I woke up the second morning and felt what I thought was a bug under my covers near my feet. When I turned the light on and looked, it was a big wad of dark hair under my covers near my feet, which was gross (I'm blonde, so it wasn't my hair). I didn't report it, but not sure I'll stay again since this was the second issue during my two night stay.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Breakfast was wonderful--great variety. Beds were comfortable and the room was relatively quiet. We had a nice view of the mountains from the room. There were a few issues (no washcloths, and found some items left by the previous occupant) but the hotel staff were responsive and assisted with resolving the issues.

The location is great if you are wanting to be close to The Ranch event center. The rooms are a little narrow but its nice to have a couch. The bathroom door is glass so light floods into the room if the bathroom light is on. The only thing I'd like to point out for parents is the pool is so tiny I legitimately thought it could be a big hot tub. It wasn't. Just a tiny indoor pool. Two of my kids still got in and made the best of it but thankfully no one else was in it or it'd be crowded. If your looking for a pool for the kids to stetch out after a travel day, you might want to look down the street near Scheels. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and close to our event.

Hotel room was great. Breakfast buffet was horrible. Drink dispenser drain looked full and moldy and food seemed old.

Great Location for the NCAA Regional Hockey Tournament at Blue Arena. It was a quick 15 min walk. Lots of Restaurants within a short walk also. would stat there again for sure.

Breakfast was pretty good, like that they had fresh fruit. Staff was very accommodating. Pool is small and the gym was very heated when we would go. Other than that, I’d stay here again.

Everything was great except our tv remote never worked even after asking for help at the front desk. Kids were sad we couldn't watch a movie. Clean, quiet, nice hotel for the night.

The room was amazing. The two negatives for me were: 1. the pillows were so soft I felt like I was being suffocated. There should be an option for different pillows. 2. They only had one bike in the gym compared to three treadmills, and of course, the one bike was broken.

The room had some challenges. The drapes were mounted with screws into the drywall and not anchors, so it was hanging by 2 screws. We had to prop the drapes up so that they would stay closed. The coffee maker did not work, even after telling the front desk about it. The smoke detector was partially covered with blue painters tape and the desk chair needed to be replaced. Overall not the Marriott quality I would expect.

I didn’t like that I paid for a room and would not get the price matched I requested and got denied by several agents after explaining why I requested it due to a wedding. I got there and the first night the rooms ac did not work and the room was warm the size of the room was reasonable for the price I paid . Saturday morning day of the wedding-event we got moved to another room where it was smaller and pretty much the same ac worked in the morning and evening it stopped.

We did have to ask to have our duvet changed because it had a couple stains and the bathroom sink did not drain well. The staff was very friendly!

Front desk was helpful in getting into a room ASAP for a wedding. We did not use the free breakfast.

I would choose Springwood Suites and seek out staying at one of their properties. Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing environment.

Very happy with our stay. It was a stop over on our trip from Santa Fe to The Black Hills. Easy access to I25. Multiple dining options near by. Immaculately clean lobby and room. Very comfortable king size bed. Nice breakfast. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

It's a nice hotel, just poor room design. TV placement is horrible, sheets had a weird smell. Conditioner in shower completely empty, no spare toilet paper.

We just moved here to Colorado and we had our dog with us. The room was spacious and convenient and quiet and beautifully kept! Was conveniently near a lot of restaurants and businesses and not far from our new house. The staff was very helpful and courteous and very engaging. Would stay here again! The breakfast was quite nice and had a variety of choices for every taste! They even had dairy free milk!

Very easy location to get to and quiet surroundings. Many restaurant options within a quick drive. The hotel itself is pretty new so the facility is very nice and well-kept.

The hotel is very very nice. However, there were dogs on the third floor . I was told that dogs were contained on the first floor only. It's a shame that such a wonderful hotel would have dogs on every floor meaning that I may have slept in a room where dogs have also stayed. My husband and I have always regarded Marriott Hotels as finer than most. This was a big disappointment to us.

The front desk personnel were so friendly. They were great answering questions that we had. Pool is on the smaller size. There were some stains on some of the furniture. The faucet was also coming away from the wall in the shower.

What I’m seeing in all of the hotels during this trip is the dirtiness of the floors in the lobby areas and elevator. I’ve been in some hotels where you can see staff mopping every day. Disappointing for a Marriott chain

It’s absolutely ridiculous that you need to have $160 plus the payment for the room on your credit card in order to stay there. I reserved the room on a credit card and paid in cash for the room I was going to but I wasn’t allowed to stay because I didn’t have $160 on my credit card. That’s ridiculous.

Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed here before and it was about perfect. Actual it was. This time was just as good except the room was a little dingy compared to the other two times I stayed. The tv also had a dark tint to it, the picture did. But I’m sure they would’ve changed it. If I asked him to on this occasion, however, I was too tired and just stayed in the room. Overall, I’m just nitpicking, and it was again a good stay and I will be staying here again.

I was very disappointed about breakfast, I picked because there was breakfast but it ended at 9 so when we went down to eat they said it was over. I would have stayed closer to event if only id known. Not to happy I won't stay there again.

I like the hotel, what got the bad review is that i left two very expensive Fire Retardant work shirts in the closet on accident and they magically disappeared when i called to hold them for me..
