Hotel Pacific Manhattan Beach

Room- horrible- 1 wash rag, 2 towels with holes. We called front desk & requested for 2 additional towels and got hung up on. No bath mat to step on coming out of shower. Physically went to front desk to request 2 towels again, the clerk pulled 2 unfolded towels out of cabinet. Very unprofessional. Noise all day & night. Mostly coming from the room itself. The bathroom exhaust fan sound like a washing machine very noisy. A/c noisy. VERY VERY VERY UNSATISFIED. Will NEVER book here again.. to top it off their complementary breakfast was a room, the size of a handicap bathroom stall with only a few things in there two kinds of cereal, a coffee machine, and a toaster. We went to pour a cup of coffee and no coffee came out. This sums up our whole visit. This place is a friggin joke.

Towels were dingy. It was strange to see the microwave outside in the smoking area. But the room was spacious, clean ans pretty quit, the bed was thw best part of the stay.

Spacious room but parking is small lot. Be careful when coming in and out of the garage. Would be nice if rooms had microwave. Not sure if they were guests but there was consistent marajuana usage which was a bummer when transporting our baby.

Close to lax, reasonable price. Having a bar in the middle of the motel is a very, very bad idea. Kept awake until 3.30am, then from 4.00am to 5.30am by a couple fighting outside the door/ room. No sound proofing whatsoever. So would not recommend. Terrible stay.

We clearly were assigned one of the worst rooms available. The room was worse than a motel 6 with old beat up furniture and no where near the pictures on the site. We were refunded our second night because the manager knew what he gave us, THAT was the ONLY positive.

Room was clean and spacious but the bed was uncomfortable. There were cockroaches in the bathroom when the lights were turned on in the morning. I did not eat the breakfast but it did not look to be more than some bread and a type of cereal or two. The staff was ok but didn’t seem overly welcoming.

The staff were excellent. Check-in was easy. So was check-out. They helped me keep my luggage in the locker before I checked in, and also when I checked out. The hotel was affordable and in an excellent location. Starbucks, Dunkins, Target and other places are within walking distance. Walk to the Manhattan Beach is long by foot and some uphill climbing is needed on way back. Walk down Manhattan Beach Bl to get to the beach and back. There are NO other routes connecting Sepulveda and the beach. The beach is beautiful. CONS of the Hotel: The internet in the room was never on. TV did not have any channels that worked without internet. Shower has hot water but if you keep dial in the middle. It is cold water where it says hot water. PLAN AHEAD: The washer-dryer needs coins.

First, when i checked-in i was told i had to pay $10 for parking. The first room they gave me, the bathroom smelt like urine so the they gave me another room. Room 114, had no towels, the mini frig did not work, although the freezer did. There was banging noise, seemingly construction through out the night and into the morning. I could feel the springs in the cheap mattress which caused me to toss and turn all night and the pillows were so thin and poor in quality that they held no fluff or cushion. Moreover, the bed linen was stained, no lamps for the night stand and the room had holes in the wall with exposed wires. This was a horrible experience and i'm glad i only booked one night.

The hotel is NOT what the pictures show. It’s not far from the beach which is a plus. Parking is limited, towels are rough on skin. There’s a Starbucks across the street!

Don’t know where to start…. First of all it was nothing like the pictures we saw online, the room was totally different, there was cigarette butts under the blankets of one of the beds and we got stained towels so I knew the rooms wasn’t cleaned before our arrival…we had reserved for a family suite with 3 beds and ended up a room with 2 beds and 2 pull out sofa beds which the very first day they decided to remove one of the sofa beds from our room because they were supposedly gonna get rid of it we never got a replacement or anything to compensate for shortening a bed for us….. when reserved online it never said anything about paying for parking but once we got there they asked for cash for the parking, there was six of us in that room and only 4 pillows total I can go on about the flaws of that room but it’s just not worth it…

Nice accommodations, helpful staff, and a decent atmosphere within walking distance of a few eateries and small shopping. A delight was not hearing a loud air conditioner for the hour or so I had in on. I would return if presented with the opportunity or need for lodging in the area. Three things: 1. It didn’t mention $10 parking on Expedia. 2. The bath towels are a little worn and need replacing. 3. I observed a little creepy crawler inside my room. Thanks for the stay.

