reason why we all come here and possible pay abit more. But when you just want a nice clean bed, welcome drinks and or sm restaurant...we come here. Keep up the good work, its showing
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
The hotel is outdated but the staff are so friendly and the hotel is clean
- 4/5
Charging for parking in the middle of nowhere is unnecessary.
- 5/5
Incredible breakfast & staff! Workout facilities & pool are were good, but disappointed when found out there is no hot tub, even though listed on site
- 5/5
We have stayed at this hotel twice already. It's conveniently located and has a beautiful lobby and comfortable rooms. We were traveling with kids both times, and the pullout sofabed worked well. The pool was spacious and clean, bigger than most hotel pools, and the gym overlooking the pool was well equipped. I was able to work out while watching my teens through the large window in the pool. The cooked-to-order eggs or omelettes in the breakfast area was also excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Oh! The front desk also did me a favor by mailing a postcard for me together with their hotel mail.
- 4/5
Clean room, breakfast and bar fine, staff is very friendly and helpful, dining needs different menu than same pub food in bar ie healthier choices like last year (salmon, steak, vegetables, etc).
- 5/5
Enjoyed the stay. Beautiful atrium!
- 5/5
Amazing hotel would definitely stay there again, only bad thing was no hot tub and had to pay for parking
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Nice place.
- 5/5
We had to change floors last minute due to a vertigo issue- they were very accommodating and willing to help. The courtyard is beautiful and the whole staff very friendly.
- 5/5
It really upsets me to have to pay an additional $15 per night for parking in an unsecured outdoor parking lot!!!
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
there was coffee in the rooms. the thermostat was on the wall very easy to figure out and controlled the room temperature beautifully
- 3/5
the hotel is fine, they charge for parking even if you are staying at the hotel. i assume this has caused a loss of business, used to be you got unlimited cocktails at thier happy hour now you are limited to two. just another pinch in an already tight enviroment.
- 5/5
Delicious breakfast!
- 5/5
Everything was excellent! Very clean, Family Friendly, Great Staff, Breakfast Tasty.
- 5/5
Clean room and nice amenities
- 5/5
Check in was great and really fast. Staff was very friendly. Room was spotless and smelled really nice, bed was so comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Breakfast was amazing!!! Great job Embassy Suites. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff!
- 5/5
Always a great place to stay. Rooms are always cozy and clean, breakfasts are always wonderful, always nice to sit with a free “adult beverage” in the evening and the staff is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful!!!
- 5/5
Always a great place to stay!
- 5/5
We love the manager special and the breakfast is always delicious.
- 5/5
Great value. Nice place. The buffet could use a little more options for breakfast but still pretty good
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean, the complimentary breakfast was amazing, even had an omelet bar. We left at 430am, breakfast doesn't start until 6, but they were kind enough to brew a pot of coffee for us
- 4/5
Yes, room was clean and the staff as always was very kind. However, now they charge guests for parking. I can understand if you're staying elsewhere and charging for parking if there's an event taking place, but not if your a paying guest.
- 5/5
The front desk was very helpful assisting with the needs of this large group.
- 5/5
Room was nice, breakfast was great.
- 5/5
Always amazing! Fabulous breakfast clean quiet room

