Great location friendly staff.

One when we walked in had an overwhelming smell of bleach.

The best hotel on a 2 week vacation. When we opened the door to our room, we smelled CLEAN. Sheets were crisp and tight.

Comfortable and quiet. Easy to get to and close to the hockey game. Parking was easy and there are lots of places to eat close by.

coffee make in room did not work. Door did not close properly, had to to pull or push shut to engage lock.

We had an amazing time however the pool and hot tub are so full of chlorine it was intolerable and our eyes burned so bad. I only lasted about 15 mins before eyes were bloodshot and hard to keep open. Kids lasted a little longer but not much.

All was well aside from I reserved a king bed and did not request a handicapped room but got one. . As a result I’m assuming that’s why the bed was almost on the floor and honestly very uncomfortable. Also the note in the room specified put a room sign outside if you don’t want room service. Therefore we assumed if we did nothing room would be cleaned and restocked.

Clean room, looked like photos. Very loud from freeway noise nearby. Our room was on side closest to freeway. Also, lights on each side of bed were so bright we couldn't use them. I have migraines from that much light, so we were unable to use them. Didn't feel very welcoming.

Breakfast was great! Check in and check out was smooth as silk. Room was clean. Mattress was old and squeaky. Staff was very friendly. Little shop had everything you could want. Didn’t expect the highway noise from I 25 but it didn’t keep us awake. Mattress kept us awake though.

My room was not spotless. House keeping didn’t wipe down all the surfaces and the desk had old food and sticky stuff all over it. The pool water was cloudy and had a weird smell not a chlorine smell either. I decided not to swim that morning. Beds were not that comfortable neither were the pillows. Just needs some upgrades .

The 1st night was quiet, the jets worked on the hot tub. Room was perfect and comfortable. Loved the shower. 2nd night, jets were not working on the hot tub and for some reason there were girls/children running up and down the halls, giggling, at 1030 at night. Called the front desk and the he took care of it.

Room was fantastic and clean, however, I would recommend making sure you had a a room on the parking lot side instead of the main road fbay bypass the hotel as you get a lot of the traffic sounds otherwise.

Room was super nice and clean! The entire place was nice and clean. The guy at the desk was very nice and professional. We stayed the night of the 24th October, so whomever was working the desk gets a knuckle bump from us, oh, and the coffee was damn good!

The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is also amazing and if I need anything they are accommodating. Thank you, IHG for making a difficult time in my life a little easier, knowing that I can rely on your facility to not just be safe, but to be kind as well. I will stay here, any chance I can while I am in Loveland Colorado. I only wish that this hotel offered a discount for family members of people in the ICU in the Loveland hospital like some of the other hotels do. That would be the icing on the cake to an already good hotel. Again, Thank you IHG.

Our stay at Holiday Inn was great!

The property is excellent. However, perhaps it is close to the main street, you will hear occasional loud engine noise screaming by.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Guests using the patio late in the evening were very noisy making it difficult to get good rest. Once the patio guests went inside, we had the misfortune of being in the room next to them. The breakfast was lackluster, but that seems to be the norm for most hotels lately.

Polite staff helpful and made good suggestions for activities. The pool had far too much chlorine and the smoke detector was off the roof. It wasn't a bad experience. Pretty normal stay.

Comfortable needs. Pool was dirty with floating bugs and sand at the bottom of the pool. We swam one night and didn't swim again because of cleanliness. Breakfast was worth the stay.

Our kids got sick after swimming in the pool. The chlorine level appeared to be too high.

Elevator was out and i requested a room with a bath and didnt get it

noisy from the high way. the elevator was down, most of the time. and we had the 3rd four. i asked if they word refund any money for that and not have heard anything about it.

Everything was great loved the hotel and the guys working the front desk was very friendly. Was there for a tournament and the gym was with in walking distance and several eating palaces within walking distance

The room is very basic . No tub. Had a generic shower. VERY NOISY!!!. You can hear lots of traffic all day and night and the cleaning staff vacuuming the hall early in the morning . Slide was broken and there was soap scum in the pool . The staff was very nice and professional. the hot breakfast was basic as well. The plastic cups provided for juice broke when I tried to take a drink of my cranberry juice and spilled all over mt new white blouse . No streaming services on the tv and the tv service itself kept going out. The bed is not comfortable. For context, we were in a suite with 2 beds on the top floor .

The hotel is updated and very clean and comfortable. We liked the setup and thought it was well thought out and utilized the space well. Cute little touches in the bathroom. Wish the pool and hot tub were working but stuff happens. Liked the breakfast and drinks.

Clean and decent place to stay. However, the complinentary breakfast was just not very good. Wide asst of food, yet not hot, pancakes were tough, and coffee ran out. Serving until 930 and it was only 825 when coffee was gone. Had to go to kitchen to ket rhem know

We walked to Blue Arena and back (15 min each way max). Pay no attention to Google maps, it is wildly outdated.

Front desk staff was great, very helpful. Pool was out of service.

The staff was incredible, very nice and helpful. The room had a half empty bootl of mouthwash on the sink, there were hairballs all over the bathroom. The pool had so much chemicals in it that we coughed the entire time we were in the pool area.

Ill never stay again

The staff was excellent. There was a small hiccup in my check in process and they went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected and that the rest of my stay was great. Front desk was amazingly friendly and professional. The breakfast attendee was so sweet and diligent to make sure the food was well stocked at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk person Donald was phenomenal! He was not only kind and attentive to our customers He was the only employee he saw all night whether it was room service, maintenance, housekeeping, or even mopping the front foyer floor in between customer! He deserves to be acknowledged so I am truly hoping you guys choose to do so

The slide wasn’t working during the time we were swimming, though it was the only reason we booked this hotel. During the evening kids were running around out of control, fire alarm went off 3 times! My family was very unhappy overall! The positives were that The staff was nice, bed comfortable and the room was clean.

Had a great stay. Staff was amazing, room was clean and pool area was awesome for the kids. The elevator broke down while we were there and that’s about the only thing that wasn’t perfect.