We appreciate the fridge but it's standing randomly in the middle of the room because it's too big to fit under the counter It seems like the place is still in the middle of renovation? The room is not the cleanest. A towel rail is barely attached to the wall. There is not a single chair in a room to sit on. Group of men smoking weed in the parking lot is off putting.

The room was decent and clean but old furniture, the sofa was dirty. The towels were clean but old, had to use two to really dry my skin.

That tv also stopped working. “No signal”. I have them a heads up and requested they find a solution and only to come back hours later and nothing had been done. They did bring a mirror though. They put it on the floor.

Don't stay here thinking you're getting a typical hotel breakfast, it's bad. There is no place to sit. All they had were two kinds of cereal. Pre packaged muffins, a loaf of bread, coffee and juice. Price is good for how close your are to the beach. Rooms have fridges and hallways have microwaves. Stay here if you are looking for a good clean room pretty close to the beach comparatively speaking.

The room was cute. But the thing is that in the parking garage there was always guys down there smoking pot and cigarettes. I don’t know if they were workers or guests there but there were down there the every time I’d come and go. The hotel room towels didn’t dry and they were torn up. The blankets were stained. This hotel has a lot of potential to be great. I also noticed that one of my pajama pants went missing and I know 1000% that I brought them and say them before I left for breakfast and when I came back they were gone. They weren’t expensive or sentimental but I noticed that and it wasn’t worth the complaint since I kinda felt weird there as it is.

As soon as we walked in the room, smelled horribly like mold, old, and dirty. As we looked around the walls were all dirty. All the towels were stained didn’t have any washcloths. There is no toilet paper, toilet paper holder or shampoo. The ceiling had holes in it. Baseboards were filthy stuff had stains on it remote didn’t work. Easy to say it was a horror show when we went to shower. There was only boiling hot water coming out. If it wasn’t because we came in town from Las Vegas at midnight we would’ve canceled our booking horrible experience. Please do not stay here if you want to have a comfortable night for the price we paid. We expected way more. I’m surprised it has any positive reviews. There’s also no pool and we had to pay for parking which was not mentioned prior. Walls are paper thin front desk guy was no help.

Parking was convenient as it should be: covered garage below the property; easy enough walk to the pier and beach (15mins), don't even try walking to The Castle as Sepulveda is always busy with cars flying past quick and fast; MOST IMPORTANTLY:: I thonk the towels must all be as old as the hotel is (1960s?), they've obviously been washed thousands of times but never gotten fully clean (or dried, mine were damp and felt... heavy with age), they were all the saddest, grimiest, dingy with a grey hue, threadbare examples of towels I've ever seen as "passable" by a hotel, anywhere, ever. Management really should invest in a complete restock; but until then, check ALL your towels upon check-in, if you are as dissatisfied as I was - don't wait until it's too late like I did - gather them up and take them to the desk and politely request that you be given a fresh set.

You had to pay to park. That’s not free and it’s tight. So, if you have a big car. Good luck. Also you can hear everything. The bed was squeaky. The towels are terrible.

Pictures were misleading. It showed that my room would have a couch for our third guest upon check in found out that was not the case and the 3 of us had to share a king or pay an upcharge. There was no garbage can besides the very small one in the bathroom or microwave in the room either.

Came from Palm Springs to bring my kids to the beach and I absolutely loved the set up and layout of the room we had. We had a family suite and everything worked, it was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. Parking was right there extremely close and I felt enough to not have any problems with my vehicle while unattended. Thank you so much and the next time I’m out there I will definitely Book again!