- 2/5
it smelled bad
- 5/5
Great location for blue arena
- 5/5
This was such an amazing experience! I haven’t stayed at an embassy suites in a long time and I’m glad we did. We were staying with our kids hockey team and I wasn’t sure what to expect with a group so large. The staff was so accommodating and treated the kids as adult guests and made sure they had a great time. The accommodations are great! Breakfast was good and we loved the omelet station and daily special. The adults especially loved the happy hour with 2 complementary cocktails per adult. While we were there, there was an employee at breakfast time that went above and beyond for another guest that had been staying with the hotel for a couple of months. They reserved his favorite spot for breakfast and made sure he felt at home. It was really cool to see how they form great relationships with their guests and make sure their stay is the best it can be. The rooms are great, a little out dated and dark but they were clean. Our room had a stand alone room deodorizer that was strange and left a weird smell on all of our stuff. Not sure why it was there and we didn’t ask. All in all it was a great experience and we will stay again when we’re in the area.
- 5/5
Great place!
- 4/5
I found the $15.00 charge for parking to be a lot ridiculous. This hotel isn't in an area where there isn't enough parking or other businesses who works use it.
- 3/5
Few breakfast meat options no cheese for eggs 2 kinds of breads only melons and apples
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean
- 5/5
Very clean hotel. Everything was as expected. Only complaint was the pillows were awful.
- 5/5
From the front desk to the housekeeping, everyone was so pleasant. Our room was always clean, areas we accessed around the hotel were kept neat, and anytime we needed anything, it was provided. Perfect location to our events, and plenty of options for food close by.
- 5/5
Great friendly staff who let us check in early!
- 5/5
The room was spotless and every member of your staff was friendly and helpful. Very professional!
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel great price for all you get
- 5/5
We have stayed here several times over the past few years. Hotel is always clean, staff is amazing and friendly.
- 4/5
Our stay was great! Snacks and happy hour…great breakfast! Room was big and clean - but it had an odd smell. Beds were comfy!
- 4/5
Very clean, polite and courteous staff. Bed was comfy, room was very spacious.
- 5/5
Clean room and excellent staff
- 5/5
We have been coming here since it was open. started staying at hotels ever since my oldest was 2yrs old n she is now 21..its been a tradition of ours that i have tried to keep up with all my children by doing and i now have 6 to stay for our vacation after xmas ...so this stay has been really good for us all where we really didn't want it to end. so thank you guys for making us for like at home!!!
- 5/5
Room was extremely nice as always,The staff was excellent
- 3/5
We really enjoyed the breakfast and manager's reception, but several other things made our stay really frustrating. It took a really long time to check in because there was a mix up in the computer system with our reservation. Then, our keys wouldn't work (even though we had them re-set the next day as recommended). Our daughter's family also stayed there and their keys stopped working part way through the visit. A manager had to go all the way up to the 6th floor to let them into their room with their baby crying because her ID was in the room. It's also really disappointing to have to pay $15 a day for parking in their huge lot. There are a few good perks, but I'm not sure they're worth the other frustrations.
- 5/5
This facility is ALWAYS immaculate. We love staying here. The bar is great and breakfast is perfect for everyone. Staff is always welcoming and so attentive.
- 5/5
Fast service
- 5/5
Clean room, great service and amazing complimentary breakfast buffet. It was next door to the Blue Arena (walking distance), and a Bass Pro Shop is being built next door. We will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Very clean , staff was amazing
- 5/5
Front desk clerk was awesome
- 4/5
Parking to expensive
- 2/5
Check in was no problem. Parking charge not expected and not appreciated.
- 5/5
Yea
- 5/5
Clean room, amazing staff, great breakfast and nice happy hour.
- 5/5
The entire property seemed spotless. The room was so well maintained and thought out with a living area separated from the sleeping area by a door. Hot water was not a problem at all. The staff was so pleasant, and the complimentary, as you order, was wonderful. Will definitely return to this property.
- 5/5
Always a great stay.
- 4/5
Fun place food at the Christmas party wasn’t great for my husbands work
- 5/5
Room was great and the staff was professional.

