Excellent Stay – Clean, Safe, and Quiet! We stayed one night at this hotel and had a very positive experience overall. We booked the suite with a separate bedroom, and it was spacious and clean. The room felt fresh, well-maintained, and had plenty of space to spread out comfortably. The property itself is clean, safe, and quiet — exactly what we were looking for. We slept well with minimal noise from outside or neighboring rooms. The location was convenient, and we felt secure throughout our stay.The rate that night was a bit higher than we expected (in our opinion), but given the quality of the room and the overall comfort, we would definitely consider staying here again. Recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and peaceful hotel.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating and friendly. No ice machine. We didn't have an oven. I booked 2 queens, but when we arrived we were only offered 1queen and a pullout OR a king in a handicap room. The we landed on the king, since neither of us wanted a pullout and if we had to share a bed, the king was preferable. But I think because it was a handicap room it packed other amenities. No court or shelves or drawers in the bathroom. No oven. No couch/living room area. So we were disappointed in the room for sure.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. They to clean it. But the cleaner they used gave me horrible headache.

I will stay here again. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, full size refrigerator. Very comfortable beds and linens. Great location.

We had an issue with our card and the GM was extremely rude to us as we were trying to get things sorted. Its unnecessary to talk slower when someone is upset. Patronizing attitude doesn't help when understanding was needed. Thankfully we got it figured out, with no help from him.

Location Hanger system in the closet was broken, not usable. Lamp on nightstand between the two beds wouldn’t power my cpap machine or wouldn’t work to charge my phone (power and plug into the usb port). Also, tub had a leak from the faucet

A nice quiet home away from home with plenty of breathtaking attractions within a short drive. Fyi Colorado is watching so don't cross the double white lines on those HOV lanes 😂

Had to change rooms due to all locks on door broken or not functioning. Reserved king bed suite, ended up in queen suite. Unfinished areas in the room. Sloppy construction. Not real clean. No plug-ins in bathroom. No hair dryer in room. Amenities weren't the same as listed on website. No breakfast, only snack and packaged food for purchase. We were not impressed, especially with the rate. We were expecting better.

So this property is and has been under renovation it is a very poor job the toilet is way to close the the bathroom cabinet the workman ship is very bad on the remodel. I booked a king sweet with the living room area when I got my room the micro wave didn’t work, the ice maker didn’t work the phone didn’t work and no frying pan in the room, they had to move me to a different room a queen room smaller and not as nice same problems with the bathroom and work done, however the micro wave worked the ice maker still didn’t work, still no frying pan and paper towels were gone had to still them from the other room all and all not well maintained. But over all it worked for what I needed, I was offered if I was a member, points but nothing on the cost of my room and the difference in them as a refund or anything other then an apology and points offered that I never received. I have stayed at this location before and I’m sorry it is not one of the better ones it’s definitely run down and poor work on the remodel very disappointing

DO NOT STAY HERE! This property is filthy and rude. I paid in full for a King room during a sports trip with my daughter, and upon checking in, I was told I had booked a single Queen room. Not only did I overpay, but the room we got (room 311) smelled like urine and cleaning products, and I asked to switch rooms. They told me none were available and NEVER offered any refund, discount, or even an apology! I suffered for two nights in the room and filed a claim with Expedia to get my money back. Upon several attempts to get a refund, it was denied. I will NEVER stay at an IHG hotel again—Flithy and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They should not be in business.

There was renovation going on but John at the front desk really tried. First thing there was an odd message on our phone from December. I asked John & he said to disregard. Then, no remote control. John brought us one. Then, we couldn’t flush the toilet and found we couldn’t wash our hands either as there was no cold water. John called maintenance & finally at 10:30 we had cold water. It wasn’t the easiest stay and doubt we stay again but the beds were nice. Thank you John for trying so hard.