The sheets were crisp and clean, TV and fridge worked, complementary shower products Towels old and stained gray, could not get a replacement for them, random lipstick stains on pillow case and walls, some room surfaces were not clean, the furniture had seen better days. The AC worked but the buttons were gone and had to use a pen to activate them. I know it is challenging to control, but to be aware that there were rowdy and yelling guests, early in the morning.

Great Stay for a great price for me & my kids ! There’s an aquarium right on the pier that’s FREE . Must take advantage of the opportunity while out there .

This is a 3-star hotel so I wasn't expecting much. The Pros: Parking ($10/nt) and location. Cons: Breakfast wasn't ready as advertised at 6:30am but I just wanted iced water if it was available. There was no one to check me out at the lobby at 6:30am but I just left the key on the desk. For a one-night stay, it was fine.

Then the next night, from 2:00 a.m. to 3:00, one guest intermittently yelled at another from the hallway. Now THAT was a problem that the clerk needed to solve, but didn't. This is a cheap hotel, and I wouldn't leave a review to complain about cheap-hotel drawbacks--the sickly sweet disinfectant stink, the grimy sandpaper-esque towels, the icky fabrics, the horrible decor, the untenable "breakfast," the questionable cleanliness. That's all what I paid for, I guess. But I also paid for a place to sleep for two nights, both of which were ruined--in fact my whole trip was ruined--by things in control of the staff. This place is HORRIBLE.

Only had four towels in the grand family suite that could sleep 8. We requested more. They never came before we needed to leave.

The room was next to a soda machine and ice machine, the microwave was outside, the tv had two remotes and nether one allowed me to watch anything, there was kids running outside the room and they were noisy, there were no tissue by the sink, the sink filled up with water when I turned on the faucet, as I was checking out the person walking ahead of me was smoking marjuana, when I got to my car a bunch of teenagers were skateboarding in the parking lot.

So I got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night. When I turned on the light MULTIPLE COCKROACHES SCATTERED!! I caught and killed four, but there were many more. They were under my luggage. My shoes. No apology given. Management won’t even call me back. No accountability has been taken. This MOTEL is filthy.

Room in desperate need of redecorating. Incredibly dingey. The towels were more grey than white and should have been thrown out long ago. The blankets on the beds were full of holes. The pillows looked horrendous. And to top it all our shower did not work. Plus the extractor fan made a horrendous noise. The water barely dripped out of the shower. The outside of the hotel did it no favours either. Never been so disappointed in a hotel booked with Expedia before. We cancelled our second night and went else where.

Not the greatest hotel , but it works. I needed a last minute hotel that was cheap and just looking for a bed that’s clean. It worked. The demographic was casual but interesting, but like I said, if you are just looking for something quick and don’t care about all the amenities, why not.

Dirty towels , doors have no seal around edges to cover any noice from outside so not only do you hear your neighboring rooms but also anyone talking outside the rooms and in the patio area making it difficult to rest comfortably , for a hotel located in manhattan beach I would of expected more I recommend the wave next door as your first option.

The room was in good condition with a remodeled shower. Mattress and pillows were fine, but as normal at this price the bedding and blanket weren't great. The property itself is pretty beat, the photos show a pool which is no longer there. Room in back was quiet. Decent buy for a one night weekend stay.

The loudness of a person that clamied to be a teant so i checked out early when i tried to connect with mangement to get my depost for my car returned but no one was able to serivice me at the time of check out

Pictures looked better than actual property. It was ok to stay at, but were very stingy about towels. It took a day to receive extra towels. They dont seem to come in and clean. Quite disappointed.

Basic room but clean. Fridge in the room and a community microwave in the hall. Parking is onsite but $10 each night, which was an unfortunate surprise upon arrival. Sort of questionable security. Some seedy looking people staying there, but they didn’t bother us. There were large gaps around the door and damage to the frame looked like the door had been forced open at one point.

Also, the towels are very old. They are really disgusting.