Everything was so great ! My kids and i were so happy thank you so much!
- 5/5
Room was very clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Always a pleasure staying here. It’s our favorite place to stay in the area.
- 5/5
We’ve stayed here the weekend of thanksgiving for the past 4 years. It’s always clean, the staff is great, and we enjoy the evening happy hour.
- 1/5
Had to pay for parking. No on street parking available.
- 5/5
Can’t beat a staycation here! My daughter loved the pool and breakfast, her parents loved the happy hour. Our second time here and we’d happily come back!
- 5/5
Clean room, great service and breakfast!!
- 5/5
Great amenities, friendly staff
- 5/5
We had a great stay, the room was nice and clean, check-in was easy, property was easy to navigate, and the clean staff was easy to work with. Hotel is in a great location with restaurants on property or nearby. You will need transportation for this hotel as it sits in a small town. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
It’s a little bit luxury. I really love it. Good choice on where the events center was. I’ll choose this whenever we have a convention.
- 3/5
Yes
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 3/5
Had to go back out into the cold with snow to get the info needed to pay for parking. They should advertise that parking out in 30 degrees, uncovered parking on the snow costs $15
- 5/5
Like the last three times I’ve stayed here, it’s been an absolute pleasure to be there. The room is spotless and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My favorite part is the breakfast buffet, love the many food options.
- 5/5
Room was perfect! Staff OUTSTANDING! Complimentary drinks and snack bar. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend to stay here!
- 3/5
I have stayed at this hotel many times, is one of my favorite ones, I wasn’t happy about paying for parking but I’m getting used to, the only bad thing this time was that they charge me for water that I didn’t drink and when I called them to tell them about it, they said they would refund me my money, but they never did. I know it’s not much but I don’t like it when I have to pay for something that I didn’t consume.
- 5/5
Our room was clean and courteous staff.
- 5/5
Amazing staff! Very clean.
- 5/5
The room was awesome! Thank you!
- 5/5
This hotel is an excellent choice if you are visiting the Fort Collins/Loveland/Windsor region. Clean facility with helpful and cheerful staff. The complimentary meals are very good.
- 3/5
The breakfast was mediocre. The waffles were hard as rocks and the eggs were dry. A high-end hotel should provide better offerings. The bartender could use a lesson in manners. Also, there were issues with the children of other guests running around, making excessive noise, and in general misbehaving. The fact that we had to pay $15 per day for parking in addition to what we already paid for the room was an unpleasant surprise. Embassy Suites should have notified us ahead of time about the parking situation.
- 4/5
I didn’t like that the buffet ran out of cantaloupe. Also didn’t like having to pay for parking.
- 5/5
Good breakfast, managers reception, nice room.
- 5/5
The room is perfect for a family of four with littles. The pool offers hours of dun and the breakfast with an omelette station is absolutely worth the value! We love staying here anytime we attend an Eagles game
- 5/5
Always dry clean and appears sanitary
- 3/5
One of the things we’ve always enjoyed most about Embassy Suites is the Atrium. We love spending our evenings there as a family, playing board games and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, during this stay, the Atrium lighting was extremely dim. Around 6:30 p.m., we went down to play a game and had trouble finding a table with enough light to see the board. We settled near the breakfast area, but by 7:00 p.m., the lights were completely turned off, leaving us unable to continue. We understand dimming the lights during quiet hours—around 10 or 11 p.m.—but having them off as early as 7 p.m. makes the beautiful Atrium space unusable in the evenings. Thankfully, one of your staff members noticed our struggle and kindly turned on a few lights for us, which we truly appreciated. However, this should not have been necessary. The lighting should remain bright enough for guests to comfortably use the space. Another aspect we’ve always enjoyed at Embassy Suites is the breakfast, but this time it was quite disappointing. The waffles were hard, the pancakes were thick and undercooked inside, and there were no bagels or biscuits and gravy, items that are standard even at more modes

Late night food from the bar was outstanding. The staff was all helpful and friendly! A great place to stay!!
- 2/5
Also, pillows are terrible.
- 4/5
Beautiful rooms and facilities!
- 5/5
Great room. Did not know that you had to pay for parking.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, Ate at the restaurant- food was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hallways were quiet and clean. Breakfast was delicious.
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet, bed very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Also a great location for shows at the Blue FCU Arena. ~ 3 minute walk across the parking lot to the venue. Would definitely stay there again if needed to stay in Loveland
- 5/5
Really easy stay, and definitely the best breakfast with made to order omelets and other choices. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of luggage carts and 3 fast elevators. Thanks, I am a repeat customer.
- 5/5
Close to highway - very noisy when outside - but could not hear noise at all in hotel . I got a parking ticket from parking in the hotel parking lot - this was incredibly discouraging after such a nice stay ,
- 5/5
Great breakfast and dinner options . The only downside hand soap and shower soap weren’t empty but pump malfunctioning .
- 5/5
everything was very nice
- 5/5
We have always enjoyed this venue . . . clean, quiet, the staff is kind and willing to serve you!