The beds seemed clean. But the whole bathroom was filled with mold. I got sick the next day. The pictures are deceiving. Smh. This seemed more like a cheap motel. There was an outlet with no cover on with one of the rooms.

Also theres nothing on the website stating a. 10 dollar parking fee. The breakfast could've been better maybe implement fresh fruit and yogurt as well as almond milk. Im lactose intolerant. Stop guess from throwing cigarette butts in the area leaving from the garage up to the main entry area. The overnight person was very nonchalant when i tried addressing issues with the room.

Wonderful location as it is within walking distance to the Manhattan beach and has many dining options around . Breakfast could improve though . all in all the one night stay was satisfactory .

There was homeless people in the parking garage. The guy at the desk seemed as though we were an inconvenience, was rude about the fact we had a vehicle, the room was only half cleaned, there was police dealing with issues with other guests. No mention of breakfast.

For the price a 3 bed room is ok the only negative review is the breakfast coffee come on you can do it better

This place is horrible. The bed was hard as a rock, the furniture should have been out on the curb 10 years ago. I was sort of clean, bit towels looked old and dingy. I had to use my hands. I couldn't wait to leave.

As a frequent guest, I expect better like actually verify with housekeeping, or an actual update. This is basic customer service, and the lack of follow-through is unacceptable.

First day. We had towels the last two days. We had to share one towel because they ran out of clean ones. We stayed three nights, and no one came to make the bed, and No one even suggested. Not friendly at all, seemed like it was an inconvenience to ask anything.

Whatever your reason for staying in the area, if you’re looking for a decent stay on a budget that is noticeably superior to the competition in that regard, I can very safely recommend The Pacific Hotel.

The location is hard to beat — just a short drive or walk to the beach, restaurants, and everything Manhattan Beach has to offer. For the price, it’s a solid value: quiet rooms, good A/C, reliable Wi-Fi, and easy access to the city and coast. Nothing over the top, but everything I needed was there and worked well. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

When we encounter them in the hall while leaving with my luggage and my kids behind me one of the young housekeepers made a face and didn’t move her cart. So I said excuse me and she made me a face like telling me I’m not moving. The very old housekeeper lady said no worries I’ll move the cart to the side so you could have space. Other than that it was a great stay. Just needed a microwave:)

Used to be better, the pool is filled in, the rooms are under furnished, side tables but no lamps, so at night, it's either dark,or harsh ceiling light. No microwave, no where to hang up clothes. The tv is a smart tv, but with no internet connectivity, so you can only watch basic cable, the streaming apps like Netflix, prime and you tube don't work. Good location and helpful staff, but like the sister hotel next door, the wave, which has similar issues, it used to be better.

Room was definitely clean. Looked like there was wear and tear over time (furniture and walls scuffed). Could also use some weatherproofing around the front door too.

We loved being back at Hotel Pacific! It is a very comfortable stay with all the amenities we need! The bed was amazingly comfortable, the TV was great and the shower was perfect! It is an older property, but everything is maintained well. 😉

Considering proximity to the beach and for what the charge it wasn’t bad. Several opportunities to improve. Service was mediocre, as was the cleanliness but so was the price. The mattress on the fold away was horrible.

This is a motel not a hotel and the pool was filled in years ago and not pictured or detailed without this pool. The room was adequate but the door felt unsafe and very very dated, from the 70s.

The room and facilities was run-down (holes & nicks on the furniture, dirty desk chair, AC and refrigerator was not working), we booked for 4 guests and the room only had 2 towels and when we asked for more, we didn’t get any. After waiting for an hour, I went to the office and had to stay there until the staff gave me some and both towels was raggedy and had holes. The mattress, pillow, linens were stinky and the room itef had a musty odor.

Best ever! We booked a regular room and ended up with a huge family suite with two separable rooms, 4 queen beds accommodating 8 people! My mom and I had the best sleep ever after her 14h+ trip! Plus the room was so clean and breakfast was included! 3 minutes drive to the beach😃unbeatable Price In this nice area!