The breakfast is wonderful! Excellent hotel!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Good variety. Pretty typical of a breakfast buffet in a hotel though
- 5/5
Room was great, beds comfortable. Great location.
- 3/5
No hot tub!!!
- 5/5
We were happy
- 5/5
This hotel was beautiful with super clean room, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again.
- 5/5
One of our favorites
- 5/5
Great omlette bar. The perfect touch.
- 5/5
Hotel rooms are as expected for Embassy Suites, large & comfortable. Beautiful hotel, lots of space and parking.
- 5/5
Really nice stay here. Staff was incredibly friendly & helpful, omelets to order was excentional & rooms were clean & quiet. Easy walk to Blue Arena.
- 5/5
Absolutely everything is wonderful about this property with the exception of paid parking! If you are comparing prices with the many other lodging options nearby, you need to add $14 per night to Embassy Suites- Loveland.
- 5/5
Good clean environment, friendly staff.
- 5/5
It's a wonderful place to stay
- 5/5
Only complaint is having to pay for parking via a 3rd party which includes additional taxes and fees
- 5/5
Everything was great, except for having to pay for parking when we have already paid to stay there. Seems like double dipping for the hotel.
- 4/5
Used stay a lot pre covid for my job always nice then still is. pay parking ??
- 5/5
How ever the chef made great food!! Nick and I love this place. Only place we will stay when in Colorado.❤️
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and accommodating especially the woman who was always at the front desk during our entire trip (10/3-10/6). She was great!! Give that woman a raise because she has excellent customer service and people skills!
- 5/5
Very good property. Clean, close to stores and restaurants. Immaculate and very comfortable and spacious rooms. Definitely worth the little bit extra in the cost.
- 5/5
Good variety of food. Enjoy being able to get a fresh omelette for breakfast.
- 5/5
Hotel is clean, rooms were quiet and very confy bed. All staff were extremly friendly. Was suprised by the $14 parking fee, and how it was handked by a third party vendor
- 5/5
Everything about this hotel was amazing!!!
- 4/5
This property is not close to much so of course your guests will need to park their cars. On top of this there is a charge for Wi-Fi in the room and other daily charges. Look at the small print carefully - this parking fee was a surprise!!
- 5/5
7g7g6f5f
- 3/5
Kids turned the walking area into a playground which caused the dog in the room next door to start barking. Have to pay for parking now, and use a key card to access the elevator so no visitors unless they come in with you.
- 5/5
Hotel was close to the event I was there for.
- 5/5
The breakfast was fresh and delicious!!!!
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. Paying to park was disappointing.
- 5/5
Did not use the kitchen during this stay; Wi-Fi was perfect for our needs! Staff was awesome - at the check in desk and breakfast service.
- 5/5
Clean room. Professional service. Wonderful breakfast.
- 2/5
The additional charges for parking were not well communicated at the point of reservation, and we would have booked somewhere else if we had known about these additional charges. When we brought this up with the Front Desk staff, they were uninterested in hearing from us, let alone helping with a resolution. They were very dismissive and rude.
- 5/5
great breakfast
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
The room was clean, the people were nice.
- 4/5
The only thing ever change was our breakfast off the buffet was horrible. Our first day it was dry and cold. The coffee was bad, but ordering off the line. Our breakfast was much better the following days.
- 5/5
Great property and staff
- 5/5
Love Embassy Suites!
- 4/5
You have to pay for parking which was a downfall, but over all a good stay. Loved that there was a restaurant in the hotel.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel!
- 5/5
The made to order breakfast was amazing and convenient. All the staff were very accommodating especially when we had a reservation mix up and the hotel was sold out. They were able to find a way for us to extend our stay. The on premised Starbucks was much appreciated on our early mornings. The the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
- 5/5
Complaint would be you have to pay to park. Why not just include it in the stay?? Loved the happy hour and great restaurants nearby! Would definitely stay again!
- 4/5
Great hotel for families larger than 4 to stay in the same room. I wish the hotel had a hot tub and a more heated pool.
- 5/5
The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. I requested a king upgrade which was promptly accommodated.
- 5/5
Expedia ruined our stay. Between the Virtual Assistant and then the customer service agent it took us over an hour to get our stay and reservation corrected.
- 5/5
paying for parking with empty cowfields all around irked me... please input $15.00/night into your orbitz cost analysis
- 5/5
My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. My wife felt like royalty. We highly recommend this facility.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly, spacious rooms, excellent made to order omelets!
- 5/5
Nice manager welcome and staff.
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel featuring private, tranquil, and comfortable suites! The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was clean and at the ideal temperature.
- 5/5
Place was clean and accessible.
- 1/5
No hot water. Apparently there is a trick that you have to turn on the bar sink first. No one told us until I went to the front desk. By then we had to leave and were unable to take warm showers. The front desk people made it seem like it was my fault - that I should have done more to resolve the situation. No resolution/solution whatsoever. I was frustrated and they did nothing to help me feel better. We stay at Embassy Suites all the time but not any more. Bad room, bad service. You just lost a loyal customer.
- 4/5
The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast omelette cooked to order is amazing. Easy walk to the car show next door. Was disappointed the restaurant on site was not open for lunch.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent. We really enjoyed Izzy the bartender.
- 5/5
Could not have been better ! Will return
- 5/5
Room was large and clean. Bed was good but poor water pressure like most hotels. The breakfast layout that they do is very nice with a lot of options. We have stayed before without paying for parking but now they charge $14 a day.
- 5/5
Room was clean, dark, quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast was great and the hotel with the glass elevator was really nice.
- 4/5
Nice except couldn't enjoy breakfast because it started later on the weekends
- 5/5
Very spacious and walk friendly if you have a pet with you. I wish this hotel and many others switch from carpet to a cleaner flooring type like many of the newer ones are doing. Would make it feel even cleaner.
- 4/5
Needs updating. Breakfast was great! Parking is paid through a third party via an app, taxes and service fees. Parking should be included with your room.
- 3/5
I did not stay. I asked if I could reschedule to a later date and was told no.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Friendly, extra safe, clean, pretty, staff was helpful, friendly and kind. Great food, close to things, nice pool and workout area. Would definitely recommend!!