Good value accommodation not far from LAX airport and Manhattan beach. Spacious rooms, clean, it was very quiet during my stay, bed was comfy enough. Decent restaurants in easy walking distance. Hotel breakfast very sparse, but alternative options close by.

Room stunk of mold, staff was rude and hung up on us after asking for the WiFi info. Holes in the shower walls, outlets in the room don’t work and don’t hold a plug. Pillows were yellow with stains, lights in the bathroom don’t work except for 2 of them.

I didn’t shop. I spent 1 night before my morning flight. But, room condition is poor, old, beaten furniture, no tissues, but room have coffee maker, fregirator.

Online it listed free parking but that was not the case as we had to pay to park. We had 2 rooms which were joined which was a nice for our size of family, but the rooms were pretty run down and dirty. The metal bed frames were so loud and stuck out so you hit them a lot just in walking around the room. Staff was ok. Breakfast was questionable so we didn’t eat there

Extremely noisy, the front desk staff are rude and have zero customer service/social skills, the property is dirty and very outdated. The towels had stains and rips. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything from the hallways/outside. There were stains on the furniture, a light didn’t work, the heater didn’t work/provided an intense burning smell, the mini fridge/freezer didn’t get cold enough to keep my leftovers safe to eat the next day, and there is smoking in the hallways/on the property that you can smell from the room. It was a terrible experience.

Not to stay more that one or two nights

The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. Our TV didn't work right and the front desk person said he'd come to fix it, but never did. We felt unsafe and there was a topless woman in plain view by her open door which gives an indication of who stays there.

Floors were filthy, wore white socks first night and they were black after walking in the room; found cockroaches & spiders which we killed and left on kleenex for maid, never heard from management, asked for 1 additional towel never provided, one day all towels taken and no clean towels left, no coffee supplies for next morning, door would not fully shut so had to use top lock to secure; air conditioner pooled water onto floor inside; one chair to sit on or bed only option; Would not recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was the only good thing about the place. The room was dirty, with bubble gum stuck on the headboard and ants on the bed. The smoking area is right where the rooms are. There are no distinction whether an area is smoking or non-smoking.

Also…upon arrival, I was told I had to pay $10 per night, cash only for parking. The ‘cash only’ seemed very sketchy. He never asked for my license plate or make/model of car or offered me a receipt for my cash payment. Thankfully I had cash on me, but that transaction made me feel uncomfortable.

You get what you pay for. It was a room for the weekend at an affordable rate near the beach. The beds were very uncomfortable for me. I am used to memory foam, but these are old skool thin spring mattresses on a metal frame, so anytime I roll over it sounds like when I was 7 playing drums on pots and pans! The toilet would only flush if you hold the handle down until all the water drains. There were no bed bugs, I only saw 1 small roach in the bathroom. I know if there is one, there are more. It took a very long time to get clean towels each day. One day I had to ask 3 times, the third time was after being gone most of the day, and coming back wanting to shower but still had no towels. Staff up front was friendly and kind, the Continental breakfast consisted of waffle maker, cereal, and assorted prepackaged muffins/Danish (mini ones). No microwave in the room, only one microwave outside in a walkway next to the non working vending machines. Oh and if you do stay here, they charge $10 night for parking in the garage, when I checked in the associate told me it was cash only. Kinda sketchy so I opted to park on the side street. There was always a spot available and there is an entrance to hotel from the side. I would not stay here again, but if your on a budget and don't mind what I mentioned here, then by all means, stay and enjoy the beautiful so Bay. I did feel safe there, no issues like that. Rooms were canceled on us before we even got there. We ended up having to find something else last minute for us and two of our kids.

It was very basic, do not expect anything nice, There is a bed, and Bath, and it was fine, Near the beach and that was nice.

Hotel itself was great for the price. Only issue was the walls are paper thin so you would be woken up at 8 am by the staff talking, or hear other guests throughout the day as if they were in your living room.

The ironing board was rusted and broken, the TV didn’t work, and when all of this was brought up to staff management, all they did was say yeah it’s because you’re out of the Wi-Fi range as if somehow that’s something that we can control because we were on the third floor. Add to that that they didn’t even bother to replace or find another ironing board from Another room that was being unused. We asked to just be relocated to a room where the Wi-Fi was actually working for the television and they completely ignored it.

The room I paid for was not offer to me, the room that was given to me was pretty dirty and the bathroom had black mole so that itself is already a serious health concern already . The staff was nice and friendly so nothing against the staffs, but management of the whole property itself definitely need improving. I asked for extra blankets since the number of beds did not match up with my family size they didn’t have any extra blankets available, and no extra towels available, so that was also disappointing. There’s also ants problem too so the two nights there ants was crawling everywhere in the bathroom area and making their way to the sleeping area. Overall the experience at this hotel was horrible. Will not be staying here again.

Not a place to bring your family. Very noisy at night. This hotel attracts one-star guests due to the great price. Avoid rooms near the smoking area. There were many nights when guests would gather until 2AM talking loudly. Guests also would make noise at random early morning hour while in the smoking section. No attempt by management to mitigate the noise. Surprise parking fee of 10 dollars now in effect. Weed smokers and loud car radios in the parking garage. Their other property Wave Hotel next door is better for children.

Check in was easy- they have paid parking available. There were a handful of questionable people milling about the parking garage when we arrived (around midnight), but so far as I could tell they were just... hanging out? I guess? The motel is open air, and evey time we left our room there were people smoking in the hallways/common areas. The room was dingy- there was mold underneath the sink, and on parts of the ceiling, and everything felt damp. The room had 2 AC units- one just blew room temp air, and the other worked very well, so eventually we were able to get the room to a proper temperature. Furniture is visibly worse for the wear, but did what it needed to do. all but 2 of the outlets were loose.

The property needs updating. There was an old communal microwave outside our door on a small stool. The rooms were tidy with what appeared to be clean sheets, however we quickly noticed ants EVERYWHERE. Mold in the bathroom, all over the ceiling and walls. When sitting at the toilet, there was mold right beside our face. There’s no ventilation in there so the moister stays. For the one night stay, it was alright. It was quiet and the staff appeared friendly during the small interaction at check in.

Shower did not have hot water i had to shower with cold water, asked another person staying there that night and they said they also were without hot water.

I like the fact that it was at 4 Minutes Car to the Beach and a Bunch of Grocery and Convenient Stores.

Far too noisy, from the crackhead next door that they did nothing about over 4 nights to the staff that wouldnt stop banging doors and shouting even when asked multiple times. Not the best location.

Came to enjoy a couple days at Manhatten Beach and Disneyland and are super grateful for how good this hotel is and how close it is to the beach. Definitely will be coming back if they're available in the future!

Reserved a 4 bed grand suite back in March for a family trip at the end of August. Was given a 3 bed room and wasn’t notified by manager that I was given a 3 bed room. I didn’t find out until I walked in room. Went to front desk to notify them and was told 3rd party screwed up not them. That hotel.com double booked. I told them it was unacceptable that I needed 4 beds because I had a party of 8. They resolved the issue by giving us a single roller bed. Do

Hotel is run down, dirty and in poor condition. Room was old, even though they refurbished it, but was still in bad condition. No TV service, poor internet.

The room is has a lot of space. It was clean and smelled clean. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Also, the pier is a 5 minute drive. There are a bunch of great places to eat as well as a huge beach.

Bed was comfy.