I already did this for Embassy. They were awesome!!

This was my first time visiting Loveland and my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is nice and quiet and the hotel is very well cared for. The restaurants in the area were great! We are looking forward to our next visit and will absolutely stay here again. Also, looking forward to walking over to Cabella's our next visit. Thank you.

I was amazing room and food. I didn't like paying for parking.
- 4/5
The hotel had a great breakfast. The room was comfortable. However from the moment of check in we were advised of the rules of the hotel. We understand you have strict liquor laws and I have never seen a hotel with a posting of no outside liquor. I am 61 years old and had to go back to my room to get my ID so I could have a complimentary drink? My husband doesn't do the digital codes for the parking, has no clue how to do that. Luckily I am more techy and could handle it but it would have been smoother to pay it at check in.

Property itself, while highly over priced, was good. But the fact that I spent 1000$ on 2 room for 2 nights and still had to pay for parking is unacceptable. Ridiculous to be nickel and dimed like that.

Pay for parking
- 5/5
Great staff ,great location and beautiful hotel
- 5/5
Front desk staff were extremely helpful … even with online check-in and digital key availability.

Get rid of carpet in handicapped room. Difficult for wheelchair Grab bar BEHIND toilet? Why? Need one in front more else they hold on with side grab bar and the towel bar which will fall off at some point No room in roll in shower to maneuver a person from chair to seat.

Everything was amazing I was pleasantly surprised with an amazing breakfast
- 5/5
Front desk help so nice. Great communication too.