Bugs, guy wanted a cash deposit to check in with. Super sketchy vibes we ended up going down the road to another place and had a great experience

We have stayed at this hotel and the one that across the street with the same owners called the wave. This is a very bad experience as we are told we could go to our room and we got there. They were still cleaning. The woman had a spray bottle with purple liquid And I assume that’s what she was gonna spray on the floors which she did and left residue everywhere with a strong odor that would not dissipate. Furthermore, I had to take a towel and clean the floors to get the residue off the floor, which took me a half hour. Next, the remote control the network for the TV. When I went to the front counter, a woman said she would help me and told me she’d be there in a little while an hour and a half later I went back to the front desk and she said oh it’s not working yet. She and another gentleman came to the room within five minutes with approximately a dozen controllers none of which would operate or function the TV. They told me to be patient as they were attempting to fix the situation. Never heard from them again. It seems the quality of the rooms and service is starting to disintegrate and may be reflected in the price which has steadily been going up but now is coming back down again.

the room smelled weird and the shower wouldn’t stop running and leaking into the floor of the bathroom. the couch had gross stains all over it which made me not even want to touch it and the windows were open when we walked in and we were unaware because the curtains were shut only to realize a lot later which is extremely unsafe. the door to the room also had about a 1 inch gap under it which is where i thought the sound was coming from originally but i checked the windows to make sure and thats when i realized they were open which was just great

There was a joint in the room and it smelled. We are working with Expedia to get entire refund. We recorded 3 days and are waiting for a refund of the first day. We left after an hour of being there.

Check-in process was smooth, parking was convenient, and the room was somewhat clean and comfortable for the most part. However, one thing we could not get over was the wet, sort of moldy smell in the room. Would’ve been a much better stay if it wasn’t for that. It gave the room a really dirty feel. I have to say the showers could’ve been scrubbed down as well. Lastly, the staff could’ve been a lot friendlier too.

Solid choice for the price, saw a roach on the first day I was there but no bed bugs so I was straight chillin.

Hotel was very easy to find and check into. Quiet area close to beach and good dining options. Loved how close to airport it is as well. Toom was very clean and had all we meed. The bed was VERY sunk in and uncomfortable. Toilet seat had cracks and was in need of a replacment long time ago. Other than that, room was great for rest and shower.

After I checked in, the person staying in the room next to me was screaming and throwing things for about an hour. The next day he did it again for another hour. I called management and told them once I thought I heard a woman crying, as far as I know nothing was done about it.

The toilet was leaking and made horrible sounds. The bathroom was chipping and had pieces of tiles missing from the walls. The water smelled weird and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and made metal squeaking sounds everything you move. The window lead right onto the street and it was so noisy but the AC was too loud and made the hair feel weird when it was running so we had to keep the window open. $30 for parking

I like how close this hotel is from the beach. I also like that they added the breakfast room, which they didn't have the last few times I stayed in the past. One thing I don't like is how they don't do room service turn overs until 4 o'clock. I leave in the morning, stay the day at the beach, want to go back and shower so I can go out to dinner and I have to wait for the cleaners to come. They basically come in the morning around 10 or 11, take your trash and towels and you don't get any more until 4 pm. It's super inconvenient. I complained twice but they don't care. One of the times, the man at the desk said they'd be there in about 20 minutes. They didn't show up for another 40.

Was an ok stay before my cruise I won’t stay again

Online picture showed a pull out couch and room was fit for 3 people. When we got there there was no pull out couch and only a king bed. They offered us a roll away bed for $20 which they said they would bring later that day. I went on their website and it said the roll away bed was $10 and also said parking was free but they charged us $10. Rooms also had a horrible chemical smell

Upon arrival, the front desk employee informed me that there was a $10 charge for parking even though their website says at the top of the amenities list "free parking." I complained and the front desk employee basically put the key card on the desk and didn't say another word about breakfast hours, room number, etc. The hotel room was just ok and the "free breakfast" was very limited with cereal, toast, coffee, juice and waffles. Also, the shower pressure was really bad. I won't be staying here ever again.

Be aware of a parking fee for $10 cash, the tv control didn’t work on my stay. The smell of baby pounder stays on your clothes.