This hotel is always amazing and qe won't stay anywhere else in the area. The breakfast is amazingand the bed is very comfortable. We didn't swim this time but have in the past and it is quite nice too.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and the hotel was well maintained
- 5/5
Free breakfast, bed felt vey comfortable, the internet did stop a couple of times, I didn't need transportation to the fairgrounds and i had family to pick me up.
- 5/5
A great day and an amazing staff. Thanks for all you do to make our life better.
- 5/5
Always the best.
- 5/5
Wonderful complementary breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and I woke up feeling well rested. The lobby and breakfast area were beautiful
- 5/5
Everything was great except the parking charge of $12/day. Nowhere on Hotels.com does it say pay to park.
- 5/5
Great property, it will become my family’s go to when visiting family in Loveland.
- 5/5
Beautiful space . Family friendly .
- 5/5
Great location-spacious rooms. Nice that it has a pool for kids in the evening. Aldo enjoyed happy hour and breakfast in the morning.
- 5/5
Again, my only criticism is that I now have to pay for parking in a lot that is owned by the property.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and breakfast is awesome!
- 4/5
Bathroom door needs WD-40! Didn’t use restaurant or bar. Exercise room seemed well equipped. Pool looked nice . Would have been nice to have a jacuzzi. $15 a night for parking seems a little bit excessive especially for self parking . Overall stay was positive.
- 5/5
Great location. Staff was great.
- 5/5
Excellent property and management. Free parking would be great. Our room was clean and quiet, breakfast was really good.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff

$14.00 to park at a hotel I just paid $220.00 to stay in. This is their way of getting back some of those hidden fees they are no longer able to charge. They own the lot and parking was ample. Only reason, money. This location has declined. Won’t be returning.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel, nice place to stay and rejuvenate before continuing on way to Rocky Mountain National Park...great breakfast !
- 5/5
Good as always good location.

Wonderful staff and very clean

No power he’d to move to diiffrtent hotel and u have not refunded our money as u promisef
- 2/5
Location unnecessarily charges $15 per day parking. Feels like a revenue grab because they discontinued charging for parking but have decided to reinstate it. The employees seem to be uncomfortable discussing it.
- 5/5
The location is right near the freeway so easy access to where we wanted to go. Parking is free and the staff is great. The free breakfast is amazing, omelettes made to order and even over-easy eggs! Great options for children and gluten free. The whole hotel experience was high quality and we've stayed here before. It costs a bit more but well worth it. You'll love it!
- 5/5
Always a great place to stay clean we are repeat customers and anytime that we're in the area. This is the only book I'll stay.
- 5/5
This hotel was amazing. The room was very clean and the maid service was exceptional. They had everything you could need. The breakfast buffet was so good. Made to order eggs and omlets. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. We highly recommend it.

Staff very helpful and considerate

Wonderful trip!

Nice hotel but had a rough check-in experience.
- 5/5
Our stay was exceptionally good. The rooms are spacious, clean & quiet. There was a cheerleading function going on but you wouldn't have thought so. We will definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

In a way , we weren't used to being treated at this establishment due to new management. It certainly isn't the kind of hotel that you want to spend any amount of time at! When my room key wouldn't work and it didn't work the entire 3 days. Security escorted me to my room like I was a criminal. He refused to listen when I told him my family was asleep and beat on the door. I was humiliated. When maintenance went to check the door lock. They busted in on my daughter who was in the bathroom. Spa gone, treasure chest and books, games for kids gone... The only saving grace was a housekeeper named Lou. She was amazing thank you, Lou! Unfortunately embassy suites Loveland you have dropped the ball. You are now a business hotel congratulations

Clean and very convenient to amenities

Great!

Great spot to work in Johnstown during the day and visit Rocky Mountain National Park in the evening. Made to order omelets and pancakes is a step above other hotels.

Great service

Love this hotel. Probably my 4th or 5th time staying here. Always clean, always quiet and quest service is wonderful. As long as my daughter is in Ft Collins I will be staying here.

Staff was courteous and room was comfortable

The hotel is beautiful and the staff so friendly. Very clean and well maintained. Everything was great except I didn’t like that you have to pay $14 a night for parking . If you book a room and not just go to an event at the convention center you should get a voucher to wave the parking fee .
- 5/5
Cleanliness and central location
